Our 3rd time to this Hotel, Exerliant stay again. Dining room staff amazing service, Staff around the pool area and food area are 100% better than last years staff. Always polite helpful and smiling all the time. Only 1 problem which could be improved is walkway by the beach sunbed area going around to the Little Church by Mouse Island ,Could do with widening so people who are unsteady can get round better. The only other way is by walking down along a busy road . We love sitting by the Fruit lady watching planes coming in and taking off. We will be returning to the Hotel new walkway would be a 1000% BONUS. 👍⭐️

We had a very pleasant stay at the Corfu Holiday Palace Hotel. The location was excellent, with local transport conveniently located just outside the hotel. Buses to Corfu Old Town ran every 20 minutes and cost only €1.30 each way.
Our room was clean and comfortable, we had the sea view room which made waking up each morning especially enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly the Guest Relations team, Manager Konstantina, Evgenia, and Eleonora who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable.
My brother-in-law and his wife were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary, and they were delighted to find a lovely surprise cake waiting in their room. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the occasion even more special.
The breakfast and evening buffet offered a good variety of food. Overall, this hotel is a great place to stay, offering excellent value for money.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Disappointed to say the least. There are far better in same location for the same price. Pool was dirty. Gym equipment broken, probably one of the worst hotels gyms ive been too.
Cleaners start early so noisy with furniture being pulled around.
Aircon/heat unit did not work
Bar is overpriced.
50 euros extra for hour later check out. I approached reception staff with all of this and they were not interested...very unhelpful.
Positives...the door guy very helpful.
Breakfast selection was amazing 👏

Have just come back from a lovely stay at Corfu Holiday Palace! We stayed for 6 nights and first of all were pleasantly surprised that on our late arrival from the airport, staff had saved some cold salad for us and taken to our room for us to eat when we got there. An example of one of the thoughtful touches at the hotel.
All of the staff were so so lovely. The reception staff were super helpful and assisted with all our queries and the chambermaids and security were also cheery and wanted to say hello. The hotel offers a chauffeur service and I think the lady who drove us twice was called Dina and she was great. When we went to the port she waited for us to ensure we were getting on the correct ferry to Paxos.
We paid extra for a sea view and I’m so glad we did. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was on the lower floor so had the added benefit of a balcony and a grass area with private sun loungers. We were quite near the bar but music stopped by 1am every night and the soundproofing was quite good anyway. We did not find the noise from the planes too intrusive and you get used to it after a night and sleep through although I can’t speak for the other side of the hotel.
The room itself was probably the only thing that wasn’t quite 5 star. It was starting to show its age a little in terms of furnishing and bathroom a bit shabby for example shower could be mounted on the wall so you don’t need to hold it. However the room had everything we needed, a free safe, toiletries etc. TV was quite old but we barely used it. If you put the sign on your door for your room to be made up each day then maids will provide bottled water but sadly not new tea bags each day.
The food in the buffet restaurant was great! We are two vegetarians and often are restricted on holiday but there was so much choice for us!! Lots of lovely pastas, curries, moussaka, pies, veggies and more I can’t remember. Plus a lovely salad and desert selection daily. Breakfast a little more repetitive but again a great selection of hot and cold and plenty of sweet treats. Our server was Charles who was so attentive and lovely to chat with he improved our meals even more.
Alcohol is really reasonably priced in the restaurant and the main bar. We spent a couple of nights in there as cocktails were approx €10 each and the drink of the day even cheaper. There was some light entertainment too which we enjoyed.
Location wise the hotel was good for us. We enjoyed the private beach and pool and managed to get a sun lounger when we needed. The beach isn’t 100% private as can be accessed by public but we didn’t see many people doing this.
It is walking distance to the flight viewing area and monastery/ where you catch boat to mouse island. We also walked to mon repos park but a further trek. Make sure to also walk to monastery of the Virgin Mary which is a real hidden gem.
There is a very convenient bus stop right outside the hotel the 2a which takes you into old town and runs until about 11.30pm. Buy tickets from the mini mart over the road for cheaper than on the bus I think €1.20. The Aqualand transfer service also stops here.
Overall we had a brilliant stay here and would definitely recommend.

The hotel was very old and not well maintained. The room had an od smell. You could hear planes landing at all hours, which is to be expected around Kanoni but it's still important to mention it. The staff was nice.
The breakfast was very good and quite big. The beach of the hotel was also very nice.
But all in all definitely not a 5 star hotel due to the old and unmaintained condition.
It should be renovated soon.
