My partner and I have just returned from a delightful week-long holiday. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and while the rooms were basic, they met our expectations for the price. The pool area was well-maintained and tidy, with the only minor issue being the inconsiderate behavior of some guests who monopolized sunbeds for extended periods and not using them. We would appreciate it if measures could and should be taken to address this issue in the future. The bar staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the food hall offered a wide variety of fresh food options, catering even to individuals with particular dietary preferences. This was my second visit to the hotel, and I would highly recommend it and consider returning for a third time in the future.

It was 3 star. Whilst reception etc looked really good the rooms were poorly maintained. Doors didn't fit, wallpaper coming off the walls, rusty baths and moving floor tiles.
The food selection was excellent, luke warm when able to get to it though. The restaurant best described as akin to an army cookhouse with those determined to get through to their chosen choice, regardless of manners! The staff worked very hard in fairness and the food well presented.
The staff in general were excellent, the cleaners, dinner and receptionists, although the bar staff however we under pressure and on one occasion shouted at guests not aware of how the queuing operated.
'Entertainment ' 🤣 it was truly awful or non-existent. Why it has to be at 1 million decibels is anyone's guess! One clampit had to scream constantly, ending every sentence with an insane sound. Annoying and geared to those who could be bothered to use the bar but transmitted to a 3 mile radius.
Drinks. Beer was Amstel (foamy), wine on tap, as were soft drinks. Cocktails! 🤣 frozen slush with minimal local spirits. The green one especially turned florescent when melted! They were horrible and in paper cups. Really not worth the hike being honest. We ended up going to Aldi and buying alcohol there. The onside 'supermarket' has Trump style tariffs applied! Very expensive, best avoided.
There is little to do in the immediate area and a taxi a must. Be careful not to expect all inclusive in the bar beside reception, the food is good though; also not included, with the exception of one night.
No way would we return. The Solana would probably be a fair comparison to Mirador, although the Mirador does have the screeching entertainment and low quality drinks complemented with multi national ill mannered guests.
Could be a good hotel with an upgrade of rooms, drinks and yob style so called entertainment.

We are currently on our 5th night.
From the very start at check in (we were 3 hours early and they still checked us straight into our room) the holiday has been amazing. Nearly every single drink at the bar is included in the all inclusive, the food selection and quality is amazing for an all inclusive. Our room while it only has a ceiling fan was cool enough to sleep in if you keep the patio doors open and curtains closed 24/7 this is with 29c days.
Information given at reception on bus times, prices and what buses to catch and where to change for a trip to the aquarium was so helpful.
Lovely pool and getting a deck chair isn't difficult at the end of Sept/beginning of Oct.
Most staff speak great English.
We will definitely be back!

The hotel is inland, but a free shuttle is provided for the beach. Staff are friendly and hardworking. I do, however, have two complaints. Jet2 advertise the hotel as a family destination yet there is no gate on the children's pool area which would add a level of added security. We are travelling with 2 toddlers, yet we have been allocated rooms over the smoking area and the pool bar where nightly very loud entertainment does not finish until 11pm. It can be heard even with the balcony doors closed, which also makes sleep difficult as the air-conditioning unit is portable and needs to be vented through the open door! There is a ceiling fan, but this just circulates hot air. We have twice requested quieter family rooms only to be told the hotel is full and there are none available. This is despite an email request before we arrived, and there have been two changeover days during our stay so far. The hotel does not appear to be full, but maybe there are a lot of rooms with single occupancy. I therefore could not recommend this hotel as a destination for families with young children.
