The hotel is very nice and very clean This is the second time I have visited it as I visited it previously in the summer of 2021 and this time in 2025 The hotel has a very good location and features a varied buffet of food in the main restaurant. There are also a Mexican and Italian restaurants near the beach, their experience is wonderful. The staff as a whole is excellent, helpful and very fast in service. The hotel features swimming pools, various bars and a very excellent children's area in addition to the beautiful beach. The hotel has many countless advantages and is an ideal choice for a vacation.

Walking in, my first impression was that there wouldn't be enough space to sit down and relax at the end of the day. My theory was later confirmed and we had to sit around the fountain which was out-of-order anyway. During the day we went to the pools and were pleased to find that two of them were heated;one being big and 140cm and the other having 3 slides also with a depth of 140. Surprisingly, even the kids pool was at a moderate heat; usually the small kids pools are freezing cold and inhabitable. At dinner time, there was a lot to choose from and the food did not disappoint. But there were some faults in the food: most of the time the beef was hard and dry; and the soup tasted like flavoured water. Those bits were insignificant though as opposed to the rest of the food and deserts. Each day had a different designated kitchen style : Tuesday was oriental, Sunday was BBQ, Thursday was seafood, ext. The desserts were very fruit-pointed and carefully balanced for a good flavour, there was also a chocolate fountain and occasionally, strawberries. The lobby was not so spacious but we managed to grab some seats and found company in some German folk. The beds were comfy and the lighting was warm so I slept well. The staff was friendly and overall it was a fun experience. Highly recommended

All fine. Special thanks to the cleaning colleague in 4102, who was excellent. Many thanks also to the staff at the pier that really watched the reef and immediately intervened when stupid tourists tried to climb on it. Food was really good, especially the beef and all the desserts and cakes. Never seen so much of it as it has been presented during Christmas and New Year. We had great 2 weeks!

Amazing Stay at Tropitel Hotel - Truly Grateful! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropitel Hotel in Egypt, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could wish for. Waking up to stunning views of the Red Sea was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, offering easy access to the beach as well as nearby attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! The buffet had an incredible variety, catering to every taste, and the quality was consistently top-notch. We were also impressed by the many activities available, from water sports to entertainment in the evenings—there was never a dull moment! What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, always with a smile and genuine care. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way made our stay feel special. I am deeply grateful for the incredible experience we had at Tropitel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Egypt. We can't wait to return!

I stayed in April 2024 at Tropitel and enjoyed every minute. Modern, spacious rooms, impeccable cleaning service, tasty, well cooked food even if it wasn't so diversified (if u want diversity go to a cruise 😀) and surprisingly qualitative beverage. The gardens, pool and beach extremely well mantined. The Egyptian personnel was kind and attentive. I raise my hat to this hard-working people. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

Having spent the last 13 days here (tomorrow is our final day) we have absolutely loved the place… To put into context we are a couple with no kids, we like the finer things in life & this place has everything in spades. Location - right on the beach, with Hurghada only a cheap taxi ride away. Food - absolutely 5 star, we would have been happy to pay for the food if not all inclusive. Facilities- 2 pools, 1 heated 1 not, The staff - these made the holiday, from the reception staff on the first night, that made sure we were fed before we even check in, To all the restaurant staff - who were all superb- nothing is too much trouble. We will be returning- the same as so many that we spoke to during our 2 week stay.

This hotel exceeds expectations. It’s spotlessly clean, the food is of high quality and is outstanding. So much choice every meal time. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Always made to feel welcome. The beach is clean and the sunbeds are comfy. Never a fight for a bed either. We have been twice and we will return again this year.

We've recently come back from staying at this hotel for a week and all i can say is, we loved it. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was huge . The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble for them. Bar staff would remember your drink orders and keep bringing drinks over without needing to be asked. The only small issue was some of the food. As a vegetarian I found the options to be slightly limited and I found a small amount of meat in my omelette. The hotel staff did advise me I could ask the chef to cook something specially though. Overall we had an amazing holiday and are definitely looking to come back. Thank you so much for for making it such a lovely trip.

Currently staying and going home tomorrow. This hotel is one of the best we've been to for winter sun. Food has so much choice, the staff are amazing and although we've had amazing staff before this is the next level service. We had jacuzzi suit and rooms are very big. Friends had standard rooms which we see and we would have been happy with those to. Place is very clean. People weve spoken to have returned over 10x which says something. Spa and gym is there is you need it and very plush, we didn't use Spa, but would have if prices cheaper. Didn't need to be more expensive than we pay in UK hotels, that would be our only criticism. You will not regret coming. We will definitely be back.

First time away for Christmas and the staff here made the whole trip feel great. From the very friendly reception team that greeted us on our arrival to the fabulous restaurant and bar staff who just couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Dasha from the customer service team made my wife feel like they was old friends and always had a smile that lit up the room. Ahmed and Muhammad from the bar and restaurants looked after us so well we felt like royalty. So many other staff members deserve mention as well for the great service.

Pyramisa is exceeded my expectations! The service was absolutely perfect, with attentive and friendly staff. It’s an ideal destination for winter swimming, thanks to its heated pools. The dishes were delicious, offering a variety of flavors to suit every taste. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

The hotel’s location, featuring a private and well-maintained beach, is a significant advantage and a highlight of the stay. The daily parties are a great attraction for younger guests, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of good quality. However, serving them in small plastic cups is inconvenient and detracts from the experience. Regarding accommodations, while some rooms appear to have been renovated, the one we were assigned was in poor condition, with several broken amenities. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall comfort and left much to be desired. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, with a variety of options and some daily changes to the menu. We had no issues with the food quality or safety, including the use of ice in beverages. Most staff members were courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall hospitality. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The day before departure, we were assured by a receptionist that we could keep our bracelets and towel cards and continue to use the hotel facilities until our evening pickup. However, on the day of checkout, another receptionist, named Ahmed, acted rudely, cutting off our bracelets and taking our towel cards. This left us unable to access hotel amenities for several hours and forced us to wait outside the property, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. While the hotel has several strong points, such as its beach and food, the inconsistency in service and the condition of our room left us with a mixed impression.

Amazing Stay at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh! We had an incredible experience at Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and excellent service. The resort is stunning, with beautiful views, clean and comfortable rooms, and a fantastic atmosphere. A special thank you to Mrs. Esraa and Mr. Nour, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our vacation truly unforgettable. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach and pool areas were perfect for relaxation.
