We went here for an 8-day stay in August and when we saw the reviews before going we got nervous if it was the right choice but I'm glad we didn't change it. Yes,the hotel needs renovation and probably more cleaning but everything apart from that was very good. Most of the stuff were very helpful and kind, never experienced such kind staff before. The pools and slides were also very good, nothing wrong there. The food deserves 5 stars on its own it was brilliant and tasted very good. Absolutely loved our stay!

This hotel was very disappointing, rooms were filthy. Sinks and baths were disgusting and covered in hairs. Constant smell of sewage. Staff were very unhelpful and hardly any of them spoke english. Cockroaches on balcony. Cleaners would take pillows and duvets for no reason. Food was disgusting we had to eat out every night bearing in mind this is an all inclusive package. Flys and ants in downstairs showers. My mums first room was in the staff quarters which they would constantly smoke and leave but ends everywhere. Camps beds for children were all broke and dirty. Cleaners never left towels and never changed sheets so we would have to complain every day. Beware of this hotel as it is 0-1 star and nowhere near a 4 star.

After arriving at the hotel at 3 am we thought that the next 12 hours before we could check in are going to be brutal. Instead we were greeted by an extremely pleasant man that made sure to ask housekeeping to prepare our rooms as fast as it was possible. Our rooms were ready 4 hours before planned check in time allowing us to rest after travelling for a whole night. We even got to enjoy some breakfast for free, even though theoretically we haven’t checked in yet.
Nice and clean rooms, super friendly staff. Don’t have any complaints

Food very bad, we ate out all week. Thank god we were near some really good restaurants.
The only toilet off of the pool is down tiled stairs, with a hand rail held on by cable ties. This is advertised as a kids hotel. The life guard is more like a pool attendant, they sat so far back from the pool they could not see it, they were talking and on their phone the whole time sitting next to the bar. Lunch time they go and get a big plate of food and sit and eat it at the bar, whilst talking. One child got into trouble and another parent jumped in and pulled him out of the water and the girl did not even notice this happening in front of her because she was looking at her phone. The first pic shows how far back she sat every day. The slides are good for the children but that’s the only thing that’s good about this hotel. The reception staff could not do enough they were really nice and helpful.

I stayed at Anastasia Beach Hotel with my family and a 1.5-year-old child from September 25, 2024, to September 28, 2024, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Our room (reservation 460591379) had cockroaches, and to make matters worse, the staff refused to resolve the issue, suggesting the use of chemicals in the room where a small child was staying. This is simply unacceptable!
Furthermore, when I requested a refund, it was denied.
The hotel itself is in desperate need of renovation – the furniture and interior are visibly worn out. The elevators are very slow, and we had to wait a long time each time. The food is mediocre – the selection is limited, and the quality is not impressive. The water park, which could have been a highlight, turned out to be paid, which was a huge disappointment.
The hotel is poorly located in relation to the beaches, making it difficult to reach them. Every night, there was noise from garbage trucks unloading right outside the windows, which made it hard to rest. The soundproofing in the rooms is very weak, so you can clearly hear everything happening outside or in neighboring rooms.
Given all these factors, I do not recommend Anastasia Beach Hotel, especially for family vacations with children.
