How lucky were we to book this apartment for our holiday. So well equipped and clean. Great location. The beach is 5 minutes walk, but a fairly steep hill down, then of course, back up. Torre Villa at the top is a good pub/ restaurant.
So good to have the pools so close outside apartments, some are a little further away, but those have private gardens. All first floor apartments have a balcony.
There is a barbecue area, toddler's pool and a decent sized pool which goes from shallow with easy steps down, to about 2m deep.
Bars and Eateries all within easy walking distance. 2 - 15 minutes gives you a good variety, catering to all tastes and budgets.
A Spar supermarket is 20 minutes walk but there is a good supermarket half way down the hill towards the beach - about 5 minutes walk.
Albuferia Old Town is a long walk or very quick by Uber.
This small complex would suit anyone who wants to come and relax. Families and slightly older couples especially.

Just had a week here with family. Exceptionally clean and staff very helpful. Set in a quiet area but only a short walk to beaches, bars,restaurants and a local supermarket. Would definitely revisit. Pool area excellent with well maintained gardens, lots of sunloungers and a large bbq area. Rated as 3 star but I have been in worse 5 stars!! Definitely recommend this complex.

Very nice apartments with a pool! The apartment is basic but spacious and comfortable with a beautiful garden!! It's in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. Through the Free now service you can get everywhere for cheap money (Albuferia Old Town, Lidl,etc ). Every recommendation!
Note: It is a remote so you will either rent a car (you have this option in-house) or you'll book a taxi every time you're going somewhere (this was our option as it was cheaper and I was finally without the car for at least 7 days :) )
Edit: The beds are really uncomfortable 😣😣. Hard as hell. Since, I'm having a bad back this is something I didn't take into account when booking, and even my wife is in pain every morning. :( I've reduced the stars regarding rooms just because of that. Everything else is fine i.e.bathroom is nice, the kitchen has all the necessities you need if you're going to cook, it's spacious enough and definitely a garden is wow! The staff is really polite and helpful.
Takeaway/snack bar is immediately beside and you won't have to think about cooking!! The prices are wow! Bacon and cheese burger with fries 6,5 euro which is cheaper than McDonald's in Ireland but way better and fresh grilled meat!

Modest self catering apartments in a great location. The kitchens have most equipment required. If you stay with an infant make sure you add in the comments section that you need a ground floor room as the balconies on the first floor are not suitable for little ones

Beautiful place. We stayed in room 104. Beautiful garden that we all enjoyed very much. Pool next to us and smaller pool next to that. Great park at end that we made lots of use of. Kids absolutely loved it.
Would recommend to hire a car as most places are quite far. But has 2 lovely beaches close by. Castelo beach is left of the apartment and a nice walk. Evaristo beach is a 10 min walk along a bendy road. Very lovely walk and views. A supermarket is about 5 min walk left of apartments. Opens in morning till 12pm and again opens 4pm till 8pm.
Lovely people around here. Fantastic sights.
Scoobys bar is right of the apartment approx 8 min walk and a must see as is a friendly place with fab food.
Must visit old town a big market with loads of shops and great sights with a lovely beach.
Very helpful people and a must see.
