Very friendly and welcoming. We booked an apartment but we're given a studio, but this was sorted very quickly the following morning (we arrived around midnight) Everything there that you need, bar, restaurant and small market for necessities. Very close to Coral Bay beaches and restaurants. Great public bus services available close by. Must have been great and luxurious back in the day, now a little tired and dog-eared around the edges. Great air-con. Pool definitely could have been cleaner. Cleaner comes daily, only need to ask for extra pillows, towels etc. The inside pool was not available completely empty, which was very disappointing. Very relaxed atmosphere, great for all ages, families etc. Budget friendly, well worth a visit.

The rooms need upgrading but you get what you pay for .The pool area is brilliant but a lot of umbrellas broken sun beds are uncomfortable as no mattresses provided. Bar area and little supermarket ideal All staff are so helpful and kindly. Especially Jake who is profficient and bends over backward to help. Should be in management. We know this as we had the biggest hotel in South of England.

A disgrace, avoid at all costs. Run down and in need of refurbishment throughout. Staff treat guests with little respect or care. Ants everywhere, and had to remove cockroach from bath. Shower head split whilst in shower spurting water up, didn't notice until got out of shower. Bathroom completely flooded, and water seeped under door into living area and out into corridor. Complained to reception who sent someone to change shower head, but just left us with a mop and bucket to clear water ourselves. Indoor pool, gym and Spa out of use as they are in such a terrible state.

The staff at this hotel make it 5 stars alone. The owner, Jake and the rest of the staff are all so accommodating and they do their best to please the guests. I would love to return here.

Stayed here from late June to early July. Yes, the hotel is a little tired and it has clearly seen better days. But for the same period, the really good hotels would have been double the price we paid. You get what you pay for! Food was a set breakfast (self-service), a set lunch (at table service) and a variable evening meal (self-service). Breakfast and lunch were the same every day, with a fairly limited choice. The evening meal was different every day. Whilst not a massive choice, the food was excellent - very good quality. Our accommodation was adequate, 2 bedrooms, living room and 1 bathroom for 5 of us (1 person was a last-minute add-on). 3 of our daughters and the husband of 1 of them stayed in different rooms nearby, these rooms were very good - light and airy, with great views. The pool was great and we all spent a lot of time in it. The staff were excellent, Spiros, Jake and Sue in particular. Always friendly and always helpful. And all had a great sense of humour. The hotel is at the very far end of Coral Bay so if you don't have a car, it is a little out on a limb. However, the 615 bus terminus is a short walk away in the car park at Corallia Beach. The bus runs into Paphos via the Coral Bay "strip" and is very frequent (every 15-20 minutes) from early in the morning into the early hours of the next day.
