I recently stayed at the Tropitel Sahl Hasheesh in Egypt and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The staff, for the most part, were extremely friendly, approachable and always available to help — always with a smile on their face and a good mood. The food was another highlight: varied, tasty and different every day, which made each meal a new discovery. The bars, especially the one by the pool, were excellent, with a relaxed atmosphere and fast and attentive service. As a woman, I would also like to highlight that I felt completely respected and comfortable throughout my stay. All the staff were always professional, friendly and correct, without any embarrassing situations. The hotel facilities are impeccable — modern, well-organized, with good access and impeccable cleanliness in all areas. A very useful extra is the small shopping center inside the hotel, with a pharmacy, clothing stores, souvenirs, perfumery and even a 24-hour medical center, which provides a sense of security. The room was spacious, comfortable, with excellent soundproofing and, of course, clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that, for those traveling with the aim of enjoying the beach and swimming near the shore, they may be disappointed. The water is very shallow near the shore, which prevents diving or swimming directly. You have to walk to the end of the wooden pier to reach a deeper area suitable for diving. Even so, I highly recommend this hotel. It is ideal for relaxing, eating well and being well looked after — with the bonus of a peaceful and safe environment.

I stayed at the hotel for a full week with my family, and it was a really great experience from start to finish. Most of the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, which made a big difference in how comfortable we felt throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was fun for both adults and kids – there was always something going on to enjoy. My children especially had a fantastic time. Special thanks to Mr. Mina at the reception and Mr. Sameh in the restaurant – both were incredibly professional and kind, and really made us feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It’s a great place to relax, have fun, and enjoy quality time together.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropitel wonderful hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind. The hotel offers a wide variety of restaurants, each providing delicious food and diverse options to suit every taste. What truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team was extremely cooperative, making check-in and any requests smooth and hassle-free. The customer relations team also deserves special mention for their genuine care and attention, ensuring that every guest feels valued and well taken care of throughout their stay. The hotel’s facilities were very good , from the well-maintained pools to the fitness center and other amenities that added to the overall experience. And of course, the beautiful beach was simply lovely — clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation or a swim. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional experience, combining great accommodations, excellent service, and beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning on my next trip!

We had such an incredible family holiday. The food was delicious, the drinks plenty and the pools we used were clean and heated. The beach was lovely and the staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. They were lovely with my daughters. Our room was spacious, clean and had a lovely sea view 💓 Me and my hubby had massages and they were good as well. Thank you all for such a lovely experience.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. We had a room with a beautiful sea view. The food was very good. The pool is in a beautiful garden. Animation team was great, we enjoyed workouts and stretching sessions. I highly recommend this hotel.

No doubt KaiSol is an amazing resort with attention to the smallest details. The location is perfect with a stunning, white beach in a quiet sector of the Red Sea. Sahl Hasheesh feels very safe and is great to walk around. You won’t get harassed anywhere, including the resort. If you get approached by salesmen they’re not persistent when you politely turn their offer down. The strongest point of this resort is for me the food, service, and intimacy. No industrial sized pools and buildings give it a cosy and detailed vibe. The servers and employees are attentive and friendly. The food is of the highest quality. My partner and me were cautious for food poisoning and didn’t have any issues at all! One point of improvement might be entertainment and music. The main pool plays the same exact handful of songs every day. More variety might be better. I get the same impression about the entertainment. Overall greatly recommend this resort! I would definitely return.

Very happy with our stay. All the staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive at all times. Mr. Hassan, the assistant general manager, was absolutely fantastic. He helped us from the very beginning and was on top of everything. The main restaurant was great, and every day they had different themes and shows, which was amazing! And the beach… incredible with super attentive staff. Super quiet as it is a adult only hotel, perfect to relax with family or as a couple.

This was my 4th stay at The Kai Sol Romance and it has always been a beautiful hotel. You are made to feel welcome by all staff members from the time you arrive. I had a lovely start to the holiday having been greeted and checked in by Hassan at reception. They have beautiful rooms and a wide variety of good quality food options served daily. I was lucky to have Ahmed who made up my room each day, and the staff in all the restaurants do whatever they can to make sure you have enjoyable meals. I loved being on the beach and was well looked after by Ahmed, Mostafa and Mohamed, who work in the beach bar. All members of staff are warm, helpful, friendly and hardworking. They really can’t do enough for you; for me it is what makes the stay so exceptional. I am already looking forward to my next visit. :-)

After about 15 visits to Egypt, I can say that I have experienced a completely different Egypt. This hotel and its services are simply incredible. The staff at all levels are top-notch. The beach is stunning. There are many thoughtful details, such as the staff cleaning guests' sunglasses on the beach. Guests can use red flags on the beach for peace and quiet, signaling that they do not wish to be approached by staff offering fresh juices, excursions, or spa services. The food is impeccable. The fitness center is well-equipped, and there is also a trainer (we used his services and were very satisfied). One small downside – though unrelated to the hotel or the stay itself – was our experience at the beauty salon. It was highly overpriced and did not meet European standards, so we would not use it again. We will definitely return to this hotel. Truly an oasis of peace! I highly recommend it to everyone, even the most demanding guests.

My overall first experience here was pleasant, the weather was glorious. Occasionally a breeze occurred. Overall, generally the hotel staff were professional, friendly, funny, pleasant and helpful. I felt well looked after genre speaking. Even in ways I am not used to. Svetlana was especially helpful, patient and understanding. I raised and flagged constructive criticism and things that needed looking at with Svetlana. Hopefully by the next time they'll be dealt with partially or fully. It would be nice if dairy free options were available in Egypt and more TV channels or smart TV apps. But this isn't the hotels fault of course. During theme buffet nights, it felt a bit more challenging finding things I liked. The room I stayed in could be modified to block out sound of evening entertainment I believe. But it is over by 10:30pm so not complaining. And there seemed to be some construction noise nearby. Otherwise generally quite quiet most of the time. Finally, I felt a bit awkward being addressed as "ma'am/madam" by a few waiting team members as I am non-binary and I don't think it's appropriate regardless. I know no offence is intended though. Smoking shouldn't be allowed in the outside bar/seating area. I find the smell off putting and very unpleasant. Give this hotel a chance. I might stay again in future. 👌🏻🤗 I liked that it's adults only. Although felt a bit strange that nothing much was done to stop non guests from viewing evening entertainment. I rate my first stay a 4 out of 5. It was nice enough for my first ever visit to Egypt. Felt a bit odd sharing a vehicle when checking out and being taken back to the airport. Even though they were on my flight. And quality of inside of the vehicle could be updated.

This hotel was such a great experience! Definitely one of the best in my entire life! People are so friendly here, and they do activities everyday which is a lot of fun. The food is also really good and a lot to choose from! The beach is amazing and clear blue! Nothing to complain about this! 10/10 ✨

I recently stayed at the Pyramisa Hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The animation team was absolutely amazing. They kept everyone engaged with fun activities, games, and evening shows. Their energy and friendliness really made a difference and created a lively atmosphere throughout the day. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day. The bed was cozy, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, I can recommend the Pyramisa Hotel. It’s a great place for couples, families, and anyone looking to enjoy a fun and comfortable vacation. I would definitely come back.

I visited Egypt for the first time and was absolutely amazed by the country – especially by the people. The resort was beautiful, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean pools, and impeccable staff who truly brightened my days. The menu was diverse and suited all tastes, and I didn’t encounter any issues with the food or the staff! I made wonderful connections, both with the resort staff and with those responsible for keeping the atmosphere lively – whether at the resort or on the beach. Sending warm greetings from Romania to Saif Khaled, whose smile and energy are exactly what this resort needs to create an unforgettable experience for its guests! I will miss everything so much and will definitely return very soon! 🥰🤍❤️‍🔥we’ve also shared a photo of the two of us – a special memory from a place I can’t wait to return to!🥰

We have just arrived back in the UK from 7 days at Pyramisa, it was a great relaxing 7 days. The hotel staff were all friendly and the guys at the bar went out of their way to bring you drinks and make you feel welcome. Unfortunately most of the chairs at the cocktail bar are covered in bird shit, they really need cleaning down each night. The lobby is beautiful, overlooking the pool and the sea, but the corridors to the rooms are dull and dingy, our room was okay, it was clean but the mattress and bed sheets felt like it was something from the 1990s. The food was very hit and miss, some days there was great stuff, other days we barely ate anything because it all looked a bit off. One big downside is the absolutely relentless hounding from people trying to sell you things as you lay at the pool. Spa, diving, excursions, pictures, even the hotel clinic. They get in your personal space, touch you, try and give you the big sell everytime. You will probably have to tell these people no 10-15 times a day. Even when we told the spa guy we weren't interested, not 30 seconds later, another person from the spa approached us. These alone are why I'd probably not return.

Hello, the hotel is good but there are 2 nuances that need to be mentioned 1) There were problems with the booking, I ordered a room with a sea view, but they said that the rooms were overbooked. After some time, they chose rooms with a view of the pool for us, but we did not order these rooms. 2) When we wanted cotton candy and almost electrocuted your employee. Thank you for your understanding.
