3 star hotel at best. Room and bathroom is outdated, although clean enough. Would not recommend. The staff at the main pool bar are really not friendly or helpful at all. There’s one lady with a mask who is really plain rude, to say the least. In the restaurant where lunch is served, there was one lady who really went out of her way and was super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
If you have to go there, don’t go full board as that’s throwing money away. The most tasteless food ever.
Just outside of the hotel in the main road, there are umpteen different restaurants and they are top quality.
Street food markets are everywhere and we regularly had dessert in the form of a fresh waffle cone with ice cream and banana in a cup, so you stay clean. Delicious.

We have just come home after a lovely stay here. Our room was beautiful and quiet. Even though this is a big hotel, it offered very a relaxing environment and we didn’t really ever notice too many people. It was a great escape from the bustling beach area! All 3 pools were clean and inviting. I used the room laundry service which was very prompt. The staff are helpful and it is in a great location! Oh and a good breakfast!!

Location is good with walking distance access to Kata, Kata Noi and Karon beaches. Wide quite territory with lazy river pool surrounded by beautiful tropical garden, you can swim in the pools while hiding in shadows of tropical trees. Rooms are spacious with amazing views to the inner territory garden. Bed mattress is hard, pillows are medium size. Conditioner is not very noisy. Almost no furniture for clothes - closet, etc., so you have to keep your clothes everywhere in the room including luggage bags. Some rooms on the first floor have direct access to the lazy river pool. WiFi is good, territory is clean and comfortable, always can find unoccupied sun-bed. Breakfast is very good with national Thai dishes, fruits. Always chicken, eggs, sausages, sometimes shrimps, other seafood, coffee is good. The gym on the roof is quite good. Personnel is friendly and responsive except receptionists - they are absolutely not friendly and do not think about customers, so the check-in and check-out process can be stressful. Overall the hotel is highly recommended if you want to dive into Thailand culture and nature.

Fantastic location, close to beach, markets and restaurants. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast had plenty choice and mixed it up every day. The Blue Wing is a bit more isolated but has a lovely roof top pool

The location is fantastic in the centre of Kata, many restaurants nearby, and about a ten minute walk to the beach.
The reception staff are friendly and polite.
The pool access rooms are spacious, with an excellent bathroom.
Breakfast is a shambles, poor selection of bland food, unfriendly staff who spend most of their time folding napkins, talking in groups or playing on their mobile phones. Coffee and tea undrinkable.
