Amazing Stay at Tropitel Hotel - Truly Grateful! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropitel Hotel in Egypt, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could wish for. Waking up to stunning views of the Red Sea was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, offering easy access to the beach as well as nearby attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! The buffet had an incredible variety, catering to every taste, and the quality was consistently top-notch. We were also impressed by the many activities available, from water sports to entertainment in the evenings—there was never a dull moment! What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, always with a smile and genuine care. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way made our stay feel special. I am deeply grateful for the incredible experience we had at Tropitel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Egypt. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the services were excellent. Our room was cleaned every day. The young man who took care of our room, named Mohamed, welcomed us each day with towel animals, flower petals on the bed, or oriental music playing, creating a lovely atmosphere when we entered the room. Thank you for everything! As for the food, it was very diverse and tasty, and the staff serving us was very kind. One day, we also participated at water aerobics in the pool, and it was very fun. Every evening, there was an event in the hotel courtyard, both for children and adults. Everything was great, and we will definitely return to Tropitel!❤️

I stayed here for two nights. Although a bit rush but I think I had a lot fun and relax. You can easily see many beautiful fishes in the area where you could snorkeling. The hotel is good overall. Abo Adam is very helpful and nice waiter. Nice place to stay.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always asking if we were comfortable. The food was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options that made every meal enjoyable.( Buffet)The hotel is right next to the sea, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and top Egyptian cuisine, this is the place to be! Be carefull with the toilet not too much paper... With kids is perfect too

Tropitel is an amazing resort! We came from America and we loved it here, the staff was so nice and made us feel so welcomed throughout our whole stay. We had a beautiful view from our room and the room service was always on point! The hotel is big but everything is walking distance from each other which makes it so easy to get around. The animation team is so active and always had enjoyable shows throughout the day in the pool and on the beach stage at night. There was always a variety of food and all the chefs and waitresses were so nice. I would definitely recommend this resort, and me and my family would definitely come again in the future!!

We have just stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The reception staff were wonderful, and they greeted us with ‘welcome home’ which I thought was a lovely touch. Our room was incredible. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite (1712) with a wonderful room attendant, Ibrahim who greeted us every morning with a happy smile and kind words - he really did an amazing job. The selection of food was fantastic, with so much to choose from in the buffet restaurant as well as the 5 restaurants on offer for evening food. A special thank you to the life guard, Hakim, who made our trips to the pool very relaxing and friendly, always up for a quick chat which makes you feel right at home. The waiters we had, in particular George and Karim learned who you were from the get go, always an effort to say hello to you with a friendly smile and also remembered your drinks order from your first meeting, so after that you didn’t even have to ask for your drink as it was always brought over to you. One waiter in the seafood restaurant, Reefs and Shells, Ellyatb, gave us exceptional service, we have never experienced a waiter quite like him. He was approachable, very funny and his attention to detail was second to none. The facilities were beautiful. We enjoyed the spa, twice and had a couples massage. The beach was beautiful. The only slight critique is that you will have people coming up to you trying to sell experiences, but even then they were very polite and if you said no they always told you to have a good day with a smile. It was the perfect honeymoon for us. The service was amazing. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Egypt.

It was the first time we were in this hotel. The beach, sea and sun beds were great. The hotel is beautiful. I would like to express my gratitude to the team of chefs, it was delicious every day. There are a lot of dishes to choose from. Incredibly talented singers performed every night. From what I didn't really like - sometimes it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. The sheets and some towels still need to be updated. I would also like some kind of quick point with boiling water/tea, because the service was long until we gave a big tip.

This hotel is great for a real vacation, with a good balance of peace and quiet, and fun evening programs. While the beautiful beach is definitely a highlight, what truly makes this place special is the amazing staff. The housekeeping team (big thanks to Hassan and Sayed) keeps everything well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The beach and the restaurant staff are truly fantastic (too many to name, but all wonderful)! The reception team is friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Ibrahim was there for us on the first and last days, always finding a quick solution and a way to pleasantly surprise us.

The hotel’s location, featuring a private and well-maintained beach, is a significant advantage and a highlight of the stay. The daily parties are a great attraction for younger guests, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of good quality. However, serving them in small plastic cups is inconvenient and detracts from the experience. Regarding accommodations, while some rooms appear to have been renovated, the one we were assigned was in poor condition, with several broken amenities. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall comfort and left much to be desired. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, with a variety of options and some daily changes to the menu. We had no issues with the food quality or safety, including the use of ice in beverages. Most staff members were courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall hospitality. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The day before departure, we were assured by a receptionist that we could keep our bracelets and towel cards and continue to use the hotel facilities until our evening pickup. However, on the day of checkout, another receptionist, named Ahmed, acted rudely, cutting off our bracelets and taking our towel cards. This left us unable to access hotel amenities for several hours and forced us to wait outside the property, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. While the hotel has several strong points, such as its beach and food, the inconsistency in service and the condition of our room left us with a mixed impression.

So many bad impressions on this stay I don’t even know where to begin… Probably worst was the food. Every day the same low quality food and dishes. If there was anything good it was gone in an instant and they wouldn’t serve more. You can book a table at one of their a la carte restaurants but only if you queue up in a certain time slot with 20 other people only to tell you then that it’s all booked out. And the food there is the same low quality… Some of the staff were kind and helpful but a lot were apathetic and unaware of the guests. Only if you complain they’ll try to comfort you. Drinks were terrible… I don’t expect much from budget all inclusive but the cocktails were undrinkable. In fact anything else besides water and beer. The beach is nice until all the sales reps frequently push you to buy their services which are also a scam… all the hotel extra services are way overpriced. We booked the hamam at their spa and left pretty disappointed. Try to book everything outside from hotel if you can. They usually have better value for price and better service. Even the taxi to the airport was 4 times the price than through booking.com

It was the first time we were coming to Egypt with our family. I think we chose a very good place. When we arrived, it was before Chekin and they told us that the room is ready for Chekin while you eat lunch. During check-out, we stayed at the hotel because our flight was at night, and they even allowed us to use the hotel service. The food was not special, but everything was good, the service was excellent, the staffs are always nice and always polite. We were very satisfied and we had a great time. We are still in the hotel until we go to the airport in the evening. Thank you very much

We really enjoyed our stay at Pyramisa. Karim provided great service when checking in. We could have dinner while arriving around 9pm. The room was clean and cleaned & tidied up by a very lovely man Noby. We had really nice conversations with Noby and found him a very sweet and social guy. All staff members are sweet. They greet you and smile at you when walking by. The pools were amazing and the beach was lovely as well. All meals were provided by the hotel and there was a great selection of dishes every day. Beers and cocktails were included as well. Also, even when going to Luxor early in the morning we could order a breakfast box upfront. We really recommend Pyramisa when going to Hurghada. One thing which is good to know for all guests: the WiFi connection is quite bad and some staff from the party group, travel companies, spa and photoshoots can disturb you while you are relaxing on the beach or near the pool. Even if you tell them ‘no’. This we found a bit annoying.
