So, we traveled as a couple to the hotel and, honestly, the hotel is just amazing value. Let me explain a bit in detail:
Service: The staff is fantastic, super helpful, extremely welcoming and reassuring, basically a top-level service in a very budget friendly hotel. We had issues with our reservation, as somewhere in between tour operators, the reservation mail got lost. We received a room from the reception (despite us not figuring in their system), we forwarded them our reservation confirmation and they had it all figured out between themselves, so we did not have to stay concerned throughout our trip.
Location: The hotel is not 100m from the beach, but the location has it all. It is located in between a street with plenty of restaurants, another one with plenty of bars / nightclubs (noise is not a problem) and about 7-10 minutes relaxing walk to the beach. Honestly, for us, just a fantastic location.
Room: Rooms are a bit dated, but very spacious, comfy and overall, alright. The only issue is the boiler in the room for hot water, make sure you take quick showers or in turns, otherwise there is no warm water left.

Disappointing Stay – Couldn't even stay the night I’ve booked for
This review is describing the room number 10 right above the reception.
I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. First off, the hygiene standards were terrible—the room had a musty, unpleasant smell that never went away, coming from the bathroom, an intense smell of sewer. The couch or “bed” was with stains and the whole floor was dirty.
We’ve booked a stay for 2 people, and there wasn’t a single bed. Instead, i depare myself with 2 couches, which wasn’t even comfortable
For a 3-star hotel, I expected at least basic cleanliness and proper accommodations, but this place failed to meet even those standards.
It’s honestly embarrassing to present this type of accommodation to clients, you should have a bit more of common sense and humanity to feel ashamed, even if just a bit.
Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.
As a native citizen, I advice you to look for something better and more comfortable.. you’ll probably find something cheaper as well

Great experience due to the extremely kind personnel and all the hotel had to offer.
The hotel is located in a calm area where there is silence all night, and plenty of outdoor space to chill in the sun. There is an outdoor pool that was just renovated, a lot of nature and green areas around, sunbeds, an indoor pool with jacuzzi that are warm and nice, a sauna that was not open during our stay, but the possibility to book a massage.
The hotel has plenty of shops nearby, restaurants where we could take breakfast, bus stations and a tourist tram station. It lies approximately 30 mins away from Albufeira, so you can walk there as well.
The hotel manager made sure we were comfortable during our whole trip, was very friendly and helpful, and in the end we could also leave our baggage there between check-out and our evening flight.
Overall an amazing stay for the price. I warmly recommend it!

Great hotel, with lovely staff and amenities, very handy for most bars +restaurants if you turn left or right from the hotel👍my room was kitted out ok,but I found the bedding very sparse and extremely uncomfortable, the thick blankets had a stale smell, unfortunately I could also hear the laundry all through the night( I am a very light sleeper I may add,so may not be a problem to majority of people),I realise I had a short break in February and the hotel was quiet,if I was asked if I would go back again,I probably would,as it was a nice handy hotel not far from the strip and the beach, please don't let this review put you off as the staff were terrific and extremely helpful, thanks for the stay

Location is great, with many restaurants and pubs around. However, staff in the reception is the worse. There is a lady called Cristina that for sure must rethink if she is fit to deal with public and clients. Always in a bad mood and loud, to both employees and clients. Is she in the right place??
