I recently stayed at KaiSol Romance Resort for a short trip, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, offering stunning views, relaxing pools, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding.
A special thank you to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude really stood out and added a personal touch to our experience.
Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or just a quiet retreat, KaiSol Romance is the perfect place. I highly recommend it and will definitely be returning in the future!

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to share our experience because it was really disappointing.
We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, and we were so excited, but everything just went downhill the moment we arrived. The room they gave us was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, the sink was broken, and the room looked nothing like the photos online. It was supposed to be a pool view, but there was no view of the pool at all!
We ended up paying extra to upgrade to a swim-up room, just so we could stay somewhere half decent. And guess what? The toilet stopped working too.
We called room service to ask for an iron, and we waited for more than 4 hours… and it never came. No one followed up. Nothing.
The reception staff were honestly not helpful at all, and really rude. We waited around 2–3 hours when we arrived just to get our room, and they said it was because of “honeymoon decorations.” It was literally just five balloons. That’s it.
The only one who actually tried to help us was the manager – he was kind and did his best. But the rest of the staff, especially at the restaurant and beach bar, were just not doing their job properly.
One thing that really upset me was how they treated foreign guests better than locals. We tried to order something from the beach bar at 4 PM (even though it’s open until 5), and they told us they were closed. Then a few minutes later, they were serving drinks to some European guests like nothing happened. I honestly don’t know if that’s racism or just bad service.
We had such high hopes for this place, but it really wasn’t worth the money at all. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – and I honestly feel like the only reason it gets good reviews is because of travel agencies pushing it.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of spending 7 nights at KaiSol Romance Resort, Sahl Hasheesh, to celebrate my one-year wedding anniversary, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the resort radiated a sense of tranquility and elegance, making it the perfect destination for a romantic getaway.
We stayed in the Signature Suite, and wow – what a stunning experience. The suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and felt like a true retreat. Having our very own private swim-up pool and jacuzzi was beyond incredible. It gave us that added sense of privacy and exclusivity, allowing us to unwind completely at our own pace while still enjoying the sunshine and serene atmosphere.
The service throughout the stay was impeccable. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. A special mention goes to the dedicated floor cleaner/attendant who was always around, ensuring everything was spotless and checking if we needed anything. That kind of consistent, friendly presence made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests.
Dining at the resort was another highlight. The variety and quality of food were simply outstanding – every meal felt like a fine dining experience. From breakfast to dinner, the flavors were authentic, fresh, and beautifully presented. The all-inclusive package made it even better; we could try everything without hesitation. One drink I have to mention is the Florida mocktail – it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced that I found myself ordering it daily (and more than once a day, if I’m honest!).
The atmosphere across the resort is romantic, peaceful, and perfectly curated for couples. The blend of modern luxury with touches of local charm made every corner feel special, whether we were lounging by the pool, walking along the beach, or enjoying the evening entertainment.
The only downside was the WiFi being down for three days, which was a little inconvenient, especially for keeping in touch with family and friends back home. Thankfully, it was resolved and everything returned to normal, but in a resort of this caliber, reliable connectivity would be a welcome improvement.
Overall, our stay at KaiSol Romance Resort was nothing short of magical. It delivered on every front – luxury, comfort, service, and dining – and gave us unforgettable memories for our anniversary. I would highly recommend this resort to any couple looking for a romantic, all-inclusive escape in Sahl Hasheesh. We left feeling relaxed, pampered, and already dreaming of when we can return.

We came here for a celebration, after 10 exhausting hours of travel, expecting to be welcomed. Instead, we were greeted by Karim at reception, who was shockingly rude and unhelpful. He told us we have wait until 2:00 pm on the dot for our room with no guidance on what to do or where to go. When we finally got our key, we found him outside laughing and hugging friends while we had been left sitting around like fools.
Our “Romance Jacuzzi Suite” was a disaster. The jacuzzi water ran yellow every single day of our week-long stay. Think about that: we paid for luxury, and instead we were bathing in dirty water.
The food was just as bad. Half-cooked seafood, burnt rice, frozen desserts, and bland dishes we couldn’t even finish. The Italian restaurant nearly made us sick — the steak was inedible, and the dessert was literally tasteless ice. Room service was intrusive, hovering outside until we let them in, despite us asking to use the “make up room” button. Snacks? Disgusting leftovers dressed up as food.
Staffing is a joke. At the pool you wait forever for one drink, but on the beach they have staff standing around doing nothing. Entertainment? An insult. Off-key singers, amateur musicians, and low-budget filler acts. It felt like watching a bad middle school talent show, not a honeymoon experience.
Even the “little things” are broken here:
• Outdoor jacuzzi? You can’t use it unless staff come turn it on for you — invasive and awkward.
• Midnight snack? Mushy reheated leftovers that should never be served.
• Desserts? Almost all inedible except fresh mango (which, thankfully, they couldn’t ruin).
This resort is a scam wrapped in false advertising. It markets itself as romantic luxury, but in reality it’s cheap, careless, and insulting to guests who saved and planned for a special occasion.
If you are considering Kai Sol for your honeymoon or vacation, don’t make our mistake. This is the WORST place you could possibly choose. Spend your money anywhere else.

Update: 09.07.2025
The new room we were given does not have a bad smell. Sink is mounted, the shower has warm water. The toilet works as desired and as you’d expect. View from the balcony is okay, too. We’re making progress. There’s no Internet in the whole Egypt, it’s not the fault of this hotel. The reservations for the á la carte restaurants can be done now manually, without internet.
More Pro have been added:
• People who work here will try anything to find solutions.
• They will try to make you feel like home at all costs, they’ll always greet you with “Welcome Home”.
• They all speak English, but many also speak German.
**OLD**
CONS:
• Our bathroom smells bad, just like some canalization. I’m not joking.
• The sink is not mounted, it can be easily moved.
• The shower in the bathroom has no warm water.
• You can’t flush the toilet always.
• We don’t have any internet access. WiFi is offline. If I did not get an eSIM before coming here, I would have been doomed - and offline.
• If there is no internet, no á la Carte reservation is possible.
• Our room is way too far away from anything here. We have to walk for a long time to get to the restaurant or to the lobby. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a room closer to all that.
• 08.07.2025 16:45, Hotelroom is locked up. Door is not opening and we are waiting for someone to come we have already called to open the door to our room.
PROS:
• There’s bottled water. Everywhere.
• There’s antiseptic everywhere.
• The food is good, tastes well, looks fresh.
• The servants are always there when you need them.
• The ocean is clear and clean.
• The beach is clean.
• The hotel room looks clean.
• The hotel overall looks clean.
