We have been here 3 times now and keep coming back. It’s simple but it has everything you need. Nuria really makes such a difference to your experience at this hotel and delivers great customer service and always with a smile on her face! She is the reason we keep coming back.

We are currently here. Usually at least twice a year. It's everything you need if you're not pretentious. Rooms are basic but clean. Linen is clean, beds are comfortable. Shower pressure is good and it's in a fairly central location.

We have stayed here previously and don't expect luxury, but this time the room was a disgrace! Artex was hanging off the ceiling, the patio doors didn't close properly and were only secured with a door chain. Electric sockets were loose on the walls. The bath was full of paint stains and there was building works right outside our balcony starting at 8am nonstop til 4pm every day ! We will never return here, the hotel needs intense improvement and modern refurbishment ..

A good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was poorhowever. The fried eggs were cold. Slow to replemish breakfast supplies. We arrived after dark and found it difficult to find our apartment. Poorly lit and serveral steps a few of which were trip hazzards. There was a shower/bath. The shower was very awkward as the shower head was positioned in the centre of the wall half way up the bath facing outwards and not at the end of the bath overhead of the taps as normal. We had a terrace with a small garden, folding clothes line. Table and chairs and 2 sunbeds. It was very clean. There was a pool bar which opened from 11 am to 6pm. They served snacks and drinks. This was their only bar. There is no entertainment, however there is lots of entertainment available in locally.

We are currently in Paraiso del Sol. First of all - service is out of this world. The blonde, little woman is so nice, such a gem, smile on her face all the time. The lifeguard man also and so helpful! The cleaning staff is also so nice. Yes, our rooms are very dated, but with service like that we can't really moan. Water in the shower is hot, haven't seen any cockroaches, rooms are huge, kitchen equipped, patio very big with your own seats and sun beds 🔥 what else do we need?? The main plus is nothing is pretentious in here, people are friendly. Small bar with strong drinks! It's so close to everything from here. Supermarket nearby offers discounts and is cheaper than others. I recommend Indian restaurant nearby and also local vegetable/fruit shop Fruteria Los Agaves nearby and Spanish restaurant Meson Marquez!!! It's amazing!!
