I have stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and it was completely a disaster, the hotel is not as big as its shown on the pictures, I have sent an email for room upgrade and got no response, tried to call the hotel and the line was always busy,when I checked in i mentioned that i sent an email but receptionist asked me:”Why?” The wifi does not work at all, hotel staff was a disappointment, as i asked if the wifi had a problem and i got a response from receptionist that “you don't need a wifi you are on holidays” and i could work from reception where was the only place to get wifi working, the hotel does not meet 4* standards at all.

NOT RECOMMEND. It’s way overpriced for the facility itself. The rooms are tiny, it’s not clean, the bedsheets are stained! And no hot water in the shower. Horrible experience overall

Rooms are cleaned everyday and have air conditioning and free wifi, powerful shower and really nice pool. The room was the perfect size for me and my boyfriend. The hotel has a roof sunbathing area which overlooked a lovely view. Couldn’t have wished for a better area, there are restaurants directly across the road and it’s only a 5min walk from the beach and around 10min into a strip. Would 100% go again. Also not too far from faro airport😁

Great place to spend a vacation in Albufeira! We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff, cute rooms, a bar with breakfast and good coffee. We feel so refreshed after the stay!

The hotel cheats customers. Superior rooms differ in standard. When booking via common booking platform, standard and superior rooms differ only in price, the photos show the same rooms. The information shown on the website is also misleading. We ordered a room with a higher standard and received a room whose standard differs from what is shown in the pictures (Floor, Bathroom, view of the parking lot). Location on the ground floor, right next to the reception, the door is leaky - you can hear everything from the main hall. The hotel staff sees no problem and refers to the agency. Impossible to contact the manager, he has been avoiding us since our arrival, making appointments and not coming. Contact with the agency (whatever that means) that supports the hotel is difficult, it is not available all the time - partial responses and after a long time. By the service we are sent do contact The Expedia platform, which we did not use. The bathroom in the supposed superior room was old and dilapidated, there were cobwebs in the wardrobe, and there was someone's hair on the sheets.
I absolutely do not recommend it.
