As all cheaper hotels you can't expect 5star service ,therefore if your expectation are correct you will have great time and don't bother about silly things. Yes could be noisy with drunk British tourists, but this will happen in almost every hotel that I have been in Canaries , also 4 star ones. Hotel staff is great ,rooms are great , usually pool view. Food is ok , entertainment just there typical minidisco , kids like it anyway. Overall cheap base for your stay ,if you can't stand noisy pool area ,just go to nearest beach. I liked actually hotel greenish tails colour,and wooden structures supporting roof of hotel. It's not a bad place , especially if price is discounted ! So pack your bags and chill. Amen

I loved it were there in May and Sept. The rooms are clean maid service every other day. Sometimes food choice wasn't exactly great but aways found something to eat. They cook a lot of fish and pork. The staff from the maids to the head waiter are all very nice. Food is well laid out and they always have a wee tag with what the food is. Pizza nuggets burgers available for kids everyday. Unlimited drinks snacks at bar all day. Value for money

Really good basic place. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. Food was good. Please note that you will probably see a cockroach or two somewhere around. These are part of the natural wildlife of the Island.
The only downside to the hotel, was the shallow end of the pool was still too deep for my grandson that is 128 cm.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Edit: Updating my review to 1 star as today was told that if my family wanted drinks they all had to queue, even my 5yr old, as they have this stupid 2 drinks only policy. They really don't want you to get "all inclusive" they do there best to limit what you get. You really get the feeling that they dislike the customers , that we are just a nuisance to them.underage drinking at the bar and the staff don't care, staff rude when you ask for anything and don't care. Was left standing while ordering a drink because the English staff member got annoyed . A total black out one night and staff didn't care, I was left guiding some elderly people to their room in the dark. Food is ok barely a cafe standard. A 5 birth apartment with 2 cups and 2 plates?? Nearly everything in the place has an "out of order" sign, but after all that it wouldnt be half as bad if the staff listened and actually helped guests instead of the "I'm sorry there's nothing i can do" attitude.

Stayed for a week. The place is perfect for a wee holiday. Cleaners are excellent! Our room in particular was great as we were facing right onto the pool. Yes ok there awesome cracked tiles and bits are a wee bit dated but nothing to moan about. The vegetarian choices?.....well there weren't any really unless you eat salad chips and pizza every night but I would definitely go back.
