Feedback from a 2-Week Family Stay** Positive Aspects: 1. Food: The quality and variety of the food at Olympian Bay Grand Resort are commendable. We enjoyed delicious meals with a good range of options to suit different tastes. 2. Kind Staff: The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. They consistently went out of their way to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable. Areas for Improvement: 1. Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs significant improvement. Throughout our stay, we noticed that the common and open areas and rooms were not consistently cleaned to a high standard. 2. Beach Facilities: The beach area was disappointing. It was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough sunbeds to accommodate all guests. Enhancing the cleanliness of the beach and ensuring sufficient sunbeds are available would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall: Based on our experience, this resort does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel and requires several improvements to reach that level.

The room we got (bungalow) was as horrible as the photos of other reviewers depict, zero maintenance and cleaning is sporadically witnessed. Plus if you ask for cleaning they respond yes and don't show up. Funny enough you actually expect that, just by looking into their face expressions. Numerous cats and kittens fumbling around the place are a major issue. One of them ripped a plastic bag to gain access to my childrens' snack. It's unacceptable. The location is fantastic, and the outdoors space decently maintained. Food was OK, desserts indifferent, drinks, soft drinks etc were below average, we either brought our own drinks or bought coffee from outside the hotel. To be fair, we paid 250 euros for two nights (two adults and two young children), all inclusive, so I guess I wasn't expecting much anyway. I went there only to join a large group of friends and I don't think I will return.

If you think that this is a 4 star hotel, then you haven't seen anything in the world. I don't want to sound rude, but you have to be crazy to pay for this "4 star" hotel. The rooms are ridiculous. Mold, dust and dead (somewhere also live) bugs everywhere. I don't need see view if my room is disaster. The bathroom door is all glass, it opens itself and you can't go to the bathroom in peace, because you have a feeling that there is no door. The floor is with carpets, not hygienic at all. This is not 1985, please. The dining room is full of cats and flies. The food is ok,but they need to slow down with their spices, smell funny and taste strange. The people who work there are good, they know their job and that's the best thing there.

DISASTER!! We booked a holiday at Olympian Bay Grand Hotel, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but we ended up leaving after just one night due to the appalling conditions. The rooms were far from the "luxury" advertised on their website. Instead, we found ourselves in a dirty, poorly maintained room with visible **mould** on the walls and ceilings. The smell of dampness was overwhelming, making it impossible to breathe comfortably. We were traveling with infants and the conditions were threatening the health of our babies! The lack of cleanliness was shocking—dust everywhere, dirty floors, and stained sheets or carpet! It was clear that basic hygiene standards were completely neglected. Even the bathroom was filthy, with mould in the shower, making it feel unhygienic and unusable. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issues more than that we were treated like we were the ones that are out of their minds. When we reported the state of the room, they offered some other rooms in exactly the same conditions, as if this was something they were used to hearing as those are the current conditions and they don’t have alternative anyhow! We were left with no choice but to cut our holiday short and find alternative accommodation. For the price and the hotel's supposed reputation, the state of the rooms and overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere unless you're prepared to deal with unhealthy and unsanitary conditions. Absolutely **disgraceful** experience!

Excellent service, clean rooms, great for the money. It is 2km away from town Leptokaria, people walk to there too, it is not far. The surroundings are quiet. Spacious hotel with its own small market and souvenir shop. We were in the main building with a sea, pool and sunrise view. The mount of Olymp is very near so the sights around are marvelous. The beach is okay, with small stones and sand. Perfect for kids/babies. I have to say huge thanks and shout out to the staff, especially the girls working in the restaurant. Very kind and helpful with smile on their faces all the time.

During my stay, I found the bedroom to be quite nice. It was well-furnished, with comfortable bedding and a clean, modern aesthetic that made me feel at home. The decor was tasteful and the room was spacious enough to provide a relaxing environment after long working hours. The beach, on the other hand, was absolutely stunning. It quickly became my favorite spot. Each morning, I would take a walk along the shoreline, enjoying the serene sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the gentle sea breeze. The sand was soft and the water clear, perfect for a quick swim to refresh myself before starting the day’s work. The sunsets at the beach were particularly breathtaking, providing a beautiful backdrop for winding down in the evening. As for the food, it was alright. The menu had a decent variety, though it didn’t particularly stand out. Some dishes were quite enjoyable, while others were just satisfactory. It was sufficient to keep me fueled throughout my stay, but not particularly memorable. Overall, my experience was positive, largely due to the pleasant accommodations and the stunning beach. The food might not have been exceptional, but the other aspects more than made up for it, making my working stay enjoyable.

me and my boyfriend came here as our first holiday together, we had the best week, when we arrived the hotel was even better than expected and the staff were so welcoming, our room was cleaned everyday and it was big and we had the most beautiful terrace, the beach is amazing as well as the pool there is so much to do within the resort, the location is perfect as we ventured out to the most beautiful greek towns that are all in close perimeter to the hotel. there are always activities going on and you can get really involved it’s great. the manager of the hotel is always present and is lovely he welcomed us on the first night and we got some free drinks, and thanked us for staying when we left. we had the best week ever staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend and would love to come back :)

Based on the 4-star rating your hotel advertises, I had much higher expectations, but none of them were met during my stay. Some of the key issues I encountered include: 1. **Food**: The quality of the food was very poor. Many of the meals were cold, tasteless, and there was a very limited selection for a hotel that claims to offer high-class services. 2. **Cleanliness**: The rooms were far from clean. I noticed dirt in several areas of the room, and even the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. 3. **Service**: The service from the staff was disorganized and unprofessional. There were significant delays in addressing basic requests, and there was a general lack of customer care. Given these experiences, I feel that the hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment and I would not recommend it to others. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and make improvements for future guests. Thank you for your time.

Poor cleanliness, poor food, poor rooms. Nice water but the beach was not maintained properly. Rooms are tight, no amenities, the terrace is wide but the fence seemed unsafe. Very dirty. The surrounding is nice, but could be improved. Nice view from our terrace. Poor value for money. Far from the 4 star hotel. Food was very poor, they don’t bother cleaning the floors and restaurant after the dinner.

The rooms are comfy and modern. The food is tasty and offers a great variety. The hospitality and service from the staff were outstanding. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is one of the best in the Kassandra area. Overall, I recommend this hotel especially for families with kids!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chrousso Village Hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the beautiful surroundings of this wonderful resort. The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, with well-maintained pools, lovely gardens, and a fantastic range of activities that kept both adults and kids entertained throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff at the restaurants and bars were always friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience every time. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide at least a bottle or two of drinking water in the rooms, as it can be challenging to find water during the night hours. Other than that, everything was perfect! Overall, Chrousso Village Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled family vacation. We can't wait to return!

A wonderful complex where we spent 10 wonderful days. Wonderful and helpful staff. The hygiene in the rooms, pool, restaurant is at a very high level. For the "All inclusive" service, we received quality and varied food, many desserts, fruits and a large selection of drinks. .The only thing I would notice is to add branded drinks like Coca Cola, Fanta, Schweppes... The entertainment with live music, pool games and animations in the mini amphitheater was very well organized. I highly recommend this complex.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this hotel starting from the 5th of September. Since we arrived early in the morning, we had to wait for our room to be ready, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we could enjoy breakfast on our first day, something we didn’t expect. The reception staff were all very friendly and spoke English very well, which is not always common in Greek hotels. We booked a renovated Double Superior room and were placed above the restaurant, which turned out to be an excellent location. The room was superb — exactly as advertised on the website — fully renovated, clean, and new. The spacious balcony gave us a perfect view of the evening entertainment and live music. Housekeeping was impeccable, with the room cleaned and towels changed daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, nestled by a forest and very well-equipped, featuring an Italian restaurant, an EV charging station, an ATM, a mini market, and more. The mini market even offered a good selection of gluten-free snacks and ice creams, which was a pleasant surprise. As both of us have celiac disease, we informed the hotel prior to our arrival, and they were well-prepared. Upon our first visit to the restaurant, the staff were already aware of our dietary needs. Despite being limited to gluten-free options, the food selection was diverse and far from monotonous, contrary to some other reviews. In fact, the food was delicious, especially the soups. Breakfast offered plenty of gluten-free choices, including bread, cookies, and cereals, which you can request from the chef. A special thanks to the head chef, who clearly explained what was safe for us to eat and even prepared gluten-free pasta for us a few times during our stay :) We also want to extend our gratitude to the lovely lady who worked at the restaurant. She was always positive, smiling, and attentive, making sure to call the chef whenever she saw us. It’s these little details that truly make a stay memorable. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, either via a forest path or the main road, which runs parallel. The beach itself is fantastic — sandy with crystal-clear water. We highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great Stay at Atrium. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, only a short walk down hill to the beach or there is a shuttle if you prefer. Food was really good. We will definitely look an returning to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday!

Lovely place. However the room was not what you'd expect of a 4 stars hotel. Ancient air-conditioning, outdated bathroom and the couples rooms...single beds added together. No iron, only ironing service that was not cheap. However the food was very good and the service amazing. At the bar we could've done with some menus that has a list of things included for all inclusive. We ended up paying for cocktails as we were told what the cocktails in the all inclusive menus were. There was one girl on reception with red hair and she was amazing. She smiled all the time and was so helpful that made out stay 10x better. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She work afternoons/evenings while we were there She was a sweetheart.

Food was nowhere near “all inclusive”, if you need a drink you need to order one thru the waiter which will be filled inside the kitchen and will be brought to you on a super small glass…. and if you need a second drink you may wait a while because is a lot of people who did not receive their first drink yet! Water served was very bad and if you want to have good water you need to order bottle water, pay for it does not matter you paid already “ all inklusive” funny thoug!!!!!! If you want to have towels for swiming pool you need to leave at reception eur 10 as bail and if you want them to change daily you need to pay for laundry, never heard that before! Not thinking ever to go back at Atrium Hotel!

This is a 3 star hotel AT BEST. Rooms are small and things like AC don’t work. We had to switch rooms once because the AC broke and our friends had the same issue. It’s 15 minutes from the beach and coming back in 40 degree heat up a hill is horrible. There is a shuttle but it’s usually full with people arguing to get on. The shuttle also broke down. There’s food but often cheap things, pasta, cheap sausages, french fries, etc. The evening entertainment is “meh”Staff was very nice though. Overall not worth the money unfortunately.

We had the best holiday ever at this hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, the sea is cristal clear and the staff could not do enough for you. The food was amazing, both the buffet and the a la carte menu. Plenty of variation every day and beautifully cooked. We went all inclusive, which I'm glad we did, because otherwise it would have been quite pricey. Kids club available and the staff there were brilliant with our daughter. I really can't praise this hotel enough and would love to come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. À-la-carte-Restaurant offers very delicious and tender Black Angus Steaks. Service quality depends on each employee, due to the new opening many new workers must first be trained on the job, I guess. Would recommend to stay there.

Had a great stay at this hotel in September with our baby. Everybody was so friendly. Food, beach, pool and the rooms are great. Especially the big buffet. We can also recommend the burger at the beach bar which is included in the comfort package (definitely worth adding all inclusive package, it even was not much more expensive). The center of the small village is reachable within a 5 min walk, with a lot of restaurants and small shops (mainly for tourists). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This hotel is really well managed. It is one of the best venues for a business meeting or even a small group scientific conference. The catering staff in this hotel are really nice, and the Chef is caring of people with food allergies. Obviously as a rule when visiting any foreign country allergic people have to triple check the ingredients and have the allergens they need to avoid translated into the language of the country and have it written on their mobile device. This place is very clean, well renovated and well maintained. 5*

Upon arrival at the hotel we went to check in, but told to sit down and wait, after being brought a cold face cloth and iced tea, we're given our room key and told about services and prices and discount, to which I then had to point out we had booked all inclusive over a year ago, we were then told we could have drinks, breakfast and evening meal, but would have a 20% discount for lunch...not what we booked last year. Then after filling out forms in reception for 40 minutes staff then offered to take our cases to our room for us which is a nice touch would of been nicer if the cases had got to our room before nearly an hour wait! The hotel and the rooms are immaculate and the food excellent quality. The pool NOT enough sunbeds for amount of guests, notice saying do not reserve sunbeds but they were being for hours on end and not just by guests, we witnessed a member of the bar receiving 10 euro tip every night to 1. reserve a table every night for them on the terrace and 2. sunbeds every morning for 8 people. We felt if you were half board or full board you got waited on properly if like us you were all inclusive they didn't bother. One of the management team was only pleasant of she thought you had money, majority of the staff were miserable and rude with a very few staff members worth their weight in gold. This hotel is trying to be something it is NOT, no atmosphere more like a retirement home than a family holiday, honestly believe it should be sold as an adults only hotel!
