I have stopped at this hotel many times, both with my husband and travelling alone. I much prefer the basement rooms, why? There is little relief from the heat on the other floors, the basement is always cool. And you also have a grassed area you can sit out on. So guys, if you are shown to the basement, be thankful.

Had a Fantastic week with friends and already booked for next year. Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Big shout out to Elsa, Monica, Anna and all the reception team. Only person who didn’t smile was the restaurant manager. Rooms were super clean and beds comfy. The hotel is close to all the lovely back streets of Greece as well as the port. 20 minute walk to the nearest beach. THE ONE NEGATIVE!!! As mentioned by others the sun bed situation. You can only get one if you are an early riser or set your alarm. Towels left on sunbeds unattended for ages, there are signs stating towels would be removed after 30 minutes but this never happened. You can manage to get a rocking chair next to the pool later, this is what we did. This never put us off and can’t wait to return m, see you next September. x

Staff are fantastic! They really make the hotel 4 star if anything 5. However the rooms itself are 2/3 star. We had a room in the basement almost and it was very dark and older, for this reason I feel paying 200+ EURO a night was a stretch given. The hotel itself in terms of facilities is small. Small pool and bar/lounge areas but there seemed to be a lot of rooms. The location is wonderful and close to the main area! Due to the factor of the room and we thought we would be staying in a 4 star room we would stay elsewhere.

Fabulous service, staff are fantastic. Food was delicious, the view from the room was a brick wall or car park so not great. Kettle & cups in room which was great... But I would have upped the stars had there been a welcome tea & coffee for us

I am very pleased with the service we received, but the first room we had. Was atrocious (108) it felt like we were underground. It smelt of damp when we opened the door to the patio. Horrible. But thankfully, we were moved to 317. It is the fourth time to the hotel, and I was disappointed to begin with. But it turned out fine, jn the end.
