Very good hotel. Lovely staff. Everywhere spotless.
Only 2 negatives, one which was a little concerning.
At night for dinner, you have a good selection of cooked food and of course if you wish to have something fresh cooked in front of you, like chicken. They put the chicken on the grill and then use the SAME utensil to cook with and then to serve you with.
You NEVER use the same utensil to have raw and cooked on.
Second was advertised heated pool, pool wasn’t heated. Went 3rd week of October 2024.

This hotel is great. The free breakfast is buffet style with so many options, everything we had was delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even on the day of our checkout, when our flight wasn’t until night time, they stored our bags AND allowed us to shower at the gym shower before heading to the airport! 1000% recommend it! And the front desk staff was incredibly kind

The hotel itself is lovely - clean, spacious. I stayed half board and the food was lovely, lots to choose from and a different theme every night.
The pool area is small, but I never had a problem getting a sunbed, I did not see anyone reserve beds either. The bali beds are usually available, so I encourage you to spend €29 for the day for a little bit of luxury. Although the pool area closes at 6pm.
There is little to nothing to do here in terms of activities. They have bikes to rent but that is it.
I never like to leave a bad review or any personal negativity, but I have deducted 1 star because of the staff.
I am not sure how so many reviews have praised the staff here, it is only because of them that I have deducted 1 star from the review. There is no 'good morning', 'how are you?', 'would you like a drink?', none of the usual pleasantries one has become to expect on a Spanish holiday. I felt like such a nuisance asking for a drink, there is no pool service, or service of any kind, which made for a very unpleasant experience.
I hated going for breakfast or dinner because it meant having the same awful interaction every day. I did not have one conversation with any member of staff and find it hard to believe that people in their reviews refer to them by their names! My smiles were never returned, even by the cleaners, which eventually left me feeling so deflated.
So the staff ruined this place for me otherwise, the location, the food and the rooms are delightful.
Before the manager replies, I addressed this whilst I was on the property (when sent an email asking how my experience was going) and instead, was made to feel even more excluded.

Loved, loved, loved the hotel.
We traveled outside of season. Parking was in front of the hotel along the street. We got a spot each evening.
It was beautiful. Very friendly staff, our cappuccino got delivered right to the sun bed. Also we asked for an extra blanket and it’s was no issue.
The food was really good in the morning and evening. Lots of fruit and fresh options. Live cooking in the morning and evening. I am vegetarian and always found more than enough options.
You could watch stunning sunset from the balcony and a lot of ambitious runners.

A wonderful hotel and experience to remember and enjoy. Breakfast, food and service was tremendous. The breakfast offering especially as good as I have enjoyed at any hotel. Outstanding.
The only qualm would be the open plan bathroom which wouldn’t really have been to my taste. Everything else really good.
Location wise only a short walk to palma beach, a very pleasant stroll too!
The adults only theme gave the hotel an older and quieter demographic but that was fine. Probably not the location for a lively trip but perfect for a relaxing holiday.
