Rooms are basic but everything we needed for spending most of our time at the pool or beach. The location is perfect. Close to lots of restaurants and most importantly, a couple of nice beaches. Service was great, even when small things happened, like losing the internet, they were given immediate attention and resolved quickly.

Great hotel, great entertainment throughout the week, perfect location. Staff are lovely. Rooms could do with a bit of updating. We will definitely be back!

Would not stay here or recommend this hotel to others. Myself and four friends stayed here recently while on holiday. The hotel is very basic. the pool area is nice and there are some daily pool activities. We got a good deal on the room so we didn't mind it being standard. When we checked in the woman on reception was nice enough and went through a few bits. She was putting a huge emphasis on how no noise was permitted after 10pm and her speech felt a little bit extreme and we were made sign an agreement that our €100 deposit (per room) would be kept if any of these rules were broken. We didn't make a big deal of it as we are all in our 30s and aren't exactly wild or too loud. The first night we came back to our room after 12pm and while having a cigarette on our balcony we admittedly may have been making some noise laughing and we got a call up to the room saying there had been complaints. We immediately called it a night and went to sleep. What really bothered us all was the following morning we received a call from the receptionist that checked us in scoulding us and warning us about 'our chat' she had with with us at check in. This almost felt like we were being called in by a school principal to be told off and we felt very agitated by this. It was very extreme to call us for a second time to warn us. As i mentioned we are all in our mid 30's. we felt like we couldn't make a peep after 10pm for the remainder of our holiday which was frustrating. We received a call on the Friday night at 10:20pm saying there had been a complaint made by our Neighbour again about the noise we were making (which was none as we were very conscious of the noise being an issue and we were getting ready to go out. We realised it was the room above us who were having drinks on the balcony that the neighbours must have been talking about. To be clear we had no problem with the rooms around us making noise, after all people are on holiday. We marched down to reception to correct them as we were terrified of our deposit being taken away. the whole situation put a dampener on our experience. The rooms were basic enough and somewhat clean. you are hit with a smell of bleach as you walk in which wasn't great. one of our rooms was very run down and the other had obviously been somewhat refurbished within the last year or so. wouldnt no come back to this hotel with far nicer options in the same area.

Good location, close to Beach (10 min walk) and The Strip if that is your thing.
The Apartment is a little dated but absolutely spotless, cleaned daily with regular towel changes etc. apartment is kept really well.
Pool is great, nice atmosphere and they do remove towels that are left on sun loungers early in the morning. Staff overall are good .
However, this is not suited for families. We traveled with our teenage daughters and it is noisy at night, lots of noise on balconies until well after midnight and parties starting at 3:00 & 4:00 in the morning. While staff did say ring reception if this happens, to me the implication is if you don’t complain the noise is ok !! Some of the noise was people coming and going at all hours rather than specific rooms.
This is a good spot, but just know what to expect. We won’t be returning, more suited to younger groups.

Lovely place to stay, stayed last year, great value for money, only negative thing really was my friend who stayed in a different room found bugs in her bed but that was resolved. Lovely staff.
