The hotel is within easy walking distance (15 minutes) of the centre of Lagos, a few minutes from the beach and has a wonderful rooftop pool and restaurant overlooking the sea. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms could do with some updating, but for the price of 150€ per room for 4 people per night you can't be too critical.

First night at room 307 and it's completely crazy how it is too noisy. I have 3 more nights here !!!!!!!
It's cool to have a rooftop restaurant but not right above your head.
Impossible to rest and sleep. We pay way too much for not being in peace during our vacation.
The service is good since she accepted to move us even if I was a little bit upset by the room.
When you booked They should say it was in construction near all over the Hotel.
The pool is not super clean also.. first day we came earlier so we left our luggage in reception and went to enjoy the pool... Well when I saw the toilet paper under the water it stopped what I came to enjoy..sun, pool on roof to have a view on the reef and a drink... Nope!!
Right now this hotel doesn't represent what you see on social media and advertising.

Great hotel, excellent location. Clean, good-sized rooms. Two minute walk to the beach. Restaurant was very good, and the continental breakfast was impressive. Solid selection of protein, fruit, and pastries.

Went here in September staying for two days.
Hotel is lovely and is close to a beach that is quite busy with tourists. The hotel itself has a quite small roof top pool and a roof top bar for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Make sure to reserve for dinner also you have to rent towels for 10 euros each of which you get back on return.
The pool can be quite chilly due to being on the roof and close to the sea. The pool as has a snack bar for drinks and sandwiches, make sure to pay with cash.
Hotel rooms are quite nice although didnt seem to come with any kettle for tea or coffee in the morning along with it can be quite noisey due to close buzzing lifts and thin walls and people/staff not normally quiet in the morning.

This hotel offers no service. No help with your bags, they don’t tell you anything about the amenities, or that you even have breakfast included with your stay. You wouldn’t even get two room keys without asking as it will not be offered. You have to put down 10 euro to borrow a towel for the pool, which is pretty ridiculous. The bathroom smells like sewage and the air conditioning doesn’t work, but the view is nice outside of the all of the construction going on. I would not recommend.
