all in all a very good experience. the best thing is the service which is vary good. the venue itself is beutiful but the pools are not heated at all so out of the season it's to cold. the food is OK besides the captain's deck restaurant which you better skip. also they are booked in advance to try to book for orchid before arriving. One thing that must be improved is the water pressure in the showers which is not suitable for a luxury hotel.

Outstanding Stay – Truly the Best Hotel Experience! This is by far the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and warm smiles, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. The service throughout our holiday was second to none. The staff consistently went above and beyond – if they noticed your glass was empty, they'd be over in no time to offer a refill. Everything is table service, so you can simply sit back, relax, and be thoroughly looked after. It genuinely felt like luxury. Housekeeping was flawless. Our room was kept spotless, fresh towels were delivered daily, and the fridge was always stocked with bottled water. Every member of the cleaning team deserves praise – their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Evening entertainment was another highlight. The Queen tribute and The Greatest Showman performances were absolutely incredible. Each performer had such powerful, professional voices – we were truly blown away. The food was fantastic at every restaurant we tried. Everything we ate was full of flavour and beautifully presented. A special thank you to the team for accommodating my son’s specific dietary needs – they ensured he was well taken care of at every meal. And the American diner staying open late was a huge bonus – perfect after a busy day out. The pool was a bit cold, but given it was April, that’s completely understandable – only the brave took the plunge! The only slight hiccup we had was with the sun loungers – our allocated ones had been booked out twice, and we weren’t the only ones it happened to. That said, there were plenty available elsewhere, so as long as you're not particular about the exact spot, it’s no big deal. Overall, our visit to Cyprus was made even more special by staying at Olympic Lagoon. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely and very pleasant. It has everything you need, it's very clean and well maintained. The service is kind and the food is very tasty. I'd be happy to come back here again. It's just a pity that the indoor pool isn't heated — it would have been nice if it were around 30°C or had warm water for colder days or when it's windy outside.

We recently returned from our second stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort Ayia Napa, and once again, it was an absolutely perfect experience from start to finish. The resort continues to impress with its beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and above all, the exceptional service provided by the staff. A heartfelt thank you to Veronica at the Fisherman’s Village pool, whose warm smile and attentiveness made every poolside moment feel like a true holiday. At the dining restaurants, Andrea, Petros, and Diana stood out for their friendliness, and genuine care - each of them helped make every meal feel special and personal. We would also like to extend a special thank you to the entire reception team for their kindness, efficiency, and the warm welcome they gave us. Their attention and hospitality from the moment we arrived made us feel truly valued and at home. The room was comfortable and very clean, the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the resort’s overall atmosphere was both luxurious and family-friendly. Overall it’s a nice place to go with the kids. Food is great and the drinks too. Just a few things let it down, mainly the pools being freezing that much so they are almost empty. Spoken to a few guests who have been before and they said it’s pretty much freezing later in the year also. Second is the app is terrible can’t book a place in the booking only restaurants from an hour of being here. WiFi is patchy and bogs down a lot ended up using cellular. There’s nothing near by the hotel to do other than a beach. On the plus side the staff are fantastic and Everyone I came across said hello and were more than happy to help out with what ever was asked. The creche was a life saver! Was great to be able to get a couple of hours toddler free. Foods very good with lots of variety, to much choice. The experience arena is incredible for a hotel setup! Sounds great and there’s table service! (to loud for little ones reached 110db at times which is damaging for prolonged periods).
