Friends of mine have an appt there and it was absolutely perfect .. easy check in, super friendly man at reception, helped the a battery for the garage key fob, gave us all the necessary details for the area, pool was lovely, sunbeds a plenty, but some feeling their age, and a bit saggy... Good menu of food and drinks at the bar, average quality but served with a smile and quick service .. all in all, perfect place for families and close walk into town :)

Best pool I've ever booked for a holiday. Refreshing, big and deep. I was able to swim laps every day. Great range of sun loungers and tennis court. It was quiet in October. Food at the pool was okay. Great ice cream. The room had a massive balcony but the beds were very hard. The bedroom was a little musty. TV was awesome. Bit of a hill to walk down to the main down. It's good for the heart. Also Uber eats delivers!

Worst experience we had in 4 months traveling.
Firstly and most important for us - The Wi-Fi (for a fee) turned out to be a myth, there was not even a router or modem in the apartment, leaving us disconnected and frustrated (we are working remotly and had multiple meetings planned). We booked for 2 nights and left after 1, since they didn't find a solution for the internet. They also refused to refund us for the second night.
2.The room had a BAD smell. An extremely stuffy odor, that smelled like there was no ventilation for months. We had to open the window and balcony door in order to make it barable - but then we had the issue with the cold. It was very cold and rainy weather (9 degrees). We had to sleep with our coats on, because on top of it, the AC on the room was not working.
3.The BASIC hygienic amenities were non-existent -> no hand soap! Also, no dishwashing essentials, not even a water boiler or cutting board.
4.The staff was not helpful at all. The one staff member available agreed with us - but was not able to help and the manager refused to talk to us - despite multiple requests.
I have never been so frustrated and disappointed from a place before. I am not usually reviewing stays, but this stay way beyond unpleasant. Would NOT recommend it to anyone.

Way better than expected!! The self catering apartments are huge, beds are decent and the balcony is class..some great views!!
Pool area is great, plenty of space, my only issue is a lot of the sun beds are old and the fabric is so stretched your lying on the support beams..otherwise the new ones are great.
The pool bar/resto is great too, great selection of food, drinks & smoothies plus all the staff are lovely considering its always busy with kids running around etc.
The reception staff were some of the best I've met, very helpful with recommending & booking day trips, boats trips and the likes.
Would come back for sure!

Don't ever come here.. the ac was not working at all.. and then when I asked for refund they said they have to contact supervisor. And then we went into the room there is no water and then we had to call the reception no one was available. The security guard started to check and even after 4 hours and no solution yet I have a small kid and it feels like there is no respect for a customer here
My whole hearted request don't come to this place
There are so many different locations please book something else and enjoy ur stays..
