Punta Cana Princess

My husband and I stayed at the Princess Punta Cana for a week. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the resort. The staff are very attentive and friendly, we enjoyed the resort so much partially due to the staff, they are all great ! The entertainment team are excellent and work really hard to offer you great entertainment from day to night. A special mention to Valeria who is a credit to the resort. The reception staff are always quick to resolve any issues you may have, (key card stopped working / small leak from air con unit) the staff resolved it immediately. The staff hold themselves with such decoram and respect, we witnessed some entitled guest be extremely rude to the staff through no fault of the staff, they were always polite and courteous back to said entitled persona, I cannot same I’d be so polite back. The only negative is we upgraded to the VIP package, which we are unsure we would do again, partially because we didn’t use it to its full potential, which is not the resorts fault merely ours. You get unlimited room service which we didn’t use. We preferred the none VIP area of the beach, however is this is personal choice. We did benefit from a sea view room, with close proximity to the beach and pool. complimentary rum bottle and a lobster meal for two. The food is nice and we always had plenty of options, we enjoyed all the restaurants. Given the opportunity we would definitely return to Punta Cana Princess.

We went with our closest friends and we had an awesome time with almost everyone at the hotel. We enjoyed the music, activities and games. Tequila, Valeria y Erika were the best entertainment team ever. The food was amazing and the waitress and chef were kind and friendly. Also Maria our bartender she was funny and super friendly ! The entertainment team at Punta Cana princess is phenomenal. They made my stay so much more fun. I will definitely be back, it has been such an amazing time! Food, drinks, good people, great time.

The place is great!!! Most of the people are great. But, there are people who don't know how to treat the customers. A restaurant manager named Francis, a person like him, can ruin your entire vacation. The General Manager Rodolfo Espino should take care of these unpleasant situations, but it seems that he doesn't care.

Having a blast for hubby's birthday! Princess far exceeded my expectation. Our honeymoon suite is amazing with a view to die for. The animation group makes your stay here exceptional. Wow what a lively group of individuals!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU! My first stay at Princess of many more to come!!!
