I booked a room at this hotel for a week because it was a good price and only saw the reviews later. I was very scared when I went, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a 3-star hotel that met my expectations with a comfortable bed and hot shower. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews if the price is good and the location is excellent. If you want luxury, you should book somewhere else.

Unsafe, Filthy, and Uninhabitable – The Worst Hotel Experience This hotel is in desperate need of repair and is completely unsafe. Both the room door and the balcony door didn’t lock, leaving us feeling extremely vulnerable. The bathroom had an overpowering stench of human waste and sewage, which made members of our group physically ill—some even threw up from the smell. We were supposed to stay for two nights but could barely manage to stay for 12 hours before leaving. The conditions were so bad that we physically couldn’t stay there any longer. Despite this, the hotel manager refused to give us a refund, even though we didn’t get a proper night’s sleep due to the awful conditions and loud music blaring until 3 or 4 a.m. The staff were not only unhelpful but downright rude, offering no support when we complained about the state of the room. When I contacted Booking.com for assistance, they too were unwilling to offer a refund. I spent over an hour on the phone with a manager who patronizingly told me to “calm down,” insisting they didn’t see an issue. To top it all off, the facility was filthy, with ants crawling all over the bathroom and other areas. The unsanitary conditions and lack of cleanliness were shocking. This hotel is absolutely not suitable for families or anyone else. I wouldn’t recommend it under any circumstances—it’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We went a day by the pool, we enjoyed it, the pools are nice and clean . For the cheap price you pay its good even the food , basic but good and staff served us with a smile. The place is quite old and needs renovation but its good to have places like this as not everyone want to pay high prices. It is very well located for young people with low budget who want to be near discos , restaurants and walking distance fun. Thanks for a good Sunday :) 🧡

The hotel has so many negative points that I will just number the main ones: 1. WC: old and not maintained with a very old shower head and leakage all over the tub. Moldy ceiling with paint falling off. The toillete seat was broken and had so many stains and the brush was broken as well. 2. Room: the room furniture was old and decadent, the doors would not close properly and the beds were mere wooden boards holding old mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. 3. The noise: there is noise all over the corridors all night long with no respect to other people and no measure being taken to avoid or at least to decrease it. 4. Wifi: does not work properly at all. For some minutes you can have network availability then it breaks down for quite a long time . Some staff are friendly and very nice but the overall experience was very bad as the pictures online do not match at all with the reality we faced.

Excellent front desk staff. Very helpful in providing hot water for coffee. arrangements for water heating, Marcos for recommendation on the two island trip and instantly arranging a small fridge. Gladwin and Naveen with check in. Location close to restaurants, fresh food markets, bus stops are near. Bed is comfy Prices are reasonable! The place to swim in the ocean is only five minutes nearby. Loving my stay! Special thank you to the electrician and house keeping staff!
