**Subject: My Disappointing Experience at Your Hotel** Hello, I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Based on the 4-star rating your hotel advertises, I had much higher expectations, but none of them were met during my stay. Some of the key issues I encountered include: 1. **Food**: The quality of the food was very poor. Many of the meals were cold, tasteless, and there was a very limited selection for a hotel that claims to offer high-class services. 2. **Cleanliness**: The rooms were far from clean. I noticed dirt in several areas of the room, and even the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. 3. **Service**: The service from the staff was disorganized and unprofessional. There were significant delays in addressing basic requests, and there was a general lack of customer care. Given these experiences, I feel that the hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star establishment and I would not recommend it to others. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and make improvements for future guests. Thank you for your time.

me and my boyfriend came here as our first holiday together, we had the best week, when we arrived the hotel was even better than expected and the staff were so welcoming, our room was cleaned everyday and it was big and we had the most beautiful terrace, the beach is amazing as well as the pool there is so much to do within the resort, the location is perfect as we ventured out to the most beautiful greek towns that are all in close perimeter to the hotel. there are always activities going on and you can get really involved it’s great. the manager of the hotel is always present and is lovely he welcomed us on the first night and we got some free drinks, and thanked us for staying when we left. we had the best week ever staying at this hotel and we would definitely recommend and would love to come back :)

I regret to inform you that my experience with the superior villa was less than satisfactory.Despite paying for a superior treatment, I was disappointed to learn of additional charges for sun beds, towel cleaning, and the safe. Furthermore, the inconvenience of having the lift to the beach turned off, requiring a lengthy walk around the hotel, was particularly challenging with a small child and a stroller. Additionally, the frequent closure of the pools was frustrating and denied using hotels facilities. The presence of a lizard in the room was also concerning. Consequently, I will not be staying there anymore

I recommended him to friends, acquaintances and colleagues. Each of them is impressed by the hotel, the restaurant, the location, the beach, and the peace that the hotel provides. Poor cleanliness, poor food, poor rooms. Nice water but the beach was not maintained properly. Rooms are tight, no amenities, the terrace is wide but the fence seemed unsafe. Very dirty. The surrounding is nice, but could be improved. Nice view from our terrace. Poor value for money. Far from the 4 star hotel. Food was very poor, they don’t bother cleaning the floors and restaurant after the dinner.

We had a great Stay at Atrium. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, only a short walk down hill to the beach or there is a shuttle if you prefer. Food was really good. We will definitely look an returning to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday!

Lovely place. However the room was not what you'd expect of a 4 stars hotel. Ancient air-conditioning, outdated bathroom and the couples rooms...single beds added together. No iron, only ironing service that was not cheap. However the food was very good and the service amazing. At the bar we could've done with some menus that has a list of things included for all inclusive. We ended up paying for cocktails as we were told what the cocktails in the all inclusive menus were. There was one girl on reception with red hair and she was amazing. She smiled all the time and was so helpful that made out stay 10x better. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name. She work afternoons/evenings while we were there She was a sweetheart.

Food was nowhere near “all inclusive”, if you need a drink you need to order one thru the waiter which will be filled inside the kitchen and will be brought to you on a super small glass…. and if you need a second drink you may wait a while because is a lot of people who did not receive their first drink yet! Water served was very bad and if you want to have good water you need to order bottle water, pay for it does not matter you paid already “ all inklusive” funny thoug!!!!!! If you want to have towels for swiming pool you need to leave at reception eur 10 as bail and if you want them to change daily you need to pay for laundry, never heard that before! Not thinking ever to go back at Atrium Hotel!

3 star at best. Our room was small, the AC was very old and after a power-out, it stopped working. They gave us a fan for the first night, then moved us after some begging. (They do have lovely reception staff who was so nice to me when I nearly broke down with heat exhaustion). For some reason the toilet seats don't stay up. I think they cut corners there and purchased some cheap seats. I've never been anywhere where I had to hold up my own toilet seat! The power cut out every day (thankfully came back on after an hour or 2). Our package included breakfast and dinner, not lunch though. The buffet was typical cheap food (bread, rice, pasta, some fruit/vegis - all stuff you can get cheap). I was suprised to find you had to purchase all your water. Not expensive (only 1euro/bottle), I'd have preferred to pay a little more and just be able to access drinking water at need. Every meal time we needed to stock up on bottled water due to the heat. The pool was nice, but I don't know why they closed the splash pool most of the day. The life guard was more interested in her phone than watching swimmers, so it wasn't a safety issue. The little kids play room needs a wee upgrade on the toys. My kid was happy, but every single toy was broken. It wouldn't be a big expense to upgrade some toys. The massage was amazing, highly recommend! DO NOT drink at the bar. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from my drink because it was the only thing I had different from my family and I was the only one who got sick. Not sure if it was bad milk (I had a piña colada), or the ice. The staff there were uncecessarily rude. Not just to me, I heard them being rude to a bunch of kids too. There is a van to take you down to the beach, which was great, but they never told us that the sheltered seats where the van drops you off were part of Atrium, so we paid until the staff there told us it was free. It wouldn't have been hard to tell us where we could go. The van driver was rude to me, and didn't turn on the AC until he started driving, which meant (because getting van space was a competition), you'd sit sweating away for 10minutes before he drove off. ... the van also broke down and the guy just shrugged, like "it's not my problem". The worst part (and easiest fix) was the communication. Every place i've ever stayed, has a little booklet with some useful information. How the internet works, food hours, entertainment, local attractions, how to get around. People tell you how things work, explain stuff. This place had nothing. Most of the time I relied on stumbling around or going without. A good attempt, but 4-stars? NO.

Everything was beyond our expectations….Great service ,very polite staff the food was excellent….Everything clean and so nice .We had a super relaxing weekend….I recommend this hotel because we had wonderful experience…

+ The renovated rooms are great. Spacious, modern and comfortable. Cleaning every day. + Delicious and diverse food. + Friendly staff. + Free parking just in front of the hotel. + Good starting point with car for the nice beaches in the area. - No music for the dinners, except the live band two times a week. - Wines and cocktails not very good quality. - Bottled water for the rooms is not included in the All inclusive.

The rooms are comfy and modern. The food is tasty and offers a great variety. The hospitality and service from the staff were outstanding. The only downside is the distance from the beach, which is one of the best in the Kassandra area. Overall, I recommend this hotel especially for families with kids!

A wonderful complex where we spent 10 wonderful days. Wonderful and helpful staff. The hygiene in the rooms, pool, restaurant is at a very high level. For the "All inclusive" service, we received quality and varied food, many desserts, fruits and a large selection of drinks. .The only thing I would notice is to add branded drinks like Coca Cola, Fanta, Schweppes... The entertainment with live music, pool games and animations in the mini amphitheater was very well organized. I highly recommend this complex.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Chrousso Village Hotel with our family! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and the beautiful surroundings of this wonderful resort. The accommodations were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect home away from home. The amenities were top-notch, with well-maintained pools, lovely gardens, and a fantastic range of activities that kept both adults and kids entertained throughout our stay. The food was exceptional, offering a delicious variety of dishes that catered to all tastes. The staff at the restaurants and bars were always friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a delightful dining experience every time. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide at least a bottle or two of drinking water in the rooms, as it can be challenging to find water during the night hours. Other than that, everything was perfect! Overall, Chrousso Village Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun-filled family vacation. We can't wait to return!

Review: Our group of 6 friends and 2 children had an absolutely amazing time at Chrousso Village hotel! From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in a superior double room, which was recently renovated and incredibly comfortable. The bed was truly exceptional - we slept like royalty every night. The daily room cleaning service ensured our space remained pristine throughout our stay. The hotel staff were wonderful, always ready to assist with a smile. But what really stood out was the food - it was simply amazing! The variety offered each day was impressive, with delicious soups, an array of salads, the desserts and options to suit every palate. We were constantly delighted by the culinary offerings. One of the best aspects of Chrousso Village was the abundance of activities. From tennis and volleyball to water polo and poolside Zumba, there was always something exciting happening. The evenings were equally entertaining with different themes each night - karaoke, "Man vs. Women" competitions, ouzo bingo, and live band performances. We were so entertained that we barely left the hotel premises! A special shoutout goes to the fantastic animation team - Adam, Clemens, Maya, and all the others whose names we regrettably can't recall. Your energy, enthusiasm, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond! While there's a beach 800 meters from the hotel, we preferred visiting the one between Cabana and Leuky Amos. It was a bit further but well worth the trip. In conclusion, Chrousso Village hotel provided us with an unforgettable vacation experience. Whether you're traveling with friends, family, or both, this hotel offers something for everyone. We can't wait to return!
