The first two days we had cockroaches in our bedroom and living room. The next three days we had problems with the safe. The code couldn't be set and we always had to wait for maintenance the next day to help us. We lent a hairdryer which only worked for one use. After those issues the sewer water of of the toilet from above the apartment as well as our toilet came up the drain of our shower and didn't flow back. We had human feces in our shower. The problem couldn't be dealt with right away. Always the following. Therefore we had to change the apparent during our stay. The employees were friendly and tried to help us the best they could but these problems shouldn't appear in the first place and took my time away.

We had a great stay. The apartment we booked was very spacious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, nice kitchen and living room area. Parking right in front of the building. About 20 min. walk to the city centre.

EXTEMELY POOR VALUE FOR THE PRICE
Rooms are nice, decent size and clean but it’s super basic. No kettle (we were refused one even after requesting it again and again on both nights of our stay) no hair dryer (take an extra €20 deposit), no toiletries after charging €140 per night! . They even ask you to reserve a breakfast slot and you must arrive in that slot only. Breakfast is okay, nothing great but not too bad either. Staff are polite but the facilities are BASIC. €140/night is a premium price in a place like Algarve and the hotel does not even provide the basic amenities you would expect at that price for a 3-star hotel. Suggest staying elsewhere…

What a beautiful facility,great spot,clean and spotless. Local shop just across the road to get bits for self catering.
Intermarche was about a 15 mins walk which is well worth the walk just for the fish counter💕
The rooms were spacious and modern.
The restaurant was within walking distance and staff always greeted you with a smile and warm welcome.
They graciously moved us from our original room as it was upstairs and I had a bad knee so they upgraded us to a studio 1 bedroom apartment,so thankyou so much.
We had booked breakfast so this was fresh every day,plenty of choice,more a European taste than English which actually was a welcomed change.
Loved the fresh oranges and fruit and the orange juice was just yummie. Will defo come back

Appartments lovely clean and spacious had to wait a long time from we arrived to get settled in to Appartments which lost us a whole day I think time-limit should change as we vacated room on departure at 6 o clock in morning also r sofa was made up for 3rd person as a bed which meant we had no relaxing place to sit for 3 persons
