Just had a lovely 10 night holiday here with my partner. The hotel was lovely, in particular the pool, with plenty of sunbeds. A highlight would be the entertainment team and the evening acts. The reason for not 5 stars is the food buffet was very repetitive and the all inclusive drinks only included one cocktail option which was vodka+mixer+syrup.

We still staying here but I wanna share my 2 days experience so far... its max 3stars hotel , nothing any closer to what it says on description. Rooms are cleaned daily its a bonus but food is the same everyday, lack of choices, no choices to kids at all. Nothing working and they excuse is no season. Menu is given with all snacks and options but there is nothing served and even manager of hotel said sorry but nothing I can do its not a season now. Rooms are empty bo toiletries I have been in many turkey hotels and they provide so many more stuff. Staff barely talks english and not understands . Could end up telling more and more but the fact wont change that it is hotel who saves money and robs they customers. Never come back again not worth the money.

Me and my girlfriend went here for 1 week all inclusive and just got back and we highly recommend that you do not go here if you are expecting a 5* experience. The rooms were absolutely disgusting when we first arrived with hairs and stains on the bedsheet and the bathroom was vile, we went down to reception to ask for a different room to which they said no, so they changed the bed sheets instead. However, the ones they changed them with were even more stained than the one before! Service was terrible as not even one of the many staff there could understand a single bit of English even though most of their customers are English, the only way we could properly communicate with them was through google translate and even then it was tricky cause the wifi was so terrible. The food here is mediocre at best with very little to offer for breakfast and lunch and very repetitive, however the dinner menu did change everyday and some days the food was good but we did have upset stomachs for most of the week and considering the state of our rooms I wouldn’t be surprised if that was due to the hygiene.
Some of the positives are that the pool was lovely and the location was very good with everything u need in walking distance but that’s about it for the positives.
Overall, I would rate this hotel 3* at best and that’s being generous because if we were to base it solely off rooms it would be a 1*.

Me and my family, wife, 11 year old daughter and 16 month old son were there between 28 Jul and 4 Aug 2024.
First of all let me start off by saying the resort is definitely not a 5 star, as previous reviews suggest it is a 3 star at most.
I'm struggling to find many positives but the pool.area and the grounds of the resort are really nice but that's about it.
The staff are awful, totally non responsive, had to translate via Google as they are unable to speak English. They are very unhelpful and really couldn't care less, just walking around, chatting to each other.
The room service was non existent, with our room being cleaned 3 times over a 7 day period, although they did provide extra blankets when I requested them (due to the AC being directly over the bed and blowing cold air directly on me.) They were provided after making 3 requests and about an hour later.
The room is not the best, mould on the shower tiles, the hotel room phone looked like it has never been cleaned and I had to wash my hands after calling reception.
As I said, the Air Conditioning is directly above the bed, which sent freezing cold air through the flimsy blankets. The beds were like sleeping on the floor and i came back with shoulder pain. So guess what, I spent most nights awake either too cold, too hot when I switched the AC off and in pain because of bed.
The food, as previous reviews have said is lame, luke warm at best, fries were like cardboard, and me and my daughter having landed back in the UK have stomach cramps, diarrhoea & vomiting.
We were stopped when we attempted to take food upto the room and was told that this is against hotel policy. I asked if they would consider making an exception as our 16 month old.was have a tantrum, was sleepy and hungry all at the same time, so we thought, we'd take a plate of food to the room, put him to sleep (afternoon nap) and the feed him as lunch time would've finished but was told a categoric NO!
All in all one of the worst hotels we've ever stayed and would not recommend in the slightest. The beach is also about a 20 minute walk and not the 10 minute they state.
I'm now sitting writing this with a rumbling tummy, diarrhoea, oh and I had to pause to tend to my daughter as she has just vomited for a 6th time.
Best to spend a couple of hundred extra and go somewhere with some positive reviews.
Stay away!

I don’t know how they give star ratings in Turkey , but for me this hotel is 3 stars at the very best . For the price we paid we expected it to be clean at the very least . Our room had mold in it and the smell was disgusting , it caused us to cough and not breath normally. I don’t like it at all here and would recommend to stay away from this hotel . The bartenders Dogukan and Ali Mert offer very good service with perfect verbal English .
