A week's stay at the hotel. Great location, close to the beach (about 5-10 minutes walk) and all shops/bars. The food is very tasty and has a large selection. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. Staff very nice and friendly. Many car and other equipment rentals nearby, easy access to the capital of Kos. Most pleased with the bar staff, great drinks

Overall a really nice hotel in the lovely area of Tigaki. Really lovely clean pool, lovely staff, enough sun beds - all the basics you could want for a good stay.
The only issues we had were that the room was very dated, mattresses uncomfortable and the photos weren’t as they looked in the photos. There were some stains on the sheets too. But clean towels, which were replenished a few times throughout the week.
Close walk to beach and strip with plenty of restaurants, shops etc and great food! Pizza and pasta delicious.
The food in the hotel buffet was adequate - but as a vegetarian the labelling was AWFUL. One night I got some egg fried rice which had chicken in it when I went to eat it despite not being labelled as containing meat - this hotel really needs to label the food better for non-meat eaters! This was the same in the arrival bag which had ham and cheese baguettes which I also couldn’t eat - cheese should be the default to cater for all.
Overall a very nice week - my only issues really were around the food, and cleanliness of room. Staff very nice.

Gaia Village is a great place to spend your holidays with children. It’s not so far from the beach but you need a few minutes to reach it. There are 2 swimming pools: the bigger and deeper one and the smaller one for small children. The food is ok as in 3* hotels. I recommend the room nb 178 or 177 or 176. These are 2 floor apartments with 2 bedrooms with 2 big beds and 2 sofas. It’s a very nice hotel for reasonable money. I recommend it

Rooms were great, clean and tidy. Pool was great, enough loungers. Location was good, 15 min drive into kos town. All inclusive was very disappointing. No vodka or cocktails on the all inclusive, pool snacks were Croissants left over from morning. Overall not impressed with the all inclusive and had to spend additional money for our trip.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, it is very close to the beach as well as shops and tavernas.
All the staff are very friendly, especially the girls on reception.
The main pool and bar area are very nice with plenty of sunbeds.
The all inclusive drinks options are very limited, they include beer, wine, soft drinks, rum, brandy and ouzo, sadly no cocktails!
The all inclusive food was generally very tasty.
A couple of negatives from our stay. The room cleaning service, very little cleaning happened they just seemed to change the beds and give us fresh towels every other day.
During our stay we noticed lots of ants in our room and 2 cockroaches, reception provided us with mosquito repellent to deal with this ourselves.
Our group was in 2 rooms, in one of the rooms the shower worked perfectly and in the other room we had to run the shower for a good 10 minutes before we got any hot water out of it.
During our stay the hotel also experienced 2 power cuts.
All in all we had a pleasant stay with just a couple of things we weren’t overly happy with.
