We spent 7 nights at this all-inclusive hotel with our family (6 adults and 2 children) to celebrate our nephew's 11th birthday. The experience was wonderful, and the value for money was excellent!
**Positives:**
- **Birthday Surprise Organization:** The entertainers and the hotel manager were exceptional, helping us organize a memorable surprise for our nephew. Everything was perfect, from the decorations to the atmosphere created. They made us feel truly special, and we are very grateful for their effort.
- **Hotel Services and Facilities:** The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food included in the all-inclusive package was varied and delicious. We enjoyed various activities organized by the entertainment team that appealed to both children and adults.
- **Friendly Staff:** Most of the staff were extremely kind and attentive, ensuring we had a pleasant stay.
**Areas for Improvement:**
- **Night Shift Reception Staff:** Our only complaint was about a night-shift receptionist who was very rude and unpleasant. We recommend avoiding interactions with this staff member if possible.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience at this hotel and highly recommend it, with the note to avoid interactions with the reception staff at night. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are in desperate state. Everything is very used up and dirty. There is virtually zero acoustic isolation, and the staff is very loud on the corridor since about 6 am. It’s impossible to have a good sleep. Food is bland and extremely repetitive. Staff is extremely unhelpful, and he manager is a liar, who will try to cheat you out of your money. You cannot trust anything the staff is saying. The beach is full of trash.

The hotel is fine for the price. Rooms are okay and the ladies eager to clean it every day. The restaurant sadly lacks variety and it's almost every day the same food. The service guys try their best. The reception seems like they don't want to help or understand your needs. Animation is young people they just pass their time, the shows are bad and the daily exercises boring. The best part was the kids disco. After 3 weeks we are really happy to leave this place.

Good food and distance from beach which you can see from balcony (if your room looks at beach). Sadly sea had jellyfishes which greeted me 5 times with their tentacles. Luckily there are 2 pools. One is inside and one outside.

It is 3 stars hotel half way between Sousse and Monastir. But you may feel as if it's more than 3 stars.
It's not very big, just a little above 300 rooms, so it's not so crowded.
And the staff and animators are the best.
They are all smiles and nice words. And no, they don't expect you to tip them at every move.
There is an indoor pool which is very nice when you're tired of the sun and there are 4 pools outside: the main one quite big and quite deep and there is a bar just beside it. Then, there is small one, somekind of a kids zone, just by the big pool. There are two more pools for kids, both are with the slides, one for small kids and the second one for a little older. However our 10 year old daughter said that the slides are quite boring. Well, they're not very high and she's into extreme sports.
Pools are open from 9am to 7pm. Then they are cleaned and chlorined.
In the all inclusive mode you got breakfast from 7am till 10am, dinner 12:30-14:30 and supper 7pm to 9pm. It's all served in the main restaurant.
There are some hours when it's a little crowded and you have to wait in a queue to get to the food heaters. And sometimes you may see empty dishes for salats, fruits and cakes, but just wait patiently few minutes, the staff brings more and more. Sometimes it's just hard for them to keep up.
There is a snack bar in the afternoon, they have pizza from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. They bake it in the cake tin and it's served in small pieces on the plates. It's just with tomato sauce and cheese, and the dough could be a little more salty, but it's nice snack in the afternoon. However you'll have to wait in the queue to get a plate.
Lobby bar is open 24h, but remember you won't get strong alcohols after 11pm. And you can get there bottled still mineral water at every hour.
Bar by the pool is open from 9am to 10pm. They have a break about 8pm. There are two menus: one all inclusive (coffee, wine, beer, juices, cola, mineral water, local alcohols). Well, local alcohols are not quite good and rather light. But think about it this way, if all tourists get drunk some of them would be louder, more agrresive, and probably vomitting.
There is the second menu with paid drinks like Mojito, Blue Lagoon, Gin Fizz etc. The prices are between 10 and 15 dinars (dt).
Ice creams are also extra paid (4-10dt).
There is a bar by the beach, all drink are served in paper cups (even mineral water), and there is just quite limited choice.
In hotel room is air conditining. There is also tv, hairdryer, free safe.
We chose standard room for 4 person family, and we were expecting tight room, but it wasn't. Well, it wasn't big family room, but it was ok.
Each room has a balcony, some got the sea view, the others garden view, which is also nice.
Room is cleaned every day, there are fresh towels and bedsheets every day also. If you need extra flowers and towels decorations leave a little tip. But even without it, it is nicely cleaned.
You can't take room towels to the pool or beach, and pool towels aren't included in all inclusive mode. If you didn't take yours you have to borrow them at the recption (1dt per day and 10dt deposit, just remember to keep the receipt if you want your deposit back).
Extra paid are also spa and massage and hairdresser and shisha bar. There is also tennis court, squash and mini golf. We didn't try, so I can't say anything about it.
You can take part in animations. There is kids club for the youngest ones and gimnastics, water gymnastics and dances and competitions for older kids and adults. Animators are really nice and are doing their best to make you feel good. There are also shows in the evenings (not our thing, but a lot of people went and had fun). Our younger daughter loved mini discos.
Most tourists in this hotel are French, Polish, Czechs, German and Tunisians.
We spent there one week and we really had nice time and really nice vacation. Going to arabian country you need to remember, there are a little different standards, completely different culture. So just relax and enjoy your vacation.
