We had an absolutely fantastic stay at RIU Dubai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From check-in to departure, everything was smooth, well organised, and exceeded our expectations.
The hotel itself is amazing — modern, spotless, and very well maintained throughout. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The facilities across the hotel are excellent, with plenty of space to relax and never feeling overcrowded.
The staff were outstanding and truly made the holiday special. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. They always had a smile and went out of their way to make sure guests were happy — a real credit to the hotel.
The food and drinks were excellent for an all-inclusive resort, with a great variety and quality at every meal. The themed restaurants were a lovely touch and added to the overall experience.
The private beach and pool areas were clean, well looked after, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds available. The atmosphere throughout the day and evening was great, with enjoyable entertainment without being too loud or intrusive.
A unique bonus for us was the plane spotting — aircraft flying overhead on approach, which was brilliant to watch and added something extra to the stay, especially for aviation fans.
Overall, RIU Dubai offers excellent value for money, outstanding service, and a truly relaxing holiday. We will definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Stayed here on a 2-night staycation package. The room itself was reasonably well prepared, however there were several areas where the experience could be improved.
The balcony area was quite dirty on arrival, including the floor and outdoor furniture, which gave a poor first impression. Housekeeping overall seemed inconsistent, as there was rubbish left on our floor for the entire duration of our stay without being cleared.
Inside the room, there were also some maintenance and housekeeping issues that should have been noticed before check-in, including torn curtains and pillowcases with holes in them. Small details like this really affect the overall impression of the hotel.
We also experienced repeated issues with the minibar/fridge, which was often empty, and requests through reception took longer than expected to be attended to.
Service consistency at the downstairs bar could also be improved. Different staff members provided different information regarding included drinks benefits, which became confusing until a manager clarified the situation.
The food was average overall and did not quite match what I would normally expect from a 4-star hotel. Another disappointing detail was that slippers were not provided in the room, which is usually considered standard for this category of hotel.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are definitely areas that could be improved, particularly cleanliness, maintenance, consistency of service, and attention to detail.

An amazing hotel. Great location. Fantastic food. Beautiful rooms. Brilliant staff. Everything about this holiday was lovely. Stayed for 4 nights before going on a cruise to UAE. I cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing was too much trouble.

Absolutely loved every bit of our stay at this amazing all-inclusive hotel! Truly worth every single penny. From the food to the ambiance, everything was beyond perfect. A huge appreciation to all the staff members, chefs, housekeeping, reception team — everyone is doing an incredible job and making guests feel so welcomed and comfortable.
Special mention to Mr. Rashid for his exceptional service, hardworking nature, and professionalism. He was always so helpful, attentive, and kind throughout our stay. The reception staff were also excellent, very cooperative and friendly at all times.
Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely visit again!

Nice full-board experience, food was average especially the snacks, best food in “The Palm” restaurant which serves Italian cuisine. In addition to unlimited coffee and cold drinks.
The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly.
Water slides were great for kids, not much water activities, Kayak and pedal boat. But surprisingly water slides close at 5pm and swimming pools at 6:30pm, when the sun starts to be cooler in the summer time!
Rooms are spacious but very dirty especially under the beds and sofas, also pillows are extremely uncomfortable.
AC in the rooms is very good, while in the restaurants and cafes is average.
