After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. Instead we were greeted by an extremely pleasant man that made sure to ask housekeeping to prepare our rooms as fast as it was possible. Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet.
Nice and clean rooms, super friendly staff. Don’t have any complaints

We went here for an 8-day stay in August and when we saw the reviews before going we got nervous if it was the right choice but I'm glad we didn't change it. Yes,the hotel needs renovation and probably more cleaning but everything apart from that was very good. Most of the stuff were very helpful and kind, never experienced such kind staff before. The pools and slides were also very good, nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good. Absolutely loved our stay!

I stayed at Anastasia Beach Hotel with my family and a 1.5-year-old child from September 25, 2024, to September 28, 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our room (reservation 460591379) had cockroaches, and to make matters worse, the staff refused to resolve the issue, suggesting the use of chemicals in the room where a small child was staying. This is simply unacceptable!
Furthermore, when I requested a refund, it was denied.
The hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation – the furniture and interior are visibly worn out. The elevators are very slow, and we had to wait a long time each time. The food is mediocre – the selection is limited, and the quality is not impressive. The water park, which could have been a highlight, turned out to be paid, which was a huge disappointment.
The hotel is poorly located in relation to the beaches, making it difficult to reach them. Every night, there was noise from garbage trucks unloading right outside the windows, which made it hard to rest. The soundproofing in the rooms is very weak, so you can clearly hear everything happening outside or in neighboring rooms.
Given all these factors, I do not recommend Anastasia Beach Hotel, especially for family vacations with children.

We escaped this hotel the day we arrived!
Lowest maintenance I ever saw and a potential public health hazard for having mold and horrible smell.
Let the images and video help
You to decide if you want to take your next vacation here.

I'll be honest I'm not sure if I am reviewing the hotel or the apartment block where I was put!
We arrived at 2 am to the main reception 24hours late as our outbound flight was delayed. We were told there was no reservation for us. After much backwards and forwards we were told your actually booked at the Anastasia Apartments, so the receptionist called someone and said I have English tourists for you- I had images of the film taken running through my mind.
A gentleman turned up and took us around the hotel to the apartment block where he too informed us there is no reservation for you and I'm not sure where I'm going to put you as I have nothing. He disappeared off and came back have magically made a room free.
We got settled for a couple of hours sleep. The next morning TUI advised we were all sorted and to head down to reception to get our AI wristbands. We did so and thought all was well. Later the same day when I went back up to get something I found my key card not working. After nearly 6 hours of trying multiple key cards they finally agreed to call maintenance who reset the door.
To be fair housekeeping did come every day as swapped the towels.
However the room cleanliness was questionable. There were cups and glasses that looked like they had never seen washing up liquid or a sponge. The microwave was yellow. The beds in the main bedroom were stained and the kids had to sleep on camp beds where the slats kept falling out.
We came across cockroaches in the bathroom.
The best feature of the hotel was the aircon and as we don't all have legionaries in assuming it wasn't filthy.
The pool was ok, often has plastic cups from the pool bar left floating in it, along with ice cream wrappers. Could always find a sun bed however most of the parasols didn't actually work, and most of the beds could do with being replaced
If you wanted any other spirit then house vodka or house rum there was a cost. The cocktails were so strong you couldn't always drink them.
Food was bang average mass catering. Did always manage to find something to eat at every meal, although a lot of guests were coming in with take outs from local restaurants.
The snack bar wasn't even worth going to.
We could not find the entertainment but as there are so many hotels in the complex by the time you found it it was over.
The staff seemed to be taking the mick out of people and talking about them. Lifeguards may as well not have been there, too busy making TikTok's to actually keep an eye on the pool.
While sat in the main reception waiting to leave we got bitten to high heaven by I can only assume fleas.
