Great hotel, definitely would recommend we didn't have any major issues, the minor issue like the hairdryer over heating and the safe not working were resolved instantly when raised. Friendly staff always someone available when needed. We came as a family and I feel it's very family friendly. The options for food is not limited and is tasty. Only downside was space for our suitcases and clothing, as a family of 4 we could have benefited from more space. Also the all-inclusive is not like other places to sum it up, I would say it's full board but with drinks as there are certain places within the vicinity that are not included and we have to go get our drinks they are not provided like many other places in the fridge when we arrived or topped up everyday. Loved the location and the views are amazing especially from our balcony!

The hotel is very good. We like the quality of service since check in. Especially we love the service in the restaurant. On the second day of stay we met waiter Igor who asked us about any issues. Since than Igor used to help us solving some little restraint issues like bringing forks, fruits, advising for allergy products for our kid. Igor is a good professional, we enjoy the food with his help.

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout. The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids. Check-in was super fast and it took less then 5 min,we even got room earlier,also late check out. 😇 Kids and Teen room are just perfect! 10/10!! Highly recommended 🥇

My group of friends had a nice staycation at this hotel. It's absolutely luxurious, and the buffet breakfast was totally amazing. We enjoyed all the amenities provided during our stay. We rented a villa that accommodates four people and had a really lovely time here. Kudos, and we're waiting for a good price to visit again.

Our experience at the Hilton resort was incredibly disappointing and far from what I expected. We left the hotel running as we realized bugs were crawling out of the mattress, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The pool area was chaotic; guests were bringing ice boxes with food into the pool and swimming fully clothed. Basic amenities were non-existent in the room. There was no soap, no cotton, and not even a toothbrush provided. Furthermore, the hot water didn’t work properly, and the fridge was out of order. Considering the reputation and price of a Hilton resort, this experience was a huge disappointment. I expected much better standards of cleanliness, service, and facilities. Overall, I would not recommend this Hilton resort based on my experience.

Wow! This hotel is amazing. We had never been to UAE before so my expectations were aligned to the glitz of Dubai, but this place is a paradise of calm and relaxation. We upgraded to a villa on a beach, and we loved waking up to a view of the sandy bay. It’s very quiet and tranquil, beautiful warm sea, and the sun shining every day, around 30-32 degrees (we went in April). Food was fantastic, service the same. A 10 mins taxi ride takes you to a local mall for anyone that likes shopping. Apart from that, we did not venture outside the hotel as we wanted to relax and this place is perfect for it. There are loads of lovely pools (I think 6 or 7), one fresh water which is not heated and the rest are heated. However, we spent most of the time in the sea, as it was just beautiful. We are definitely going back.

These guys are the best when it comes customer service. The place is simply awesome where you get to stay in proper tents and enjoy the beauty of nature... They have multiple options to stay, from tents to dome rooms. They have many activities for adults and kids. They also have open movie theatre next to the sea. We can watch movie with some free popcorns. They have many fitness activities which keeps you busy through out your stay. Overall a best package to stay.

It’s the perfect way to savor fresh, flavorful dishes while watching the sun dip below the horizon. The floating cinema adds a unique twist to the evening, letting you watch movies while gently rocking with the waves—a surreal experience that’s just as relaxing as it sounds. The night closes beautifully with a bonfire on the beach, complete with marshmallows to roast. Sitting around the fire under a starlit sky, with the sound of the ocean nearby, makes it the ideal retreat to recharge and unwind. BM Longbeach truly nails the art of providing an ideal, laid-back escape. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful break!

My family and I loved the overall experience staying in Longbeach campgrounds. Both check-in and check-out process were smooth, and staff were the friendliest compared to other places we've been. Our kids had a great time at the kiddie pool and it was secured enough for us as parents to chill in the lounge beds and just let them be. Our only complaint was the lack of response our first night when I had to repeatedly call reception because the people behind our tent were so noisy, they carried on from 12midnight to 5am, my husband was not able to sleep a wink, and our kids kept waking up from the loud drunken laughter.

Booked at Cove for 2 days over the weekend. This place will not disappoint you. The place is huge and buggies are required to move around. Great view. There are 3 pools. One of the best and cleanest beaches in have seen with very fine sand. Cinnamon restaurant is huge and there were multiple stations at the buffet to avoid queues. Overall great experience. Don’t forget to check the notice board to see the list of events and shows to keep yourself entertained.

We went with family to this beautiful resort and its such a lovely place to be. The rooms are awesome and best thing was we booked superior room and they upgraded us to suite. That was a great gesture on the employees part. The swimming pool was neat and we all enjoyed swimming. The only drawback is you have to cross the road and then access the beach which generally all resorts have in their property itself. We loved the restaurant there which served great Lebanese food. The buffet breakfast was lavish. In all I recommend this resort to everyone..

I expected the hotel to be much better overall. The rooms were OK, similar to what you get at a medium tier hotel. The furniture is old, the carpet felt dirty, the furniture also was pretty aged, there was no dental kit or condensed milk available in room. Minibar was empty.. The pool closes at sunset. These are small things which has damped the experience. Location is excellent though.

Hi, So our team stayed at this hotel. I would love to say anything positive about it but I really can not. At the same time I wonder how it has been rated so good. The rooms (mine and the ones of my colleagues were dirty. Big stains on the carpet, dirty shower, dust). The breakfast tastes very low level for a so called 5 star resort. Room service - well as there is no hotel u could think they have a proper one - closes at 2am. At midnight u can order 10% of they actually show on the menu. (No cocktails or other food aside of fast food). In addition to that it’s located so far out - that u can’t walk anywhere else. If I would have had to pay for this myself - I would have left the first day. If u read this - trust me - i been to many hotels due to my work - this is one of worst.

Amazing hotel with plenty of stuff to do for the kids. The water park, pools and ocean activities are great. The kid's club is a little small by my 7&9 year old still enjoyed it. The buffet was good quality but often lacked variety. The only downside to this hotel is the distance from Dubai if you plan on making multiple trips. It can take 1hr 30min each way.

Great location. Terrible check-in and check-out system. They seem understaffed… once checked in though, very relaxing and enjoyable. Rooms are okay, but tiny. I would go back to the island but not this hotel purely because check-in took us 3+ hours, and check-out 1hour+. An easy fix, have two receptions to cope with the volume of people, or higher more staff during peak periods. Beach bar had great service though and the young lads were very good waiters. All inclusive package is good and worth it.

A disappointing trip. I have never had such disappointing stay anywhere in the UAE prior to this. The check in was awful, was slow and painful. Then we went to have lunch at the main restaurant with our friends who were overseas guests there. The food was AWFUL! Cold and tasteless. My breakfast the next day was just as bad. I asked for fresh eggs, and the chef pointed me to a plate of ready made eggs soaked in oil. The sofa in the room was dirty, as was the chair. I had booked a sea view room but it was blocked by the arches of the building. When we got to the pool there were no towels. The gentleman there said they have a shortage of towels. How are you running a resort without enough towels? Bed time there was loud music coming up to the rooms from the bar downstairs when I called the service desk, she had no idea what I was referring to and said she would send security to me. Security never came and three calls later I was informed they were escalating it. The staff were clearly overworked. The fact that I went there to meet my friends was the only reason I did not check out and drive back home.

Perfect holiday however it is quite fair from Dubai central which was the only downfall. The hotel and rooms was really nice and the service was on point. I would say they could have more variation on their buffet but otherwise all good. I was not informed or told about the ultra inclusive however we had enough on our all inclusive package

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

I loved the view at this hotel. Stayed here on October 23rd. They have a beach and a pool tho I didn’t get a chance to swim since I was only there for a quick work trip. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty and the staff were super attentive. Overall, a really nice stay! 😌

A COMPLETE DISASTER! I arrived to the resort with my husband for a day pass. The guy who had to explain the packages barely spoke English, it was a complete struggle to understand him. We took one of the “all inclusive” packages but nobody managed to explain anything to us: no information about the amenities, pool location, the beach, or the restaurant. By the time we got to the beach, nobody came to assist us. My husband walked around the place for several minutes looking for towels just to find out “ sorry there is no more”. Towels! On a beach resort!! No waiters, no table service, no personnel to assist with the sun beds or umbrellas. NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH, and still they were pretty rude. In the end, after less than one hour in the place, I talked to the duty manager and I claimed for a reimbursement. I left to spend the day somewhere else. After many hours, I still did not get my money back. A complete scam and fraud. They stole my money. Not recommendable at all.

In the first experience of anything, the first impression is the most important. The reception staff were polite, welcoming, smiling, and this is very important. The receptionist Hazem was wonderfully hospitable, since we arrived early, he upgraded our reservation directly so that we would not have to wait until check-in time. The location is great, close to the sea, well serviced, they have good options for rooms and accommodations. The room cleanliness is poor and the service is slow. We asked for the sheets to be replaced immediately, the room to be cleaned, and the towels to be replaced. Only the sheets were replaced and the towels remained the same. We asked for water to the room, they provided water the first day but the next day they did not respond to our request.

I stayed at the hotel because of the attractive price. As for the location, it is far from the city center, so the hotel resort does not compensate for this distance. The hotel itself is modeled on large hotel complexes with rather low-rise buildings. On the plus side I can count cleanliness, organization in public areas as well as rooms. The food served did not taste good to me, while one could not complain about the small choice. Very nice, wide and sandy beach where you can relax. On the big minus deserves concrete between the buildings, where it is impossible to stand even for a moment, because the temperature hits your head from this concrete. The hotel is average, while if you appreciate the low price you will be satisfied.

I particularly loved how they serve delicious food and drinks directly to your long chair, complete with a little table for added comfort—a small touch that made the experience even more indulgent. In the evening, there’s a variety of dining options, and I had the pleasure of trying the Japanese restaurant. The food was simply outstanding, from the presentation to the flavors. It exceeded all expectations and was a highlight of my stay. The room I stayed in was huge, about 80 square meters, and directly faced the sea, offering an incredible view. Waking up to that scenery was an unforgettable experience. Overall, the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is the epitome of luxury and relaxation, and I can’t wait to return for another exceptional stay!

My husband booked a weekend away at this hotel for my birthday and also paid for me to have a massage. This is my first time staying at this hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Overall, this was a very positives experience, we had a warm welcome when we arrived, the room we booked (suite 1036) was spacious clean and had beautiful decor. The Japanese restaurant was wonderful where staff went above and beyond. It was also very child-friendly with delicious food options for kids and polite, friendly staff. For breakfast, the staff were exceptional at catering to our resquests. The customer relations is great, where they ensured i was made to feel listened to after a poor experience with my therapist. The hotel management and spa supervisor were very attentive and I left feeling valued. We are considering coming back for Christmas/New Year's as I feel reassured that if I encounter any issues, it is dealt with in the best way possible and I'm guaranteed a positive experience.

My stay in Waldorf Astoria was good, but not amazing. Firstly, when we came in, I had a good impression of the hotel, especially with the fact that it was refurbished not a long time ago, however when we came in the room, there was awful smell in the room that probably came from old furniture that was still in the hotel. The room and the views are both good, the beach is also good. As for dinner and breakfast, I would say that the choice is not as good as I expected. The room was very good, especially the mattresses and pillows, however I couldn’t stop feeling that awful smell. To sum it up: Room- good Food - wouldn’t recommend Beach, facilities - good

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr with our family! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our every need was met. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, providing a perfect home away from home. The amenities were excellent, with plenty of activities to keep both adults and children entertained. The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the hotel amenities while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. We were especially impressed with the all-inclusive as it didn't effect the quality of services and food. We highly recommend Rixos Al Bahr to any family looking for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend! I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful and quiet at night. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and fresh every morning. Overall, I had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. Good but could have been better. Room for 3 adults was not adequate and not sure what made it “deluxe”. Balcony did not fit 3 adults and we like to sit there some nights but couldn’t do so comfortably. Main restaurant is pure carnage and not a pleasant experience any time we used. Seating around bars was often wet and sitting at night with evening clothing on same seating used at daytime was disgusting. We were not made aware of all the work/restructuring of hotel prior to booking or arrival so would not have booked this hotel for this stay. On a positive note, staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. With the exception of seating, hotel was very clean. Was nice having adult only sections at pool, on the beach, bar, and restaurant. Good choice of on site shops which were reasonably priced. We had a couple of small issues which we reported and were resolved very quickly which was good. As frequent travellers we can see this hotel has some real potential to be an excellent place to stay and should take pride in their staff who really are an asset.

We had a lovely time a the Rixos, the food and entertainment were both excellent. Lots of great facilities and sports & classes to get involved with, plus the kids loved the pools and slides. The room was nice and spacious, and the cleaning service was excellent (Meheraz - room 1225).

The hotel offers brilliant amenities and a great location, but lacks that "wow" factor you'd expect from a 5-star resort. We arrived late at night, and while we were initially told we’d received an upgrade, we found it was just a corner suite. Disappointingly, our children’s beds weren’t made, and when we asked about this at reception, housekeeping simply dropped off the bedding and left, which was unexpected. After raising our concerns, we were offered a genuine upgrade to a two-bedroom suite, which was spacious but showed signs of wear, with chipped bathroom tiles, stained carpets, and we had to request fresh towels daily. On my birthday, there was no acknowledgment from the hotel despite my mother informing them beforehand, which was a missed opportunity for a memorable touch. On a positive note, the hotel grounds and communal areas are very well-maintained, and the staff are fantastic overall. The variety of food and drinks was great, though the service in the main buffet (Seven Heights) was inconsistent; in our 10-day stay, we were only offered drinks once. While the pools were enjoyable, the shortage of sunbeds was a drawback, especially given the hotel’s capacity. Weekends were particularly busy, and while the main buffet restaurant became hectic, we were fortunate to reserve tables at some of the bookable restaurants, which all delivered excellent meals. In summary, while the hotel has several strong points, there are areas for improvement that could enhance the guest experience significantly.

Our vacation was pure bliss, very nice staff! Fast acting in any possible way to make our stay memorable. Also the food quality in this Hotel was very good, great variety of different foods, Italian, Chinese, Indian foods. I would recommend the hotel especially for families, many kids here. But if you want to be in silence the Pool at ULA is great for you. Beautiful beach. The only thing I wasn’t so happy about is that there is not much to do in the close region, but I think this will change soon. Very nice stay in this lovely hotel. Facilities are new and well maintained, staff are so helpful and friendly. My son loved the kids club called Starfish, all the staff are energetic and cheerful with all the kids. One gentleman called Kimo made the kids Disco night so interesting and fun. They gave complimentary cake for my kids birthday with some decorations,as soon as we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, the front desk staff were amazing and I loved the way they took care of us. From the time I stepped out of my car to the time I checked out, it was excellent service. The breakfast was phenomenal and really enjoyed the water sport in the beach. Definitely worth the price and will be going back, special thanks to the guest team relation team for the excellent hospitality.

The resort is fantastic and the service has been phenomenal. Ssali was great and really friendly. The only comment I would have is the food was not nice in the Market, and it was cold. There was no selection and everything was bland.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We went to Double Tree Hilton RAK to celebrate our daughter's birthday, where we stayed for 2 nights from September 5th to September 7th. First, the aquarium park was closed, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Second, their beach slide was also closed. Third, the nightclub was closed. When we put coins in the snooker table, it didn't work. Even when we called the cleaning lady, she only came after the third call. Despite being such an expensive hotel, there was a lot of mismanagement. If we had known about these closures beforehand, we would never have booked. These activities are essential for our entertainment. Also, the kids' club is not suitable for children under 4 years old if you can't leave them alone. Overall, it was a bad experience because the staff did not properly inform us about what was open and what was closed.

The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll
