Overall a lovely facility, however the gym was too small and offered too little for a hotel of this size.
Adults only area is superb and Steve was fantastic as well as Fanos. However shutting at 6 was too early and very little activities on site such as mini golf, volleyball/ water volleyball would have been awesome to add.
Floors are very slippery resulting in 3 of our party being injured and one having to be in hospital for the whole trip.
Food was great and the overall availability staff and cleanliness was a highlight as well as booking of sunbeds made it a real highlight.

Fantastic place, great pool area and a lot of different restaurants to pick from. But what really stand out are their exceptional service. They go way and beyond to provide a top class service. Our glasses was not empty for more than 10 seconds before they noticed and asked if we wanted to order something more. The management and staff have really understood the whole concept of how to treat guests and make them come back. We will for sure return for a third time next year and also try out their resort in Paphos later this summer. Thank you for a great time!

Our stay at the Olympic Lagoon Resort was fantastic. We went just before the busy season started so the resort was very empty. This being said the staff and quality of all aspects didn’t decrease along with the crowds! Some areas were closed off which we would have liked to experience, due to renovations, but this is expected in the quieter seasons. Drinks were all made using named brands spirits and all made with care, all tasting brilliant! Quality of the food was exceptional and the variety of all parts each night was brilliant! Our only small gripe was multiple instances of confusion surrounding allergens in the main buffet. I am personally allergic to gluten and although it is my responsibility to be careful about what I eat, the signage for identical items changed across different days. We were informed this was due to different suppliers but they were then mislabelled as a result causing some issues. However, when brining this to the attention of the staff they couldn’t have been more helpful, and recognised more attention needed to be taken. This is no complaint, mistakes do happen and they were more than happy to listen, act, and fix which demonstrated the levels staff wanted to go to in order to ensure all guests had a brilliant stay. Staff really made this resort what it is, none could do enough for you and their service really is 5 star. Hands down would return to this resort if visiting again! Thank for for a brilliant 5 days!

Outstanding Stay – Truly the Best Hotel Experience!
This is by far the best hotel my family and I have ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with refreshing drinks and warm smiles, setting the tone for an exceptional stay.
The service throughout our holiday was second to none. The staff consistently went above and beyond – if they noticed your glass was empty, they'd be over in no time to offer a refill. Everything is table service, so you can simply sit back, relax, and be thoroughly looked after. It genuinely felt like luxury.
Housekeeping was flawless. Our room was kept spotless, fresh towels were delivered daily, and the fridge was always stocked with bottled water. Every member of the cleaning team deserves praise – their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
Evening entertainment was another highlight. The Queen tribute and The Greatest Showman performances were absolutely incredible. Each performer had such powerful, professional voices – we were truly blown away.
The food was fantastic at every restaurant we tried. Everything we ate was full of flavour and beautifully presented. A special thank you to the team for accommodating my son’s specific dietary needs – they ensured he was well taken care of at every meal. And the American diner staying open late was a huge bonus – perfect after a busy day out.
The pool was a bit cold, but given it was April, that’s completely understandable – only the brave took the plunge!
The only slight hiccup we had was with the sun loungers – our allocated ones had been booked out twice, and we weren’t the only ones it happened to. That said, there were plenty available elsewhere, so as long as you're not particular about the exact spot, it’s no big deal.
Overall, our visit to Cyprus was made even more special by staying at Olympic Lagoon. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly, highly recommend!

The hotel is lovely and very pleasant. It has everything you need, it's very clean and well maintained. The service is kind and the food is very tasty. I'd be happy to come back here again. It's just a pity that the indoor pool isn't heated — it would have been nice if it were around 30°C or had warm water for colder days or when it's windy outside.
