I love the animation team!! Everyone is nice and is trying to talk to us and play games with us. Also the yoga and stretching was very cool. I love the shows in this hotel, the Entertainment is too good in these shows. And i love how everyone dances together on the dancefloor after every show in the evening! The animation team does a good job with the people.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with the utmost care and attention. The manager was a great man—he looked after us so well and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference, and we truly appreciated his hospitality.
The food was another highlight. The chef, who was Indian, prepared special meals for us every time we needed, catering to our tastes perfectly. He took great care of us, and every meal was delicious.
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, and we felt right at home. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay. The hotel is really nice and the rooms have everything you need for your stay. Beach and the sea is amazing. Clean spacious beach where you can get sunbeds in any time of the day without problem. The underwater life is wonderful, perfect for snorkeling. 🏖🐠🐟
The food in main restaurant is good - if you are not extra picky eater you will not have a problem to choose something. 😊
Animation team is great! Smiley and funny all the time.

Great hotel, food is good. The staff is friendly. The entertainment team make fun, there are different activities offering from the hotel. We had a wrong room but Ayman, believe the supervisor was very kind and gave us the right room and make our stay amazing.
The location is very good, close the shops in the neighbourhood. It is very safe place.

Subject: Disappointed with Hotel Service – Urgent Attention Needed
Dear Hotel Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the level of service at your hotel, where my daughter is currently staying. Unfortunately, her experience has been far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the room cleaning is of poor quality—only superficial tidying is done, and the overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Additionally, the bed linen is old and in need of replacement.
In the restaurant, the glasses are not properly washed, making it unpleasant to use them. The service from the waitstaff is also unacceptable—waiters are not attentive, do not greet guests, and fail to offer or serve wine and beer. This lack of hospitality significantly affects the dining experience.
Overall, the hotel gives the impression of being tired and in need of revitalization. My daughter is very disappointed with her stay, which is not what we expected.
I urge the entire staff to refresh their approach starting tomorrow and show what this hotel is truly capable of. Please pay more attention to your guests, ensure clean and fresh bed linen in all rooms, actively offer and serve drinks in the restaurant, and make coffee more accessible.

Disappointing Dining Experience – Not a 5-Star Standard
Stay at this hotel was disappointing, mainly due to the poor food quality and lack of proper hygiene in the kitchen. The dining organization does not meet the standards of a 5-star hotel.
The staff openly cooks with old, burnt oil, which has turned into a carcinogenic substance. Trays and frying pans are not washed properly, covered in layers of burnt grease and residue. There is a complete lack of butter and olive oil, and the cheese tastes artificial, like plastic. The cold cuts are full of chemicals and of very low quality.
At breakfast, they use frying pans that seem to have never been cleaned. The staff wears dirty uniforms and is generally unfriendly. The beach restaurant offers a very limited selection, and the fish is fried in carcinogenic oil, coated in flour, making it even harder and inedible.
There is no dedicated children's menu, and salads are not properly cut or prepared. Additionally, the staff shows clear favoritism toward Italian guests while ignoring others.
This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating—it barely reaches a 3-star standard. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and proper hygiene.
