This was our first time on vacation and we had a blast!! Rooms are clean, staff is amazing and friendly as well as helpful!! The beach and pools were awesome.
Entertainment team was amazing!! My kids especially enjoyed there time with Luis and Carlos .. They made their experience even better. Shout out to our butler Darrel he was awesome.
Food was excellent, drinks were awesome!! We will definitely be back😊 Thank you so much for the fun times!

The experience at Majestic Colonial was awesome, they have an awesome activities program and go the extra mile to make sure the guests are entertained. In the beach they have staff interacting with guests doing beach games, pool parties, and dance classes. Martin is really fun, made our time so fun! Everyone is so goofy and really make you feel like buddies! And every night they have some type of entertaining event going in in their theater or main center. My friends and I had such a great experience! Highly recommend

The resort is beautiful and most of the staff are great. The beach and the pool were beautiful and they provided a lot of fun poolside activities. Unfortunately, however, the room was dirty in my opinion. Floors sandy, dust on the furniture, and cracked peeling paint. I did complain to KC and Catherine who offered a deep cleaning but seemed dismissive. She did not even attempt to come to the room to see my concerns. The trip was salvaged due to the beautiful weather, the pool, beach and the night entertainment. Martin and Miguel were very attentive and made me laugh. It was my Birthday weekend so I expected more from a 5 star resort.
Update: On my last day the manager Vanessa B. reached out to me. She heard my concerns and showed Empathy. She made sure that the day of my Birthday I was happy. To my surprise my room was beautifully decorated and I got a cake. I didn’t ask for any of that, it was extra just to make sure I was happy. I left the resort pleased and because of her I will be back.

Amazing Stay at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana!
I had an incredible experience at Majestic Colonial Punta Cana! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. The food was fantastic, with a great variety of options to satisfy every craving, and the entertainment kept us engaged throughout our stay.
A special shoutout to Marlin from the entertainment team—She was beyond amazing! Not only was she super friendly and helpful, but she also went out of his way to entertain my baby girl, making our trip even more special. Her energy and kindness truly made a difference in our experience.
I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway. I will definitely be back again!

First stay here with my wife and 2.5yo at Majestic Colonial, and it's met our expectations and then some! Beautiful resort, spacious rooms, and the beach is stunning. Love the lazy river type pool spanning the entire resort with plenty of swim up bars. The resort is kids friendly and the kids pool area is very entertaining and kept my child busy. Food was very good as well. The staff were absolutely amazing, super friendly every time and they adored our kid, it shows that they are happy to be here, which is huge. Also there nightly entertainment was a great addition, especially the circus show.
We had a small hiccup with our room to start but it isn't enough to cause a problem. We also noticed 2 cockroaches in our room one night but the hotel staff were immediately responsive and took care of it, with no charge to change rooms.
We would come back again for sure.
One recommendation is to either book with a travel agent or look at selecting a room with a view/poolside, as our room faced the resort road and we didn't have any view.
