Decent hotel to be fair, well looked after, reasonably clean buildings wise, although the rooms are showing signs of needing some attention. Our kitchen had a cooker, fridge & microwave none of which were very clean & no cleaning equipment is left to use, surprising really as the room service doesn’t include cleaning! The first floor toilet was so small, we didn’t even know there was a toilet in there as the door blocks it off unless you shut it fully, meaning you were squashed against the wall & the door, definitely a large person would struggle to get in it. Upstairs shower room was a basic shower over a bath, that was a bit grimey, toilet & sink was fine. Our apartment was towards the back of the complex nothing scenic to look at, only the front of the other apartments. The pool area is good, the water was cleaned remotely pretty much daily. Jacuzzi & indoor pool were good too. The bar for drinks & food is fairly small but good enough during our visit as the hotel was not very busy. The location is good & is set back from the main road, we found it very quiet during the night & day tbh. The reception staff (we only saw 2 people) were a bit miserable & didn’t exactly go overboard with the welcoming! Also be aware they require €100 per person, retuned when you check out, after your apartment has been check over by a staff member! In summary, it’s worthy of its 3 star rating, if the apartments were modernised & cleaner I’m sure it would be entitled to even 4 stars.

Can't fault the hotel,staff very friendly apartments cleaned regularly and towels changed daily. Only fault is the pool side bar little expensive,would be full everyday if prices were cheaper

Lovely apartment but alot of stairs ...and not for anyone with any disabilities ...for that reason I won't be back..pity because they were lovely and clean and peaceful location.

Stayed here for 2 nights in January 2024. A great accommodation at great value, in close proximity to Albufeira and Oura, but is quiet and peaceful (at least in January it was anyway). Staff in reception were friendly, no problems helping me out with questions I may have had. I would definitely recommend booking a One Bedroom Apartment rather than a Studio.

Crawling with ants… we had to move rooms 3 times due to bug infestation and faulting wiring, no assistance with bags from help. The staff are very rude, ignorant and borderline racist. Would not recommend. Services are poor quality, tennis court equipment all broken. Safety is questionable, had random strangers drunk off the street knocking on our apartment door.
