Walking in, my first impression was that there wouldn't be enough space to sit down and relax at the end of the day. My theory was later confirmed and we had to sit around the fountain which was out-of-order anyway. During the day we went to the pools and were pleased to find that two of them were heated;one being big and 140cm and the other having 3 slides also with a depth of 140. Surprisingly, even the kids pool was at a moderate heat; usually the small kids pools are freezing cold and inhabitable. At dinner time, there was a lot to choose from and the food did not disappoint. But there were some faults in the food: most of the time the beef was hard and dry; and the soup tasted like flavoured water. Those bits were insignificant though as opposed to the rest of the food and deserts. Each day had a different designated kitchen style : Tuesday was oriental, Sunday was BBQ, Thursday was seafood, ext. The desserts were very fruit-pointed and carefully balanced for a good flavour, there was also a chocolate fountain and occasionally, strawberries. The lobby was not so spacious but we managed to grab some seats and found company in some German folk. The beds were comfy and the lighting was warm so I slept well. The staff was friendly and overall it was a fun experience. Highly recommended

The hotel is very nice and very clean This is the second time I have visited it as I visited it previously in the summer of 2021 and this time in 2025 The hotel has a very good location and features a varied buffet of food in the main restaurant. There are also a Mexican and Italian restaurants near the beach, their experience is wonderful. The staff as a whole is excellent, helpful and very fast in service. The hotel features swimming pools, various bars and a very excellent children's area in addition to the beautiful beach. The hotel has many countless advantages and is an ideal choice for a vacation.

All fine. Special thanks to the cleaning colleague in 4102, who was excellent. Many thanks also to the staff at the pier that really watched the reef and immediately intervened when stupid tourists tried to climb on it. Food was really good, especially the beef and all the desserts and cakes. Never seen so much of it as it has been presented during Christmas and New Year. We had great 2 weeks!

I stayed in April 2024 at Tropitel and enjoyed every minute. Modern, spacious rooms, impeccable cleaning service, tasty, well cooked food even if it wasn't so diversified (if u want diversity go to a cruise 😀) and surprisingly qualitative beverage. The gardens, pool and beach extremely well mantined. The Egyptian personnel was kind and attentive. I raise my hat to this hard-working people. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

Booked for a 2 week family holiday with Tui. Transfer smooth from airport, hotel staff welcoming and helpful on arrival. Room is lovely spacious and comfortable. Cleaned every day and towels replaced as required. Excellent view of the pool and sea within our club room with dual aspect. All inclusive so we enjoyed both buffet restaurants (The Wave and Palm) good selection of foods all quite tasty. Service great too with staff very attentive. Vouchers are included for a meal each week (needs booked) at both Italian and Mexican restaurants on site. You can also eat lunch here too without booking each day as an alternative to the buffet restaurants. There is also a snack bars beside the main pool which offer a light lunch option (burgers , wraps etc) if you want to eat at your sun lounger. There is also the option of a Turkish night and an Indian restaurant (beside shops within hotel) which were both delicious...the Turkish restaurant includes entertainment (amazing belly dancer and live violin player). The Indian was one of the finest I have had and very reasonable (try the curry soup and tandoori chicken !!). Various trips are on offer through associated activity services. We went through Bob (diamond of a guy - Wears a blue sweater) at the onside diving centre and did a half day glass bottom trip out to see the coral reefs, stopped for a swim in the shallow coral reefs..beautiful !!! Chartered a yaught for the full day to visit Orange Bay (also through Bob) also arranged to go Parasailing locally through him...all experiences spot on...great communication and the experiences were exactly as he described. Through Adam (green sweater) we arranged to go quad biking which was also a lot of fun, staff were also really good. Majority of our family group also visited the on site spa for treatments (massages...shaves, foot and hand care) arranged this through Coco (always wears white top lol). Larger trips were organised through Tui rep Sammy. Some of the party went to Giza to visit the pyramids so transfer, flights and transport on the trip all included along with 2hr museum visit and lunch. Long day but worth it to see more that the resort. Also arranged trip to Luxor to see the valley of the kings, plus 2 other temples. We had private coach for this due to our party size...excellent trip included a quick sail across the Nile en route to lunch. Excellent guide who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Obviously be wary of vendors when on trip trying to sell you everything (very good price lol !!) Avoid eye contact is a good strategy. We also hired the golf buggy for a trip along the coast (or 50 min walk) to Sahl Hasheesh where we tried the Shihsa cafe/tent thing lol...great fun and very authentic experience. All in, all locals very friendly as were staff. Hotel bar in the lobby (busy when weather not great for sitting out, we had a few windy cooler days...) bar staff good at helping you find seats, bar upstairs (mermaid lounge) is a good size ans also hosts entertainment at times, and Sky bar (which has additional charge) we used to watch footie. Bar staff all generally excellent..they soon learn your name and good at remembering your drinks. Entertainment team offer a variety of activities through the day sports, fun games, dancing, etc... Fantastic assistance from lady at guest relations (sits just inside lobby to the left) helped arrange celebration for a family members. We also did a couple of photo shoots (photography service on site..guys in red shirts) these were lovely. Other shops in the resort cover most needs.. There is also a row of shops behind the hotel which also provide reasonable shopping. Currency is interesting...local currency egyptian £ can be withdrawn from 2x ATMS within the hotel in limited quantities (£4000 Egyptian which is around £60 UK.) Option to pay in Euros or Dollars too but they generalise them as same value even though slight difference in exchange rates. If you use your card then it charge Euro. 5 star rating..more like vg 4 star would defo recommend!!

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon for a week. From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were looked after so we'll. Treated like King and Queen. When I say nothing was a problem for anyone it truly wasn't. They wouldn't let us open a door. As long as a member of staff was about. They are all so grateful and humble. We have made some good friends for life. The rooms are nice. Comfortable and clean. The bed we had was a king size. Rooms are cleaned every day. Towel art every day. Not sure if it's available in every room but we had the honeymoon package so had a few added extras. We will be going back again no doubt. And would thoroughly recommend this amazing place to any adult wanting to escape and be pampered.

We've recently come back from staying at this hotel for a week and all i can say is, we loved it. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room was huge . The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble for them. Bar staff would remember your drink orders and keep bringing drinks over without needing to be asked. The only small issue was some of the food. As a vegetarian I found the options to be slightly limited and I found a small amount of meat in my omelette. The hotel staff did advise me I could ask the chef to cook something specially though. Overall we had an amazing holiday and are definitely looking to come back. Thank you so much for for making it such a lovely trip.

Currently staying and going home tomorrow. This hotel is one of the best we've been to for winter sun. Food has so much choice, the staff are amazing and although we've had amazing staff before this is the next level service. We had jacuzzi suit and rooms are very big. Friends had standard rooms which we see and we would have been happy with those to. Place is very clean. People weve spoken to have returned over 10x which says something. Spa and gym is there is you need it and very plush, we didn't use Spa, but would have if prices cheaper. Didn't need to be more expensive than we pay in UK hotels, that would be our only criticism. You will not regret coming. We will definitely be back.

First time away for Christmas and the staff here made the whole trip feel great. From the very friendly reception team that greeted us on our arrival to the fabulous restaurant and bar staff who just couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Dasha from the customer service team made my wife feel like they was old friends and always had a smile that lit up the room. Ahmed and Muhammad from the bar and restaurants looked after us so well we felt like royalty. So many other staff members deserve mention as well for the great service.

Having spent the last 13 days here (tomorrow is our final day) we have absolutely loved the place… To put into context we are a couple with no kids, we like the finer things in life & this place has everything in spades. Location - right on the beach, with Hurghada only a cheap taxi ride away. Food - absolutely 5 star, we would have been happy to pay for the food if not all inclusive. Facilities- 2 pools, 1 heated 1 not, The staff - these made the holiday, from the reception staff on the first night, that made sure we were fed before we even check in, To all the restaurant staff - who were all superb- nothing is too much trouble. We will be returning- the same as so many that we spoke to during our 2 week stay.

We spent a week at the Pyramisa hotel with a very large group, and it was an unforgettable experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the staff truly stands out. I would like to give a special mention to Ahmed and Abdul from the Sun Rise Bar – they were absolutely amazing! They were always exceptionally kind, smiling, and quick to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible time. However, in terms of value for money, it was reasonable. The variety of the food could be improved, as well as the quality of some of the rooms. A few rooms could really use some renovations, and it was a bit inconvenient that our rooms were located quite far from each other. Despite these points, we still had a wonderful time. Again a huge thank you to Ahmed and Abdul for making our stay so memorable!
