Besides the delay with getting the room ready everything else is beyond amazing at this hotel. The manager Jamie made sure my family was comfortable and took care of us the best possible way. The food, access to the beach, service, pools, cleanliness... all together justifies 5 starts hotel.

The GrandResort is a truly remarkable place, offering a romantic beach setting and delicious cuisine. The unforgettable and incredibly friendly staff have become like friends to us. Special thanks to Yannis, our waiter, whose positive and pleasant demeanor made our experience even more memorable. The atmosphere here is perfect for relaxation and leaves you with lasting impressions and emotions. It revitalizes your energy and inspires a desire to grow, develop, and enjoy life to the fullest. Everything was just perfect and in place. The location was so close to the beach that it was already possible to go down from the pool to the sea. In addition, there was also water sports less than a ten minute walk from the hotel pool. The service was great and every day there were more and more fun and enjoyable activities that you can do both with the children and with friends and even alone. There were tournaments and competitions, a tennis court and even hours during the day when they would give out a free cocktail. The atmosphere was fun and enjoyable and I enjoyed every moment of my stay at the hotel. I would love to visit this hotel again and enjoy such a wonderful experience once again.

Epic disaster! Arrived at the hotel at 8pm as expected and pre advised and couldn’t find parking anywhere within the hotel grounds. Upon checking we were told our room wasn’t ready. They said they were busy due to a wedding and comp’ed our dinner but no drinks included not even water. Food was average. Got to room, beds werent prepared as requested housekeeping fixed this quickly. Wedding was in the ballroom below basey loud music pumped until 130am. We were given no warning of this or offered a room change. Room was average considering being one of the most expensive available. Secondary ac wasn’t working, usbs by the bed weren’t working, no side lamps by the bed for reading. No, do not disturb signage to put in the door. Room Wasn’t cleaned well with bottle lids in the sofa. Very loud hallway, a child screaming its lungs out at 8am from a room two three doors down so poor sound proofing. The Receptionist wasn’t answering the phone at all and had to try three times. If you’re hungry don’t even bother with the Asian place in the house. They turn you away if you don’t have a booking even when the restaurant is at 1/10th capacity. Seriously, they had no more than 15 people seated.

The rooms are clean, the staff at the desk is ok, but not that nice. We came to the hotel at 11 am, they said that the room will be ready until 3 pm but it wasn’t. We waited until 4.30 pm, they gave us a voucher for a dinner which was not worth it. Also, they try to sell us the all inclusive package, which is not afforded to order food to the pool, just go to the restaurant and snack bar. The hotel is far from the city and the taxi is very expensive.
