But other than that the location is gorgeous

We stayed for the second time in this hotel, this time 11 days and we again enjoyed it very much. From the arrival with immediate room availability, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Room cleaning on high level with very friendly and kind people (thank you Nitra and Milan). For families with children this is a perfect hotel with different pools and games areas. The food from breakfast until dinner very good also. Only minus point is the frequent planes flying over for take-off and landing however this didn’t bother us so much. Overall I can only highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars. it is very clean, very good food, lots of attractions for children. The rooms are cleaned every day, water is replenished, and coffee service is also provided. I think you need to pay attention to the hotel service. they are very friendly, always nice and helpful. I have never in my life in any hotel seen lifeguards so committed to their work and taking such close care of people in the pool. they deserve a bow! especially Kingsly - a lifeguard who really does a good job here. I highly recommend!

Everything was really good! We enjoy our stay at hotel. Family friendly place 100%. In hotel is 3 different choises of restaurant, what is really amazing, you can find what fits for you the best. Lots of swimming pools and many activities around. Thank you! Good teamwork:).

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring both kids and adults have a memorable stay. Overall, this hotel continues to impress us with its high standards, excellent service, and family-friendly atmosphere. Didn’t stay at hotel but I used the bar. The service was amazing. Plenty of staff and everyone seems happy to be there. Taken to a table quickly. Team very tentative and the food is extremely good for bar food. I had a burger which was outstanding. My friend had the sausage and bacon burger that was amazing also. Good vibe and even better when the live music kicks in. For sure a must to start your night off.

The service was exceptional, and everything exceeded my expectations. Rose was an absolute gem—she was incredibly kind, accommodating, and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable. Her attention to detail and warm personality made my stay even more memorable. And the breakfast was really amazing The rest of the staff was also friendly and professional. Lovely staff in every department, many entertainment spots within hotel some you pay for some no, we visited club eleven to eleven on first floor fj is top notch rooms & hotel very clean. Some rooms a bit dated but do look like the pictures online and spacious, Central to marina and beach and local shops and eatery across the roads and aide card, perfect 👌.

Great big room. Breakfast were great. But the service were amazing, it was Sikandar that made the service so amazing. Greatest person with best service we’ve met yet. Without him the service level would be lowered.

Nice staff, very friendly, they open the door, call the elevator for you, arrange the rooms in great detail. The only complaint is that we were disconnected from the wifi network at dawn on the last day, even though our transportation to the airport was at 2:00 p.m., and the checkout was at 12:00 p.m.

If I had the chance to give it 10 stars I would! Everything in this place is amazing. The food and drinks are delicious, the staff is so lovely, friendly, and very nice to the children. I loved how they clean the room every day and fill up the mini fridge. The hotel itself is amazingly clean too. Loved how they have so many security guards and my children could go eat and come back to the pool safely without feeling scared. The lifeguards are so good to the children and make them laugh. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to coming back :)

The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. It’s a busy hotel, so it can get a little crowded at times, but everything is so well-organized that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Overall, Riu Hotel Dubai is a fantastic option if you’re looking for a lively, all-inclusive stay with great amenities!

I absolutely loved the Riu Dubai. This is more of a family friendly laid back vibe. This is not a party hotel but honestly I feel it is well worth it. This hotel is a great value all inclusive and even with kids there I never felt like kids were everywhere. I would say it is about 30 minutes from most of the nightlife and even if you wanted to stay in they have bars everywhere and the one near the sports bar closes at 2am. The specialty restaurants where great. Unfortunately did not why to try the Lebanese restaurant during my stay. Snacks available all night if you miss the buffet or restaurants. Could be the time of year I went since I went in January there were plenty of lunge chairs available at the pool and beach and kids of you are an adult traveler can not come by the swim up bars as it is sectioned off So book it have fun and enjoy your stay.

Great experience during our vacation. It’s great to have a “all inclusive” Hotel in Dubai. The room has a good space for 2/3, the service is super fast and kind 24/7, the location is great if you some place a little far from the center of Dubai. Tip: rent a car! It will be cheaper than always take a uber or taxi

I spent a week at this hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. The service was excellent—everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. However, my main issue was with the rooms. Unfortunately, the noise was a significant drawback. Our room was close to the area where evening shows took place, and even with the windows closed, the sound was extremely loud. If you prefer to sleep early, it’s nearly impossible without earbuds. Additionally, the walls seemed quite thin, as we could clearly hear conversations and footsteps from neighboring rooms. For a four-star hotel, I would expect better soundproofing. Another issue was the shower. The water temperature fluctuated between burning hot and freezing cold, making it difficult to use comfortably. I take responsibility for not reporting it to the hotel staff, but I would have expected housekeeping to notice and address the issue proactively. The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, which is something to keep in mind since cab fares can add up quickly. However, the food was excellent, offering a wide variety of options, and the drinks were made with quality alcohol, which was much appreciated. Despite the noise issues, I would consider recommending this hotel, especially if they improve soundproofing in the rooms. The great service, food, and overall atmosphere make it a solid choice for a stay.

The staff was very friendly and always eager to make our stay pleasant. The hotel’s location is somewhat central, making many destinations easily accessible. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, the hotel also offers smoking rooms, and despite explicitly reserving a non-smoking room, we had to stay in a smoking room. The strong smell of smoke in the room and hallways was extremely unpleasant and unfortunately lingered in our business clothing after three days. On the positive side, the room was spacious, and the bed and overall furnishings were comfortable. However, the persistent smell of smoke significantly impacted our experience.

Jumeira Rotana hotel is great on value and comfort. I stayed for more than a week during a business trip. It feels like it is a resort in the middle of the city because the pool is very nice and sunny all day, on the rooftop and next to it the gym. As for housekeeping it is amazing, the room is to begin with very spacious compared to others around town, and always very clean and very well taken care off. My housekeeper’s name was Isuru, very polite and respectful and always making sure we have what we need, and consistently delivers the best everyday. Thank you for a great stay.

I recently stayed there as reserved for me by a company to attend the Arab Health. They have spacious rooms with big bathroom but very old furniture. The worst view ever. There is work desk without a chair. THE SMELL OF SMOKE WAS UNBEARABLE. and when we called them, they said there is no non smoking room. The guy who came to open the window did not even have the courtesy to remove his shoes. Which was disgusting. All of our clothes are still smelling cigarettes till today after two days from moving to another hotel. The location is not far away from the main attractions but the road is crowded all the time I went out and took me triple the time to reach. The breakfast was not great either. I did not have a pleasant experience with the staff there too.

this hotel is really good. two disadvantages of it: location is far away from subway (near 20 minutes) and small swimming pool. overview the service is on the highest level. especially cleaner Isuru.

This is a wonderful hotel, but let me point out it's flaws - First of all, the staff makes you review them, making them sound good, and that's it, but anyways. The room was wonderful, with a great view of the marina! Great buffet, with tasty food. 2 restaurants with a pool AND spa! It's location is GREAT, with many restaurants, close to marine and the beach + shuttle buses to The Mall of Emirates! Wonderful hotel, would recommend!

The view is so beautiful and relaxing. Especially on hot days when the sun is shining, the cool breeze from the river is very pleasant. I was taking photos the other day and was overwhelmed by the sheer scale of the place. I'm really happy to have been able to see this view. I'm thinking of staying in the area again the next time I come. Dubai is the best.

Clean, location sublime, relaxing atmosphere, encouraging staff that really go the length and beyond. A lovely step outside of Dubai, within Dubai 😂. The facilities are unmatched and the spa feels like you are attending a retreat all the while being just 100 meters away from the beach. All in all very good. Spacious room. Location close enough to walk to tram and metro and great views to the sea. Tasty breakfast with a lot of options. Although busy area when the balcony door was closed the room was quiet. Only downside the AC the temperature of which could not be adjusted. Ended up shutting it down for night as it was too cold.
