Perfect experience!
We’ve spent a week here and experienced all the facilities.
The staff is friendly and professional.
The spa was the best I have visited.
The food is delicious and varied.
Mini club staff friendly and welcoming.
The dining room staff friendly and welcoming.
Family room big and clean. We had 2 toilets and showers which come very handy with 3 kids.
Visitor information was excellent- helping us plan outdoor activities and rent a car.
The place is beautiful, watching at the bay with mountains in the horizon.
They have thought about every detail.
The gardens are green and megical.
Beautiful private Beach.
Plenty to do, without feeling stressed or crowded.
The allowed late check out with no extra charge
highly recommend.
The only downside is that you don’t have an espresso machine in the room, which I would have expected from such a good place.

Great hotel, amazing staff and incredible pool and beach. Rooms could do with an upgrade but overall still pretty decent. Buffet food for breakfast and dinner is good with a lot of variety. Spa offering is also quiet good. Overall, highly recommend for a relaxing holiday with your family, partner or even friends.

Just returned from a week at this gorgeous hotel. Lovely staff and service, setting was amazing, pool and beach are lovely. We have 2 young children and there were other children so we didn't feel like we we had to be too quiet... it's a very smart place! Breakfast was fab! We ate out at local restaurants every evening. Definitely recommend.

Kontakali Bay resort has a beautiful beach area for sunning, lounging or swimming, and options for food and drink. The grounds are well kept, the beach areas are really nice with plenty of chairs and everyone there is helpful and friendly. We had a bungalow with a private pool that had a garden view, ended up "upgrading" to a Sea view since we didn't think we'd use the private pool much(too chilly), for no additional charge. The view was nice, it was a bit far (the view) but we did like the convenience of the room being closer to the main building and all the amenities. We didn't have loungers on our balcony but our neighbors did, we did have a sweet mamma cat and her baby though☺️. I think staying in the main building might've been better for our short stay. The food is great, lots to choose from and staff is great. We weren't super picky, but the breakfast wasn't very hot, most everything I got was room temp, to include the bacon and pancakes, but still edible, that's really the only complaint, oh other than housekeeping entering without knocking and even though the do not disturb sign was posted on the door. All in all a great place with a great location close to Corfu town/Gouvia Marina and many amenities, would recommend staying and splurging on the extra amenities, they will usually throw in some freebies too like a bottle of wine and spa discount. **There's no airport shuttle, but they will coordinate a taxi if you desire, and the TV channels are very limited, won't matter of you don't really care to spend any time in the room watching TV.

Lovely hotel. This place boasts a lot of services available with the spa, the gym, and yoga every morning. Nightly entertainment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room servicing is great. Fresh towels every day. Bottle of water and drink making facilities topped up too. Rooms fully air conditioned and comfortable beds. Beach area is a breathtaking view of the Ionian and coastline. The marina is great though run by separate company. Great having them there to enhance the experience. Extra activities can be booked through the hotel. Durrels filming location just a minute or two walk along the beach. Several small beaches with grainy sand but plenty of comfortable sun loungers and free beach towel service. 4 restaurants. Two of which are a la carte. Free shuttle bus to Corfu town once daily. Pre book that. Overall, I really did like this hotel and would consider coming back on a different board basis.
