Hotel is in great location. Our room required updating as it looked tired. We had a problem with noisy neightbours that was dealt with efficiently.
The reviews I read had stated the food was great with show cooking and themed nights, well we got none of these. We had thin minute steak one night, the next night we had chicken thighs and fish that was falling to pieces. Every other night we had what they call roast pork loin but was in fact thin pieces of pork fried in oil. There was very little choice unless you liked salad. I feel like we were robbed as we got 1 star service at 4star price and had to go out at night to eat, not something I had budgeted for.
Asked to keep room as was being picked up at 7pm and was told it would be 89 euros even though the hotel.was closing the day after so room bot needed by other customers. If this standard of Hyatt hotels I am.sorry to say I will not use them again.

Rooms not big enough to swing a cat, need refurbishment in bathrooms and with paper thin walls. Room service team amazing. Service not enough receptionists.. always a queue. Massages not cheap and not great. Also a 25 minute massage should be 25 minutes not 8 minutes of setting music, getting heated towels or lotion. Lifeguard courtesy not good.. whistles and shouts across the pool. All in all... not what a Hyatt is cracked up to be.

Beautiful location, right across the road from a gorgeous beach. Hotel was beautiful. Only downside was we arrived at 1pm but couldn't check in until 3. But we got changed, dumped our suitcase in the room next to reception and went to pool. We went in early October. Was around 24 degrees. Sea was aarm enough to swim. Pool freezing but still swam. Was to be expected at that time of year. Hotel was clean, most of the staff were friendly at the bar. Gorgeous views from balcony. Restaurant was clean, and nice views if you sat outside. Food wasn't always to our taste. Other half wasn't happy on fish night as he hates fish and nearly everything had fish in. Chinese night was our fave. The food from the truck near pool looked amazing but didn't open until 3 for all inclusive so we never had the chance to try any.plenty of seats by the pool in October. Lifts were quite quick. But we took the spiral stairs. Night time entertainment nothing special but we wernt fussed. Lots of shops nearby. Would go back.

Room was very nice, but bathroom is open to room with frosted toilet door.
Had pool view & slept well.
No towels for 2 days.
Some waiters are nice, others not so much.
Food just above average, Mexican & Chinese eve.
Didn’t try breakfast.
The only disappointment was they kept blocking our cards from opening room door for last 2 days, my friend & I holiday separate - so we weren’t together at all times to pay bar bill.
Lot of fuss for the sake of 80 euros, we are not thief’s but were made to feel that way.
Nice area around & close to hotel.

Hotel great location.
Food, half board, breakfast was good, dinner not good, ate out, as plenty of great restaurants nearby, we hired a car and fantastic places within 20-30 mins.
Room very small, balcony tiny, cleaned daily, had to ask for fresh towels, bed sheet was not changed during 5 night stay.
Pool area was lovely.
Service all staff were pleasant.
Big let down was at reception, we watched people arrive to a welcome drink and given information about the hotel, where everything was situated.........we arrived and were handed keys, feel everyone should be treated the same.
We would return for location, but would do some research on other hotels, as can only book half board, bed and breakfast would suit us better.
