Extended stay at this fabulous Hotel twice. Hard to top. Great value for money. Friendly attentive staff. Always happy to give advice and help in anyway. Rooms spacious super clean. And best mattress I’ve enjoyed sleeping on. Location perfect. Jump on a bus or if feeling active super coastal walks.

I travel every month and unfortunately this has probably been the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.
We had half board, food selection was good, but quality of ingredients very poor (bought cheap), lots of cups still dirty, with lipstick etc. No drinks included at dinner, not even water from the machine, never experienced this.
Rooms are fine, clean.
Location is ok, with the bus you can visit old town.
Elevators didn’t work, one was completely broken , the other one always skipped our floor. For a 4* hotel unacceptable.
Not much to do here, the promenade is pretty quiet.
The sky pool is a joke, sorry.
Staff is friendly though

Hello, I am a Korean living in London.
My spouse and I love traveling.
We spent the latter part of our trip in Mallorca at AluaSoul Palma, and we are leaving this review for future guests.
1. Parking
The first thing that surprised us upon arrival was the parking situation. Since this is a 4-star hotel, I never expected any issues with parking. However, the hotel does not have a dedicated parking lot. Instead, you have to “find your own” parking spot among the tightly packed cars on the regular streets around the hotel.
2. Noise
First of all, the soundproofing between rooms is poor. You can easily hear people talking in neighboring rooms, and in the morning, the sound of vacuum cleaners from housekeeping is very noticeable.
Additionally, since the hotel is located right next to the airport, airplane noise is quite loud.
3. Other Services
If you are staying for multiple nights, note that bottled water is provided only once as a welcome drink. I recommend buying water separately in advance.
The gym is so small that calling it a gym feels like an overstatement. I wouldn’t recommend planning to work out here.
There are two pools, but the one on the rooftop is more of a jacuzzi rather than an actual swimming pool. The ground-floor pool is not temperature-controlled.
When requesting assistance from concierge services, the staff tend to be unenthusiastic and not proactive.
4. Meals
We only had breakfast service, and it was noticeable that low-quality ingredients were used for cost-cutting, particularly in items like sausages and eggs. (For reference, I am not very picky when it comes to food, but even I could tell the difference.)
That said, the made-to-order omelets were delicious.
5. Room Condition
The rooms were very clean. The only downside was that we saw a few ants in the room.
6. Window View
Despite the various drawbacks, the ocean view is the biggest advantage of this hotel. The sea view is absolutely stunning.
7. Overall
This hotel comes with many disadvantages, but the ocean view somewhat compensates for them.
From my very personal perspective, the overall quality of this hotel feels more like a 2~3 star hotel, rather than a true 4-star hotel.

This hotel is great. Nice location and sea view, the staffs were very friendly too. However, I think it would be more suitable if this hotel is rated as a 3-star hotel instead of 4.
Having stayed in a few 4-star hotels before, the room I got this time was quite small. The noise isolation of the room was not good as well - I could hear people walking at the corridor and talking next door. Some items such as toothbrushes are not provided in the room, but you can request them. They do not provide facial tissues, which was quite inconvenient for me as I have a sensitive nose. They also don't provide bottled water after cleaning. You'll have 2 bottles of water for free as a welcome gift but that's it. If you buy water from them it'll cost you €3 per bottle - that is more expensive than the water in the airport (€1.5 each)!
Their reception, restaurant and pool areas are very beautiful and nice. Apparently for the restaurant you'll have to be some sort of member to sit near the sea view? I was told I was not allowed to sit there only after I sat down. I wished it was mentioned in advance.
For massages and spa you'll have to book them few days in advance during holiday season, and unfortunately I was there for only 3 days so I did not get the chance to try them.
Overall my stay with this hotel was positive and the room was clean. However I would not think this is a 4-star hotel - 3 stars would be more appropriate. For the people who are planning to stay here: book the sea view rooms. It's totally worth it! :)

Great views from room. Good check in experience and generally helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.
Our issue was the emergency light that came on in the middle of the night. It was us up. We could not turn it off. When mentioned the following day we were told it was a system problem. Not the best answer when you want a good nights sleep. Fortunately the light did not come on the second night.
Other disappointment was the snacks in the club room. Looked like food - sandwiches and salads - were put out early in the day and never replenished. So if you want an evening snack you may be out of luck. But they did have bubbly and OJ!
Location was right on water but a rather long walk to the actual beach.
