Not as bad as some of the reviews, I read, our room, overlooking the pool was lovely, brand new mattresses and pillows. Bathroom was very clean, hairdryer didn't work. Towels and bedding changed every couple of days, which I'm sure is enough! Food not brilliant but found some thing to eat each day. Lunch was better than dinner. Staff very nice, so no complaints really, get what you pay for!

Although several people appear to have complained about the food etc, my wife and I have just had a pleasant weeks stay here. It's a bit dated and basic but the staff were lovely and worked hard. Nothing appeared to be too much for them. The area lacks a bit and is a bit grubby but this is more down to tourists just throwing litter on the floor. I've stayed in better definately but I've also stayed in a lot worse. Credit to the staff. My only issue I had was with noisy groups of youths screaming and shouting late at night as I am a light sleeper but this isn't the fault of the hotel staff.

Let's get the good things out of the way first. The rooms are spacious and clean, there's a big wall screen, and balconies overlooking the pool area. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast menu, while a bit plain, nutritious and filling.
Now, on to the bad things.
The hotel advertises itself as "Parking available" - no hotel should do that if said parking is municipal parking with the guests in direct competition with locals for the available spots! Expect to spend 5-10 minutes hunting for a spot, and the walking to the hotel.
The rooms have no potable water - how is this acceptable in the developed world?! You are expected to spend in their lobby vending machines or buy water from local stores if you want to quench your thirst.
Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but the arguably false advertising of parking and the lack of potable water in the rooms is just plain infuriating.

As soon as we arrived we went to the room and the room was clean however we had booked a double bed yet we was met with twin beds. Got told by a receptionist they don’t have enough double beds. The food was absolutely disgusting and made me rather ill. We had to eat out pretty much for the last 4/5 breakfasts and night because we simply couldn’t stomach the food. We paid all inclusive as well and drinks stopped at 11 being served and no spirits during lunch and dinner! Just seems like one big rip off spent pretty much most of our day out of the hotel as much as we could. Our tv didn’t work, our light didn’t work. No use telling reception as they weren’t bothered. I think the stay would’ve been a lot better had the food have been better and the drink times, make them 24/7??? We could only get one drink at a time at the bar, we was all inclusive so why not! The hotel overall is a 1 star for me.

Not a bad hotel food not bad either just needs a bit more variety. Chef needs teaching in the art of cooking chips 🙄 ,only met 2 staff members who,s polite,bar man with beard and andrea in dining area. Cleaners need s kick up the backside as there very lazy as the Jacuzzi not always cleaned and towels not always changed but overall not bad. Would come again.
