I stayed in April 2024 at Tropitel and enjoyed every minute. Modern, spacious rooms, impeccable cleaning service, tasty, well cooked food even if it wasn't so diversified (if u want diversity go to a cruise 😀) and surprisingly qualitative beverage. The gardens, pool and beach extremely well mantined. The Egyptian personnel was kind and attentive. I raise my hat to this hard-working people. All in all, I highly recommend this resort.

Amazing Stay at Tropitel Hotel - Truly Grateful! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Tropitel Hotel in Egypt, and I cannot express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could wish for. Waking up to stunning views of the Red Sea was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel's location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, offering easy access to the beach as well as nearby attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the food! The buffet had an incredible variety, catering to every taste, and the quality was consistently top-notch. We were also impressed by the many activities available, from water sports to entertainment in the evenings—there was never a dull moment! What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time, always with a smile and genuine care. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist in any way made our stay feel special. I am deeply grateful for the incredible experience we had at Tropitel, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Egypt. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. All the services were excellent. Our room was cleaned every day. The young man who took care of our room, named Mohamed, welcomed us each day with towel animals, flower petals on the bed, or oriental music playing, creating a lovely atmosphere when we entered the room. Thank you for everything! As for the food, it was very diverse and tasty, and the staff serving us was very kind. One day, we also participated at water aerobics in the pool, and it was very fun. Every evening, there was an event in the hotel courtyard, both for children and adults. Everything was great, and we will definitely return to Tropitel!❤️

We had a great stay in this hotel. I must say the staff makes all the difference and most of them are really outstanding. The star of our stay is Mohamed from breakfast/ dinner, in the quiet area. Always with a big smile you can make sure he will ensure you have always coffee, juice, and after one order he already know what you like and which coffee you drink. We want to come back next year just because of him. Other staff worth to mention: Islam - from the restaurant, always with a smile, makes your day happier. Mo - chef from the kitchen, he made sure we were always enjoying our food and really made an outstanding service. The guys from the beach -Mohamed and Ahmed they would always welcome us with the smile, and give us pillows to make sure we were comfortable! Mahmoud from the Mexican restaurant, and the overall staff from the Mexican restaurant, they are also amazing! The guy from housekeeping from our room, was absolutely amazing, we don’t know his name but he is really good. I have been in a lot of 5 stars around the world in groups like Marriott, and never had a staff in housekeeping like him. Overall the smile of everyone will make a difference in your day and in your stay!

I stayed here for two nights. Although a bit rush but I think I had a lot fun and relax. You can easily see many beautiful fishes in the area where you could snorkeling. The hotel is good overall. Abo Adam is very helpful and nice waiter. Nice place to stay.

Like many others have mentioned, the reception staff are absolutely the worst! Guests are made to feel completely unwelcome upon arrival. We’ve stayed at many hotels in Egypt, and all over the world, but this is by far the worst reception team we’ve encountered! Not just one person, but the entire team. (We interacted with at least three people when we arrived: a local guy who spoke German, an Asian girl, and another grumpy local man.) It’s such a shame because the rest of the hotel is decent. However, we were truly shocked by how terrible the service was at check-in, to the point where we were worried the entire stay might be a disaster. You really need to reassess how you select and train your front-desk staff, as they are the first impression of your hotel.

Great service from all members of staff, rooms were spacious and clean. Service in the dining, bar and pool areas was very good. As vegetarians, there was a reasonable amount of verity available at the buffet and restaurants but also, when we asked the head chefs (at both buffets and restaurants), if they could make off the menu vegetarian dishes for us, they were so accommodating to our needs, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Definitely a recommendation! The service was perfect, especially our housekeeper Sahem who really put a lot of effort into making our stay enjoyable, and Ahmed from the restaurant who is always keen on providing a great experience when dining. The hotel is really modern, clean and neat with an outstanding service. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking this hotel in case you would like to visit Egypt.

We have just stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The reception staff were wonderful, and they greeted us with ‘welcome home’ which I thought was a lovely touch. Our room was incredible. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite (1712) with a wonderful room attendant, Ibrahim who greeted us every morning with a happy smile and kind words - he really did an amazing job. The selection of food was fantastic, with so much to choose from in the buffet restaurant as well as the 5 restaurants on offer for evening food. A special thank you to the life guard, Hakim, who made our trips to the pool very relaxing and friendly, always up for a quick chat which makes you feel right at home. The waiters we had, in particular George and Karim learned who you were from the get go, always an effort to say hello to you with a friendly smile and also remembered your drinks order from your first meeting, so after that you didn’t even have to ask for your drink as it was always brought over to you. One waiter in the seafood restaurant, Reefs and Shells, Ellyatb, gave us exceptional service, we have never experienced a waiter quite like him. He was approachable, very funny and his attention to detail was second to none. The facilities were beautiful. We enjoyed the spa, twice and had a couples massage. The beach was beautiful. The only slight critique is that you will have people coming up to you trying to sell experiences, but even then they were very polite and if you said no they always told you to have a good day with a smile. It was the perfect honeymoon for us. The service was amazing. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Egypt.

Pyramisa is exceeded my expectations! The service was absolutely perfect, with attentive and friendly staff. It’s an ideal destination for winter swimming, thanks to its heated pools. The dishes were delicious, offering a variety of flavors to suit every taste. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

We had an amazing experience at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh! A special thanks to Shazly, who was responsible for cleaning our rooms (1109 and 1113). He did an excellent job, ensuring the rooms were always spotless and comfortable. His friendliness and attention to detail truly made our stay extra special. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were always smiling and attentive. Overall, the hotel staff were incredibly professional and helpful, making our stay both relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience, and we hope to return again soon! Thank you for everything!

The hotel’s location, featuring a private and well-maintained beach, is a significant advantage and a highlight of the stay. The daily parties are a great attraction for younger guests, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. The beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are of good quality. However, serving them in small plastic cups is inconvenient and detracts from the experience. Regarding accommodations, while some rooms appear to have been renovated, the one we were assigned was in poor condition, with several broken amenities. Unfortunately, this significantly impacted our overall comfort and left much to be desired. On a positive note, the food was enjoyable, with a variety of options and some daily changes to the menu. We had no issues with the food quality or safety, including the use of ice in beverages. Most staff members were courteous and helpful, enhancing the overall hospitality. However, our checkout experience was disappointing. The day before departure, we were assured by a receptionist that we could keep our bracelets and towel cards and continue to use the hotel facilities until our evening pickup. However, on the day of checkout, another receptionist, named Ahmed, acted rudely, cutting off our bracelets and taking our towel cards. This left us unable to access hotel amenities for several hours and forced us to wait outside the property, which was highly inconvenient and unprofessional. While the hotel has several strong points, such as its beach and food, the inconsistency in service and the condition of our room left us with a mixed impression.

Lovely hotel, rooms were immaculate every day with fresh water and towels thanks to Nubee who did our room, he was so friendly happy and smiling all the time, a credit to the hotel. All the staff here work incredibly hard all day long and are still really friendly, the staff make this hotel what it is. Lots of choice of food, most of which is home made. My only gripe is that the map we were given on arrival didn’t show the heated outdoor pool on it, we only found it on our last night out of chance, the main pool is icy cold because of the time of year, but had we known about the heated pool, we’d have been swimming all day every day. We really enjoyed our stay all in all, we will definitely come back.
