This is another recommended place to stay. The apartment was really big, with a lovely balcony, ours was facing the see, clean and full of details. Checking was effective and professional, the games room was a plus, we enjoyed some drinks and played billiards and dards. The location is the best, only 5 mins walking to the beach, maybe less I walk slow when I'm on holidays 😅

We spent holidays here for a couple of summers. Pretty affordable compared to other places around and very nice for a simple apartments next to the beach. This year we tried to book in February for April and it was already fully booked.

Clean, large apartment/room, will facilitated and great price, not sure what else you need to ask for.
If you're looking for a large, clean and not too expensive place to stay, while still able to access some of the great restaurants and beaches, this is the ideal place. However, if you are a family with young children, there's probably not much for the young ones to enjoy other than the swimming pool.
However, the hotel is only 10mins walk to the promenade with lots of eateries and beaches, also supermarket available if you want to cater in the apartment.
Let's start off with the clean bright reception area and the friendly receptionists, we were supposed to check in at 4pm, but arrived at 11:30am, they have made the effort to have the room ready by 1:30pm while we walked to the promenade to grab something to eat. We were surprised how big the apartment was, it's clean and provided everything you need.
There's cooking utensils, washing up liquid, (small) bottles of shower and shampoo. There is air conditioner which we used a lot as the weather was still brilliant (23.5c).
The beds are although firm, but perfect for us and we've had some of the best sleeps while staying there. This is helped with the electric shutters, which really black out any light.
The location may seems to be isolated, however, it's only 10 mins walk to the promenade. Also, we had the better view of the hotel, which you could see the swimming pool and some of the sea. As we have also rented a car, the location was ideal to go to many places without travelling too far. Couple of places to recommend;
Lagos, vibrant town(?) where you can do lots of shopping with plenty to see, we've spent almost a whole day there eating and buying souvenirs.
Fóia, nice bit of travel to 1 of the highest point in Algarve. You can see for miles on a clear day. Note, if you follow the sat a, DO Not turn off the main road as this directs you to some of the most trickiest mountain roads through some village, if you're adventurous and like to test your driving skills, this maybe for you, but otherwise, stick to the main road (can't remember the name)
Couple of tips for the hotel:
* we think either the TV is positioned in the wrong place, it's the sofa bed is. We've actually lifted the sofa bed in front of the TV, which was much better for viewing. Maybe the dining table need to be where the sofa bed is?
* no extractor fan in bathroom.
Otherwise, this is a highly recommended place for us, even if we go back next time with the family, it's better than some of the more expensive hotels that we have stayed in other places.

Limited hot water not enough for 4 people to take full proper shower only quick one, no iron, kettle not working, no coat hangers or hooks in the hallway and bathroom, no clothes drying facilities like simple racks or ropes. No bathroom fan very dumpy. No dishwasher or washing machine, double bed made of two unfolding cots. Apartment floors are fully tiled, so your neighbors every step is like a bang on your head. We had some party animals likely it was just one day, but would be nice if staff cloud off controlled them

Had a lovely week here. The pool and snack bar are amazing. Food and drinks were reasonable and service was fab. Never an issue with getting a sun beds.
Apartments are a little tired. Shower had a small leak and tap in sink had an extra water spout. Cleaners are great as well.
