Generally I do not recommend. The owner should be ashamed of giving such a place to people.
What we found in the room, especially the bed we slept on, may look like this...
The kettle didn't work and the coffee machine was leaking. (The coffee machine was replaced when we reported it.) After a few days, cockroaches appeared in the bedroom.
The only plus is that the receptionist was very nice and helpful.
It was apartment number 4.

This is an honest review from someone not over fussy as long as it’s clean. Having spent a week at Kings Apartments, I’d definitely give it a wide berth for anyone thinking of booking. Good points: rooms nice and clean, beds comfortable although they’re more like camping beds. Avalina the receptionist is very helpful and very efficient. Cleaners are very pleasant and polite. Good location in respect of distance from the beach. Bad points: feels like we’re staying in the middle of The Bronx. Scenery outside is horrible with waste ground out front and run down tall apartments as the view from the back. The noise from the wider outside area consists of dogs none stop barking (and I can’t reinforce that enough, they were none stop!), gym about 20 metres away with equipment crashing as it’s an outdoor gym. Loud music being played late on from external high rise apartments. Not enough sunbeds around pool and found we had to pay extra for cushions and umbrellas. We found a huge cockroach in our bathroom one evening and outside is littered with dog poo. The walls in the apartment are paper thin so you can hear everything from next door and we were directly under the flight path for departing planes so it was very loud. Won’t be returning. Obvs 😕

If you want the party scene then not for you but if you like quiet and peaceful then perfect. Rooms basic but clean, beds are amazing and the lady on reception is very friendly and helpful. Easily walkable to beach, bars and shops. Beautifully kept gardens and surroundings. Pre arranged phone call to pick up our keys on arrival as we were landing at night made everything go smoothly. Paid wifi, which I found very good and free air conditioning. A perfect "get away from it all" break.

upgraded from north facing studio apartment, which was really lovely to an absolutely fantastic 1 bedroom, south facing apartment with large balcony.... so worth extra cost. Very clean and extra blankets appreciated as we there in January. Beach only 7 mins walk. good local restaurants and shops. near bus station. Highly recommended. We want to return next year .Photo is view from balcony.
