It was beautiful here!! Great staff, they were very helpful. Free bus to and from the beach, and everything is about a 10-20 minute walk! When you check out they have an area to put your suitcases in so you don’t have to carry them around. And wow the gift shop near it!! It’s beautiful their rings are beautiful and greatly priced!! I’m so pleased with this hotel. As my first time abroad I had the best time. Better than expected we would definitely go again!! Thank you for giving us such a great time!!

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. Clean towels and beds made daily (over our 5 days stay) Beds were comfy. The hotel and pool area are very clean. Plenty of sun loungers, but you do have to be quick to get the ones near the parasols (this happens at most hotels!) We didn't find the walk up/down the hill a problem. Hot or cold choice for breakfast, with fresh fruit and a good selection of bread, cheese, hams, pastries etc. Good location for supermarkets, eateries and bars. On the whole I think we made the best choice when booking this hotel. The grounds are so much nicer than others that we walked past and the sun shines on the pool all afternoon. The lifts are a tad slow (the only negative thing). All staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the attached apartments, which were very basic & certainly not 4 star like the hotel is rated. There seemed to be a leaking pipe (water dripping from kitchen area ceiling) which was reported but nobody came to assess or deal with it. We paid for a panoramic view with a glass balcony & got a concrete balcony. The panoramic view was lovely, but could only be seen if we were standing. There was no control or action in respect of the poor behaviour of other residents, despite it being reported, which included throwing things off the balconies, spitting over the edges onto other balconies, smoking in areas they shouldn't be & very excessive noise. The small pool attached to the apartments was neglected somewhat. We were able to use the main hotel pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use ours. Communication was poor & some of the staff were quite rude. There was also a €200 deposit which wasn't included in the information. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the hotel staff, not the manager as he does not resolve any issues we raised. The rooms are very dirty, the bath was all rusty and chipped. The headboard of the bed was falling to pieces, just horrible tbh. This should definitely not be a 4x hotel in my opinion.

Friendly front desk staff, reception and pool area clean. Rooms tiny air con doesn't work bathroom could use a deep clean. We did know before going it was a 20 mins walk to the main strip however it wasn't manageable the hill was to steep so had to rely on taxis. Not expensive though

The food at the hotel was good. The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, thanks to the high quality and variety of the food. The staff at the Dynastic Hotel were fantastic. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication to providing excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. I don't see why we should have to pay additional money to use the indoor pool this should be included or not be so expensive. The entertainment offered by the hotel was also good, with live music, engaging shows. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, a few minor updates could enhance the overall experience. However, this did not detract from our stay. The overall atmosphere and amenities made our visit truly memorable. In summary, the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm is a good choice for anyone seeking a wonderful holiday experience.

A great location and a super stay at the dynastic. Our room was large and very clean, the bathroom was excellent too with nice big towels and a great hairdryer. The food was so good we did not need to eat out during our time here. The spa was a nice touch and added to our enjoyment staying here The staff in all departments were superb, the bar staff were always happy serve you and have a great selection of drinks on the all inclusive. Such good value , especially the food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I was allocated a room in the main building which was OK but badly needed some maintenance. Food is buffet style which is not bad, you can always have something to eat. You do not get a kettle etc in your room, but ask at reception and they will give you one. The staff are generally very good. If you like to sunbathe you can only do it in the morning as the surrounding buildings block the sun in the afternoon, that really annoyed me 😪 Had to go to beach and pay for sunbeds😪😡

Looks the part as you enter lobby area. However room shabby dark stains on walls in several places bathroom bin dirt and rusty toilet brush needs to go in bin. Strange smell/drains?beds undersheet filthy. Mattress had to be changed it was broken?Water on floor when you shower not sealed correctly. Air con vents dirty. Floors needed a proper clean. Pool in shade very small. Entertainment average. Food OK repeats every week. Good points shower powerful breakfast good Wednesday BBQ night was the best food. Great location. Not 4 star.

The room was clean but showing it's age. Air con lovely and cold. The mini bar (fridge) was useless and was not checked until I complained to the Jet2 rep, it was then swapped and worked perfectly. Food was plentiful but it was difficult to build a decent meal, after four days we decided to eat out for the rest of the week. I don't understand why Amstel lager is on draught while several Spanish beers are ,in my opinion, far better,

Smart, spotless and immaculate both internally and externally. Every member of staff was helpful, efficient and cheerful. Lovely room with housekeeping to match. Special mention to Dani, all the dining room staff and head chef Paco, the banquets at both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve were spectacular. The range of food on offer every day was wide and good. Would I stay there again, Absolutely yes.

Me and my boyfriend did not plan to go to Benidorm but due to the bad weather conditions in Valencia we ended up in this hotel for one night. We had an amazing time, the room was super nice and luxury in my opinion, the staff was also really kind and helpful as well. The view was amazing. I would love if we come back to the hotel someday for a longer period. Definitely recommend it!

I am not happy at all about my current stay in this hotel. Staying in Room 533 with a Pool View. Every single day from about 7:30 until late into the evening the staff decide to slam the fire exit door directly next to our room as hard as they physically can. When they are done slamming the doors, they continue to then shout as loud as possible down the hallway as if it’s some joke that a customer puts up a DO NOT DISTURB sign and is trying to sleep. Multiple occasions they have knocked the door and completely ignored the same DO NOT DISTURB sign. Getting a sunbed is near impossible on a daily basis unless you rush to the pool at 8:30 along with all the others that have to do the exact same. Couple were taking multiple beds and the staff did nothing to stop this at all. Food at the restaurant was hit and miss, and getting a table at Breakfast is a complete disaster. Tried to get late check out at a cost of €46 and was promised to come to reception the day before and they will sort it. Went to reception and they then said it’s not possible! So we have to wait from 1200 to 2100 in the hotel without a room! All in all if the hotel wasn’t clean, they would get a 1 star review!

The hotel is just superb. We stayed all inclusive and couldn't believe the food choices. A hotel which serves hot food!!! Rooms clean large with nice pool view. One negative was that the snack bar played some awful music therefore we couldn't have our usual siesta as it went on until 6 even when there was no one left at poolside. Hotels club is one of the best in benidorm. Top entertainment 7 nights a week. Nice street level bar. Staff are wonderful. There's the good parts now the most horrible one. I have mobility issues and the lifts are a joke. They are pathetic. All guests complained about them and the way they are programmed. Please sort them out as they must be losing you business. Even younger fitter people were complaining about them. Don't let this continue to be the main talking point of an otherwise fantastic hotel.

The hotel was perfectly situated within easy access to the beach promenade, and surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurant's and shops. The staff where friendly and helpful, while the refurbished rooms where clean and serviceable. Where they have let themselves down badly was on the Buffet dinners, the Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of choices, even black pudding and Fried Bread, or continental if that's your preference. We where half board, so had paid for the dinners with wine or water, the buffet meals didn't seem to be replenished, when we arrived over an hour before the restaurant was closing, we found mostly empty trays, anything with food looked most unappetising. The "Show Cooking" was a joke, she had one slice of chicken breast on her tray, and wasn't going to do anymore until that slice of chicken went . The second nite, had a choice of pie, though tasted as if it had the left over goulash from the previous evening. The Chinese curry was as bland as the "Cream of Vegetable" soup, was watery. Definitely without doubt the biggest let down and not worthy of the 4 star Ratings .I have eaten better in Pensions or 2 star hotels. I would only go back on a bed and breakfast basis only.

Apartment was nice had dishwasher and washing machine as well as normal facilities no kettle tho but used saucepan. It was quite spacious with a nice view. A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

Bar lounge area comfortable and bar prices not bad.. But our room. It's cold and raining today and the air conditioning simply will not heat, the wall instructions bear no resemblance to the actual aircon panel.. And bathroom light switch has bits missing. I've seen comments about the gymn etc., all closed. Also someone said 54 Euros a night.. We paid 64 Euros a night inc. breakfast. Location of the hotel is GREAT. Bus or taxi to the Palace or the old town while hotel sees mountains to one side, the city to the other side.

My room was amazing, being on the curve of the hotel it was very spacious with a big double bed which was extremely comfortable including the pillows. There was a large tv and a fridge which was a Godsend and held more than you would think. The bathroom was very big and the shower was powerful. There is a large mirror over the sink. There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly. The swimming pool is a real asset to the hotel. It is modern and clean as are the sun beds. I spent every afternoon there and it was so relaxing. The hotel smells lovely throughout and I noticed this as soon as I walked into the spacious and modern reception. All the staff are lovely. This hotel in my opinion is well worthy of its 4 stars. It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away. It’s on 2 floors and has everything you need. Prices are really good too. Also on Wednesdays there is a big market by the tram stop which is about a 10/15 minute walk. Good points: 1. Reception is good and helpful; 2. Bed and pillow are comfortable;3. Location is nice, close to the beach. Very disappointing points: 1. Food is definitely not qualified for a 4 star hotel: breakfast has limited choices, the meat looks bad-quality so we didn’t eat, bread is not freshly baked but pre-baked. Lunch is terrible, don’t eat lunch there! Dinner is ok for 3 star, salty and you need to buy many drinks; you could enjoy a very wonderful dinner outside with the same amount of money. 2, entertainment is not good for a family with kids, maybe more suitable for old people; 3. Sound isolation could be better; 4, indoor swimming pool is not free.

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. The gigantic bed was OK, as was the AC on the room. The downsides: It's a 3 Star hotel. They must have stolen no. 4. It's a bit tired and in need of a work over. Tired and old furniture, very noisy restaurant with very average buffets. In fact all public and private rooms are noisy, with naked walls and floors, but I was lucky and had very quiet neighbors most of the time. Sound proofing is poor. Clientele is mostly 60-70+. So all in all: If you expect 2-3 Star hotel standard this is probably OK. For luxury and peace and quiet look elsewhere.

Nice Christmas break in Albir. The rooms were spacious, but shower head in the bathroom would not stay in the bracket. This was reported but not fixed, so we lived with it for the 4 nights... not the end of the world but expected more from a 4-star hotel as it made showering a chore.The hotel was busy, and the dining staff worked very hard, but on Christmas day evening dinner, they couldn't cope and the experience wasn't good. They were understaffed for the quantity of guests. This didn't spoil our vacation, but we did expect better from again a 4-star hotel. Information on meals ( Christmas Eve and Day) and entertainment were sparse, and we didn't know what to expect. We did get cava, and there were more dishes available on these days. The plus side was that bar prices were good, buffet meals were good enough and the hotel location , although on a hill, was good for walks to Albir, and if you're up for it, Altea. I'm not sure if we would return

Having just returned from this hotel, leaving a day earlier than planned. The room was ok although the duvet on my bed was soiled, we had a loose toilet seat, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the enamel in the bath was peeling. It was the dining area that was most upsetting. You had to queue for ages to be seated and then found there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for cereal. Had to wait for fried eggs, by which time the rest of your breakfast was cold. The same with evening meal, they didn’t seem to have catered for the amount of quests they had. We were once accused of not paying for the water we had with our meal the previous night, when we did. It was embarrassing as it was said in public. So many people complained, I felt sorry for the staff as they were rushing around trying their best. They obviously didn’t have enough staff for the amount of quests.

Had booked an apartment in La Lucia but the owner reneged on us and gave us a very basic room in this hotel. No facility to make a hot drink and not even a bottle of water. Outside furniture is falling to pieces and there is no lock on the patio door making the room insecure. This is not a 4 star hotel but at the best a 3 star. Pillowcases didn't even fit the pillows with the ends hanging out of the pillowcase. When you've booked a luxury apartment with its own private swimming pool and get put in this place then you can feel very unhappy.

One thing I really dislike about this hotel is how the previous management took so many shortcuts with such a beautiful property. It’s absolutely grand, but you can clearly see and sense where the drive for profit started to overshadow quality. There are unfinished walls, cheap plastic chairs, and budget-looking blue bedding that detract from its charm. If the hotel were given the love and attention to detail it truly deserves, it could easily become one of the finest in Spain. I genuinely wish this for the hotel. While it is a great place to stay overall, the lack of attention to detail becomes apparent once you leave the lobby. The rooftop relies only on its views and even some rooms feel neglected. It’s shocking that a hotel of this caliber hasn’t invested in proper furniture or a full renovation. Instead, they focus on a few so-called "premium" rooms, which come at an extra cost but still feature cheap plastic balcony chairs and unfinished, chipped balcony concrete walls with no paint or care. On a positive note, the hotel has great potential, and everything else about it is promising. I just wish the management would invest & love their hotel as much as their guests do.

I really enjoyed my stay at Gran Bali. I wasn’t there for long but was made to feel very special. I had some wonderful help by a chap called Jose Antonio, who took his time to help me utilise his local knowledge and make great recommendations for site seeing. This was then continued by the excellent care from his colleague, Melissa. Melissa even invited me to the top of the building to see the incredible yet unique views over Benidorm. A real highlight to the holiday experience and one I’ll remember. Thank you Jose Antonio and Melissa for a memorable stay

Let's start at the very beginning. That was the worst check-in experience ever. I've been at a good few hotels and checking in was always quick and easy. At this hotel we were standing in the queue for ages even tho we only had 3 guests in front of us. No one's reservation seemed to be alright including ours. The receptionist grabbed my phone with my booking on display and took it with her to speak to her manager. She didn't come back for about 5-10 minutes. She's done it twice. At this point we had no clue what was going on yet because her communication skills is not up to a receptionist standards. She came back and finally told us our reservation is not in their system but according to her it wasn't a problem(???) She told us to come back in 10 minutes, the manager is trying to sort it. Her attitude was horrendous the whole time, she spoke to the other receptionist in Spanish about other guests she had to deal with previously. She was unfriendly, unapproachable and shouldn't work in hospitality at all. S. Gomez you're a disgrace. When they finally managed to solve the problem with the reservation we had to wait another hour for the room to be ready. We didn't have high expectations after all this but luckily that was the only drama during our stay. The room was a bit old fashioned but it was clean. The view from the balcony made up for it. The food was also nice and the staff was brilliant serving food on Christmas day. Location is good, there are bars and shops around and the beach is only a few minutes walk.

The rooms were great and some were modern. Our lock broke and they gave us a premium suite which was amazing. The food was very nice but there was a lack of food from other countries; it was based mostly on seafood, which I didn't like. The service was good but they talked in Spanish and knew very little English. It is in a very good location, with a 5-10 minute walk to the pristine beach, and the views were very impressive.

The positives.. Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Not far from the beach & Benidorm. Lovely staff throughout. We had no issues with ants or mosquitoes so that was a massive bonus. The hotel and grounds were kept clean at all times! Appreciated that you were not allowed to reserve sun beds (but there was still the odd who kept towels down and went away). The pool area does not open until 10am. There were 3 lifts, very efficient. The rooms were spacious, fridge, kettle and hairdryer provided. Towels provided in the bathroom did get changed daily. Close to all amenities. Beautiful views on the top floors! Did not use the spa, prices are cheaper elsewhere. The negatives.. - Unfortunately the food was just awful. - Our bed never got changed the duration of our stay and with a one year old it got messy. - when the maid did make our bed, she had just thrown the main sheet over the top to hide the crumpled sheets underneath. - A wedding held on the Saturday closed off the pool area for the reception and photos, no apology was given. Overall, I would return again.

If you would like the opposite of a warm welcome and to feel like a burden to staff than this is the hotel for you. **Review: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel for a 10-night vacation, and I can confidently say it does not deserve its 4-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. The reception staff, particularly Oscar and another young male member of staff, were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite our attempts to address various issues, they remained unfriendly throughout our entire stay, making us feel unwelcome and frustrated. The hotel itself was a massive disappointment. The rooms and overall appearance are far worse than the pictures suggest. What was advertised as a luxurious stay turned out to be a subpar experience. The pool is tiny, overcrowded, and not nearly as inviting as the photos make it seem. To make matters worse, the bins around the property were consistently dirty and overflowing, which is not what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lifts. They were an absolute nightmare. We found ourselves constantly waiting for long periods, only for the lift to arrive and head in the opposite direction. When they finally did show up, the lifts were tiny and could barely accommodate a few people at a time. This inconvenience added to the already disappointing stay, as getting around the hotel became an unnecessary hassle. Adding insult to injury, we were charged extra for basic amenities. You have to pay for towels, and even the use of the safe in your room comes with a fee. These added costs, coupled with the lackluster facilities and poor service, left us feeling robbed of our hard-earned money. We left the hotel feeling disappointed and definitely not refreshed. This place does not deserve your money or your time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable stay. The one positive thing I would say is the daily cleaning service offered at the hotel, the maids were nothing but helpful and thorough in their cleaning.

This was a Christmas break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the the hotel. Close to all amenities, bus service great, to local towns and beaches. The Spa was very relaxing and refreshing, would recommend a visit. Food was very good, fresh and tasty.

It's definitely not 4*. No tea coffe kettle in rooms, no saucers for cups in dining room, fridge door hanging off, no table cloths on tables, staff poker faced, all balconies overlooked by next rooms from all angles, bathroom ok but dated. It's a very good 2*, it's an ok 3*. But definitely not 4*. But, the hotel design is beautiful, (to look at) inside and out. Gardens are very tasteful but face North so small pool is shaded, not much room. I would stay again but pay extra for room facing pool, the road was noisy all night.

Came here on holiday for almost a week and would really recommend the hotel. The reception are so lovely and very helpful, the hotel is in a good place and very close for restaurants and the beach and they even have a free taxi service to the beach. Bar tenders and the house keeping are also very polite and always say hi. We also had the buffet for breakfast which was good.

I booked direct with the hotel a double superior room with balcony. I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking. They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking. When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included. After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked. The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available. Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival. Would I stay here again......not a chance. And the breakfast is terrible.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should find something. I'd definitely stay again.

Make no bones about it, this hotel is 3* at best. It may have been 4* when built, but not now. Tatty and in need of renovation, broken floor tiles with pieces missing, loo flush buttons that fall of the wall, disrespectful cleaners, etc, make this a lucky 3* Hotel. Bar, restaurant, chef & reception staff are pleasant, which is the only saving grace of this establishment. Incredibly limited buffet food. Don't waste your money on all-inclusive. Sinatra's, The Yorkshire pride are over the road and do good food at a reasonable prices. The Paddock is a nice bar, too. You also have a few restaurants' yards away, so there is plenty of choice.

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Food was incredible, really varied, freshly cooked to order for some bits. Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled. Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too.

Great hotel , clean , nice size room , can't comment on the food as we did not eat there , I was given a bottle of wine and a card for my birthday which was a very nice touch , it's a bit of a walk to the old town but there are taxis right outside the door and even better a number 10 bus that's very frequent and 1.60 pp . We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were poorly cleaned as we had to be moved to another room, I've blonde hair, and there was black hair over the floor and in the shower and there was stuff skit up the skirting board and wall. Our window was broken and wouldn't lock. Our balcony door was broken on our 3rd night we where able to lock it up until then it looked like someone had booted it from outside as you can climb easily from one side to the other and when requested for someone to come fix it, no one was sent so my husband took pictures and went do to reception and he was told they would have no one until morning to looked at it which wasn't acceptable we hadn't had our dinner and didn't feel comfortable leaving our room with the door broken, so we were giving a new room. The hotel also doesn't cater for English people for the time of year. Food was all Spanish. Our walls were paper thin, people in the room beside may aswell of been in our bed when being intimate as their bed was bouncing off our wall making our bed move to their motion at 3am. We did enjoyed our holiday benidorm is a very nice place and we would go again, but I wouldn't say this hotel is 4*

I am staying in this hotel right now till saturday and I am so dissapointed. Worst hotel I ever stayed in :( It is definately not a 4* hotel…. Rooms basic… not even a tea or Coffee in the rooms… Food very dissapointing everyday same things No variety at all, No seasoned and same things every night like for kids at school…. My family are staying in hotel next door and they have a much better experience even thought its a 3* Cockroaches in the room when I arrived and in general not very clean… Wouldnt reccommwnd and wouldnt stay again for that Kind of money…

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

We had a weeks stay the week before Christmas, the hotel was lovely, food was good with a good selection every mealtime. The only downside was that we were in Room 505 and just outside the window there was some kind of duct which "hummed" all night long and it was difficult to sleep, we are coming out again the 29 March and as returning clients would like a different room number although I believe Room 507 also was situated to the same ducting. However saying this, we had a wonderful weeks stay were blessed with the weather, the room was a good size and decor was lovely, the shower and bathroom were also a good size having a walk in shower so apart from the ducting noise we had no other complaints and are looking forward to returning at the end of March but staying in a different room. The sun terrace was a good size although the pool was a little small but you are 2 minutes walk from the beach both Levante side and Poniente side. The view from the rooftoop terrace was amazing and a perfect suntrap for topping up the tan. We found the staff were very nice, especially in the dining room.

The staff are really pleasant and looked after us really well I had my purse stolen while in the new town and the staff were so helpful I am looking at booking again but would like the same room side sea view or similar but cannot see these rooms on jet 2 is there any way I could guarantee this ? The hotel is also really central with the beach being minutes away.

Room very clean and tidy, Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Location in the old town and proximity to the beach was excellent , less than 200 yards from the beach. Roof pool clean and tidy as was the lifts and corridors in the hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights 6 days, the hotel in itself wasn't too bad, and the location was not too bad. It was a nice location for both new and old town. We asked for a balcony room on a higher floor, high in sight, we should have asked for no higher than 3 floors. We were on the 5th floor room 507, don't, I repeat, don't get this room! Directly above it were the buildings main air con units, and as you guess, constantly buzzing and humming, to the point it woke us up several times! If I had been here longer, I would have moved! We went all inclusive, a lot of places around with good prices, choice is yours. I found the staff friendly and helpful, lifts were good! Yes a lot of old and Spanish speaking customers, but that didn't bother us. All in all you get what you pay for!

Room was small but comfortable, bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, rusty radiator and towel rail, stained and faded sink top, shower door on bath didn't seal, bath was well past its best. Breakfast was very poor, other meals were very disappointing. No way should this be a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 2 different 4 star hotels in Benidorm during our vacation and they were far superior.

We recently stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo and had a mixed experience. On arrival, we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff, who added a thoughtful touch by taking a group photo and attaching it to our account for identification, a unique and convenient approach, especially for the all inclusive services. The all inclusive deal is decent, though there are areas for improvement, especially with the dining experience. The buffets are well suited for seafood lovers, with a variety of fish options available. However, after two nights, we found the menu became repetitive, and the dessert selection was unvaried. Additionally, the kids' menu was limited, cycling through hot dogs, burgers, crispy pancakes, and hash browns each day. Most restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, although a few seemed less engaged. Our room was spacious, with ample storage, but the floors could benefit from daily mopping. We noticed our feet quickly became dirty after a shower, indicating the floor needed a more thorough cleaning routine. Air conditioning is available in the room but we did at first miss the control. The pool area was spotless, which we appreciated, although the pool bar was closed during our off season stay, and snacks were only available in the restaurant. The snack options, however, were limited mainly burgers, hot dogs, salads, and a selection of cold meats. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute walk to the beach, with a pleasant path dotted with shops and bars along the way. Overall, Hotel Mediterraneo is a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but refining the food options and enhancing cleaning routines could elevate the guest experience. We travelled with Jet 2 who visited the hotel twice during our stay.

Just came back from a 4 night stay here, we have absolutely loved it!! Everything was prefect. It is run on a card system they took a picture of me and my partner when we got there and put us both on both cards so we could go up and get us both a drink which was prefect. The room was just what you needed clean, big, comfy bed clean towels everyday, there isn't any AC but it was cooler when we went so that didn't effect us. The pool it was cold but it was fine for a quick dip to cool down. The food was amazing a different selection every day, we walked away full and happy. The only thing I would say is if your a dessert person it's not a great selection but there's always ice cream and yogurts then the last night a chocolate fountain - amazing. You are far enough away from the main strip to not hear any of the noise but close enough to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff we lovely really pleasant and polite a really lovely stay. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to go to benidorm. Lovely stay very happy

Hotel was spotless and staff were really friendly, great location for Benidorm Palace and Mundomar but a bit of a trek to the beach. The food was not great and we ate out most days apart from the breakfast which was OK. We got the all inclusive plus so we could have the named spirits and cocktails but there was only 1 cocktail a day which was a bit of a disappointment if we had known we wouldn't have paid the extra. On the plus side there was a McDonald's next door which we visited a few times because the food wasn't up to much. Don't think we would return and don't think it's upto a 4 star.

We spent the night of December 31st here and had a fantastic time with our small kids, it’s a in a great area, close to the beach and the rest of Calpe. I was very surprised that they had a beautiful gala dinner that night with a live concert, kids allowed! And everyone looked like they were having fun. We are for sure booking for next year or the next time we visit. Calpe is definetely a place to visit with family and friends. There’s lots of see and this hotel had great service, a beautiful spa for adults, unfortunately no indoor pool for kids during winter BUT they had an outdoor pool (for summer) so we’ll have to come back then! I loved our room, overlooked the water, we had a large balcony, honestly, I couldn’t complain about anything - it was perfect. OH! Breakfast buffet was included - that was a fantastic added bonus!!

Lovely week stay at the Diamante Beach Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms felt a little dated. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and shops. Enjoyed the local land train tour for just €5 each to see further around Calpe. Staff were all so lovely and catered to all our needs. Food was fab although it needed to be slightly warmer and would have been nice to have a wider variety of vegetables at dinner time. It is a shame that the spa wasn’t included in our stay as that played a big factor in us choosing this hotel. It wasn’t until I went back to the website and scrolled quite far down and even had to press “more info” that it said about the spa being an extra cost. Special thank you to Kim in the restaurant for always being happy and smiley and also to Alfredo in the bar / cafeteria for being friendly, remembering our drinks order and allowing my Nan to try something new

An average Stay at AR Diamante Beach & SPA While the AR Diamante Beach & SPA boasts a beachfront location, the overall experience falls short of its 4-star rating. Outdated Accommodations The rooms and bathrooms, unfortunately, feel dated and could benefit from a much-needed renovation. The decor and furnishings appear tired, lacking the modern comforts and aesthetics expected of a 4-star establishment. Bland and Repetitive Dining The dining options, particularly dinner, were a disappointment. The food was often bland and repetitive, lacking the variety and flavor one would anticipate. While it was commendable to offer a fish choice, the overall dining experience was underwhelming. Spa Services No Longer Included A significant drawback is the removal of complimentary spa access. This additional cost detracts from the overall value proposition, especially considering the hotel's 4-star status. A Cyclist's Nightmare For a hotel that caters to cyclists, the absence of a simple cycling pump is a glaring oversight. This basic amenity should be readily available, especially for those who rely on their bikes for transportation and leisure. A 3-Star Experience Based on these factors plus the lifts are very infrequent, the AR Diamante Beach & SPA, while offering a decent beachfront location, ultimately delivers a 3-star experience. It's a shame that outdated rooms, underwhelming dining, and the removal of complimentary spa access diminish the overall value and enjoyment of a stay here.

Beautiful hotel in great location. Food was amazing and the staff really friendly and helpful. 6 of us in our group and we spent Christmas at this hotel. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss which is what you expect in hotels. They can't please everyone all the time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The one thing that we were all not so happy with was the glass walls in the bathroom so not much privacy. Apart from that we all enjoyed our week at this hotel.

Laura and Raquel were very friendly, polite, approachable and made a big effort to include everyone. You can also watch the amazing sunset from the hotel roof top bar. Would highly recommend.

It’s a nice hotel. Really close to the beach, the mattress was very comfortable and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The food, buffet style, is okay (not too much choice of dessert) but it is warm, which I have found not to be the case in other hotels. Wasn’t all inclusive and didn’t use the pool area so can’t comment on those. Had an enjoyable stay.

I was there for a short 4 night stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also in the restaurants within the hotel. Because of a misunderstanding with travel agent I booked my trip with they were kind enough to give me an upgrade for my remaining few days I was there. The location is easy access and not far from the sea and the old town. Public transportation is a breeze and the buses include the hop on off bus stops right in front of the hotel. I had a very nice time there and would recommend it.

We were booked for a four day stay at the gran Bali hotel which a friend recommended. We checked in then out because it’s a cheap run down hotel but the website pictures are from when it was built years ago. We visited the h10 looked at the room and booked 3 nights there. The room was very very clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us so we extended our stay by 2 more days but had to move from a sea view to a room with our own sun terrace. We have booked to go back next year ****** 6 star for us

We loved this place so much. Maria was a particularly exceptional receptionist but also all of the staff were lovely. We were given a gorgeous room with such a stunning view and the staff surprised my partner with a bottle of Cava and bday cake for his bday. The room itself is stunning and has coffee machine, seperate bath tub and shower, lounge with large flatscreen TV, very comfy super king bed. The amenities are all amazing and the buffet breakfast is top notch. Would love to return again, especially in midwinter when it's possible to grab sunshine and swim in the med.

Stayed here a few weeks back while on a road trip from Granada to Valencia. Amazing room with an amazing view + plus excellent service! This hotel is right near the beach so you're just a couple blocks away from the sand. I got a free drink on arrival and was offered a bottle of water at check out. The breakfast had SO much to choose from. Only stayed one night but wished I could have stayed longer. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

Pool area plenty of sun beds and immaculate always someone there to help. Get free towels for around pool can replace them every 2 days. Rooms have lovely pool and sea views. We only had breakfast there was so much to choose from excellent quality. Fantastic location central to everything 2 min walk to beach. There was no day time entertainment when we were there but played nice music. Evening entertainment had 2 or 3 acts on every night. Don Pancho see you next September already booked to come back xxx

Best location and best hotel we ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the reception we knew the quality of the staff and the hotel. Room getting ready - we were greeted with a soft or alcoholic refreshment. Once our room was ready a very helpful staff member showed us to our room whilst another staff member took our luggage up separately. Outstanding hotel, service incredible, food out of this world and I'd return in a heart beat. Cannot speak highly enough about Villa del Mar in Palma Nova.

4 night stay with wife for anniversary. 1st time in Benidorm and I honestly cannot fault the hotel. The staff were amazing always on hand to help. I am really fussy with food and have stayed all over Spain and this was the best choice of meals I have seen in a long time. Pool is small but with beach directly opposite hotel we never had an issue with sunbeds. It’s close to shops bars and restaurants and about 30 minute walk along coast if you want the more busy nightlife scene. Totally relaxing hotel highly recommend.

Absolutely without doubt one of the best places I have ever stayed. A group of us were UAI ultra all inclusive and it was worth every penny. The staff are superb, helpful, polite, accommodating and so tolerant of our somewhat raucous behaviour (6 X over 50s can be raucous!). Carol in particular, Daniel and the others from reception to those cleaning rooms all giving 100%. The food is excellent, the range of choices that cover a multitude of cuisines catered for food allergies, preferences and tastes. Early breakfast availability, lunch, snacks, evening meals and every drink we could ask for, eat as much, drink as much as you can. The rooms are beautiful, air conditioned, the fridge replenished daily, teas and coffees unlimited. The beds are comfortable and spacious, a TV, WiFi, and a bath you could swim in with a shower to knock your block off with its brilliant water pressure. Along with the main bar there are two others, one down a level where you find a club area to dance or be entertained by live acts, a soft play room for the little ones next door. On the top floor another bar catering for a gorgeous sky lounge with sun beds, chairs, loungers and a killer sea view. Two swimming pools, one adult, one for children, both in the shade for most of the day but that may change depending on the time of year. On the same level is a VIP Spa, we spent an hour in the Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Turkish Bath, cold dip, three different types of shower or you coukd book yourself a treatment. (We didn't in the end, but if we return, we will). Across the road, literally a stones throw away, is the sandy beach and clear blue waters. You can rent a lounger for 6€ or lay on the sand, we were there from the 9th January and the temperatures ranged from 18 to 24⁰c during the day and we swam in the sea, although not for long as it was a trifle chilly! Sitting out under the sun, we dried off fairly quickly. Walking along from the hotel there are plenty of shops, trinkets, clothing, supermarkets and restaurants if the hotel can't tick all your boxes but for us, we found we could happily have never left the confines of the hotel and beach. All in all, I would highly recommend the Villa del Mar Hotel in Benidorm and give it 5 out of 5.

It's a nice friendly hotel. It has inside & outside seating available. Positioned on the beach front, where sunbeds can be hired daily. The hotel accommodation is nice. The food choice in the buffet style dining hall is lovely. The food is sometimes themed with a mix of Spainish and English food and signage. For example, a Mediterraneans Seafood or Oriental menu, etc. Our hotel stay was all-inclusive.. the best part was the one hour private spa experience, which was incredible ( Beware, you must stay 7 nights or more to be able to do this). In addition we paid extra for a detox & relaxation massage. If you book room only etc. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants close by. The hotel has an unheated main swimming pool and an additional kids area with a mini swimming pool with a slide. I'm sure both are great fun in the hot summer, but they were not really used in 20°C & below in November 2024. There is a lovely rooftop bar and relaxation area on the ninth floor. Which still has a good vibe. The entertainment is why l gave it 4 stars instead of 5, as not the best, and there were no available soft furnishings except a couple in the reception area, only dining chairs/ bar stools across the hotel. There is not an indoor swimming pool, as the picture advertised is of the spa pool in the restricted spa area. Overall, it is a good hotel that was recommended to me.

Was a bit disappointed when I realised this hotel didn’t have a balcony, but Wow!, once there, you don’t miss it. Sitting relaxing in the jacuzzi, looking out to sea, was unreal! Everything in this hotel was first class. The food, the staff absolutely everything. Worth every penny.

After a week spent at the hotel, it's time for a review. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful during check-in. The elevators did not break down during our stay in Tower 1, but I can't say that there was any fear because of the noise. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit old and in need of renovation. Housekeeping was nice and cleaned the rooms every day. The typical all-inclusive food was plentiful but of poor quality and cold. It happened that the chicken and sausages were raw, so I suggest checking them out. Lunch was probably the worst, we only used it twice. The staff in the entire hotel was very nice and friendly, and here I would like to thank them for their work and smiling faces, which was not easy. During our stay, none of our 4 were sick, but there were children who vomited by the pool, or at the evening shows, and in the dining room during our last dinner, where the floor was not even disinfected, only the parents cleaned the floor and left, and in their place a moment later another family came. The staff working in the dining room should pay more attention to such things. It was a nice week, but I will not return.

Unless you pay for ultra inclusive, it is not worth coming here. The inside of the hotel is in need of some serious repairs. The lino they put on the wall of one lift was peeling. On the same lift two floor buttons were broken. Another lift broke down Daily. Our room air con broke on a day that was 27degrees and the receptionist said they would send someone within the hour and no one came at all, my husband managed to fix it. We ended up eating out all the time which wasn't cheap at all because the food was undercooked and in one restaurant the food was left out all day, so it was disgusting. My step dad got ill on the first day. The kids club isn't good at all, it was on for about an hour or two a day and it was just crafts in a small room. The three mascots were never seen, u till after 10pm when one would appear on the stage at the end of the show for photos. The shows were repetitive and didn't start on time or anywhere near the time. The shows are also out in the garden bit by the swimming pools. The massive pro of the hotel was the swimming pool areas, it looked picturesque. We paid for inclusive but was only allowed in one restaurant which opened at 7pm for tea, 1pm for lunch and 8am for breakfast. That was OK. But we weren't allowed in any of the other restaurants like the pirates tavern. You have to pay for the gaming experience room which only opens after 4pm. When I voiced a Complaint to reception they were rude and didn't want to hear it. We did however meet a couple friendly people around the resort and the beach restaurant we went too. Safety isn't too big at the hotel, only the bottom level of the stairs has friction grips on them, the rest do not and get rather slippery with water and sand. This hotel would be suited to a couple but not a family with young kids or the elderly.

Great holiday. Can't wait to go back as kids and adults loved it. Plenty of choice of food available. Having a autistic child who doesn't travel in lifts etc. Had to pay to move lower but not overly expensive. Staff are great and go above for you. Will highly recommend this place to go and stay. Definitely go ultra all inclusive, as you get access to zoo and waterpark and magic Robin hood.

Me and my family Arrived at Magic Tropical splash 27th October 2024 - 3rd November 2024 Our hotel room was very run down huge scrape marks across the leather sofa which was covered with a dirty throw, broken toilet we had to lift the top of the toilet to press the flusher, by day two we had NO hot water my partner went down and contacted reception as the telephone in the room didn’t work once my partner had spoken to reception we then had to wait well over an hour for someone to come and have a look they didn’t even check the bathroom they said it is the water pressure and that we would have to wait for it to warm up…This did take all day to warm we ended up having cold showers! The rooms were filthy we heard people saying “you have to tip the cleaning staff if you want your sheets changed and the floor brushed” I was mortified for the price we paid as well as we always left change out for staff that they felt they needed more to complete there cleaning duties was shocking the cleaning staff were very unprofessional and ignorant not a smile in site along with smoking in the rooms whilst cleaning. The lifts are horrendous, very dirty, slow and do not sound safe from the amount of dodgy noises they make. Day 3 I was very un well from the food in the restaurant for over 48hours which was food poisoning I didn’t feel well at all for the majority of the holiday. The food was not good after me feeling that unwell we ate out in old town Benidorm for food. My friends partner also had severe food poisoning which lead to projectile vomiting and he was unable to leave his room for two whole days. We had a message when arriving at the hotel from jet 2 holidays they said they are here to help if we have any issues … There was a jet 2 holidays desk at the hotel but I only ever seen the two women once on arrival absolute joke. If I had seen them again I would have raised my concerns and experiences. The food is lukewarm then hot food is added on top of this which is high risk of bacteria growing. The amount of family’s with there children that were unwell in this hotel was terrible I would not recommend this hotel. Take your money and book somewhere closer to the old town much nicer. Horrific!

We were here for 11 days. Had a great time, rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food was OK for me my other have wasn't that keen. Drinks are good we don't drink much tho. Staff are lovely and always help when needed. Easy bus route bring you into main Benidorm. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant location and staff were fantastic. The little added extra touches in the room such as fruit, water, more toiletries than anywhere else was more than what was expected. The food is great - there is a vast selection and the buffet changes each day so nothing gets boring. The view from the Sky Bar is incredible and the Pina Coladas are very good! I can’t fault our stay and can’t wait to return!

We just booked the one night for our anniversary and we're blown away by the gorgeous view, the attention to detail in the rooms and the overall chilled out vibe. Like people have said before it's the little touches that a lot of other hotels don't think of. We really also appreciated our cava and I was a little confused by the room types (my fault for not reading it properly!) but in the end I think we were actually upgraded to a suite which is so worth it, so definitely do recommend. Staff were lovely and breakfast so good!! We'll definitely be back, thank you! :)

The service is very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet is very good and complete, offering a wide variety of options for all tastes. I would definitely repeat the experience and highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

After paying for our stay for two sea view Suitopia suites, quite a few things we are unhappy about: 1. Having to pay €14 per day per suite in order to use the kitchen facilities/fridge to store milk is absurd. 2. I do not drink coffee, so need a kettle for tea - had to pay €20 to get one in room at reception. Again this is an upmarket hotel, there is nothing like being told we need €20 incase you steal the kettle, had the embarrassment of having to carry the kettle to our room, as well as struggle with our luggage to the 21st floor. I would have thought there would have been a person to deliver the luggage to room & bring a kettle. 3. We were room only, as did not want to be eating a large amount for breakfast, would have been happy to have cereal. Due to the cost of the kitchen hire in room & the ridiculous cost of €18 per person for breakfast. We have had to go out for breakfast. To charge guests €18 per person for breakfast is poor. No discount if already staying, nothing. Went once at a cost of €72 for the 4 of us to eat cereal & boiled egg, not worth the money at all. It was busy, under staffed, food not replenished quickly enough & tables not cleared quick enough. 4. Pillows uncomfortable, tried all in room. 5. Dressing gowns totally past their best, threadbare, aged & discoloured. 6. No welcome drink vouchers on arrival, most high end hotels offer this. 7. No Spa discount offer i.e. 20% off treatments. 8. The reception is bland, unwelcoming & nothing going on. Feels like walking through a shopping mall. Awful. Finally, the hotel is nice, however, all style & no substance. It is soulless, some of the staff are friendly, others border on being rude, very apparent it’s all about getting more money out of you once you are here. We visit Calp multiple times a year, generally for a month at a time & always at New Year. After this experience, I would not envisage we will return to this hotel. If you are keen to stay, ensure you are happy to have your hand in your pocket for all the unnecessary costs.

The place itself was quite a find and we were looking forward to seeing the views from the skybar, but after one expensive drink and the impression that the bar staff and especially the small female manager was above the customers, that and the entertainment was dire, we decided to leave and found a much nicer place near the beach.

Honest review on staying at the hotel and using the Aqua park and Zoo during the stay. The hotel itself now staying there and coming away is alright! For a basic family holiday for a week max it would be perfect, the check in process is very intense. The reception team throw all this information at you in 5 minutes and then send you off like it all makes sense! I see a lot of people say this, but now experiencing I understand what they meant! The room it’s self was lovely, I’ve commented further on this below but i couldn’t really fault the room, in fact it swayed me to give it a 4/5 instead of 3/5 overall! The pools at the hotel are poor in my opinion, they are not heated at all! So they are cold! The pool bar staff are a little rude! I’m very grateful that the water park is included as part of your stay, you’ll find yourself going to the water park instead of being by the hotel pool! The hotel food buffet system is interesting, if you’re an all inclusive + member then you get your own restaurant! But all inclusive generally all go to the main buffet restaurant which yet again I’ve commented on further below, but I found the food to be very basic! A lot of labels for foods are either missing or wrong with no care or attention. So sometimes you don’t know what you’re picking up! One basic example I took a photo of because it was so funny, it’s clearly pizza but the sign suggests it’s rice and pizza? Overall a little disappointed with the food, but it’s doable! It does the job, just not spectacularly! The evening entertainment is actually very good, circus acts, magic and just overall singing and comedy. It’s great, I would say it does start very late some evenings as the main stage doesn’t open until 20:30! So you’ll find most acts start at 21:30/22:00 onwards! The water park as briefly suggested is great, I couldn’t fault the water park. There is plenty to do and as part of the hotel agreement you get unlimited access and free sun loungers (Which normally cost €5 a person) and a bar area specifically for guests! The zoo very similarly is beautiful, the animals are clearly looked after, there is a play park for kids to use and interactive areas around the zoo! Lots and lots of animals to see also!

The food was great even our boy loved everything we gave him to eat. Having the zoo and water park so close made it all hassle-free. Would definitely go back!

Went here at the end of October, and the weather was reasonably decent, although we had a number of rainy days during our 10 day stay. It was never cold, though. The rooms are very nice. Some of them could do with a bit of a refurbishment, however. The staff are very friendly and the whole resort was extremely clean.

Magic natura was everything it promised and more. From the moment we arrived we were thoroughly impressed. We were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who explained how our ‘holiday with a difference’ would be. The wrist band room keys/all inclusive passes were a game changer ensuring we always had what we needed. Relaxing in the pool and watching the elephants was unforgettable, along with the unlimited entry to the zoo and water park. Magic natura guests are well catered for across the hotel grounds, zoo and water park. We had a wonderful stay and would be very keen to visit again soon. A must visit for any family.

During our recent visit to the Italian restaurant, we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with special recognition to Chef Khuram for his attention to detail and culinary expertise. The food was outstanding, particularly the pizza, which was nothing short of amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the quality of the food and service, made for a memorable dining experience. We are already looking forward to visiting again as a family. The resort has been incredibly accommodating, especially for families with children, which has further enhanced our stay. This has truly been an exceptional experience, and we cannot wait to return.

Myself and my husband have just returned from 4 nights here. Great Central location, walking distance to both the strip and the old town. We chose a Frontal sea View room. Which was on the 13th (top) floor. Fantastic sea views right along the beach. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned & beds made up everday. Which is a fantastic bonus. We had the Bed and Breakfast option and found the food offerings great. With a wide selection. From hot & cold options. All buffet. The Hotel has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, towels are supplied. With a hot tub & a small shallow pool, for children. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back. An amazing break.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 days. Was meant to be 10 but missed our flight. Because of this our city room/ without a balcony was not available, so had to pay €145 to stay in a room on 1st floor overlooking the beach. Own private pool at end of terrace, (NO SAFETY BARRIER!) Henceforth my visually impaired boyfriend walked off straight into pool fully dressed. Once in our city view room on 8th floor, the noise from the streets below was very noisy day/night so didn't sleep well. The evening entertainment in hotel only fri & sat was poor. Food plenty of choice. Thought that you'll have water at meals free , but No, €2.60 for the glass bottle. Good points= clean every where throughout and reception staff were very understanding when explained why he needed one full outfit and trainers laundered. Within 30mins of checking in the first room. In all honesty I feel they don't consider those who are blind/visually impaired appropriately in this hotel.

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late. Times can not be found on the website and I saw somewhere online it was earlier then what I found out in the hotel. With childeren these times are too late: breakfast 08:00 / lunch 13:30 and dinner 20:00 hour. Also at the pool smoking was prohibited but smoking an e-sigaret was allowed which is strange cause they fall under the nicotine law as well. I told the manager but they weren't open to follow the law in that way. Also a difference is made when you are a foreigner or a Spanish person visiting this hotel. They have rules at the pool that you cannot reserve sunbeds. This is a logical rule but I saw and heard on many occations if you are Spanish and ask if you can go for breakfast with your family the pool boy says it's ok. When I asked because I overheard his conversation he said he cannot allow that.

We had a lovely stay in a level, marina view room in the Melia. The room was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. In particular thanks to Gloria and Rokio in the lounge who took such great care of us and in helping to cater for my food intolerances. It is worth paying for the level service which includes free drinks, tapas, snacks and is a lovely place to retreat to for a rest. The hotel restaurant is very good and staff, particularly Juanjo, are friendly. The restaurant is waiter service and there was a good choice of food included in half board. We have stayed at this hotel before and will have no hesitation in returning.

The staff at the level were so friendly, the level itself is child free area, free breakfast wine beer Coca Cola etc. the breakfast is really good, so many options with smiley staff making fresh omlettes. It wasn’t just continental breakfast but had bacon, sausage etc. the little things go along way, for example the cups are refrigerated to make sure your drink is ice cold. The sun does go behind the hotel but you just sunbathe near the pool. The chairs could be a bit more spaced out as it does feel a bit close together. We were situated quite far from the level but we didn’t think it was that bigger deal. Hotel staff are so pleasant, rooms are super clean, bed comfy (although pillows are fairly soft). Overall worth every penny.

My dad had a very serious fall during our stay, and the hotel staff offered no assistance, seemingly avoiding responsibility. We had to call emergency services ourselves. Instead of enjoying our time at the hotel, we spent it at the hospital. Initially, the hotel mentioned they would address our poor experience, but when we tried to extend our stay because my dad was still in the hospital, they offered a room at a higher rate than our original booking. The guest experience manager admitted to being aware of my dad’s fall from the start, despite another staff member claiming no one knew. They also refused to investigate the cause of the fall. On the day we were supposed to check out, they sent someone at 9:30 AM to ensure we left on time. The entire experience was terrible—there was no compassion, and the hotel is overpriced. I do not recommend staying here

We previously stayed in Level at Melia Costa del Sol and were a little bit disappointed about our stay at Level Alicante . The lounge of the 'Level ' ,where you get the extra services , is a long walk because it is at the end of the . Snacks are monotonous and the service in te-he lounge is,although friendly , unprofessional . Parking is under the hotel but not operated by the hotel and is not cheap . The charge is 24 hours , but if you leave after 12 hours you have to pay the full amount . You come back 4 hours later , it starts again .

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, multiple problems became apparent that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. The first red flag was the unpleasant odor permeating the stairwells, which was immediately noticeable and quite off-putting. The room's acoustic design was severely lacking, with sound traveling effortlessly between rooms. Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by the sounds of neighboring guests' snoring and the continuous slamming of doors, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Customer service and room amenities were equally disappointing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find no toiletries in the room, and I had to specifically request a shower cap from the reception desk. Even basic courtesies seemed to be an afterthought - a simple cup of tea I enjoyed was not replenished the following day, a small but telling detail about the hotel's attention to guest comfort. The elevator situation was frustrating. It was extremely slow and overcrowded, especially during meal times. The security protocol was particularly concerning, as restaurant guests from outside could potentially access room floors by sharing an elevator with hotel guests. The breakfast was uninspired and repetitive, offering the same limited selection of pastries, yogurts, and cereals each day. This lack of variety quickly became monotonous and failed to provide a satisfying start to the day. In summary, this hotel requires significant improvements in hygiene, soundproofing, service quality, and guest amenities. I cannot recommend it for travelers seeking a comfortable and restful stay.

Located 2 minutes walk from the marina. Easy advance check in and efficient, friendly staff at the front desk. Fast lift which is useful given the number of floors. Rooms clean and neutrally decorated. Everything present that you might need. Great views. The bar and restaurant on the top floor are worth a visit, although it can get crowded and noisy up there.

The hotel has great location right outside the port. It is a 5 minute walk along the promenade to the beach which is ideal. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming reception staff who made my check-in easy. The hotel has 2 small lifts and these were one down-side of my stay as they often took a long time to arrive and often were already full of people. There are stairs but using them would not be practical for anyone staying on higher floors. My bedroom was spacious but the double bed was formed of two single beds next to each other. This was slightly annoying as it meant the beds could move apart, disturbing me and my partners sleep, but thankfully I did not experience this a lot. The room had the basic amenities, such as towels, a safe to securely store high value items, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, hairdryer and a bidet. The water pressure was good and water did heat up when showering. There was a mini-bar offering water, soft drinks, beer and snacks, however, items were not complimentary, and you would incur a charge if taken. The prices of the items are shown on a card which means you will know how much you will pay if you take something. The charge was disappointing as I normally encounter complimentary mini-bars in hotels. Room service was good. My bedding was changed and towels were replaced when needed. Breakfast was offered between 7:30am-11:00am on floor 2. I would recommend going for breakfast before 9am or after 10:30am, due to these being busy times. The breakfast area was quite small and I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated the first time I went for breakfast, due to arriving at a busy time. Despite this, I was pleased with the breakfast menu, which offered a variety of expected items, along with pastries, hot drinks, and juices. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing views offered from the hotel of the port, the sea and Castillo de Santa Bárbara nearby! Unfortunately I did not visit the restaurant on the 26th floor which also offers amazing views, maybe next time. Overall, I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. Despite some small downsides, the majority of my stay was positive and I would definitely stay here again.

Both were delicious but felt they were mean with the seafood in the paella. Three prawns each and two bits of fish which I tried to flake out. Wish I'd ordered the duck. An amazing holiday. We booked VIP by mistake but that was an added bonus. The place is amazing. The food is acceptable and there is plenty of it. There is a walk down to the main strip but this means it's quiet apart from a very little bit of building noise from surrounding areas. I would go again without a doubt.

Myself, mum and sister are just back from staying at the hotel for a week and I have good and bad things to say. The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had. Overall we had a nice holiday but ultimately wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily. The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up. The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service. There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on. The rooms are clean and sizeable with plenty storage options for clothes the only downside is the shower is absolutely terrible you may as well just shower in the rain the water pressure is non existent we all had to wash our hair in the bathroom sinks. Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful. There was plenty entertainment throughout the day although we didn’t participate in this seemed good and varied however the night time entertainment was poor and I know in most of these places that’s the case but it was 90% very bad singers with no charisma or any idea on how to get a crowd going. Overall this isn’t a bad hotel but definitely not a memorable one either

The accommodation was not what we expected it was to high the locks to the balcony’ doors in both rooms didn’t work so the rooms wasn’t secure and only 1 room was equipped with a safe. The bathrooms wasn’t clean nor under the beds the aerials to the tv was poor and no signal and lifts broken throughout the holiday so on busy times you would wait 30+ minutes for an available lift then the day before we leave are told we had to move to the 18 floor as our rooms were taken the next day for new people arriving and we couldn’t keep them for the extended room service we had paid for 12 months prior to arriving. There’s a constant bad smell in various areas around the hotel and in need of maintenance and repair. We stayed for 9 nights and even though there was entertainment each evening only 3 evenings it was decent entertainment.

Exceptional customer service, great food and drink, very high standard of cleanliness. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Excellent for families and really good value for money. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. I would definitely return here.

I had a really nice and pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, we had a sea view suite, the balcony was really big, I think because the room is at a corner so the balcony was L-shaped so it was very long and big balcony, the hotel is right at the sea front, so when I sat at the balcony and looked right at the sea , I felt like I was on a ship, the room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, it is just flawless. The jacuzzi and sauna was also very nice, though there were 2 occasions when I went to the sauna, it wasn’t turned on and it was such a big disappointment. The hotel provides towels at the swimming pool but there is no clear sign and indication of where to get a towel, so might need to go inside the restaurant bar to ask. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious though buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited, the location of the hotel is very central, and very close to the Sandy beach, it is a very nice hotel I would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely time here. We went with the premium sea view room and it didn't disappoint. Biggest minus was that the tvs seemed a bit old and there was no fridge except the mini fridge so storing your own items was not possible. Otherwise, great help from the receptionists as well as the staff at the breakfast center and pool area.

The good points are it has an excellent location, a very clean hotel and would recommend booking the Spa. The bad bits, I treated us to a junior suite but unfortunately this room was not suitable for a father and teenage son. This particular room has a bathroom which is completely open plan with clear glass around the shower and no toilet door, this resulted in us using the toilets in the bar area and also having to leave the room when my son wanted a shower. Another issue for us was it clearly lists on booking.com the room comes with a sofa bed, this was not the case and on arrival there was just one double bed, after complaining at reception (who argued with me) they finally placed two single beds in the room and promised to move us the following day, unfortunately we didn't hear anymore regarding the move and I didn't pursue further as the receptionists were argumentative. The reception staff argued that I should have informed them that I required two single beds, however I was expecting the sofa bed so two singles wasn't required. The room is probably more suitable for couples, but even then I can't understand the toilet not having a door.

This was a very average experience a shame as the rooms are lovely and location spot on BUT the jacquzzi a complete fail along with the free nails in the sauna. The staff were trying to help but overall it seemed like a just a tourism catch for the unsuspecting tourists. It does not have a welcoming feel or attitude at all and manager were aggressive when I queried the issues. Couldn’t recommend if you want to stay somewhere that is as it is advertised!
