Feedback from a 2-Week Family Stay** Positive Aspects: 1. Food: The quality and variety of the food at Olympian Bay Grand Resort are commendable. We enjoyed delicious meals with a good range of options to suit different tastes. 2. Kind Staff: The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. They consistently went out of their way to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable. Areas for Improvement: 1. Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs significant improvement. Throughout our stay, we noticed that the common and open areas and rooms were not consistently cleaned to a high standard. 2. Beach Facilities: The beach area was disappointing. It was not as clean as expected, and there were not enough sunbeds to accommodate all guests. Enhancing the cleanliness of the beach and ensuring sufficient sunbeds are available would greatly improve the guest experience. Overall: Based on our experience, this resort does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel and requires several improvements to reach that level.

The room we got (bungalow) was as horrible as the photos of other reviewers depict, zero maintenance and cleaning is sporadically witnessed. Plus if you ask for cleaning they respond yes and don't show up. Funny enough you actually expect that, just by looking into their face expressions. Numerous cats and kittens fumbling around the place are a major issue. One of them ripped a plastic bag to gain access to my childrens' snack. It's unacceptable. The location is fantastic, and the outdoors space decently maintained. Food was OK, desserts indifferent, drinks, soft drinks etc were below average, we either brought our own drinks or bought coffee from outside the hotel. To be fair, we paid 250 euros for two nights (two adults and two young children), all inclusive, so I guess I wasn't expecting much anyway. I went there only to join a large group of friends and I don't think I will return.

If you think that this is a 4 star hotel, then you haven't seen anything in the world. I don't want to sound rude, but you have to be crazy to pay for this "4 star" hotel. The rooms are ridiculous. Mold, dust and dead (somewhere also live) bugs everywhere. I don't need see view if my room is disaster. The bathroom door is all glass, it opens itself and you can't go to the bathroom in peace, because you have a feeling that there is no door. The floor is with carpets, not hygienic at all. This is not 1985, please. The dining room is full of cats and flies. The food is ok,but they need to slow down with their spices, smell funny and taste strange. The people who work there are good, they know their job and that's the best thing there.

DISASTER!! We booked a holiday at Olympian Bay Grand Hotel, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but we ended up leaving after just one night due to the appalling conditions. The rooms were far from the "luxury" advertised on their website. Instead, we found ourselves in a dirty, poorly maintained room with visible **mould** on the walls and ceilings. The smell of dampness was overwhelming, making it impossible to breathe comfortably. We were traveling with infants and the conditions were threatening the health of our babies! The lack of cleanliness was shocking—dust everywhere, dirty floors, and stained sheets or carpet! It was clear that basic hygiene standards were completely neglected. Even the bathroom was filthy, with mould in the shower, making it feel unhygienic and unusable. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the issues more than that we were treated like we were the ones that are out of their minds. When we reported the state of the room, they offered some other rooms in exactly the same conditions, as if this was something they were used to hearing as those are the current conditions and they don’t have alternative anyhow! We were left with no choice but to cut our holiday short and find alternative accommodation. For the price and the hotel's supposed reputation, the state of the rooms and overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere unless you're prepared to deal with unhealthy and unsanitary conditions. Absolutely **disgraceful** experience!

Excellent service, clean rooms, great for the money. It is 2km away from town Leptokaria, people walk to there too, it is not far. The surroundings are quiet. Spacious hotel with its own small market and souvenir shop. We were in the main building with a sea, pool and sunrise view. The mount of Olymp is very near so the sights around are marvelous. The beach is okay, with small stones and sand. Perfect for kids/babies. I have to say huge thanks and shout out to the staff, especially the girls working in the restaurant. Very kind and helpful with smile on their faces all the time.
