Riu Hotel Dubai is an excellent choice for a fun, relaxing getaway. Located right on the beach, the hotel offers stunning views and easy access to the water, making it perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the sun and sea. The all-inclusive package is a major highlight, with a wide range of food and drinks available all day. The buffet is impressive, offering a mix of international and local dishes, and the themed restaurants add variety to your dining experience.
The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything you need for a great stay. I loved the spacious layout and the balcony, which offered a great spot to unwind with a view. The pool area is another standout—plenty of loungers, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to relax or join in on the activities, there’s something for everyone.
The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. It’s a busy hotel, so it can get a little crowded at times, but everything is so well-organized that it doesn’t feel overwhelming. Overall, Riu Hotel Dubai is a fantastic option if you’re looking for a lively, all-inclusive stay with great amenities!

the service is fantastic and always helps. the rooms are clean and always cleaned. breakfast and dinner super, a lot of choice and there really is nothing to complain about as well as the restaurant service super. overall the hotel service is great and I give them 100%. unfortunately 24 all-inclusive is not quite as it should be, alcohol is only from 10 am to 3 am where it doesn't bother me at all but no choice of alcohol, cheap vodka and cheap whiskey which is disgusting no matter what you mix it with, I had to try very hard so that they could mix vodka for me from cans because their cola is so disgusting that you can't drink it. so I recommend hotels to start having cans in bars. apart from that there are three swimming pools I understand that there are people with children but there should also be one swimming pool only for adults! you have a drink and the kids or you get a ball or you have water from the pool in your drink because the kids are swimming or jumping. there were a lot of older people who wanted to relax unfortunately they couldn't because the kids were jumping, the parents were drinking and trying to keep the kids behind the line in the pool. the pool should be only for 16+ and that would help the hotel a lot. I talked to the manager and I hope it will happen, a very positive person. Overall the hotel is super clean and the location is great!! everyone together with the manager is very great people! the parties didn't make sense either because at the same time there was a party upstairs and on the beach where it doesn't make sense at all! most hotels I've been to were for children from 19 to 21 and from 21 to 3 in the morning on the beach where it makes sense and people have fun here people got nervous and went back to their room. But overall the hotel is great service and restaurant Respect.

Hotel Riu Dubai offers a vibrant, all-inclusive experience that makes it an excellent choice for families, couples, and groups. Situated on the Deira Islands waterfront, the hotel boasts stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and a well-maintained private beach. The spacious, modern rooms are thoughtfully designed, offering comfortable beds, well-functioning air conditioning, and pristine cleanliness. Dining options are diverse, with multiple restaurants serving international and local cuisine, including themed nights that provide variety. The pools are expansive, including options for kids and adults, with a dedicated water park ensuring hours of fun for families. Entertainment is lively, with daily shows, activities, and music, creating a lively atmosphere. However, some guests have reported minor delays during check-in and occasional overcrowding in the dining areas during peak times. The service is generally warm and attentive, with staff making an effort to accommodate requests promptly. Its proximity to Dubai's attractions, combined with excellent facilities and value for money, makes Hotel Riu Dubai a strong contender for those seeking a relaxing yet energetic holiday experience, earning it a well-deserved four-star rating. It's worth giving a visit to this place.

Great hotel for families with children. The splash park with lots of water slides for young and old was great fun for our daughter. The staff are very nice and extremely child-friendly.
The food is good for the hotel category, the selection and quality is good.
Only the location of the hotel could be better. The hotel is located on an island relatively far north and has no metro station. You have to take a cab to the city center or to the nearest metro station. Cabs are always on site, the journey time to the Dubai Mall is usually about 30 minutes and costs about €15 per trip. Please note: The traffic in Dubai is extreme, during rush hour the journey can sometimes take 60 minutes, but this was more of an exception.
The hotel is located in the flight path of the International Airport, so airplanes fly close to the hotel every few minutes. This didn't bother us, our daughter was happy about every plane she saw. For people who are sensitive to aircraft noise, however, this could be annoying.
All in all, we can recommend the hotel, especially for families. It is also possible to explore the city from here.

Stayed in May 2024 and can’t think of a single thing I would fault with this hotel. The service was top notch, the food was incredible, and the facilities spotlessly clean.
I highly recommend purchasing a sea view room as the views in the evening are great.
We travelled with our 4 year old son who had his birthday while at the hotel. He was overwhelmed by the attention he got at dinner and the little touches like a birthday cake and a well orchestrated happy birthday song just blew him away.
I have noticed that the location has often been mentioned as a sticking point but in my opinion, it is perfect. Close enough to travel into town cheaply but also far enough away from the busy delights of Dubai so you can have a relaxing holiday mixed with a city break.
We payed a chauffeur to take us on a 6 hour tour of Dubai, where he waited for us at every attraction. This cost less than £180 for the whole family and made our holiday.
I must mention the service again, just incredible.
On day two I suffered from sinus pain, the hotel helped me get medication delivered to the hotel within an hour and the cost was minimal.
I highly recommend this hotel for any young families wanting a base to explore Dubai. If you have young children, the splash parks will have them entertained for hours, alternatively the multiple pools will keep the adults entertained.
