This is one of the worst places I've ever booked.
1. The room is full of cockroaches!!!
2. The hot water is not working for more than 5 mins then if you are 2 people, only one of you can take a shower!!
3. The service is awful, we told them the toilet paper is not enough they told us, oh sorry go and buy one!
4. There is no air dryer in the room.
5. They don't respect the time and we waited for the check-in around 2 hours!!!

Title: Unpleasant Experience at the Hotel
I recently had a disappointing stay at a hotel due to various issues. Firstly, the room quality was subpar, and I encountered cockroaches, which significantly affected my comfort. Additionally, the absence of toilet paper and a hairdryer added to the inconvenience. The staff's attitude was unsatisfactory, and there was a two-hour delay in the check-in process. Overall, the combination of these factors made my stay quite unpleasant.

What an amazing place to stay the view and atmosphere is amazing but no onsite reception to check in there was no toilet roll in the bathroom by the pool and no one around to check us in was a bit of a disaster but I would most definitely go back and stay in the windmill again it had the most incredible views 360 degree view with the exception of a tree or 2 the windmill has a beautiful seating area outside with a BBQ and pizza oven. You can see the mountains the town and the sea! I was absolutely delighted with the room and my stay because I had no issues I didn't need to contact them other than to check in which took over 45 minutes. Also they take a €200 deposit that they spring on you when your checking in but offer a delay payment. All in all I wouldn't select the windmill if you have kids of mobility issues it's very tight and accidents could happen easily. This has to be the best place to wake up in Albufeira in this windmill ❤️❤️ Excuse the mess in the video showing the inside I was packing and realised I hadn't even took a video!

Booked here as my electric had gone & needed somewhere I could take a hot shower & recharge my phone/laptop to get work done.
Pros
- apartment was gorgeous
- clean
- warm welcome
Cons
- shower flicked between boiling hot or freezing cold. The hot being dangerous for children
- rooms have lots of breakable items so probably not suitable for young children
- no staff on site to report to
- on the day of leaving there was no running water
- you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms, again not child friendly

nice spot. some rooms nice. others very simple. if you have kitchen in a room you must have Kitchen Exhaust.
About the service. looks that somebody trying to give the minimum.
Early check out. (3 minutes after 10 i got already somebody at the room door)
Late check in (from 16 only)
No renew of toilet paper.
Kitchen with no salt, sugar or anything else.
Shampoo and dish soap in 10ml bottles. 1 per week
Cleaning once a week. towels 1 per 3 days.
Wifi Partly work. Answer at WhatsApp service after 3 days.
