Very disappointing stay. The room wasn’t clean, and when I complained about the dirty beds, I was just handed clean sheets to change myself. The key snapped in the door and the staff man was rude, he ignored me completely until my boyfriend spoke to him. He then used an angle grinder to get us back in. Also, there was loud noise from nearby workshops every morning. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed. Room is dated, no heating ( been there in December), no extra blankets. Mattresses are dirty as kitchen appliances as well. Lose handtes coming of he cupboards. Shiwer handle is comming of.Toilets and bathtub are realy dirty. No proper ventilation, only 2 windows ,- one looking to the lift and hall, the other to neighbours wall 2 meters away. Dark. No air-conditioning. There was a power outage in the middle of the night, later loud noise came from air-conditioning unit, and there was no one to find at the reception to turn it of. Beds are incredibly uncomfortable, firm ald old mattresses and pillows. Smelly. No hangers in the wardrobe. Power sockets either not working or making buzzing strange noise, I am not safe to charge anything. Lift is unreliable, pressing floor 3 is taking you to 5 or elswhere. No Wifi service. Not even mobile network coverage in the room.Definitely not recommended!!!

Accommodation in an excellent location, Room was clean however very very noisy with a large group of Spanish youth filling up both the apartments and hotel next door. Was up every hour with the group making loud noise at all hours of the night. The fire alarm was then activated at 4am which was the end. We left at 10am and checked into alternative accommodation as wanted to be able to sleep for the rest of our holiday. Staff were excellent and refunded the rest of the stay which we were very thankful. For £30 a night would of been excellent had the noise been less in the accommodation.

I really don't understand the bad comments...
I booked an apartment, and despite some little problems, I'm overly satisfied.
I had a whole apartment for 35€ per day, at the end of May, and in addition the acces to the swimming pool.
Here's my problems:
-the regulator of the shower tap didn't work when I arrived: the following morning it was fixed
- the sheets are not always of the highest quality, so I asked to change them, what they did instantly
No idea about the other problems reported by others:
- no insects at all
- no unkindness from the staff ...
that was actually very friendly and helpful
- the only problem was a group of English guys who made loud noise in the swimming pool one day and nobody told them anything. That's the reason I didn't put 5 stars, otherwise we'll deserved considering the price;
You have music every night, bar and the position is excellent, close both to the seafront and to the bus terminal station.
