I stayed at this hotel recently and was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel felt dirty and neglected from the moment we arrived. The pool area was especially unkempt – the grass hadn’t been mowed, and the whole space looked uncared for. It certainly didn’t give off a relaxing or welcoming atmosphere. At breakfast, the dishes were visibly dirty, and drinks were not served at the table – you had to get everything yourself. Usually at five star resort they lead you to the table and help with the drinks. Highchair for the child was so dirty. Please clean them after every use. I tried to cancel our stay shortly after arrival due to the unacceptable conditions, but the hotel refused to offer any refund, claiming that I had agreed to their terms and conditions. While technically true, I had made the payment expecting at the very least a clean and properly maintained hotel – a basic standard that was clearly not met. Overall, I cannot recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, upkeep, and customer service.

We stayed here for 5 days recently and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. As soon as we arrived staff were helpful, welcoming and so lovely. We arrived early but were able to put our cases in storage and use the spa facilities to freshen up, they also called us 2 hours earlier than check in time to tell us our room was ready which was so helpful. Food was really nice - different each night and had a wide variety for breakfast and dinner. Rooms were spacious and clean with a great view of the sea. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I spent a week with my boyfriend in this wonderful hotel, we had a great time, we had a beautiful view from the room, excellent food, excellent service, you can rent both a car and a quad, beautiful swimming pool with sea water, the sea is accessed by elevator which is very convenient. Miss Evghenia was very kind to us and patient, she helped my boyfriend to surprise me for my birthday. Compliments to all the staff, we thank you for the service offered. I recommend it with confidence.

My stay at the Corfu Holiday Palace was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a wide range of fantastic facilities both indoor and outdoor pools, direct access to a beautiful private beach, and convenient mini bars scattered throughout the property. The food was absolutely delicious breakfast and dinner had an incredible variety, with something for every taste. Each meal felt like a culinary adventure! What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Antonia, who went above and beyond to make our experience even more enjoyable she was incredibly kind and attentive. Second visit to this hotel after 3 years. Staff so friendly and welcoming, Antonia at the restaurant and Lefteris at pool bar remembered us from previous stay and their service and hospitality was greatly appreciated. Hotel rooms basic but more than adequate for our stay. Food at buffet plentiful and replenished quickly. Enjoy this hotel and location look forward to a longer visit hopefully at the end of summer. Keep up the good work.
