The best hotel we've been to! We are still on site and are absolutely thrilled. We've never had such a great courteous servis. All employees really do a great job. The rooms are great and offer plenty of space. We even got an upgrade with sea view. The beach is also great and there are free loungers and plenty of peace and quiet. However, if you don't just want to be on the beach, you should rent a car at the airport beforehand, as the hotel is 1 hour away from Dubai. But you can also park the car there for free. We weren't here last time:)

I’d say it’s great value for money because this hotel has so much to offer for everyone. There is so much to do, with 9 pools (we tried 4), even a 24/7 pool, kids activities, indoor activities and so on. There is also a good pool bar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We lost a key once, and they helped right away with no charge. They also provided a late checkout. The main restaurant is massive, with a good variety of food that tastes great. The atmosphere at the hotel is amazing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and highly recommend it. If you plan to visit, get here early so you won’t miss the fun.

Beautiful resort! We had all inclusive ,food was great, drinks available in all resort restaurants were so nice. Special 5*goes to the beach bar CIDER and very nice barmen Aarish who took great care of our group and kids. Check-in was super fast and it took less then 5 min,we even got room earlier,also late check out. 😇 Kids and Teen room are just perfect! 10/10!! Highly recommended 🥇

We booked a family tent. We were not aware of the domes or safari tent, but I think we would have booked those if they had been available on booking. The tent was a bit old but the bed was nice. Lighting could easily be made better in the tent. The location and facilities were really great and we enjoyed our stay. Nice food, entertainment and views. Would love to go again.

Horrible service in the rooms and in the open buffet, first of all, i booked 2 single beds and got 1 bed because “the rooms” were full. second of all, i have dietary restrictions so i brought plain rice and beef and asked if i can heat them up. they have all said i am not allowed to heat outside food because of “hygiene” purposes? when they cook the eggs for everyone in the same pan that is clearly not cleaned, have them changing new my sheets into sheets with stains on, and when i asked them to get me a new coffee spoon they went to MY BATHROOM and tried to clean the spoon. They have horrible hygiene and made it a big deal to microwave my food. I have paid for the “best room” almost more than 700 aed and got into a smaller room with one bed. This is my first and last time in this hotel. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

We stayed at this hotel for the second time. Before we have been there 2 years ago. And we see that management try to do the best to improve the hotel: they made a football field, a golf course, installed good coffee machines, and are building water slides. The beach of this hotel is wonderful. But it is disappointing that the quality of cleaning has deteriorated greatly. When we checked into the hotel, we were not even given toothbrushes, although the cleaning service has them. The carpet in the room is very dirty, all stained. Daily cleaning is very bad: the mirror was not wiped, the caps were not washed, the bed is not made, but simply folded, towels are changed only upon a separate request, and sometimes you come across unwashed towels with stains. Moreover, the furniture in rooms is too old, with rust on metallic details. Two years ago we lived on the 4th floor and the furniture there was newer. The quality of cleaning was very good. And we returned to this hotel, knowing that it would be quite comfortable to live there with a child. But if the first time we encountered such cleaning and such a room as this time (lived on the second floor), then we would definitely not return to this hotel. The canteen staff was also more polite two years ago. But I would like to mention the front desk staff: very polite employees, always ready to help. We would like to express special gratitude to the receptionist Aaesha, as well as the security officer Tansi. He helped us a lot in an emergency situation when we had to call the police (this has nothing to do with the hotel), and in general he is a very pleasant and sociable person, ready to help with any issue.

We spent two weeks at the hotel. Unfortunately, there is construction going on at a neighboring hotel, so it is very loud everywhere, and there is no relaxation at the beach. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and quality. Lunch and dinner were fine, but they tend to repeat quite often. The selection of food is somewhat limited. Many rooms have connecting doors, which means you can often hear your neighbors. There are also many cats around the property. Additionally, the shower doesn’t have consistent water temperature, which was quite inconvenient. I was expecting for a five star hotel more.

I visited your hotel last December with my family. What a disappointment and a waste of our hard-earned money. The hotel was located more than 1.5 hours from Dubai (which we were not informed about at all). There is very little to do on Marjan Island. The hotel was substandard—I am shocked that it is a Hilton. We paid over 18,000 for a vacation for five people. The food is extremely poor quality and simply reheated. After a day, you're done with the food. There is nothing to do in the area. I heard from others in the hotel that they paid significantly less. The beach is overcrowded, and loud music plays constantly. There are people in gorilla suits walking around the beach, waking you up while you're trying to rest. Also, you can never use the pool- extremly crowded and 100 kids yelling. We expressed our concerns several times at the hotel, but when we returned home and submitted our complaints, we were told that we had not reported them often enough. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. See images.

Our room cleaner Siti made every effort to look after our room keeping it clean and tidy every day. The beds were made so nicely and she even made us small animals out of the towels each day. The hotel itself, beach and swimming pools are very clean and well organized and everyone has made us feel more than welcome. Food variety is great Will definitely be coming again.

I've just returned from my second visit to this amazing hotel! I've been fortunate to have travelled to many destinations, but this hotel had to be one of my top favourites anywhere! I'm sure everyone has already mentioned the wonderful swimming pools, the restaurants, the bars and the beautiful beach. There's one additional thing that makes this hotel extra special - that's the Cats Corner! This little feline gem is tucked away to the north of the hotel grounds, where the volunteers help poorly cats recover and rehome wherever possible. They always welcome guests to visit and give the cats some love and attention. I hope the manager Mr Klaus knows what great work these volunteers do for the local cats!

Excellent resort to chill and relax. Upgraded to Club member and well worth it. On the beach, looked after by Ahmed and staff cannot do enough for you. Club member beach restaurant huge plus. Menu changed daily. Great choices in buffet restaurant.. Ala Carte restaurant definitely worth a visit or two.. and the bbq on the beach great fun atmosphere and endless food. Villas with pool are a plus . Very clean and spacious and constantly cleaned, restocked with drinks toiletries etc. We shall definitely be returning here.

Since it was the Christmas season it was a fantastic time to stay in at the hotel. Although I believe they could upgrade the drinks included in the all inclusive package just by a little bit! The hotel was amazing, it's actually breathtaking. The room was absolutely beautiful, cozy and clean i absolutely loved the room they gave us. The room was missing amenities like: Dental Kit, bathrobes, slippers, and not enough towel. The room service was fine, i would like to see more options. The only thing that really ruined the experience for me was the service. I called more than 4 times for the aminities that supposed to be already in the room and they took more than 40 minutes to deliver it the operator was useless every time I call him he will not give me a direct answer. Nice hotel but i don't think i will go back to it.

My family and I were there for 3 days & 2 nights. First, seeing it's a big hotel, the staff are extremely friendly, polite and treat us very well. The rooms are just wow, a great interior and spacious. The food was very nice, especially because the breakfast was well spread. The swimming pool is big and very well laid out. And the New Year’s Gala Night is extravagant and well organized. However, we don’t have a much greater view of the famous New Year's Fireworks there as what they promised when I was booking the place.

Amazing hotel. Very spacious and beautiful rooms. Food can improve especially in Azure and main restaurant. Need bathrooms inside ballroom rather than far off from the lobby. It's a long walk if you are attending a long event in the ballroom. Hotel closes music after 1030 in open air areas which is inconvenient especially that it is a beach destination. Staff is exceptional. Amine and his team did an excellent job in welcoming us and showing highest level of hospitality. They are the best and very efficient and super professional.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The reception was warm and welcoming, and we were even given a room upgrade. The room was stunning, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel grounds are immaculate and breathtaking, with a beautifully maintained pool area. The heated pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. One of the highlights for me was the falcon♥️ at the entrance—such a unique and elegant touch! Additionally, the staff at the souvenir shop, particularly Bella, were incredible. 💕Bella was so kind and attentive that I won’t forget her kindness anytime soon. The dining experience was equally unforgettable. The food was absolutely delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every meal felt like a special occasion. Overall, the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah is a true gem, combining luxurious accommodations, impeccable service, and a gorgeous setting. I can’t wait to return!

Absolutely loved our stay at Waldorf! Everything was exceptional from the rooms, service, food and amenities. The staff is extremely kind and go above and beyond at every step. Apart from the big elements like the gorgeous lobby, beach, restaurants etc, there are some smaller elements I really appreciated such as complimentary water readily available every where at the property - be it the beach or the pool! They serve ice lollies around the pool area during the day times During our time we dined the Lexington, which was also amazing. Our servers Three, Osama and 1 more person who served our food (unfortunately I did not note his name, he was of Indian origin), all went above and beyond. Very highly recommend trying the cocktails here, they were some of the best I have ever had (and they even have happy hours from 5 to 8pm) highly recommend the gin, peanut butter, berries cocktail! Breakfast was spectacular with enough vegetarian options and mimosas , champagne Overall we had a great time and will definitely visit again

The hotel is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in and the food was lovely. Great selection of drinks and free bottled and filtered water available at all times. This was my third time staying with you, and this time, we brought three friends along—clearly, we’re big fans. The quality of your staff continues to amaze me, all very personable and always out to improve your stay. A perfect example is the breakfast rush, where the team handles an overwhelming load of dishes and cleaning while still maintaining impeccable service. Their dedication and training shine through in every interaction. We love the Buffet. The attention to detail throughout our stay was exceptional. When we were leaving, the valet asked if we’d like water for the road and went out of their way to get it—such a small gesture, but one that left a lasting impression. My wife had informed the hotel about our anniversary, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with a beautiful display that made it into all our social media posts. The thoughtful cake delivery was another lovely surprise—thank you! We loved the variety of the buffet, and the hammam and honeymoon massage package were hands down the best we've ever had—just wow. My son also had a fantastic time at the teen club, and we loved our time while he was there:) It is such a great thing he had a place he was welcome.

The hotel is gorgeous, and the amenities are also truly great. Rooms are comfortable, hotel is lovely. However, service is very slow and the new staff are quite difficult to communicate with. They don’t seem to know all of the details whenever we asked them something. Also, the all inclusive is difficult when there isn’t even a single restaurant open all day. Food options are very wide and good, but food quality and taste is okay; not great or anything. Overall, the hotel was lovely and we had a pleasant stay.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, and while there were some positive aspects, several areas fell short of my expectations. **Room and View:** The suite was spacious enough for a family of five and offered a wonderful view that enhanced the experience. **Bathroom:** The bathroom was functional but did not meet my expectations. It definitely needed some improvements to enhance comfort and cleanliness. **Dining Experience:** The all-inclusive aspect of the stay was disappointing. On the first day, guests are allowed to access only two restaurants, which feels inadequate for an all-inclusive package. One of the restaurants only serves burger sandwiches, and the quality was not fresh. While other dining options become available on the second day, the early closing time of one restaurant (5:30 PM) significantly restricts choices. This is unusual for a resort of this kind and negatively impacted the overall value of the experience. However, breakfast at the "Seven" restaurant was good, which was a positive highlight. **Activities:** On a positive note, the available water sports were interesting and added some excitement to the stay. **Conclusion:** Overall, while Rixos Bab Al Bahr has potential due to its location and activities, the bathroom facilities and limited dining options left much to be desired. If you’re considering a stay here, be prepared for these limitations, and I recommend staying for at least two days to fully enjoy the all-inclusive experience and enjoy the free drink on beach at night enjoy the DJ

Great Pet-Friendly Stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! It’s truly pet-friendly—our dogs were welcomed with toys and treats, which was a lovely touch. The food was excellent, and we noticed some great enhancements from last year, including improved amenities and even more attentive service. Was a bit surprised that some great things like mini golf is not free - have never seen it before. But still it was a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with your furry friend. Went here for a company workshop. The hotel is amazing. Great vibe for best for family and work. Hote room views are spectacular. The food at the buffet is yummy. The staff were all so attentive and they wont let you idle waiting unattended, someone will always notice you and inform you to wait a bit and they will be with you shortly. The children were very please with it. Ula's food and room service food are very good. We had issues at this location in the past but it seems that under new French management it has improved immensely.

The hotel offers an international cuisine menu, which is a nice touch for variety. However, the quality of the food doesn’t quite live up to expectations. Some dishes lacked freshness, and flavors were inconsistent. While the presentation was decent, the overall taste and quality left room for improvement. It’s a fair option if you’re not too picky, but it could definitely be better.

A great place for a vacation or a getaway. The rooms are nice with a considerable walking distance from other facilities like the restaurant and the pool. They have an entertainment show every night, and a lot of games to play next to the beach (volleyball, ping pong, huge chess...). The food isn't that good and shall be improved. The staff are very nice and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms can be improved as well since the cleaners just wipe the floor, they don't really clean the room or even change the bedsheets.

A COMPLETE DISASTER! I arrived to the resort with my husband for a day pass. The guy who had to explain the packages barely spoke English, it was a complete struggle to understand him. We took one of the “all inclusive” packages but nobody managed to explain anything to us: no information about the amenities, pool location, the beach, or the restaurant. By the time we got to the beach, nobody came to assist us. My husband walked around the place for several minutes looking for towels just to find out “ sorry there is no more”. Towels! On a beach resort!! No waiters, no table service, no personnel to assist with the sun beds or umbrellas. NOBODY SPOKE ENGLISH, and still they were pretty rude. In the end, after less than one hour in the place, I talked to the duty manager and I claimed for a reimbursement. I left to spend the day somewhere else. After many hours, I still did not get my money back. A complete scam and fraud. They stole my money. Not recommendable at all.

Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. Staff were phenomenal - look forward to coming back!

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

We went to Double Tree Hilton RAK to celebrate our daughter's birthday, where we stayed for 2 nights from September 5th to September 7th. First, the aquarium park was closed, and we were not informed about it beforehand. Second, their beach slide was also closed. Third, the nightclub was closed. When we put coins in the snooker table, it didn't work. Even when we called the cleaning lady, she only came after the third call. Despite being such an expensive hotel, there was a lot of mismanagement. If we had known about these closures beforehand, we would never have booked. These activities are essential for our entertainment. Also, the kids' club is not suitable for children under 4 years old if you can't leave them alone. Overall, it was a bad experience because the staff did not properly inform us about what was open and what was closed.
