I don't know why so many people think that the owner looks angry or treats their employees so bad. He's such a good person. We had our clients in Akbulut, one of them had birthday during their stay. Hotel prepared for them room decor and birthday cake in their room at the evening. All of them are so polite and have a lot of kindness. I totally recommend this hotel to other clients for sure! Best regards, Klaudia :)

Revised Review:
BED BUGS, but GOOD BEACH AND FOOD
I’ll be completely honest in this review. My experience was controversial, and I was hesitating between rating it 3 or 4, but decided to give it 4.
Rooms
I think it’s the main disadvantage. We had 2 rooms. In one of them, there were bed bugs on the couch, and my sister was bitten during the first evening. We moved from that room afterward, and there were no bed bugs in the other rooms. The rooms are dated, and in some of them (I saw 4) the renovation was old and sloppy.
Cleanliness
In the rooms, it was moderately clean, but some places were a bit dirty. In the hotel in general, it’s clean on the property and inside.
Service
Pro: The staff is very friendly. Cons: Unfortunately, even at the reception, some of them didn’t speak English, and we had to use a translator. Also, the receptionist’s reaction to bed bugs was very unprofessional. They pretended not to understand what bed bugs are and tried to convince us that we might have opened windows and they came from there because previous guests didn’t complain. They said this with bed bugs in front of them on the towel that we brought from the room. Watch the video. The next day, the hotel manager solved the problem, and we saw a man with disinfection equipment the day after that.
Beach
Clean, cozy, always enough chaise lounges, very few people swimming at the same time. There’s a rocky seabed, which makes the water cleaner compared to sand, and there’s a pier for easier water entry. There’s also grass on a big part of the beach, so you can avoid sand if you want to keep your feet clean. There are 2 swings that are good locations for taking pictures.
Food
Pros: We liked the food. There was a good variety, and the vast majority of the dishes were tasty. During our 8-day stay, we had fish 4 times. You would never stay hungry because after lunch there’s a second lunch, and then also cookies before dinner. The main dishes and fresh salads, vegetables, greens, and fruit were always very fresh. Cons: Watch for spoiled food. Snacks such as olives and eggplant were often spoiled.
Drinks are okay. Juices from the machines are not particularly tasty, so I preferred water, tea, coffee, or sodas. Their lunchbox is a bread with a sausage, salad leaf, and cheese piece without any sauces. No drinks.
Entertainment
This hotel is definitely not for partying. Every day there were darts, pétanque, ping pong, and volleyball. I played some of the games every day, and it was good for me. I also played pool, and there’s also foosball. You need to pay 1 euro for a game.
Spa
I tried the hamam for 20 EUR. I’ve tried it before, and I had something to compare it with. Honestly, I didn’t enjoy any minute of this one.
Animals
There are 3 super cute small dogs in the property. Also, several cats come every day close to the pool and restaurant area, but neither of them are let to go inside the building. A few times hens came, but they were mostly next to the exit. I love animals, and for me it wasn’t a disadvantage.

The hotel DOES NOT have direct access to the sea!!! Private Beach is located 300 m fare away. You need to cross 2 streets to get there. The hotel itself is in bad condition, WC was broken in our room, so we need to wait the next day at 14:00 to get the room with working WC!!! WiFi is very poor, and it sometimes disappears for more than 12 hrs, so you can't work online here for sure!
All-inclusive quite limited: 1) at the beach you must pay for drinks (except from machine where you have several soft drinks options, including water, as well as instant coffee machine); 2) FOOD very poor choice and quite same all the time, NOT RECOMENDED for vegetarians and vegans, as well as allergic people.
Entertainment... well, it doesn't exist, ONE guy does all.. of course, he tried his best... but it is impossible! Miniclub for kids doesn't exist at all.
SPA is the only thing you can do here!
Be avare that dogs, cats and chickens walking everywhere in the hotel (in restaurant as well).
Smoking IS ALLOWED EVERYWHERE, no special areas. All rooms smell like ashtrays..
The hotel is still operational because of personal only. They do maksimum they can, but if standards are low and managers can't do anything, nothing will change.
The hotel was rated as 7.5, but it must be reconsidered. Real would be not more than 5.5.

Based on your description, the hotel seems to be an excellent choice for a vacation. The food is delicious, the staff and receptionists are very helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the surrounding area has a beautiful national park for long walks. It's a perfect place for families with infants, and you feel right at home. I highly recommend it!

That was a perfect getaway from hustle and bustle of the city. The friendly and heplful staff did their best to make my day; however life would be too beautiful if there were not at least a few vexations First ,it was their very poor command of English; actually they could easily get ideas across in Russian; no wonder, the majority of tourists there seem to be coming from Putin's land. Second, I asked before arrival for a quite room, frankly the hotel is not a party spot that I did appreciate but almost every night I was woken up by wailing dogs. Just bad luck, I guess. Yet, I found the cuisine as well as location excellent. If you are fond of swimming in the sea this is an ideal place to visit. Water is transparent, no sharks or other sea creatures to be afraid. Taking a mini bus to Kusadasi is bloody cheap, likewise the shopping in a Carrefour shop. If you prefer a taxi you d' better negotiate a price in advance. To sum it up, I do recommend this hotel.
