Rooms were clean and towels changed regularly sheets not so much. But in Need of updating, Unless you paid more to update. We had a fabulous view if we had updated the rooms would overlook the hotel opposite or a road so we were happy with our room. The pool is amazing we'll worth staying for that. Food was very good freshly prepared and enough choice. Staff are very friendly. The only gripe was we hired a car from the hotel. It was absolutely filthy bodily fluids all over and I mean seats roof etc. Very expensive for what we needed. Don't recommend at all the car hire from the hotel. We asked if we could keep the room on for a few hours and they wanted to charge us €40 which in our opinion was excessive. Otherwise we had a thoroughly enjoyable time

I went with my family this October. The room we stayed in was quite dark and dingy. It seem a bit run down but it was clean. The room walls are very thin so you can hear people simply just talking in the next room. Unfortunately the people staying in the room next to us where up all night making noise, loud music, fights, vomiting and throwing furniture. They seem to attract a rougher group as there was also an incident near my uncles room. We did complain to the staff and they were helpful and moved the people next to us. Some of my family stayed in other rooms which were alot nicer and brighter. Cleaning staff was in every morning to make beds and mops floor and they were pleasant and helpful. I did end up getting food poisoning on this trip and I do suspect it to be from the hotel restaurant. Although I think something made me sick everything else was good, I think it was just a case of something being out in the hot sun.

The hotel room itself was good, but unfortunately, all three of the rooms I booked had a noticeable smell throughout my 5-day stay. While the overall comfort was there, the persistent odour was a downside and affected the experience. I hope they can address this issue because otherwise, it has potential.

This is a nice hotel in a perfect location for souvenirs, restaurants and bars. The hotel has some amazing rooms with their own little pools outside. There were dour of us staying, me, my wife, and two daughters. When we arrived and was given our apartment, it was a bit disappointing. There were 3 beds in one room and another bed in the kitchen/dining area. We needed a double bed and the two singles to be in the other room. Since our two daughters are 13 and 18, they needed their own space. We had a discussion with the people at the reception, and they put the two beds together and placed a large mattress topper to make it feel like a double bed. Since this was our only gripe and no other real problems arose, we had the most amazing holiday ever. We had breakfast included, and there was a nice selection of breakfasts. Cereals for the kids, continental and then the English breakfast. Only other major gripe was that there was an awful lot of power cuts in our apartment block, which also stopped the water from taps to flow.

We had one of the 2 tier rooms.
As others have said, the upstairs aircon didn't work. We paid over 100eu extra for it. It was fixed on the 5th day of our 7-day holiday. I didn't bother to ask for a refund as I couldn't be bothered with an argument.
Some of the hotel is on a noisey road with loud mopeds going paste all night on a Saturday.
It is very convenient in the town with everything local.
The pools are very nice and perfect for a family with young children. Bit Egg smelly, as is all the water, you do sort of get used to it, i believe it's because the water is drawn from aquafers. Don't drink the tap water it's safe but foul tasting.
I would recommend eating out for every meal. All the restaurants are superb, great food and lovely people.
A short walk to the sea that has the most amazing blues.
Greek people are the most amazingly friendly people I've ever met. Looking forward to returning.
