We stayed at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Hotel outside of Agia(Ayia) Napa November. Its near the Landa beach and 15mins was to Nissi beach. These beaches are so tranquil and shallow to swim in.
The hotel it self has its own wonderful gardens, plenty of sun beds near the pool and on the grass area. Wondering around the grounds was very pleasant you could lose yourself in an oasis style of surrendering.
The hotel has 4 themed restaurants and each with its own theme and a bit like going out to a restaurant.
The main restaurant is okay and the food is not always hot, the breakfast is good. The rooms have high ceiling and decorated to nice standard, the bathroom could do with some new tiling as it looks bit dated.
The staffs on the front desk are helpful, but there are 2 that stood out for us, Eleni (Manager) and Dimitris they always smiled and greeted us whenever we walked past. Eleni who is such a wonderful person and made our stay very special stay as we were celebrating a special occasion.
If you wanted to go to Ayia Napa town, you can either catch a bus (2 euro each way) just outside of the hotel at the back or walking would take about 25mins.
The only down side was the evening entertainment, I suppose we went out of season and they just had singers every night (some were a bit awful).
All in all a very pleasant stay and would be definitely retuning here again and recommending it to friends.

We had an amazing time at Olympic lagoon. The buffet food and cocktails were amazing. The staff were all exceptional. The beach is within 5 minutes walk and is a great little beach with good facilities to change/shower. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. We caught the bus to Protaras which was great. The allocated sun loungers meant you felt relaxed knowing you would always have somewhere to lie down without any worries. The buffet food was themed each night and the choice of food was great. The kids loved the games room and helping themselves to mocktails and ice cream. The standard rooms we had were fine, but nothing special, and the hallways/walls/carpet feel a bit rundown, in need of new carpets and a lick of paint. The entertainment was ok but I have had better. That's the only reason they didnt get a 5 star. Food and drink is definitely 5 star.

The hotel itself was lovely. We hardly ate at the main buffet restaurant due to the quality of food and it being served cold. Our saving grace was the Rock N Roll Diner. Petra, Roshan, Andre (chef) were amazing. These guys treated us amazingly and went above and beyond. They were the highlight of our holiday. They were the nicest people we have came across in any holiday. Have to give credit to Andrea in the Buffet Restaurant who seen to us every morning at breakfast, she was amazing. Our cleaner was also awesome. Our room was cleaned religiously at the same time every day and was done to perfection. Our room was great for a few days and we didn't hear anything. That was until new guests moved in to near by rooms. Doors slamming, children running up and down the corridors and constantly knocking doors. The noise was awful. Another guest actually had to come out and ask the adults to keep the noise down as she had a wee boy asleep in bed. Also was advertised as having an adults only pool, which apparently there was to this year when it was changed. A returning guest we got speaking to at the Pool did not like this change either. We've no problems about children, but when your sunbathing and getting soaked with a water gun, it's not the ideal scenario. The reason we booked this hotel was the fact that there was an adults only pool. I think to be honest we were expecting a little bit more after reading reviews etc. But seriously that Buffet Restaurant needs a revamp on the front of house. And there was more than us that had noticed that. It was if they couldn't be bothered and when someone's face is as long as a sauce bottle, that doesn't make a welcoming environment. Anyone going to Olympic Lagoon, we seriously suggest you give the Rock N Roll Diner a go, the staff there are top notch and will always have a smile. These are the guys we will remember most about our holiday.

Firstly, the staff are amazing and can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Andrea at breakfast was always attentive and imformative.
We were looking for an adult only hotel but be aware, although they have adult areas only, this very much a family oriented resort. Evening entertainment is tagged onto the children's entertainment in the arena. Children tend to stay on so at a busier time adults going later for the adult themed entertainment may not get a seat.
We stayed in a garden room with a pool view which happens to be the children's pool area. Depending on the position of the room, direct sun is limited.
The resort is spotless but certainly our room is dated and in need of modernisation.
Outwith the main buffet restaurant there are 6 other themed restaurants with al la carte menus that you can visit once during your stay. Unfortunately, even on our day of arrival we were unable to reserve a table except for one..The Greats. Sad to say it really wasn't good so that's why it was available.
What we were told was people book these restaurants when they book the holiday. Jet2 Holidays did not point this out but for fairness the resort should only accept bookings at the point of arrival.
Recommendation would be for families this is an amazing place but if you're looking for an adult only experience, consider somewhere else.

This was our fourth time at Olympic Lagoon Resort, and every visit feels like coming home.
The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the kids’ activities are awesome.
Our children keep asking to return, and it’s a joy seeing them have such a great time.
The resort itself is beautiful and well maintained, with lush gardens and stunning beaches nearby.
Most of all, the staff are incredibly kind and always smiling—they make you feel truly welcome.
We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
