We had the best holiday ever at this hotel. Beautifully decorated, very clean, the sea is cristal clear and the staff could not do enough for you.
The food was amazing, both the buffet and the a la carte menu. Plenty of variation every day and beautifully cooked.
We went all inclusive, which I'm glad we did, because otherwise it would have been quite pricey.
Kids club available and the staff there were brilliant with our daughter.
I really can't praise this hotel enough and would love to come back again.

À-la-carte-Restaurant offers very delicious and tender Black Angus Steaks.
Service quality depends on each employee, due to the new opening many new workers must first be trained on the job, I guess.
Would recommend to stay there.

Had a great stay at this hotel in September with our baby. Everybody was so friendly. Food, beach, pool and the rooms are great. Especially the big buffet. We can also recommend the burger at the beach bar which is included in the comfort package (definitely worth adding all inclusive package, it even was not much more expensive). The center of the small village is reachable within a 5 min walk, with a lot of restaurants and small shops (mainly for tourists). We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This hotel is really well managed. It is one of the best venues for a business meeting or even a small group scientific conference.
The catering staff in this hotel are really nice, and the Chef is caring of people with food allergies.
Obviously as a rule when visiting any foreign country allergic people have to triple check the ingredients and have the allergens they need to avoid translated into the language of the country and have it written on their mobile device.
This place is very clean, well renovated and well maintained. 5*

Upon arrival at the hotel we went to check in, but told to sit down and wait, after being brought a cold face cloth and iced tea, we're given our room key and told about services and prices and discount, to which I then had to point out we had booked all inclusive over a year ago, we were then told we could have drinks, breakfast and evening meal, but would have a 20% discount for lunch...not what we booked last year. Then after filling out forms in reception for 40 minutes staff then offered to take our cases to our room for us which is a nice touch would of been nicer if the cases had got to our room before nearly an hour wait! The hotel and the rooms are immaculate and the food excellent quality. The pool NOT enough sunbeds for amount of guests, notice saying do not reserve sunbeds but they were being for hours on end and not just by guests, we witnessed a member of the bar receiving 10 euro tip every night to 1. reserve a table every night for them on the terrace and 2. sunbeds every morning for 8 people. We felt if you were half board or full board you got waited on properly if like us you were all inclusive they didn't bother. One of the management team was only pleasant of she thought you had money, majority of the staff were miserable and rude with a very few staff members worth their weight in gold. This hotel is trying to be something it is NOT, no atmosphere more like a retirement home than a family holiday, honestly believe it should be sold as an adults only hotel!
