Good room, clean, spacious and good location BUT THERE IS NO WATER : it was a total surprise when arrived we weren’t aware of it ! It says that water is available during few hours a day but it’s not always the case. It was a pure disaster especially during a summer day at the beach… no shower, no toilet… Moreover the owner is very unpleasant and not helpful ! I do not recommend ! (We went 1 week in July and stayed at wellness apartment )

Stayed in the Wellness Spot Apartments, which I recommend. They are up to date, comfortable air conditioned with balconies giving good views of the wooded cliffs down over the town to the sea. Bar and restaurant by the modern non chlorine pool with excellent views up the wooded cliffs. Irene and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The apartments are ten minutes walk down to the sea through the town to the beach with several alternative interesting and quaint narrow foot paths off the main road to different parts of the beach. Plenty of beach and town tavernas ranging from modern european to smaller traditional Greek. There are also two up market reasonably priced dinner restaurants with good menus and excellent service. Good sandy beach with choices of taverna's sunbeds included with lunch. Excellent place to relax and chill out and good value for money.

Don’t recommend this place. Rooms were in bad shape, especially the bathrooms with moldy shower curtains that would stick to you while trying to shower. Really bad wifi and thin walls so you can hear your neighbours. Pool staff is very kind and the food at the pool is good. Location is good but there are better places.

Just got back from a fantastic few days at Irene apartments! A super spontaneous holiday but so, so happy with our stay! Our studio was so cute, well equipped and when we asked for an extra blanket ( gorgeous hot days but I was chilly the first night) the blankets were put in our rooms instantly! Towels and rooms serviced regularly! As for the service at the bar, beautiful, caring Grace was so sweet and helpful. The poolside was kept immaculate! Finally, the food we ate there was delicious and freshly prepared! We visit Greece often and I can honestly say Irene apartments is well worth a visit and we will be back very soon!

The staff is real nice and friendly except for manager he is rude and arrogant. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is simple full English but nice. The pool is ok however its almost in the middle of the street. The hotel is in Good location. Now what I disliked: The water is salty, impossible to drink or even to have a proper shower. It’s like taking a shower in the sea, the same.

Hotel was super disappointing. Bad staff and services. Dirty room and there was no cleaning during the 6 days, except for changing the garbage. Rude receptionist. Breakfast starts at 9 am, super late and with low quality food. Salt water in the taps, for showering and brushing teeth very uncomfortable. The only good thing is the Location, but I do not recommend the Hotel.

the hotel is located in the English quarter, close to the beaches, close to the restaurants, the rooms are nice and clean, but they could use mosquito nets, and the air conditioner is in the worst possible place, it blows cold on your head and you can easily catch a cold if it doesn't work. it's warm, the food is very delicious, with a wide selection, but it could be in a bigger place, because it's constantly crowded, the staff is friendly and very quiet

My boyfriend and I are 19&20 and stayed at the Mediterranean Blue Hotel for 5 nights. We had an unbelievably wonderful stay; the staff are all super kind and friendly, Penny the owner is always willing to help and recognised us every time we came back from a day out, which made the experience feel even more homely. The room was perfect, equipt with everything we needed and had a lovely view of the island. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk away and has sun beds for the hotel guests, and wasn’t busy when we visited. We paid for a bed and breakfast but also dined a few times at the hotel, and the food was delicious and authentic. The cocktails were also fabulous! The hotel is situated about 15 minutes walk from Kavos town, which was ideal for going out to eat or to do some shopping; we aren’t really the clubbing/party type and the location meant we weren’t bothered by any of the noise at night, but it was all close enough to walk to if we wanted to go. In all honesty we would have loved to stay longer, it’s the best holiday we’ve ever had. We would recommend this hotel to anybody, from families to younger couples like ourselves. Thankyou for a fabulous stay!

Peaceful place in Corfu, Kavos (well away from the strip, 10 minute walk) with beautiful views and wonderful staff. Amazing entertainment on at night; highly recommend the Greek night! Penny, Nikos and every other single member of staff were super lovely and accommodating and even go that extra mile for their guests. 100% recommend this Med Blue as a place to stay!

Absolutely fantastic resort for a holiday. The Team are amazing and so welcoming; they're so engaging, you're not treated just like a visitor but rather like a friend or even part of the family. The food is delicious. We had a family sea view complex, which was stunning - it was spotless and comfortable for our family of 5. The beach is quiet and pleasant. It is a nice short walk into Kavos, but also in a nice, quiet area if you don't fancy the Kavos nightlife. There is something on every night at the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay, I'm already looking to see when I can book to come back. Thank you.

Absolutely incredible! I could not recommend this hotel more, from the welcoming and kind staff to the delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, and wonderful pool complex the Mediterranean Blue is a must stay for Kavos. I went with a group of 5 other girls and we all had the best time and felt so safe due to the attentive staff who really made you feel like part of the family. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a good spread of sweet and savoury options with the restaurant menu being extensive with a wide range of sandwiches, salads, pizzas and so much more. We also visited the attached Tex Mex restaurant on the strip for an evening meal and would also really recommend! We will definitely be back!

Familly hotel just 2 minutes away from the Ionian Sea. Clean and well maintained with an excellant atmosphere. Breakfast is more than enough, satifying every need and desire. The evening dinner offers a huge variety of dishes, based on the Greek cuisine. The bar offers excellant coctails and drinks, to relax and enjoy your evenings, under the bright colors of the Greek Sky. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you Sea Bird.

Hotel located in a good spot and right near a bus stop. Rooms were small. Beds were very uncomfortable and we didn’t want to even use the blankets as the room didn’t seem very clean. Shower, shower curtain and bathroom was full of mould.

Didn't read reviews until after my partner booked. We debated booking elsewhere but decided to stick and decide once there. We arrived, expecting the worst, so it was better than expected. Staff are lovely and friendly and work hard. Food - hit and miss, we ate out at least once a day so as not to go hungry. Beds are flat! Don't think the mattress has ever been replaced since first opening, so uncomfortable, so are the pillows. They also make a lot of noise with every movement. I haven't slept well at all. Rooms are dated but functional. The shower is tiny! If you have mobility issues, this may not be the best hotel. Although the beach is only 5/10 minutes walk away. It's a slog The airplanes are fascinating and I've enjoyed watching them land and take off. Yes, they can be noisy, but the noise is short-lived. It's been an experience, a good one, but I wouldn't return.

The location is actually good but it's too close to the airplane runway, hence it can be very very noisy esp at night. The staffs are all very friendly, specially the bartender, always patience and smiling. Foods were adequate, drinks were free flow. The room gave away all the stars they deserved. Air-conditioned was OK but the shower room is awful. Sewage smell was strong, shower head holder was broken, and the hairdryer was also broken. One reminder to all visitors, this place is full of mosquitos, you need to be prepared for it.

The hotel is not a bad spot, the room was really small, hardly enough for a couple, and the shower was tiny. Staff are ok, some staff friendly others are grumpy. The best thing to rent a car and visit some places ,if you stay in a hotel you can just stay at the pool and drink. The pictures about the hotel are completely different than when you get here.

This is almost the hotel from hell! The rooms are awful, they are extremely dated, dirty stained and smelly. The beds are like lying in a pool table lined with a thin layer of cardboard. The food is horrendous i stayed for 6 days and attempted 1 meal in so called restaurant. The drinks are below average the beer is passable all the cocktails are made with the cheapest mixers/soft drinks that taste awful. The staff are actually friendly which is a pleasant change. Being so close to the runway actually wasnt a problem for me. Its on a good bus route into corfu.

We actually planned to use this Hotel just as a Base to explore the Island, it is an all inclusive hotel,we only booked it because was very cheap but we decided one night to try the Food and oh Boy,was probably better than any restaurant on the Island,very good food!!! big offer,drinks are cheap ,Rooms are basic but Clean, Ac and everything you need.for a 3* hotel i would say it’s perfect and all the People that work there are extremely nice,thank you! For it’s category i think there is nothing better on the Island!

Loved the cats ,as always in Greece.I was in a wheelchair,yeah no problem they have a lift ,just a couple of stairs to walk down if you can.Staff friendly .Ask transferred company to drop us off at hotel so no walking up to it.Food great meat was hot and nice and tender.Room was nice ground floor with balcony.Would go again.On arrival at 1am offered a sandwich with apple and cake a bottle of water.In room fridge with water in it,all good.Just seen other peoples photos of cats ,there is ginger spice ,and a white one I call baby spice with a cute meow ,live around room 108 ,just call them and they come within seconds lol nice

Arrived around 9.30-10ish Sunday evening so all inclusive food & drinks had finished. Was given 4 complimentary drinks for the bar due to not being able to use our all inclusive. Husband and Daughter went to the bar while I tried to settle baby and unpack and they tried to give husband just the 2 drinks not the 4 he had to ask several times for the other 2. In the room the air conditioning unit on the balcony had a pipe just loose not fixed into anything and water was leaking all over the balcony floor which with a crawling baby isn't great as she tries to crawl through the water or we have to keep door shut and in the heat isn't possible. Husband went to reception to complain and was told thts the way some of the air conditioning units are so was nothing they could do.. He said tht wasnt exceptable with a baby crawling through it and he was given a empty ice cream tub and told to put the pipe in there and when full just chuck the water over the balcony and was told other than that nothing they could do. Shower has no holder so have to hold the shower while washing We're on the 2nd day of the lift not fully working so as we're on the top floor with a baby we have to carry her up and down every flight of stairs to get anywhere as the lift don't work.. Was told it would be fixed yesterday within half hour, then was told it would be fixed next morning. Next morning and still no lift. Wednesday and after complaining to management Tuesday night about it not being exceptable maintence finally went into room and put the pipe over the balcony to drop below our room. Food is very basic, dull and the same every meal every day. Nothing special and nothing amazing. Jacket potato for 1 meal but when asked for butter was told there was none only at breakfast. Always chips and spaghetti and pasta at every meal. Staff in the restaurant are very friendly. Cats are loose walking around the restaurant while people are eating, nothing done to stop the cats entering. Pool snacks avaliable 11 until 6pm not much choice only a few options and very poor food quality. Chocolate pancakes were the nicest item from the pool snack bar including from all 3 meals in restaurant. Reception and restaurant isn't accessible with a pushchair at all as steps the entire way round and lift which never works don't even go to tht level. Staff arnt very helpful at reception and don't really sort anything.. Have to walk up the hill to the hotel when dropped off with transfers and to get transfer to airport u have to walk down the hill. Staff all in own clothes no uniform so u don't no who staff are when busy with normal guests. Entertainment in the day is none existent just music through radio and the same every day. Evening entertainment isn't every day and when it is it's very basic and boring. Overall a very basic poor hotel with basic food and facilities and staff who are bothered about helping. If with wheelchair or baby don't recommend as can't enter every level and lift hardly every works.

We arrived at this hotel being dropped off with a 15 minute walk up a steep hill with 2 young children all 6 of us had luggage and holders. On arrival @4pm we were not offered any refreshments with an empty fridge in the room. Nicole, Klaidi, Mario, Besjana, Olga and Mark were the staff members that made the hotel a lovely place. All of them especially Klaidi, Mario & Besjana were amazing with our 2 children. Alex does the best music at the bar ❤️❤️❤️ The lady that works at the snack bar worked so hard all day and always served with a smile despite the heat. Food was incredible with a great variety every day. WiFi is terrible and the hotel needs updating. Swimming pools were good although they don’t open till 10am. We could have been put off by the lack of WIF steep hill to walk up, but the staff previously mentioned made our stay great and they were lovely to our children so many thanks to them

The hotel is lovely. The beds are comfy, the rooms are clean, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food could be better but there is a choice. The pool is lovely and clean, and the rooms are a bit dated. But still nice. The shower is very small but again all clean. I'm sure you will get people moaning, but as far as 3* hotels go, I've stayed in much, much worse. I'm enjoying my stay here. If you're on a budget, this won't disappoint. Clean and comfortable

Very nice for the price we paid! I think they are changing bads, but our room unfortunately had the old squeezing ones. Food was good enough. Swimming pool and are around is fine. Bartenders are very friendly and all the crew as well. The beach is a little wild but very pretty and sea is gorgeous.

The hotel looks very tired and could do with being renovated. The shower was rusty and full of limescale, the tap in the bathroom was full of limescale, the toilet apparently had been dissinfected but it stank of urine, the furniture is very old, including the wardrobes, there is a huge hole in the ceiling where a fan was supposed to be, the windows and shutters do not close, when the wind blows even the slightest, you can actually hear a horrible howling sound, the rooms, windows and doors are not soundproof or very well isolated. I could actually hear the guests in other rooms talk, sneeze, etc. The food was okish, but definitely not great. On Easter Day I had lamb which was so hard and chewy that I could not even eat it, which was very disappointing. On top of this, the waiters were so quick to clear tables that I could not even enjoy my meal. The music near the pool was so loud in the evenings that I could not sleep. Overall, staying at this hotel has been a very disappointing experience. I did not book it myself, it was part of a holiday package, but I will definitely not be visiting again anytime soon. Hope they will take feedback on board and improve, because it's a shame. The location is really nice.

We booked this all inclusive resort as a last minute deal on booking.com For the price, you really can't go wrong! The location is perfect, close enough to beaches, shops etc and right by a bus stop. The food was pretty ok. Some days better than others but there's always something to eat. Salad, fruit, rice, chips, pasta etc. Only thing I would suggest is they make more Greek food and stop trying to make different cuisines. We stayed in a garden view room for the first night then got upgraded to a sea view. The sea view was much more modern and the beds were much comfier! Both rooms had air con which was a nice surprise. Pool was a good size with a kids pool too, everywhere was clean and could always get a sunbed. All the staff were lovely and friendly too. Overall we had a brilliant holiday!!

The hotel is ideally situated right next to the beach, with the additional benefit of having its private section of beach & bar. If the beach is not your thing or you fancy a change, the hotel has four swimming pools, each with plenty of sunbeds (including a bar at three of them). Regarding the food, you won't go hungry - as it's available from 7 am until 9 pm. With choices of meat, fish, pasta and sauce, giros, pizza and fries to name a few of the items on offer. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble to them - including the rooms (which have amazing air conditioning) are throughly cleaned six days a week (excluding Sundays). Including changing the beds. The two main questions are? Would I recommend the hotel to friends with family… and finally, would I re-booking? Absolutely.

I honestly can’t comprehend how can anyone rate this one as 5. The main problem of this so called hotel i that it’s simple too big. The staff can’t cope with that and the results are horrible for the guests. Our room smelled like poo when we arrived and after a deep clean by the service it got only marginally better for like a day. The drainage system is not existent really. When it rains even a bit, the whole hotel turns into a swimming pool. The surface floor is also not prepared to be wet(even that close to the pools) so you are sliding your way to eat something(food is not worth the risk). And the food yea… as you probably read in other reviews the food is terrible. In fact it’s terrible to the point that we rented a car and escaped this hotel and eat something good for once. They serve the same disgusting thing every day. Dinner and supper is not even distinguishable from each other. Still, the breakfast is the worst part of the day for us. All inclusive is also an overstatement at best. No drinks in pool bars, you can only order alcohol and then mix it yourself with a dispenser. And if you have an allergy for wasps, you should definitely avoid this one. Not wanting to waste any more time for this… just avoid at all costs. It’s not worth your money.

We are here on our last day and we can't wait to get home. The hotel area is massive, but not much to do here. Not any entertainment in the evenings and the food is horrible. Some staff here is not so friendly and can't even crack a smile to the guests which makes it not fun to be here. Cleaning of the rooms is really bad. Never emptied the trash can and no fresh sheets for a whole week. we are from the UK and it's only Germans in this hotel. We will come back to Corfu cause it is a lovely island but never this hotel again and never this area.

Good hotel for the price, nice views, kid friendly, the rooms we got were not great very small but they do have nicer rooms in new buildings so check that when booking. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner were disgusting, for dinner we usually went to the town. Drinks were alright but cocktails are extra charge. Great service, all staff are very lovely, especially the boys at bar 3 🫶

We came from 26th Sept to 8th Oct. 3 adults and a 1 year old. The entertainment was next to nothing! No day time activities etc. Apparently they had a cinema but was always empty, they have Greek dancing every Sunday which is OK and a DJ at certain bars but that is it! The pools are absolutely freezing, which granted isn't their fault, however there was no pool suitable for very young children like my 1 year old son so he always needed to be held in the pool and couldn't splash freely like he wanted too as all pools too deep. Considering this is a family hotel I assumed they'd have pools suitable for all ages. Our room was okay, we were in room 820 with a view of the Olympic sized pool, the sheets were not changed everyday like advertised, only the bins were changed daily and the only way I got fresh towels was to make sure they were all on the shower room floor. The shower floods to easily which is extremely dangerous and there was no kitchen area in the room with a kettle etc which was so disappointing seems as we always like tea on the balcony, and breakfast is from 8am so if you're an early riser you won't be having a morning brew! The food was absolutely disgusting, it was the same all the time with only a few different bits and pieces, and only a few that were edible, the carbonara tasted like fish sauce and the bolognaise is the worst I've ever eaten. We ended up eating out, or eating the pizza and gyros from the snack bar which is actually decent. The all inclusive alcohol list was absolutely pants with only about 4 or 5 drinks avaliable. There was wasps everywhere, so pouring your own soft drink is an experience in itself!! The staff at the main restaurant/bar were lovely and really interacted with my son which he loved. My son is afraid of dogs so whenever the strays were around they did their best to keep the dogs away from him. There isn't much where the hotel is but they offer a free bus service into Roda town which is quick and convenient. The beach is literally right outside which was really good as my son loves the beach ⛱️

The Hotel is very charming, and I would say, that is one of the first things that catches your attention when booking. When you arrive, the first thing you notice is that there is not good management, from the maintenance of the bathroom, dirty and old, shower not working properly and even the general cleanliness of the room. Safe box didn't work and there was clothing from another previous guest in one of the closets. There were days that even the pool towels could not be changed, because there were none. The staff are friendly, but you can tell that some of them don't make you feel welcome. We were impressed how the owners are rude to them, leaving us guests in an uncomfortable situation. The food is very reasonable, expensive compared to the delicious Tavernas in the region. If you like fish and expect to eat it when you go to Greece, it wasn't on the menu and you have to notify 2 days before if you want it. Don't be enchanted by the beauty of the hotel and cost-effectiveness before booking, it's not worth it. You definitely don't feel welcome, and I wouldn't recommend it or would go back with my family.

A very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and have a lot of space. They aren't perfect but way good enough for me. Outside, the pool is very nice and big, there is also a small pool for smaller kids. The outside area is great and looks beautiful, at one end you can listen to the music they are playing or go to the other end to relax and sunbathe, there is also a bar. The food is great and the waiters are even better and are very kind and speak good english. It is also located close to the beach. All in all a great place and I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is beautiful on the outside. the pool area is also very nice but we had a few issues during our stay. The room was spacious and quiet. On arrival our tea and coffee station only had a couple of sugar sachets, this was not cleaned/replenished for our whole weeks stay, we were not even given fresh cups. The shower temperature constantly changed while using it and there was a disgusting smell coming from the drain it almost made us get sick. We were given limited toilet roll and one evening we did request more, the receptionist said she would drop some up but no one came and we had to buy our own. We had breakfast inclusive and had it the first morning. It was cold and there was wasps flying all over the food, we went elsewhere for breakfast every other morning. This is really unacceptable considering this is a 4 star hotel. The young girls working in the bar were very friendly. We asked then for two plastics cups with ice one day and she had no problems. The following day we asked an older blonde lady and she refused and told us she can’t because then everyone would be asking for cups and ice. I was baffled by this as i work in a hotel myself and this is a very common request and we had not been given clean cups for our whole weeks stay. This hotel does definitely not deserve 4 stars and i can’t see myself returning after our experience.

Really amazing location and the pool/poolside is beautiful. The only problem was that we checked in at around 1/2am and the man on the night shift was terrible, we weren't given the correct room, only one key card and he said 'it's not his job' to help us and we were 'not allowed' to have the correct room or 2 keys, he was quite rude and condescending... but then the next morning the lovely ladies rectified everything with absolutely no problem at all. I can't say enough good things about the day staff working in the bar and the reception, they are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great with so many options, sweet and savoury.

We arrived late and in the rain we were put into a massive room for 1 night. Next day , we were put into the main block. The rooms were great, though we did not have sheets changed during the week when the temperature was hot all day. The hotel was on the edge of town, but a 5-minute walk found the restaurants, though bars and clubs were another 5 minutes away. They ran out of draft beer on the last day though.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! It’s a 15 minute bus journey into the town but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. This cost 2 euros and you can pay by card. The best thing about the hotel was the pool, there were plenty of sun loungers and it was never busy. The hotel was very clean throughout and perfect for our stay. The breakfast was very good, a variety of hot food, juices, coffees, pastries, cakes, fruit etc. The staff were fantastic and booked us a taxi to take us to the port. We would definitely stay here again!

I do not recommend this hotel. The rooms are dirty, the staff is not helpful. The receptionist instead of helping to order a taxi asked his colleague to transport him to the ferry and demanded 50 euros from 7 kilometers. The staff makes private deals instead of caring about a good reputation and building customer trust.

First & foremost we were travellers so our hotel choice was practicality. Ideal spot. Ideal sunset views if there. Perfect breakfast every morning! Parking available! But, they could maintain a bit better the rooms or renovation step by step every year if not possible at once! We woke up early, ate & left to explore the island until the evening! Lovely places to visit! It's worth every moment! We visited every village and spoke to the locals! Sunset hotel we will be back! If a few things are renovated you will be one of the best & friendliest hotels around the area. Have a great season! Good luck!

The hotel is VERY far away from Corfu city centre, in the middle of nowhere and located next to a big road. There is nothing around it so you are reliant on the car or city bus. It is ‘cheaper’ than other options, but it is very old and dirty. The sun beds next to the swimming pool were literally falling apart and the showers were rusty. You may want to reconsider if you even want to come to Corfu if this hotel is your only option.

Very nice little hotel. It’s not fancy but the price reflects that- this is not The Ritz Staff are friendly and welcoming. The pool and rooms are very clean - that’s all you can expect from A small 3 star hotel Recommended 👍

Had a Fantastic week with friends and already booked for next year. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to Elsa, Monica, Anna and all the reception team. Only person who didn’t smile was the restaurant manager. Rooms were super clean and beds comfy. The hotel is close to all the lovely back streets of Greece as well as the port. 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. THE ONE NEGATIVE!!! As mentioned by others the sun bed situation. You can only get one if you are an early riser or set your alarm. Towels left on sunbeds unattended for ages, there are signs stating towels would be removed after 30 minutes but this never happened. You can manage to get a rocking chair next to the pool later, this is what we did. This never put us off and can’t wait to return m, see you next September. x

Lovely hotel in a great location on the outskirts of Skiathos town. A few minutes' walk from Papadiamantis Street at the heart of the town. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff couldn't do enough for us and were so pleasant and welcoming. Some of the rooms have been refurbished very recently, some haven't - but even the ones which haven't are still very nice.

Fabulous service, staff are fantastic. Food was delicious, the view from the room was a brick wall or car park so not great. Kettle & cups in room which was great... But I would have upped the stars had there been a welcome tea & coffee for us

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was five star great choice and excellent chef and staff. Slight lack of sunbeds around pool which needed a firmer hand as some people left towels on for hours but had gone else where. When I asked reception staff they did remove towels so we could sit on a sunbed. This was the holiday makers in fault as they were selfish. Rooms good facilities great air con and very clean rooms. Loved the kettle and fridge. Great location.

Modern (in Greek terms) hotel with very pleasant lounge area. We have just returned home from staying 9 nights. The staff are very good and friendly. We are used to Greek breakfasts, however this hotel disappoints in that department. Many options just not great ones. First the coffee is horrid. Bread disappointing. We would normally eat local, as in typical Greek influenced hotel breakfast. But found myself eating the Greek version of a British cooked breakfast as that was better then the alternatives. Greece to me was known as the place to have fresh bread, local honey/ good feta, watermelon and such. I wouldn't normally be seen with beans, and scrambled eggs on a Mediterranean holiday. Would be nice to have a proper walk in shower (this is supposed to be a 4star hotel. PS. Don't stay at this hotel if you want to use a pool or sit by one sunning yourself, because it's very small (minute) and the number of sunbeds probably insufficient for a family of 10, let alone a hotel full of guests.
