Wonderful stay, but some room, privacy, and service issues – still highly recommended! Our stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa Ibiza was overall very enjoyable! The hotel provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation – an excellent spa, a beautiful pool, and spacious, comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, we were given a room with a terrible view. People were constantly walking by our window and looking directly at our balcony, so it wasn’t as private as we had hoped. We also had issues with the fridge and shower, both of which were broken when we arrived. It took two days for reception to resolve these problems, which was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, the receptionist with blonde hair and glasses was always friendly and helpful, making the situation easier to deal with. While the pool area is great, the pool bar service was quite slow when preparing drinks, and the cocktails were disappointing, made with sugary syrups instead of fresh fruit – not what you'd expect for the price they charge. That said, the breakfast was excellent with lots of variety, and the beach was lovely. The location is perfect – beautiful and safe, adding to the overall experience. Despite the privacy, room, and service issues, we still had a great time and would recommend Els Pins Resort & Spa for a relaxing, luxurious stay in Ibiza!

Wow what a stunning hotel/resort We just came back from a 5 night stay In Ibiza els Pins resort And wow from start to finish it was fantastic The staff were so helpful from start to finish and and gave us an arrival drink! It’s in such a great location just a short walk from many restaurants and bars etc The back of the hotel is adjacent to several beautiful beaches The only downside was the parking is €15 a day but we managed to find parking a 3 min walk away every day (may be more difficult closer to peak season) But I cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness and everything about this hotel Our flight was changed to a very late flight we was due to check out at 11am but we extended for €50 for a late checkout and this wasn’t a problem as we really didn’t want to leave. The beds are very comfortable and the shower room is lush! We’ll be back potentially for our honeymoon next year! Thanks so much.

Great Location with a Few Drawbacks The hotel is well-situated, right next to the San Antonio port, with convenient access to everything. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a balcony and a stunning sea view, which was a lovely surprise. The staff also recommended some fantastic beaches and arranged a discount on car rentals from the agency across the street. Our room was clean and comfortable, although it lacked some cushions, and the housekeeping didn’t change the sheets during our stay. The hotel itself is quite charming, and the location is excellent for exploring San Antonio. However, there were a few issues. The largest pool was clean, but the area around it, especially where the sun loungers were, was dirty, with glasses and trash scattered around. Another major downside was the noise at night. From 4 to 6 AM, it was incredibly loud with shouting and slamming doors, making it impossible to sleep. We had to contact reception as it was unbearable. Additionally, the parking was not free, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these concerns, we still managed to have an enjoyable stay overall.

The hotel is impeccably clean, including the gym. The receptionists are very pleasant, as well as the ladies in the breakfast room. Breakfast is varied and fresh. The room is big enough and offers nice views on either the garden or the sea. The hotel offers plenty of open space with nice terraces, perfect for reading and calm moments. It is walking distance from excellent restaurants. The bus connection works well and connects to plenty beautiful beaches. I do recommend the hotel overall for the quality of the service provided. Nevertheless, when making a choice where to stay in Ibiza it is important to know that the area of Sant Antonio attracts a specific kind of clientele (tasteless & loud British tourists). This was unknown to me and I would reconsider my stay because of this in the future.

I have stayed at Els Pins Resort and Spa three times in the last 18 months and not once have I been disappointed. A lovely location with a view across the bay to San Antoni. I particularly like sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay.. We visited in April and October so it was calm but with enough fellow guests to give it an Ibizan holiday vibe. The interior of the hotel reflects Ibizan style. I can recommend a visit to the spa and the Elysium restaurant. A special mention to the staff who are welcoming, friendly and professional. And a special mention to Nora on reception who upgraded our room for us at short noice. Finally, the number 9 bus from the airport stops just along the road from the hotel. I look forwarding to booking our next stay at Els Pins.

Lovely hotel in a really nice place in Es Canar. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were lucky and had our own terraced area overlooking the pool with really comfortable and shaded sun loungers. The pool was cleaned and kept tidy, if a little cold! You can walk straight out onto the beach from the pool and its a lovely little town with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. A great place and excellent hotel to stay at. Highly recommended!

We recently spent a week at this wonderful resort, and it was an amazing experience for the whole family! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible entertainment and activities. The animation team was simply fantastic, keeping both the kids and adults entertained from morning till night. Our children loved the fun games and themed evenings, while we enjoyed the live shows and music. The atmosphere was always lively and welcoming, making it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back and create more unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and engaging vacation!

This is a lovely hotel at the far end of the bay in Es Canar. It's pretty big - three separate buildings - and we had a superior room in the one closest to the sea with a fantastic view. Rooms are clean and spacious, and serviced efficiently every day. My only complaint is the temperature of the food in the buffet - unless you get something like steak or fish cooked directly to order and put on your plate, it is lukewarm at best. That's a shame as it's good quality, and a great selection.

We'd read good and poor reviews before we came but can honestly say we had a good stay and would come back. Our room overlooked the pool and the sea and was clean and tidy and cleaned every day. Great location with direct access to the beach. We were all inclusive and the food was lovely, a great choice at each meal. Most of the staff were very friendly, just one on reception that was a little frosty. They have fun too, the reception was decorated up for Halloween which was great to see. I would say the only downside was that the room wasn't ready when we checked in at 12:00 and it wasn't ready until after 3pm, however, there is a luggage room so we left our cases there and went out for a walk.

We spent our holiday here and all I have to say is the location made our holiday unmatched. Our room faced the beach, so we woke up every morning with a beautiful sunset. The staff were very attentive throughout the whole stay. The diversity food wise was brilliant, everyday something new added to the menu. We enjoyed so much this holiday, for sure coming back in the future.

Our stay at the Atlantic was really enjoyable. We had a self-catering room on the 3rd floor, with a sea view. Rooms are basic but more than adequate. Maid service daily, the ladies were always polite and accommodating. It was slightly noisy if the doors were banging or neighbours were loud. The pool area was clean, uncrowded, and with plenty of loungers available. The snack bar had a decent range of food. Es Canar exceeded our expectations, having read that there wasn't much in the area. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hippy market on a Weds. Ibiza is so much more than clubs and bars. Es Canar is the perfect base to explore the islands beauty.

Luis was our receptionist when we arrived, four hours later than expected, due to delayed flights. He was helpful and helped us plan our week and suggested many restaurants and beaches. The room was clean, had a kitchenette, and the balcony views were awesome. The room service was professional as they kept checking on us for towels or cleaning when requested.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were cleaned daily by friendly maids. The hotel wasn't too crowded so there was never a wait for anything. We only breakfast at the hotel as we chose to go out every night for our dinner. Good selection of drinks at the bar and snack bar was fab. Would definitely return in the future.

Had a lovely stay at the Atlantic Hotel. Our room was lovely and clean, comfy beds. Pool side didn’t seem that busy but couldn’t get a sun bed as the same people had the same sun beds each day, so they must have got up at 6am. The only downside of the hotel was in the restaurant, there wasn’t enough staff to set the tables and clear away the food. You had to set your own table with cutlery when you arrived in the restaurant otherwise you would never get any. Pizza was lovely at the snack bar until they ran out of cheese and put Parmesan on instead for our last few days which was awful. The animation team are awful, music too loud. But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel was the perfect location for me and my friend. The hotel is modern with spacious bedrooms that are calming and have a reasonable size balcony. The reception and pool staff are kind and caring and always there to help with everything! Victor on the rooftop restaurant was a gem, very attentive and kind to us. Make sure you book a dinner table for the rooftop highly recommended to watch the sunset. The down-the-stairs pool gets shadowed by the hotel after 2 pm, so make sure you grab a sunbed on the rooftop! The food was delicious and wish we got half board - you can pay £20 a day for dinner buffet and was not disappointed when we did. Perfect location to get to San Antino and other party spots if needed, taxi comes straight to the hotel door.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was clean and well-appointed, offering a comfortable experience. The rooftop bar and pool were particularly impressive, providing a great place to relax with stunning views. The hotel’s location is excellent, being close to all the main attractions and just a short walk from the beach. While the food was decent, there is some room for improvement. The air conditioning in our room could have been cooler. Despite these minor issues, we highly recommend this hotel for its overall value and amenities.

We were extremely disappointed with this stay. The rooms were beautiful and so was the hotel itself. The reception staff were lovely but pool/beach staff were not.. Charge for beach chairs although it's advertised as part of the hotel. Not enough pool chairs for guests, offer mostly fold-up chairs that are extremely uncomfortable.. The breakfast was shocking, no one serving/clearing tables so as you can imagine, dirty everywhere.. All the food was either stale or floating in water. Worst Melia I've stayed in so far, unfortunately..

Great rooms, clean and we asked room service to come back later on in the afternoon to clean our room which they did. Only thing which makes it 4* is the AC situation. I was with a party of 6 with 3 different rooms and the AC wasn’t working in all 3 of the rooms, upon speaking to another guest in the hotel they said the same, which was very annoying as it was 30 degrees everyday outside. Rooftop 9 on floor 6 was great, fabulous views, staff were super friendly and food and drinks arrived quick I also loved the ambiance of the DJ. Unless you have children, I would say to not go to the downstairs pool as it was very busy with lots of children running around. Breakfast was average however they had a good selection so couldn’t fault it. Overall 4/5 I would definitely go back if I was guaranteed the AC was working- which upon reading other reviews seems to be a common issue.

We had a great stay at the Innside Ibiza. Stayed for a week, the rooms were great, wonderful view over the bay. and spotlessly clean. The pool area downstairs is lovely, but we also treated ourselves for a couple of days and got the Bali beds at the roof top pool area (Rooftop 9), just amazing and well worth doing. All the team we dealt with were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had breakfast every day and it was terrific, we also had food and drinks on the roof top pool area, gorgeous menu and cocktails with lots of options. The location is really good but for me the big plus was the beach right out the front of the hotel. Big thanks to Christina and Luis for making our stay so memorable.

Absolutely fabulous hotel and the location is perfect. The hotel and rooms very well decorated and clean. The ambience of the hotel is amazing. Plenty of sunbeds with poolside bar and snack bar. Buffet restaurant with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly and nightly entertainment was good. Close to local shops and bus station. Easy walking distance to the amazing hippy market. Fabulous choice of holiday.

Rooms not big enough to swing a cat, need refurbishment in bathrooms and with paper thin walls. Room service team amazing. Service not enough receptionists.. always a queue. Massages not cheap and not great. Also a 25 minute massage should be 25 minutes not 8 minutes of setting music, getting heated towels or lotion. Lifeguard courtesy not good.. whistles and shouts across the pool. All in all... not what a Hyatt is cracked up to be.

Room was very nice, but bathroom is open to room with frosted toilet door. Had pool view & slept well. No towels for 2 days. Some waiters are nice, others not so much. Food just above average, Mexican & Chinese eve. Didn’t try breakfast. The only disappointment was they kept blocking our cards from opening room door for last 2 days, my friend & I holiday separate - so we weren’t together at all times to pay bar bill. Lot of fuss for the sake of 80 euros, we are not thief’s but were made to feel that way. Nice area around & close to hotel.

Hotel great location. Food, half board, breakfast was good, dinner not good, ate out, as plenty of great restaurants nearby, we hired a car and fantastic places within 20-30 mins. Room very small, balcony tiny, cleaned daily, had to ask for fresh towels, bed sheet was not changed during 5 night stay. Pool area was lovely. Service all staff were pleasant. Big let down was at reception, we watched people arrive to a welcome drink and given information about the hotel, where everything was situated.........we arrived and were handed keys, feel everyone should be treated the same. We would return for location, but would do some research on other hotels, as can only book half board, bed and breakfast would suit us better.

First time at AluaSoul, and I had a fabulous time. On arrival was a quick and efficient check in. Offered complimentary fizz, as I don't drink they got me fresh orange juice. Lovely. My room was lovely, I had double, standard solo use. I overlooked Jarcardo Lounge, so had a beautiful panoramic sea view and fabulous sunrises. My room had complimentary bottle of water on arrival, which was greatfully received after a long day travelling. My room had a safe, fridge, tea/coffee/uht milk (replenished everyday), toiletries, bathrobe and slippers. (From my previous stays in another hotel I had to pay for the safe, kettle and fridge!) The housekeeper on my floor, was a young girl and she kept my room immaculate. She would be starting as I went to breakfast at 07:30am, and would still be busy at 15:00 if I nipped back to the room. I hope this review gets passed on to her, as she works very hard. Floor 5 in building 1. I had a birthday and my son had some flowers delivered and straight away Housekeeping brought me a vase. People have mentioned open frosted bathrooms onto the room but my room had a bathroom that was as an ensuite, walls and a door if that makes sense. No frosted glass onto the main room. Food. I think some of these reviews are very uncalled for. In my 7 days stay. There was plentiful. Always being restocked. The chefs and front of house work extremely busy. In the 7 nights we had a great selection. We had theme nights: Italian, Mexican, Asian. Breakfasts were plentiful and so much choice as was the evening. There were always 2 chefs out the front on the hot plates cooking fresh meats, fish and at breakfasts omelette of your choice cooked for you. Also scrambled eggs, fried eggs cooked fresh for you. Pianist playing a few evenings. And the dining view over the bay is 5 star. Pool area was beautiful and clean. I didn't use it as I prefer the beach. I hired a towel for €10 deposit, returned to you at the end of the holiday. You could change it for a fresh towel Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Evening entertainment was good. Doesn't get a lot of mention as people go to local bars. But if you don't fancy a walk out, it's worth watching, in comfortable surroundings. I had a birthday treat of a facial on my last day. Was relaxing and my face felt amazing. Would highly reccomend. So all in all, I can't fault my stay. My room, the food, the staff team both in the restaurant, housekeepers, wellness centre and reception and the hotel location. Had an amazing holiday thank you Alua Soul Staff Team

This hotel is probably the best I have ever stayed in. The whole property was immaculately clean. The food was outstanding, offering proper food, nothing slathered in mayonnaise! Avocado, salmon, nuts and seeds, almond butter. The chefs come out and ask if you are happy and are clearly confident about the food they are serving-Stunning. The staff are a joy, professional, highly skilled and trained and upbeat-They appear well trained and happy in their work. I celebrate this hotel-well done-What an amazing team.

This was one of our best experiences ever! The rooms are spacious, and the air flows freely through them. They are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with simple but precise furniture, there is a place for everything! The shower outside is essential for a quick rinse after the beach. The pool areas are really good, and the wellness area outside is very inspiring! This place is a hidden jewel in one of the most beautiful parts of this magical island. You are surrounded by nature and bird songs! But the best of all are the people who make this place really special! The treatment is a thousand stars, and each individual makes sure you feel unique and welcome. We came in as customers and left with sincere friends. Our manager Mel made sure that we felt the love and care in this place. We'll definitely be back many times!

I can not rate this hotel highly enough. From the moment you arrive , the staff could not do enough for you. Every member is a credit to Barcelo hotels. My partner and I had the most wonderful stay. Beautiful, roomy modern room. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was to the highest quality, so much to choose from. Love they offered cava for breakfast. I enjoyed the Wednesday morning paddle boarding. Pool area , peaceful and relaxing. 2 beautiful pools to choose from and always plenty of room to get a sun bed. Nicely positioned pool bar where you can get drinks and lunch. Invariably our evenings would end up at the hotel bar area, which serves the most amazing array of cocktails. I worked my way through a fair few, some being the best I ever have had. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so memorable.

We had an excellent stay in this hotel. It is located in the right place and the whole place was immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious and the staff were very helpful and friendly and always had a smile on their face. The food was excellent. The only downside was that some of the chairs in the pool bar and the room were a bit uncomfortable and the decking by the pool gets very hot, don't walk on it without flip flops on!

This is such a lovely hotel - I have been coming for a number of years and it has always been great, but the recent upgrade has made it even better. My boyfriend and I stayed in the Level - gorgeous room with an amazing sea view. There is also free wine, beer and soft drinks available all day, as well as a tapas hour each evening. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and the whole hotel has a relaxed feel.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel. The service, amenities, breathtaking views of the water completely exceeded my expectations. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Levels resort and we really enjoyed the breakfast and ongoing food/drink options offered throughout the day. The hotel is located right on the cliffs looking out onto the ocean and we loved being able to sit out on our deck in the morning to watch the sun rise or sip our coffee. We also loved being able to walk the path along the cliffs to see the beautiful surroundings at ground level. Levels offers a separate rooftop pool which was quiet and nice to relax. We also enjoyed visiting the main pool which was busier but the pool itself was gorgeous. The service was amazing across the board. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - all of the front desk staff and servers greeted us with a smile and always helped us with any queries we had. I want to give a special thank you to the team who helped organize a surprise for my girlfriend’s 30th birthday. They went out of their way to decorate the room while we were away and surrounded our room with special balloons, champagne and chocolates. It really made our trip and will forever be a memorable experience for us. Thank you for an incredible stay, we already can’t wait to return!

Everything is extra. You want a pool bed it’s €120 per person, you want to go to the roof? Yeah that €120 a person. It’s an old hotel dressed up be be nice but lacks the basics being nice. The bed is more comfortable in prison than these beds, the room can hold one case. The food is more expensive than Dubai. THE ONLY good things are the pool and the hotel layout and the spa. The rest is far from being a good hotel

We have just returned from our ten day holiday at Melia Santa Eulalia. What a great hotel and we had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. They listened and acted on one special request that we asked for. The location is beautiful and Santa Eulalia is a lovely place to unwind and chill. Thanks especially to front desk staff, breakfast staff and lovely cleaning lady on floor zero. My wife has been painting empty wine crates since visiting with beautiful scenes we looked at over the sea from our hotel suite and while out walking on the local coast path. Don’t stay here if you are looking for a premium experience, if you are looking for good food, good guest service, are looking for good vibes, can’t tolerate tabacco smoke. Here you get 30% of what you pay for. It qualifies more like a 3 star hotel. If you are looking to spend some money on a holiday I am very positive you will be able to somewhere else. - bad food and depressing food court. Tastles and unhealthy. Except the breakfast at the Level area, although a good amount of guests smoke there too. - receptionist are inexperienced, some are rude and unhelpful. It looks like they have nothing to loose. Anything you ask they call someone on the phone to get a waiver. No sense of customer loyalty. - Smoking is allowed in communal areas such as food spaces, garden areas and pools. It’s disgusting. People smoke on the room terraces and there are no smoke free areas. The main hall is open to the exterior and people smoke right outside. So if you sit inside you get the smoke. If you sit outside, you do too. But they advertise the property as smoke free. It’s fraud advertising since they ad the hotel as a “smoke free property”. - The surrounding area looks dangerous at night. Your car is parked in a quite sketchy unpaved lot under the sun. You do not know if your windows will be broken the next morning. I hope this feedback helps improve.

We recently enjoyed a five-night stay at Ibiza Twins, and overall, it was a delightful experience. Upon our early arrival at 11 AM, we were informed that our room wasn't ready yet. However, we appreciated the hospitality of the staff, who allowed us to enjoy breakfast while we waited. This small gesture set a positive tone for our trip. The rooms at Ibiza Twins were consistently clean and tidied daily, which added to our comfort. However, we did notice that the walls were a bit thin, and we could often hear our neighbors talking, which could be distracting at times. One of the highlights of our stay was the vibrant entertainment offered each day. The entertainment team put on shows that were both fun and engaging, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. Their energy truly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. We chose the breakfast-only option, and I must say, we were glad we did. While the breakfast was decent, the food we ordered for lunch and dinner left much to be desired. We tried a few different dishes but were disappointed with the quality. On the other hand, drink prices were reasonable, mirroring what you'd find in local bars—5 euros for a beer and around 10 for a cocktail. The hotel itself boasts a modern design with a lovely swimming pool and fantastic views, making it a perfect spot to relax. The pool area was inviting and well-maintained, providing a nice escape during the warmer parts of the day. Overall, our stay at Ibiza Twins was great, with friendly service and a lively atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a vibrant getaway in Ibiza.

Second year in a row we have chosen to come here and again it did not disappoint! We saved money by getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel as it’s just a 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank right outside. The rooms are very modern and get cleaned daily with fresh towels, The team are always happy to help .. and in the mornings they come to your sunbeds and ask if you would like a drink and the entertainment are brilliant.. they come out at 4pm around the pool to do a pre show and you can take photos with them and the show starts at 9.30pm every night. You can pay €90 a day and use the top pool or wait till 7pm and go in for free and watch the show up there at night and use the top bar. From 12-5 you can have food outside which we did alot and didn’t have Lunch inside. The pool is lovely cold in October but didn’t stop my daughter from going in The hotel is right on the Beach where you can get the boat taxi to Ibiza town (either pay on board or pay with a lady in a kiosk ) they just need to sort the door out leading to the beach so we don’t have to walk all the way round. Check out is 12pm they have a hold for your bags and a wash room to get showered and changed if your on a late flight. Overall fantastic holiday again thank you.

Really enjoyed our stay! Close to bars, shops, right on the beach - it's a mix of guests but when we were there it was definitely 25 - 35 age majority, not that mattered. Really was a mix. Lots of eve entertainment and stuff going on. Food great, but if you have allergies make sure you let them know ahead of time especially for dinner etc as not a lot of main meal options if Wheat Free / Gluten Free etc. options if you don't request ahead of time.

The hotel itself is clean and beautiful. Rooms are spacious and you have a balcony. There is always entertaining in the evening but it takes to long so when you sit on the balcony it’s really noisy. The staff was friendly. Only really noisy to sleep at night ( walls are thin , and there is always somebody making noise , running down the hallway or slamming doors in the night, and by night i mean 4,5 in the morning). The breakfast is really bad, I had breakfast included but in my opinion this is not a 4 star breakfast but more a 3 star. No parking for the car. Overall it’s the location that’s the best here.

I recently stayed here with my husband for our anniversary and from start to finish our stay was faultless. We received a complimentary room upgrade which then upgraded to all inclusive drinks! The breakfast was tasty with such a good variety. The food truck served hot snack food which was delicious (a small extra charge). The vibe around the pool was great with plenty of sun lounges in both sun and shaded areas. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the whole stay was incredible! Location was perfect for us, where we walked back from Hi and Ushuaïa. Close to shops as well and the beach! Thank you Ibiza Twiins! We have already booked another stay for next year!!
