The location is great, right in the heart of Palma in a quiet/ not busy street. Its a beautiful boutique hotel is very very spacious rooms. Also pet friendly. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooms are very clean and with good amenities. The hotel has its own restaurant, you can order room service from them and order snacks to the rooftop. The pool at the rooftop is very small, but that is standard for hotels in the center of Palma. If you rented a car make sure to call ahead and share your license plate number so you can be registered to have a permit to bring the car up to the hotel since the area is restricted for resident vehicles only. The hotel will get your plates as soon as you arrive, but its best to prepare to avoid a fine.

We had an amazing stay here this week. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The amenities are gorgeous and feel very peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Palma. We especially liked the sauna and private pool. The breakfast was delicious including made to order eggs. While driving through Palma was tricky and we worried about parking, the hotel staff met us and let us follow them right to the spot where we should park. What a great hotel!

We just got back from our trip to Mallorca and stayed at Posada Terra Santa for one week. This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have had. The hotel is beautiful, charming and elegant. The staff is incredibly friendly and will do anything to ensure you have a great stay. The rooms are very cozy and kept clean. We highly recommend trying the breakfast at the hotel restaurant. From start to finish, our stay was amazing. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we entered to the time we left, the lovely staff could not have been any nicer or happier to help in any way possible during our three night stay.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and it is very discreetly tucked away in a small side street. The interior is beautiful, and mixes its 15th century architecture with a muted 21st century style very well. Our preferential room on the third floor had a large king size bed, a little seating area, a wide screen tv and French doors opening over the courtyard below. We had a mini bar, safe deposit box, kettle and coffee machine, plus plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom down a few steps was very modern and stylish, with a separate large shower and bath. Everything was very clean and maintained extremely well. My only slight comment is that there are limited English TV channels, and our air conditioning seemed slightly temperamental and perhaps the thermostat was not working properly?
The terrace at the top was very pleasant, with a sunny aspect overlooking the rooftops, with a small plunge pool and a mixture of seating and sun beds. If you required drinks or snacks you just rang downstairs and these were bought up.
Our room rate included breakfast and this was excellent with a nice selection from the buffet, including fresh fruit, breads and pastries through to change of cooked to order courses. Fresh coffee was made to order and it was done very well and I really couldn’t fault it at all!
Proper customer service is rare, but it’s most definitely here and the entire team from the reception, waiting staff through to house keeping were all great. I would especially say Ania went above and beyond and was super efficient.
Would I return? Absolutely, without any doubt and highly recommend it.

Spa: I got their deep tissue massage which was relaxing after a long a Travel day
📍located in the heart of old town. Everything was walkable and also it’s in a quiet narrow street.
