bit of a late review, but me and my bestie stayed in june 2025, this was an absolutely amazing stay.
it’s close to the airport, which is amazing for anyone that loves plane spotting, you can get noise but it’s not an annoying noise and we didn’t even get woken up by it at all.
it’s a lovely smaller hotel so we both felt really looked after. when we arrived they even made us a little packed dinner as we were a late night arrival, and the ham sandwich was probably the best meal we’d eaten that day🤣
the staff are so welcoming and friendly, chatting to us and making us feel really at home.
the food is absolutely brilliant, because it’s a smaller hotel the dining area is a lot smaller but you can sit outside as well!
i’ve seen on some reviews about the cat that roams around (pictured) and she was probably the best part of our stay. we loved this cat!! she was friendly and loved some attention. i do feel if you’re staying in greece, you need to be accepting that there will be cats around and they’re never horrible or dangerous.
overall, we were so sad to go home, this was our best holiday we’d ever had!! we would definitely be back!!

If I could give no stars I would. The hotel was dirty with cats climbing on the dining room tables. The bedroom was filthy and tiny. In the shower the seals and tiles were all broken. The curtains were hanging off the rail. The toilet seat fell off. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and although we were fully inclusive the dining room closed at 9pm so could not even make a tea. I asked for a tea bag and was told they had none. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The beer was served in a plastic cup and they wanted to reuse the cup for each drink, they had no spirits available so being fully inclusive was actually a pure waste as they had nothing to avail of. We checked out 3 days early as 2 bus load of students arrived and for 2 nights ran riot through the hotel with no intervention from staff even though we reported it to reception.

A Massive Disappointment - Not a True All-Inclusive Experience
We stayed as two friends from October 25th to 30th, 2025, and unfortunately, our experience at the Corfu Hellinis Hotel was deeply disappointing The rooms were outdated, and the shower was tiny not enough room unless you are super slim . A persistent, heavy sewer-like smell was a constant issue. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, making a good night's rest nearly impossible.
The biggest letdown was the "all-inclusive" offering. The buffet food was consistently cold, bland, and lacked any freshness. When we asked for it to be warmed up, staff would just smile and nothing changed. We expected flavorful Greek cuisine but found the options to be inedible.
The beverages were equally unacceptable. The "juices" from the dispensers were just watered-down, with faintly flavoured syrup. The glasses often appeared dirty. The bar service was subpar, with soft drinks served from open bottles into plastic cups had to ask for a glass. The only included alcohol was a local, unbranded spirit, and the bar area itself was unclean.
Due to the poor food, we had to leave the hotel to eat out every day an added expense. something you should never have to do on an all-inclusive holiday.
To make matters worse, a cat roams freely through the reception and dining areas, jumping on sofas and tables. This is incredibly unhygienic and a major concern, especially for anyone with allergies.
We've stayed at other 3-star hotels, but the standards here are far below acceptable. Serious improvements are urgently needed. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
To add to the disappointments: The hotel's pool was closed for our entire stay, and there was zero entertainment, making the hotel incredibly boring. In the end we decided to entertain ourselves The only way to enjoy our stay in Corfu ,was to hire a car to visit beautiful monasteries and go sightseeing. My strong advice is to definitely hire a car, otherwise there is absolutely nothing to do at this hotel. Consider visiting in peak season, as October seems to come with significant drawbacks like closed facilities I would not recommend this hotel please take note and read the reviews it is in need of major refurbishment and uses dangerous nails in the floor as door stops.

We stayed here for four days, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. The rooms were outdated and on the smaller side, with an odd heavy smell. The beds were extremely firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the buffet. Being in Greece, we expected a decent variety of fresh, flavorful food, but instead, the options were neither good nor even average. Since we couldn’t find anything else that caught our eyes, we wanted to try out the safest options such as baked chicken, potatoes and pasta.
The pasta was particularly bad — it smelled and tasted off- sour and almost inedible — and the other dishes, even the salads lacked a whole lot of freshness.
The beverage dispensers are another example of how unacceptable it is for an all-inclusive stay; instead of actual juices or sodas, they offered watered-down drinks that only carried a faint aroma of fruit. Plain water that was just a bit more murky and a bland aroma of the fruit that it should be the “juice” of. To make matters worse, the glasses often looked dirty and unclean.
Because of this, we ended up leaving the hotel after dinner to buy food at local grocery stores — not something you should have to do on an all-inclusive holiday.
We’ve stayed at other 3-star hotels before, but this one does not deserve the rating. The standards here fell well below what is acceptable, and serious improvements are needed before it can be considered a true 3-star experience.
Disappointed.

Room and accommodation is awful. Said double room. 2 single beds. 6 inch gap down the centre was the closest they'd go. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. The staff were all very friendly but the walls are so thin woken up 6am every morning by the staff sweeping the corridors and having a right natter to each other. I get there doing their job but maybe be considerate of paying guests? The food is a huge problem- I would take into account that you'll be eating out daily. Captain George round the corner is recommended!
Drinks, choice is poor. Lager they kept running out. No fresh juice to mix with spirits etc so bought drink most of the week. Poor for all inclusive.
Corfu is beautiful I would just look elsewhere for accommodation which is a shame as staff mostly friendly etc and the hotel main area is beautiful and pool etc just little thinks like beds and food majorly let them down!
