Amazing hotel with great service, the activities were fun, the staff were absolutely lovely animators included. Great pool and very well maintained the beach is just a couple of steps away from the pool, the room I was fortunate enough to have was very spacious and had great AC, the only issue must have been the tv which was very old and small but I am just being a little bit picky here. As for the food it was very good given the amount of people, the lines were a little long but the hotel is not at fault for that it was just the season. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you want a more budget friendly experience which I believe you get from this.

House keeping poor quick wipe round floor and straighten bed.Bugs we had killed were left in bathroom. Hotel Needs totally updating . Things not repaired when reported broken. No evening entertainment only a DJ playing the same songs every night.Food was OK but didn't make for an enjoyable environment. Locals fight and push in to get food, pile plates with as much as they can get. Then don't eat it. The only good bit was the treatment we got from Hamza at lunch and dinner who had a table set and drinks ready for us

I don’t know where to start just AVOID this hotel and Tunisia in general 👎👎👎👎👎 We booked for 2 weeks and it was absolutely the most awful holidays ever. from the second night we was looking for flight back but was too expensive to afford . In our first day they changed us 3 rooms due to the first was filthy and we refused to stay the second was smelling mould and was poop in the toilet and the 3rd one was quite decent and because we fed up changing rooms we stayed. The majority of the stuff don’t speak English not even the basic the lever of rudeness is unbelievable when we was asking something and they couldn’t understand they was swearing of us in Tunisian language. The hotel is massive with not even one lift and I don’t recommend to anyone with any kind of mobility restrictions . If you want to feel racism between tourists and locals you definitely should visit that place we been refused to have ice cubes and when ask a local lad we met there they gave him straight away . The queue in the restaurant are horrific you do not have a choice of food to don’t be spicy and I ended up in my room for 3 days with very upsetting stomach and with tablets for bad diarrhoea. The night I was poorly my partner went to the restaurant dinner time to take something light for me to eat and he been refused from the manager to take food outside of the restaurant according with the hotel policy 😱😱even when he explained that I am poorly in my room and I need to eat something. When they had that argument next to my partner local people that they was living in the hotel was passing next to my partner with plates with food take them in their room and the manager made no comment for that 🤬 We ended to order and pay food from outside . We was trying to find any activity to do just to don’t be at this hotel and we spend a lot of money for that . We choose to go for diving and when we was in the boat getting ready with the equipments for diving I been told from a Tunisian man when I was getting ready to jump to sit down and give priority to my partner because in Tunisia men are first and not women’s 👎👎👎👎 I never felt so awful and uncomfortable on holidays and I regret every penny we paid in that hotel . Just AVOID

Everything was amazing here. Free pizza every day, fun slides and friendly staff. The rooms were good, but we saw about 5cm ROACH on the BED and in the BATHROOM that was horrible. I whouldn't come back here only because we saw about 5 roaches about 5cm long. I was scared to go back to the room every night.

Great little hotel, everyone very very friendly, I think it was the best service I ever experienced. Food nice and lots of variety every day. The strongest point was the animation team, very lively bunch of young people taking care of everyone. Dancing every night with people and making everybody happy. Week points, wi-fi not strong enough only working in places and a lot of flies bothering especially during meals but regardless I would come back to this hotel, me and my son enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for having us!
