I had the best stay in this accommodation and I would stay here again. This was my first holiday where I did not want to leave the accommodation as the pool area was so good. The pool area is what made my holiday better than others. The pool area is made for families and groups of all sizes. It was such a great atmosphere and the kids LOVE the pool. The drinks are so cheap inside and the food is amazing. The bar man at the pool is really nice and caters for all people. The rooms are also great and have all cooking and cleaning facilities. The location is amazing as you can walk to old town Albufeira and the strip. There is an amazing clothes shop beside the accommodation too.

Some staff were very friendly, nice pool outside which was great, the rooms are big with clean bedding & nice air con which cooled us down after being in the hot sun. Location was perfect between the strip and old town in close walking distance.
Howeber, upon arrival, the reception was closed so our welcome was affected. When we got to our room, the shower and sink overflowed during usage, beds were very uncomfortable & the wi fi in the room did not work at all. Worst thing that happened was a rude receptionist, on our fourth day, tried to say they didn't recieve our final payment even though we had sent proof of our prepayment days before. He was patronising, unhelpful and rude & stuck a notice on our door (very unprofessional). We ended up having to pay again so we will be disputing this with our bank. Just beware incase this happens to you.

On arrival staff member attending was pleasant, friendly and offered help with luggage. Accommodation has no double glazed doors or windows and noise levels can be very high here. If you are looking for peace and quiet or you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you! Facilities were as expected for the cost of the stay. The pool was not filled and the grounds are lovely. Restaurant didn't appear open and I was not informed of any options upon arrival thus assumed was not. The room us spacious and comfortable. Hot water minimal so used kettle to make a little more acceptable. Microwave, cooker, toaster and location fabulous.

Perfect spot for us it's a 10 min walk downhill to old town and 10 mins other way to strip got several bars and shops nearby and a kfc and McDonald's if that's your thing and 2 big super markets on doorstep it has lots of free parking spaces and the rooms are large

We recently enjoyed a 2-night stay at Bellavista Avenida in Albufeira, and overall, it was a fantastic choice! The location truly can't be beat: just a 5-minute walk to the beach, surrounded by restaurants, and with a mall and grocery store right across the street. It was incredibly convenient.
The apartment itself was spacious, with a large bedroom the kitchen was well-equipped for our short stay, and the highlight was definitely the huge balcony with chairs overlooking the beautiful pool area. It was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
My only complaint was the couch’s weren’t very comfortable,
