It was beautiful here!! Great staff, they were very helpful. Free bus to and from the beach, and everything is about a 10-20 minute walk! When you check out they have an area to put your suitcases in so you don’t have to carry them around. And wow the gift shop near it!! It’s beautiful their rings are beautiful and greatly priced!! I’m so pleased with this hotel. As my first time abroad I had the best time. Better than expected we would definitely go again!! Thank you for giving us such a great time!!

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. Clean towels and beds made daily (over our 5 days stay) Beds were comfy. The hotel and pool area are very clean. Plenty of sun loungers, but you do have to be quick to get the ones near the parasols (this happens at most hotels!) We didn't find the walk up/down the hill a problem. Hot or cold choice for breakfast, with fresh fruit and a good selection of bread, cheese, hams, pastries etc. Good location for supermarkets, eateries and bars. On the whole I think we made the best choice when booking this hotel. The grounds are so much nicer than others that we walked past and the sun shines on the pool all afternoon. The lifts are a tad slow (the only negative thing). All staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Been to Benidorm lots of times. Used this hotel for a stag party which was perfectly fine for the occasion. Clean rooms, nice pool, caddy service down to the beach. It was cheap and as a consequence, the other quests staying there were something special let's say so if your looking for a cheap hotel, with nice facilities and not too bothered about other guests. This is your place.

The room was great very clean, very fresh & bright the service absolutely amazing, location is abit far out and up a big hill so if there was anyone with any walking difficulties I wouldn't recommended but saying that there do have a bus service that picks and drop off right off the hotel 😀

Stayed in the attached apartments, which were very basic & certainly not 4 star like the hotel is rated. There seemed to be a leaking pipe (water dripping from kitchen area ceiling) which was reported but nobody came to assess or deal with it. We paid for a panoramic view with a glass balcony & got a concrete balcony. The panoramic view was lovely, but could only be seen if we were standing. There was no control or action in respect of the poor behaviour of other residents, despite it being reported, which included throwing things off the balconies, spitting over the edges onto other balconies, smoking in areas they shouldn't be & very excessive noise. The small pool attached to the apartments was neglected somewhat. We were able to use the main hotel pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use ours. Communication was poor & some of the staff were quite rude. There was also a €200 deposit which wasn't included in the information. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

The food at the hotel was good. The hotel offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Each meal was a delightful experience, thanks to the high quality and variety of the food. The staff at the Dynastic Hotel were fantastic. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and dedication to providing excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's facilities were top-notch. I don't see why we should have to pay additional money to use the indoor pool this should be included or not be so expensive. The entertainment offered by the hotel was also good, with live music, engaging shows. While the rooms were comfortable and clean, a few minor updates could enhance the overall experience. However, this did not detract from our stay. The overall atmosphere and amenities made our visit truly memorable. In summary, the Dynastic Hotel in Benidorm is a good choice for anyone seeking a wonderful holiday experience.

You get what you pay for. The food was good don’t see how anyone could complain! Staff happy to help at all times . Hotel is a bit tired but clean. The the pool area was such a disappointment I have never seen such a small pool and uninviting seating area , would definitely be disappointed if it was later in the season.

A great location and a super stay at the dynastic. Our room was large and very clean, the bathroom was excellent too with nice big towels and a great hairdryer. The food was so good we did not need to eat out during our time here. The spa was a nice touch and added to our enjoyment staying here The staff in all departments were superb, the bar staff were always happy serve you and have a great selection of drinks on the all inclusive. Such good value , especially the food in the restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I was allocated a room in the main building which was OK but badly needed some maintenance. Food is buffet style which is not bad, you can always have something to eat. You do not get a kettle etc in your room, but ask at reception and they will give you one. The staff are generally very good. If you like to sunbathe you can only do it in the morning as the surrounding buildings block the sun in the afternoon, that really annoyed me 😪 Had to go to beach and pay for sunbeds😪😡

The hotel is fantastic, great rooms, little small but don't spend that much time in the room anyway. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. My husband had left his phone in the taxi and the gentleman behind reception (jose?) Was extremely helpful and helped us retrieve the phone. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job too. The hotel is well maintained and looks almost new and the food, both breakfast and dinner) were delicious, there was lots of choice so catered for everyone, the last night we had pork ribs for dinner and they were honestly exceptional! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is located well for everything. It’s immaculate clean and whilst the rooms are small they are modern. The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. Couple of improvements to make it 5 stars for us :- The ability to regulate the room temperature yourself as the rooms are very small and they get too warm There’s a glass window to the bathroom whilst it looks nice with fancy lighting, it’s impractical at night as when you put the bathroom light on to use the loo the entire room lights up and woke my partner. The food choices in the evening weren’t the best. All very beige, not very hot, and frozen vegetables. At least the salads were nice.

Best hotel we have stayed in when visiting Benidorm many times. Rooms were clean & tidy with all amenities, reception staff go above & beyond to assist you in any way they can. Restaurant as nice decor & the food was amazing with a very varied choice every day. We will use this hotel everytime now going forward as it really is the best around with a great location. Highly recommended.

Great hotel and staff only a few miserable ones at the bar that were not Spanish origin. Food was better than usual and the spa was class.. Location fabulous and the place was clean as a whistle. Only down side was too many people in the diner at times with people walking around like headless chickens..

Hotel itself looks lovely and the rooms are cozy. Just be careful with the buffet food if you stay here. I only ate in the hotel and on day 2 I spent the remaining 4 of my 5 days in bed with it coming out of both ends, and a 150Euro doctor invoice to show for it. It started after I had raging heartburn after eating chicken nuggets which promptly lead to severe vomiting and a diagnosis from the doctor of Norovirus. I noticed the Chicken nuggets were a bit pink inside after eating 3 of them, a bit of a coincidence. This could have been a wonderful holiday, but the whole holiday was written off, thanks to their food. Never again.

Smart, spotless and immaculate both internally and externally. Every member of staff was helpful, efficient and cheerful. Lovely room with housekeeping to match. Special mention to Dani, all the dining room staff and head chef Paco, the banquets at both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve were spectacular. The range of food on offer every day was wide and good. Would I stay there again, Absolutely yes.

Me and my boyfriend did not plan to go to Benidorm but due to the bad weather conditions in Valencia we ended up in this hotel for one night. We had an amazing time, the room was super nice and luxury in my opinion, the staff was also really kind and helpful as well. The view was amazing. I would love if we come back to the hotel someday for a longer period. Definitely recommend it!

The hotel is just superb. We stayed all inclusive and couldn't believe the food choices. A hotel which serves hot food!!! Rooms clean large with nice pool view. One negative was that the snack bar played some awful music therefore we couldn't have our usual siesta as it went on until 6 even when there was no one left at poolside. Hotels club is one of the best in benidorm. Top entertainment 7 nights a week. Nice street level bar. Staff are wonderful. There's the good parts now the most horrible one. I have mobility issues and the lifts are a joke. They are pathetic. All guests complained about them and the way they are programmed. Please sort them out as they must be losing you business. Even younger fitter people were complaining about them. Don't let this continue to be the main talking point of an otherwise fantastic hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly especially Dani in dining hall. Food was good although there was some repeats. Plenty there though. Prices for drinks were a bit bewildering as dining hall was cheapest then pool bar next then main bar dearest don't know what thats about. Lifts get a bit getting used to. Room ok but not enough drawer space, also bath towels were very thin not what you would expect from a 4 star plus hotel. Antonio in dining hall was brilliant. May go back.

Very disappointed this trip, been coming here for years for wife's birthday, always been acknowledged by hotel with card and bottle of cava, this year nothing, no towels in room, fridge not working and food down on previous years, need to up their game if they want repeat custom. First time dissatisfied with this hotel.

Apartment was nice had dishwasher and washing machine as well as normal facilities no kettle tho but used saucepan. It was quite spacious with a nice view. A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

My room was amazing, being on the curve of the hotel it was very spacious with a big double bed which was extremely comfortable including the pillows. There was a large tv and a fridge which was a Godsend and held more than you would think. The bathroom was very big and the shower was powerful. There is a large mirror over the sink. There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly. The swimming pool is a real asset to the hotel. It is modern and clean as are the sun beds. I spent every afternoon there and it was so relaxing. The hotel smells lovely throughout and I noticed this as soon as I walked into the spacious and modern reception. All the staff are lovely. This hotel in my opinion is well worthy of its 4 stars. It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away. It’s on 2 floors and has everything you need. Prices are really good too. Also on Wednesdays there is a big market by the tram stop which is about a 10/15 minute walk. Bar lounge area comfortable and bar prices not bad.. But our room. It's cold and raining today and the air conditioning simply will not heat, the wall instructions bear no resemblance to the actual aircon panel.. And bathroom light switch has bits missing. I've seen comments about the gymn etc., all closed. Also someone said 54 Euros a night.. We paid 64 Euros a night inc. breakfast. Location of the hotel is GREAT. Bus or taxi to the Palace or the old town while hotel sees mountains to one side, the city to the other side.

When we first arrived at the hotel we had to wait two and a half hours until we was given a room, the manger MAITE wasn’t accommodating at all and was very abrupt and rude considering the circumstances and wasn’t at all helpful and was quite satisfied watching us struggle with luggage etc. Each time we would approach the desk over the 7 day stay for advice or help regarding issues we came across during are stay the manger would be very irritated to help me and my partner and yet again was very rude and abrupt towards us specially myself making me feel very uneasy and unwelcome about my stay at la Estacion , on the fourth night of are stay we had a huge leak in are hotel room I also have evidence of this, causing damage too our personal belongings including chargers and clothes which we then had to purchase again at our own expense! When we reported to a staff member at the desk he was more then happy to change us rooms but still had a long wait of just over a hour, no help was offered and the new room given did not look like it had been cleaned we felt as though we had just been placed anywhere they could. On a good few occasions are room card would not work and we was not able to access are room and on the third time of this happening was charged 10 euro for the exact same thing to happen again the next day, even when this was no fault of ours and the hotels only. On the last day the lady who stated she was the Manger named MAITE was having a altercation with another British male screaming and shouting at the man making everyone in the lounge feel uncomfortable when the man approached both me and my partner speaking privately and quite about the incident she then again came charging towards me and my partner pointing in my face screaming and shouting been very unprofessional and making us feel uncomfortable and on edge causing me to cry and instantly want to leave, I did not feel safe in her presence the manger then proceeded to scream and shout about us in Spanish behind the desk to her fellow colleagues still continuing to shout leaving us and other residents within the hotel in utter disbelief at what they was seeing and hearing the lady had lost her mind and went completely crazy, my personal opinion and other British people staying in la Estación is that the manger MATIE did not like British residents at all and did not want to accommodate us making are stay at the hotel HELL and not wanting to return here ever again. Each person said they wouldn’t return to this hotel. Another staff member named al Valro who was really lovely then went out of his way to confront us and apologies for her behaviour as he could see how upset and shaken we were and agreed that it was unprofessional and out of hand we felt that because she was the manager he felt he couldn’t say anything while MAITE was there and that even he felt intimidated by her presence. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL VERY AGGRESSIVE AND UNPLEASANT!! I will never ever return here again I’ve never ever in my whole life witnessed anything like this it’s left me in complete shock and disbelief ruining are holiday from the start due to the services received, the place wants shutting down what a waste of money was sold a dream and was nothing but hell.

The positives.. Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Not far from the beach & Benidorm. Lovely staff throughout. We had no issues with ants or mosquitoes so that was a massive bonus. The hotel and grounds were kept clean at all times! Appreciated that you were not allowed to reserve sun beds (but there was still the odd who kept towels down and went away). The pool area does not open until 10am. There were 3 lifts, very efficient. The rooms were spacious, fridge, kettle and hairdryer provided. Towels provided in the bathroom did get changed daily. Close to all amenities. Beautiful views on the top floors! Did not use the spa, prices are cheaper elsewhere. The negatives.. - Unfortunately the food was just awful. - Our bed never got changed the duration of our stay and with a one year old it got messy. - when the maid did make our bed, she had just thrown the main sheet over the top to hide the crumpled sheets underneath. - A wedding held on the Saturday closed off the pool area for the reception and photos, no apology was given. Overall, I would return again.

This was a Christmas break and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the the hotel. Close to all amenities, bus service great, to local towns and beaches. The Spa was very relaxing and refreshing, would recommend a visit. Food was very good, fresh and tasty.

It's definitely not 4*. No tea coffe kettle in rooms, no saucers for cups in dining room, fridge door hanging off, no table cloths on tables, staff poker faced, all balconies overlooked by next rooms from all angles, bathroom ok but dated. It's a very good 2*, it's an ok 3*. But definitely not 4*. But, the hotel design is beautiful, (to look at) inside and out. Gardens are very tasteful but face North so small pool is shaded, not much room. I would stay again but pay extra for room facing pool, the road was noisy all night.

If you would like the opposite of a warm welcome and to feel like a burden to staff than this is the hotel for you. **Review: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel for a 10-night vacation, and I can confidently say it does not deserve its 4-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. The reception staff, particularly Oscar and another young male member of staff, were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite our attempts to address various issues, they remained unfriendly throughout our entire stay, making us feel unwelcome and frustrated. The hotel itself was a massive disappointment. The rooms and overall appearance are far worse than the pictures suggest. What was advertised as a luxurious stay turned out to be a subpar experience. The pool is tiny, overcrowded, and not nearly as inviting as the photos make it seem. To make matters worse, the bins around the property were consistently dirty and overflowing, which is not what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lifts. They were an absolute nightmare. We found ourselves constantly waiting for long periods, only for the lift to arrive and head in the opposite direction. When they finally did show up, the lifts were tiny and could barely accommodate a few people at a time. This inconvenience added to the already disappointing stay, as getting around the hotel became an unnecessary hassle. Adding insult to injury, we were charged extra for basic amenities. You have to pay for towels, and even the use of the safe in your room comes with a fee. These added costs, coupled with the lackluster facilities and poor service, left us feeling robbed of our hard-earned money. We left the hotel feeling disappointed and definitely not refreshed. This place does not deserve your money or your time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable stay. The one positive thing I would say is the daily cleaning service offered at the hotel, the maids were nothing but helpful and thorough in their cleaning.

Nice rooms. But the ac is blowing waaay to hot air. I tried telling the staff three times but none fixed it. The noise outside made it hard to keep the balcony door open. And therefore the sleep quality was way low. The breakfast is Okey, but none of the hot food is actually hot.

Good points: 1. Reception is good and helpful; 2. Bed and pillow are comfortable;3. Location is nice, close to the beach. Very disappointing points: 1. Food is definitely not qualified for a 4 star hotel: breakfast has limited choices, the meat looks bad-quality so we didn’t eat, bread is not freshly baked but pre-baked. Lunch is terrible, don’t eat lunch there! Dinner is ok for 3 star, salty and you need to buy many drinks; you could enjoy a very wonderful dinner outside with the same amount of money. 2, entertainment is not good for a family with kids, maybe more suitable for old people; 3. Sound isolation could be better; 4, indoor swimming pool is not free.

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. The gigantic bed was OK, as was the AC on the room. The downsides: It's a 3 Star hotel. They must have stolen no. 4. It's a bit tired and in need of a work over. Tired and old furniture, very noisy restaurant with very average buffets. In fact all public and private rooms are noisy, with naked walls and floors, but I was lucky and had very quiet neighbors most of the time. Sound proofing is poor. Clientele is mostly 60-70+. So all in all: If you expect 2-3 Star hotel standard this is probably OK. For luxury and peace and quiet look elsewhere.

Nice Christmas break in Albir. The rooms were spacious, but shower head in the bathroom would not stay in the bracket. This was reported but not fixed, so we lived with it for the 4 nights... not the end of the world but expected more from a 4-star hotel as it made showering a chore.The hotel was busy, and the dining staff worked very hard, but on Christmas day evening dinner, they couldn't cope and the experience wasn't good. They were understaffed for the quantity of guests. This didn't spoil our vacation, but we did expect better from again a 4-star hotel. Information on meals ( Christmas Eve and Day) and entertainment were sparse, and we didn't know what to expect. We did get cava, and there were more dishes available on these days. The plus side was that bar prices were good, buffet meals were good enough and the hotel location , although on a hill, was good for walks to Albir, and if you're up for it, Altea. I'm not sure if we would return

Having just returned from this hotel, leaving a day earlier than planned. The room was ok although the duvet on my bed was soiled, we had a loose toilet seat, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the enamel in the bath was peeling. It was the dining area that was most upsetting. You had to queue for ages to be seated and then found there were no glasses for juice and no bowls for cereal. Had to wait for fried eggs, by which time the rest of your breakfast was cold. The same with evening meal, they didn’t seem to have catered for the amount of quests they had. We were once accused of not paying for the water we had with our meal the previous night, when we did. It was embarrassing as it was said in public. So many people complained, I felt sorry for the staff as they were rushing around trying their best. They obviously didn’t have enough staff for the amount of quests.

Had booked an apartment in La Lucia but the owner reneged on us and gave us a very basic room in this hotel. No facility to make a hot drink and not even a bottle of water. Outside furniture is falling to pieces and there is no lock on the patio door making the room insecure. This is not a 4 star hotel but at the best a 3 star. Pillowcases didn't even fit the pillows with the ends hanging out of the pillowcase. When you've booked a luxury apartment with its own private swimming pool and get put in this place then you can feel very unhappy.

My stay at this hotel was overall very good, for which I was pleasantly surprised. I booked last minute and was not expecting a lot for what I paid. How wrong was I.. the beds are super comfy, rooms spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. My stay was in block 2 on the 33rd floor in room 2 which I thought was high until I realised it goes up to floor 43... I spoke to Elena the Guest Experience member of staff today and told her I was very happy. The food in the restaurant is very good, lots of choice and plenty of it. The restaurant staff are a bit surly but you can't have everything. The only gripe I have is, if you are not all inclusive then the water you order in the restaurant comes in glass bottles which you cannot take out of the restaurant. All inclusive comes in plastic bottles which you can. When I asked for a plastic bottle I was told I could not have one as I was paying!!! It didn't make a lot of sense to me. On the whole a great experience. 😁

This hotel clearly caters for an easily pleased client. The room are very dated with paper thin walls providing all night acoustics. The food was awful as was the customer service. This hotel should be iconic not ironic.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them. Feb 2025 - rooms have been updated and are looking fresher!

Let's start at the very beginning. That was the worst check-in experience ever. I've been at a good few hotels and checking in was always quick and easy. At this hotel we were standing in the queue for ages even tho we only had 3 guests in front of us. No one's reservation seemed to be alright including ours. The receptionist grabbed my phone with my booking on display and took it with her to speak to her manager. She didn't come back for about 5-10 minutes. She's done it twice. At this point we had no clue what was going on yet because her communication skills is not up to a receptionist standards. She came back and finally told us our reservation is not in their system but according to her it wasn't a problem(???) She told us to come back in 10 minutes, the manager is trying to sort it. Her attitude was horrendous the whole time, she spoke to the other receptionist in Spanish about other guests she had to deal with previously. She was unfriendly, unapproachable and shouldn't work in hospitality at all. S. Gomez you're a disgrace. When they finally managed to solve the problem with the reservation we had to wait another hour for the room to be ready. We didn't have high expectations after all this but luckily that was the only drama during our stay. The room was a bit old fashioned but it was clean. The view from the balcony made up for it. The food was also nice and the staff was brilliant serving food on Christmas day. Location is good, there are bars and shops around and the beach is only a few minutes walk.

One thing I really dislike about this hotel is how the previous management took so many shortcuts with such a beautiful property. It’s absolutely grand, but you can clearly see and sense where the drive for profit started to overshadow quality. There are unfinished walls, cheap plastic chairs, and budget-looking blue bedding that detract from its charm. If the hotel were given the love and attention to detail it truly deserves, it could easily become one of the finest in Spain. I genuinely wish this for the hotel. While it is a great place to stay overall, the lack of attention to detail becomes apparent once you leave the lobby. The rooftop relies only on its views and even some rooms feel neglected. It’s shocking that a hotel of this caliber hasn’t invested in proper furniture or a full renovation. Instead, they focus on a few so-called "premium" rooms, which come at an extra cost but still feature cheap plastic balcony chairs and unfinished, chipped balcony concrete walls with no paint or care. On a positive note, the hotel has great potential, and everything else about it is promising. I just wish the management would invest & love their hotel as much as their guests do.

Short break spent 2 days in bed with food poisoning. I had the carton milk on my muesli in the morning but the afternoon I had loss conscious 5 times in 4 hours, vomiting and diarrhea. The housekeeping was sent to the room to change bedding and towels. As I was leaving I told the guy about the milk and how I'll I was, he didn't seemed bothered and no notes made, then he asked me for 6 euros?? We had a suit and a coffee machine in our room that took pods, the first morning we had a coffee each, the following morning no coffee had been topped up so I asked if we could have 6 more pods for the rest of our stay. It was on leaving they charged me for the pods. So if you have no kettle in your room I'd request one and buy your own coffee, tea & milk. I'd expected to been able to make a drink at least. We were on the 1st floor, if they had entertainment at the hotel it was very noisy. Apart from that the hotel was clean and rooms nice, bit small but lovely view over the sea.

Excellent sea front position, lovely balcony with a beach & sea view. Nice little outdoor pool and terrace. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, rusty radiator and towel rail, stained and faded sink top, shower door on bath didn't seal, bath was well past its best. Breakfast was very poor, other meals were very disappointing. No way should this be a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 2 different 4 star hotels in Benidorm during our vacation and they were far superior.

Just had a fabulous 4 night stay here. Cant fault it, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Wide selection of foods to choose from at buffet breakfast including full English breakfast. Location is brilliant, would highly recommend.

Cracking place right in the centre of shopping in the old town. Comfortable rooms great bar with plenty of choice. Food was lovely and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Reception staff were really helpful and had time to chat. Stepping out of the hotel you are literally on the street ready to shop. Turn left and left again and head towards the beach 150yds max. You can’t beat that.

Have stayed several times and this time was no different. Excellent location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and more than adequate. The lift's are the only negative, there are 2 very small and slow lift's but thankfully this gem of a hotel had only 6 floors.

Very local. No access to transport from outside hotel as situated in a pedestrian area. But only a few minutes walk away to bus stops & taxi service. Friendly, helpful staff. A stylish, Spanish style hotel. Revisited by patrons year on year. A little noisy for me at night due to situation. But that’s Benidorm! Take a kettle!

We booked in for 4 nights 2 rooms. The staff was lovely on reception. Came to our room was nice with balcony. The next day I was sitting on the toilet and a woman walked in the room I was shouting get out she ignored me gave my husband a note walked out. The bar guys not happy at all. Food not great either. The bar area was very cold with the air conditioning. Never seen any entertainment at night as went out. The note was to say we owed money for the balconies.yea we had a balcony but defo not worth it as we looked into the back of shops. My husband went down to ask for a bath mat and was told once again you owe us money. We wernt going to run away. We asked for a late check out which was another £40. The last 2 days we never ate in restaurant. Great location but that's about it. Wouldn't go back.

The staff are really pleasant and looked after us really well I had my purse stolen while in the new town and the staff were so helpful I am looking at booking again but would like the same room side sea view or similar but cannot see these rooms on jet 2 is there any way I could guarantee this ? The hotel is also really central with the beach being minutes away.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were poorly cleaned as we had to be moved to another room, I've blonde hair, and there was black hair over the floor and in the shower and there was stuff skit up the skirting board and wall. Our window was broken and wouldn't lock. Our balcony door was broken on our 3rd night we where able to lock it up until then it looked like someone had booted it from outside as you can climb easily from one side to the other and when requested for someone to come fix it, no one was sent so my husband took pictures and went do to reception and he was told they would have no one until morning to looked at it which wasn't acceptable we hadn't had our dinner and didn't feel comfortable leaving our room with the door broken, so we were giving a new room. The hotel also doesn't cater for English people for the time of year. Food was all Spanish. Our walls were paper thin, people in the room beside may aswell of been in our bed when being intimate as their bed was bouncing off our wall making our bed move to their motion at 3am. We did enjoyed our holiday benidorm is a very nice place and we would go again, but I wouldn't say this hotel is 4*

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

I am staying in this hotel right now till saturday and I am so dissapointed. Worst hotel I ever stayed in :( It is definately not a 4* hotel…. Rooms basic… not even a tea or Coffee in the rooms… Food very dissapointing everyday same things No variety at all, No seasoned and same things every night like for kids at school…. My family are staying in hotel next door and they have a much better experience even thought its a 3* Cockroaches in the room when I arrived and in general not very clean… Wouldnt reccommwnd and wouldnt stay again for that Kind of money…

I booked direct with the hotel a double superior room with balcony. I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking. They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking. When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included. After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked. The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available. Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival. Would I stay here again......not a chance. And the breakfast is terrible.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should find something. I'd definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo and had a mixed experience. On arrival, we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff, who added a thoughtful touch by taking a group photo and attaching it to our account for identification, a unique and convenient approach, especially for the all inclusive services. The all inclusive deal is decent, though there are areas for improvement, especially with the dining experience. The buffets are well suited for seafood lovers, with a variety of fish options available. However, after two nights, we found the menu became repetitive, and the dessert selection was unvaried. Additionally, the kids' menu was limited, cycling through hot dogs, burgers, crispy pancakes, and hash browns each day. Most restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, although a few seemed less engaged. Our room was spacious, with ample storage, but the floors could benefit from daily mopping. We noticed our feet quickly became dirty after a shower, indicating the floor needed a more thorough cleaning routine. Air conditioning is available in the room but we did at first miss the control. The pool area was spotless, which we appreciated, although the pool bar was closed during our off season stay, and snacks were only available in the restaurant. The snack options, however, were limited mainly burgers, hot dogs, salads, and a selection of cold meats. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute walk to the beach, with a pleasant path dotted with shops and bars along the way. Overall, Hotel Mediterraneo is a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but refining the food options and enhancing cleaning routines could elevate the guest experience. We travelled with Jet 2 who visited the hotel twice during our stay.

Just came back from a 4 night stay here, we have absolutely loved it!! Everything was prefect. It is run on a card system they took a picture of me and my partner when we got there and put us both on both cards so we could go up and get us both a drink which was prefect. The room was just what you needed clean, big, comfy bed clean towels everyday, there isn't any AC but it was cooler when we went so that didn't effect us. The pool it was cold but it was fine for a quick dip to cool down. The food was amazing a different selection every day, we walked away full and happy. The only thing I would say is if your a dessert person it's not a great selection but there's always ice cream and yogurts then the last night a chocolate fountain - amazing. You are far enough away from the main strip to not hear any of the noise but close enough to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff we lovely really pleasant and polite a really lovely stay. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to go to benidorm. Lovely stay very happy

Hotel was spotless and staff were really friendly, great location for Benidorm Palace and Mundomar but a bit of a trek to the beach. The food was not great and we ate out most days apart from the breakfast which was OK. We got the all inclusive plus so we could have the named spirits and cocktails but there was only 1 cocktail a day which was a bit of a disappointment if we had known we wouldn't have paid the extra. On the plus side there was a McDonald's next door which we visited a few times because the food wasn't up to much. Don't think we would return and don't think it's upto a 4 star.

We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Quiet at night. Good shower. POOL plenty of sun beds. Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Pool is busy but relaxing. Music needs turning down a little, but that’s just me probably. Pool closes 18:30pm. ALL INCLUSIVE open from 10-midnight. Look bar closes at 6pm and there’s another bar inside if needed. Need your card to get a drink, two cards per person max. Can’t knock the drinks. Slushies and branded ice creams not included. I’m veggie but will eat fish occasionally, and I’m glad I do as it doesn’t really cater for vegans or veggies. I’d have lived on salad all week if I didn’t eat fish. Plenty of choice every day for both lunch and dinner. Good salad bar. Desserts always same. Usually two to three meat and two to three fish options. We ate out twice. Table service for drinking restaurant. Staff work hard and are good. Snack bar open 12-6pm. This is behind the pool bar and all food is pre cooked kept in bain marie. We didn’t eat this as no veggie option. All inclusive ends 4pm on day of check out. Staff are great. LOCATION 15 min walk to seafront. Taxis available from hotel reception. Bus stop outside for the bus to Altea and Albir, or into Benidorm and Old Town €1.60 no matter where you’re going. If we come to Benidorm again we would come again as we got it for £1600 all inclusive 9 nights with flights. Weather was great, it rained one day for three hours but was cracking flags after. IMPROVEMENTS Card system for drinks and meals is outdated, wrist bands would be better. You can’t sit in the snack bar area without eating. Shame as one of the few places offering shade. We couldn’t extend the room or have a guarantee of courtesy room. We had a late flight so had to book into a nearby hotel to ensure we can shower etc before a flight. Maybe next time we will book the extra day.

Stayed here 9th January for 4 nights A/I checked in early 11am and our room was ready, lovely lady on reception Natalie, room was excellent, got our A/I bands straight away so down to the bar for coffee and snacks, all the staff in this hotel are very friendly, food was great cooked in front of you. Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Food was incredible, really varied, freshly cooked to order for some bits. Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled. Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too.

Make no bones about it, this hotel is 3* at best. It may have been 4* when built, but not now. Tatty and in need of renovation, broken floor tiles with pieces missing, loo flush buttons that fall of the wall, disrespectful cleaners, etc, make this a lucky 3* Hotel. Bar, restaurant, chef & reception staff are pleasant, which is the only saving grace of this establishment. Incredibly limited buffet food. Don't waste your money on all-inclusive. Sinatra's, The Yorkshire pride are over the road and do good food at a reasonable prices. The Paddock is a nice bar, too. You also have a few restaurants' yards away, so there is plenty of choice.

We spent the night of December 31st here and had a fantastic time with our small kids, it’s a in a great area, close to the beach and the rest of Calpe. I was very surprised that they had a beautiful gala dinner that night with a live concert, kids allowed! And everyone looked like they were having fun. We are for sure booking for next year or the next time we visit. Calpe is definetely a place to visit with family and friends. There’s lots of see and this hotel had great service, a beautiful spa for adults, unfortunately no indoor pool for kids during winter BUT they had an outdoor pool (for summer) so we’ll have to come back then! I loved our room, overlooked the water, we had a large balcony, honestly, I couldn’t complain about anything - it was perfect. OH! Breakfast buffet was included - that was a fantastic added bonus!!

Lovely week stay at the Diamante Beach Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms felt a little dated. It is in a great location, very close to the beach and shops. Enjoyed the local land train tour for just €5 each to see further around Calpe. Staff were all so lovely and catered to all our needs. Food was fab although it needed to be slightly warmer and would have been nice to have a wider variety of vegetables at dinner time. It is a shame that the spa wasn’t included in our stay as that played a big factor in us choosing this hotel. It wasn’t until I went back to the website and scrolled quite far down and even had to press “more info” that it said about the spa being an extra cost. Special thank you to Kim in the restaurant for always being happy and smiley and also to Alfredo in the bar / cafeteria for being friendly, remembering our drinks order and allowing my Nan to try something new

An average Stay at AR Diamante Beach & SPA While the AR Diamante Beach & SPA boasts a beachfront location, the overall experience falls short of its 4-star rating. Outdated Accommodations The rooms and bathrooms, unfortunately, feel dated and could benefit from a much-needed renovation. The decor and furnishings appear tired, lacking the modern comforts and aesthetics expected of a 4-star establishment. Bland and Repetitive Dining The dining options, particularly dinner, were a disappointment. The food was often bland and repetitive, lacking the variety and flavor one would anticipate. While it was commendable to offer a fish choice, the overall dining experience was underwhelming. Spa Services No Longer Included A significant drawback is the removal of complimentary spa access. This additional cost detracts from the overall value proposition, especially considering the hotel's 4-star status. A Cyclist's Nightmare For a hotel that caters to cyclists, the absence of a simple cycling pump is a glaring oversight. This basic amenity should be readily available, especially for those who rely on their bikes for transportation and leisure. A 3-Star Experience Based on these factors plus the lifts are very infrequent, the AR Diamante Beach & SPA, while offering a decent beachfront location, ultimately delivers a 3-star experience. It's a shame that outdated rooms, underwhelming dining, and the removal of complimentary spa access diminish the overall value and enjoyment of a stay here.

Port Benidorm Spa: a beautiful and well-equipped hotel with top-tier service I stayed at Port Benidorm Spa for two nights as a gift from my parents, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel is new, stunning, and always full, even in January, which speaks volumes about its quality and popularity. High-quality facilities and service The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is extremely kind and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, they made sure everything was perfect, even allowing me to check out 35 minutes later, offering me a free spa entrance, and providing the option to change rooms if there was any noise. These small gestures made the experience even more special. Spa and fitness area The spa is fantastic and well-equipped, though it would be even better with contrast baths to complete the wellness experience. The gym, while useful, could benefit from being slightly larger and having dumbbells at a minimum. Food and entertainment The buffet is incredibly abundant and diverse, ensuring that every guest finds something to enjoy. There’s also a game room, which adds to the hotel’s entertainment options. A minor detail to improve The only issue I noticed was that the shower water filtration in the rooms should be checked, as it could use some fine-tuning. Verdict: an outstanding stay Overall, my stay was perfect. The hotel’s attention to detail, its beautiful design, and its exceptional customer service make it a place I would highly recommend and definitely return to in the future.

Hotel is ideally situated very close to the beach and promenade. There is however a steep hill to the hotel, no far but if you have mobility issues this maybe an issue. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Food is good quality and choice, the lunchtime waiters aren’t the happiest though. Entertainment is excellent and the animation team work hard to ensure all guests have a good time. The older lady serving in the bar is miserable and very rude, but all other staff were friendly. We were AI, however this year we were unable to get water for our room. Not such of a big deal for us, however we had 3 friends with us who were in their eighties and would have struggled to carry water from the shops. When we checked with the rep, he explained that is was to save the environment from plastic bottles, which made no sense as everyone brought bottled water in plastic bottles from the shops!

This hotel is in the perfect location in the new town, near to plenty of shops and bars and far enough away to avoid the strip if you need to. The staff are brilliant from the cleaners, bar staff , restaurant staff , reception etc. some people were moaning about the glass bathroom door , but to be honest it’s not really a problem , you cannot see anyone on the toilet from the bedroom. And where else can you sit on the toilet and watch the beach. The only bugbear is the lifts. Good idea but not very practical with a full hotel . It didn’t help when one was out of order . The chocolates in the room on Valentine’s Day was a lovely touch. We will definitely stay here again especially if we can have the same room. There was building work going on , which we were told about, it didn’t disturb us at all.

After paying for our stay for two sea view Suitopia suites, quite a few things we are unhappy about: 1. Having to pay €14 per day per suite in order to use the kitchen facilities/fridge to store milk is absurd. 2. I do not drink coffee, so need a kettle for tea - had to pay €20 to get one in room at reception. Again this is an upmarket hotel, there is nothing like being told we need €20 incase you steal the kettle, had the embarrassment of having to carry the kettle to our room, as well as struggle with our luggage to the 21st floor. I would have thought there would have been a person to deliver the luggage to room & bring a kettle. 3. We were room only, as did not want to be eating a large amount for breakfast, would have been happy to have cereal. Due to the cost of the kitchen hire in room & the ridiculous cost of €18 per person for breakfast. We have had to go out for breakfast. To charge guests €18 per person for breakfast is poor. No discount if already staying, nothing. Went once at a cost of €72 for the 4 of us to eat cereal & boiled egg, not worth the money at all. It was busy, under staffed, food not replenished quickly enough & tables not cleared quick enough. 4. Pillows uncomfortable, tried all in room. 5. Dressing gowns totally past their best, threadbare, aged & discoloured. 6. No welcome drink vouchers on arrival, most high end hotels offer this. 7. No Spa discount offer i.e. 20% off treatments. 8. The reception is bland, unwelcoming & nothing going on. Feels like walking through a shopping mall. Awful. Finally, the hotel is nice, however, all style & no substance. It is soulless, some of the staff are friendly, others border on being rude, very apparent it’s all about getting more money out of you once you are here. We visit Calp multiple times a year, generally for a month at a time & always at New Year. After this experience, I would not envisage we will return to this hotel. If you are keen to stay, ensure you are happy to have your hand in your pocket for all the unnecessary costs.

We just booked the one night for our anniversary and we're blown away by the gorgeous view, the attention to detail in the rooms and the overall chilled out vibe. Like people have said before it's the little touches that a lot of other hotels don't think of. We really also appreciated our cava and I was a little confused by the room types (my fault for not reading it properly!) but in the end I think we were actually upgraded to a suite which is so worth it, so definitely do recommend. Staff were lovely and breakfast so good!! We'll definitely be back, thank you! :)

It's a nice friendly hotel. It has inside & outside seating available. Positioned on the beach front, where sunbeds can be hired daily. The hotel accommodation is nice. The food choice in the buffet style dining hall is lovely. The food is sometimes themed with a mix of Spainish and English food and signage. For example, a Mediterraneans Seafood or Oriental menu, etc. Our hotel stay was all-inclusive.. the best part was the one hour private spa experience, which was incredible ( Beware, you must stay 7 nights or more to be able to do this). In addition we paid extra for a detox & relaxation massage. If you book room only etc. There are plenty of local bars and restaurants close by. The hotel has an unheated main swimming pool and an additional kids area with a mini swimming pool with a slide. I'm sure both are great fun in the hot summer, but they were not really used in 20°C & below in November 2024. There is a lovely rooftop bar and relaxation area on the ninth floor. Which still has a good vibe. The entertainment is why l gave it 4 stars instead of 5, as not the best, and there were no available soft furnishings except a couple in the reception area, only dining chairs/ bar stools across the hotel. There is not an indoor swimming pool, as the picture advertised is of the spa pool in the restricted spa area. Overall, it is a good hotel that was recommended to me.

Best location and best hotel we ever stayed in. From the moment we stepped into the reception we knew the quality of the staff and the hotel. Room getting ready - we were greeted with a soft or alcoholic refreshment. Once our room was ready a very helpful staff member showed us to our room whilst another staff member took our luggage up separately. Outstanding hotel, service incredible, food out of this world and I'd return in a heart beat. Cannot speak highly enough about Villa del Mar in Palma Nova.

We have just come back from staying a week at villa del mar and we had a very good experience. The location of the hotel is great being just by the sea and a small walk into town but still remains quiet at night. The rooms was clean and the facilities was nice throughout the holiday to which stayed consistent. The best part of our holiday by far was the service at this hotel was very good. All staff was extremely helpful and easy to speak to and nothing was a problem. I have a severe nut allergy to which I have to be really cautious of what I can or can’t eat as this could literally hospitalise me. After explaining this to the staff here they made sure I was okay with the food and a member of the kitchen would tell me before each meal what I can and can’t have to which I think was such a nice touch. All meals was really good and the food is very nice, I would definitely recommend.

Food ok, not the greatest of quality and menu 'samey' with little variation. Lifts frustrating and quicker to take stairs. Sun loungers taken up early on a morning with towels. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Would rate more a 3 star than 4 from staying in other hotels in Benidorm.

I lost my eternity and engagement rings at the piano bar in the hotel. All staff and security went out of their way to help find them. Alas couldn't be found. I really liked it at this hotel. I would definitely go again. It’s definitely aimed at the British being able to watch Premier League football was an added bonus especially in my room. The staff at the bar and reception were brilliant. You could have a cheeky laugh with them and the cleaner For my room on level nine was very polite too. The food was more than okay plenty for and was replaced quickly on every occasion some people will moan about the chips but that’s just typical British people with no variety the meat stews and curries was really tasty. All inclusive cocktails were bang on.

A Heavenly Stay at H10 – Beyond Expectations! We travel a lot, but H10 has been, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was out of this world—truly on another level. The staff are simply amazing, making us feel welcome and taken care of at every turn. The selection of food and drinks was superb, offering something for every taste, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Our room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location? A perfect 10/10! A special mention goes to the therapist at the spa— Nyka an absolute angel. I get massages almost every month, and I can confidently say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She worked on muscles I didn’t even know existed, leaving me in a state of pure relaxation. If you're considering a massage, I highly recommend booking a session with her. We will definitely be returning to H10. This place is simply exceptional!

Positioned right in the seafront in the centre of the 2 main beaches right next to old town and the harbour, it's pretty much perfect for a beach stay. Rooftop pool terrace is perfect for lounging away from the beach too. Hotel has a small gym and indoor pool with steam room as well. Will stay here again. Staff have all be excellent too, from the room staff to the bar staff, everyone has been pleasant and super helpful, have literally no complaints about the whole stay.

On top of that, the hotel surprised us with a free bottle of champagne, an upgraded room, and a welcome drink — such a thoughtful touch. Every single staff member was incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel so welcome. We also had a massage with Nyka, and woow… it was next level. Not just a massage, but a full-on special experience. For Valentine’s Day, the hotel added even more sweet surprises —a welcome drink at dinner and a box of chocolates delivered to every room. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, but I’ve never received so many thoughtful treats and gestures that genuinely made a difference. The food was also delicious! I’m beyond grateful for this amazing experience and for the staff who put so much effort into making every moment unforgettable. Can’t recommend this place enough! We'll be back soon!!

After a week spent at the hotel, it's time for a review. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful during check-in. The elevators did not break down during our stay in Tower 1, but I can't say that there was any fear because of the noise. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit old and in need of renovation. Housekeeping was nice and cleaned the rooms every day. The typical all-inclusive food was plentiful but of poor quality and cold. It happened that the chicken and sausages were raw, so I suggest checking them out. Lunch was probably the worst, we only used it twice. The staff in the entire hotel was very nice and friendly, and here I would like to thank them for their work and smiling faces, which was not easy. During our stay, none of our 4 were sick, but there were children who vomited by the pool, or at the evening shows, and in the dining room during our last dinner, where the floor was not even disinfected, only the parents cleaned the floor and left, and in their place a moment later another family came. The staff working in the dining room should pay more attention to such things. It was a nice week, but I will not return.

Unless you pay for ultra inclusive, it is not worth coming here. The inside of the hotel is in need of some serious repairs. The lino they put on the wall of one lift was peeling. On the same lift two floor buttons were broken. Another lift broke down Daily. Our room air con broke on a day that was 27degrees and the receptionist said they would send someone within the hour and no one came at all, my husband managed to fix it. We ended up eating out all the time which wasn't cheap at all because the food was undercooked and in one restaurant the food was left out all day, so it was disgusting. My step dad got ill on the first day. The kids club isn't good at all, it was on for about an hour or two a day and it was just crafts in a small room. The three mascots were never seen, u till after 10pm when one would appear on the stage at the end of the show for photos. The shows were repetitive and didn't start on time or anywhere near the time. The shows are also out in the garden bit by the swimming pools. The massive pro of the hotel was the swimming pool areas, it looked picturesque. We paid for inclusive but was only allowed in one restaurant which opened at 7pm for tea, 1pm for lunch and 8am for breakfast. That was OK. But we weren't allowed in any of the other restaurants like the pirates tavern. You have to pay for the gaming experience room which only opens after 4pm. When I voiced a Complaint to reception they were rude and didn't want to hear it. We did however meet a couple friendly people around the resort and the beach restaurant we went too. Safety isn't too big at the hotel, only the bottom level of the stairs has friction grips on them, the rest do not and get rather slippery with water and sand. This hotel would be suited to a couple but not a family with young kids or the elderly.

We almost changed hotels before arriving due to the online reviews we read. We are glad we didn't as it is the best hotel we have been to abroad. Everything has been absolutely fantastic, from the minute we arrived till we left. Naiara checked us in (we had to ask her to write her name down as she was a gem) and explained us everything while asking us and the little ones questions to make the check in process shorter and more enjoyable for them. Luckily our room was ready and headed to the room. We were gobsmacked at the size of the apartment, it was bigger than expected. It was a little dated but all in working order. Food and drinks were plentiful and It caters for a variety of people, we have fussy kids and still managed to find food every single meal. The buffet had themed nights which was a great idea so we could enjoy meals from different places. The staff in general are great and really do work hard to keep it up and running, we came across a couple staff members who didn't understand much English but got help from a work colleague to help us. The only negative we had is that we couldn't do a late check out but we understood that the hotel was full and in order to give the new guests arriving their rooms on time, we had to check out at 10am, but we were given the alternative of storing our cases in the luggage room and were offered the showers and changing rooms at the spa which was a bonus. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 9 days. Was meant to be 10 but missed our flight. Because of this our city room/ without a balcony was not available, so had to pay €145 to stay in a room on 1st floor overlooking the beach. Own private pool at end of terrace, (NO SAFETY BARRIER!) Henceforth my visually impaired boyfriend walked off straight into pool fully dressed. Once in our city view room on 8th floor, the noise from the streets below was very noisy day/night so didn't sleep well. The evening entertainment in hotel only fri & sat was poor. Food plenty of choice. Thought that you'll have water at meals free , but No, €2.60 for the glass bottle. Good points= clean every where throughout and reception staff were very understanding when explained why he needed one full outfit and trainers laundered. Within 30mins of checking in the first room. In all honesty I feel they don't consider those who are blind/visually impaired appropriately in this hotel.

Myself and my husband have just returned from 4 nights here. Great Central location, walking distance to both the strip and the old town. We chose a Frontal sea View room. Which was on the 13th (top) floor. Fantastic sea views right along the beach. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned & beds made up everday. Which is a fantastic bonus. We had the Bed and Breakfast option and found the food offerings great. With a wide selection. From hot & cold options. All buffet. The Hotel has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, towels are supplied. With a hot tub & a small shallow pool, for children. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back. An amazing break.

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late. Times can not be found on the website and I saw somewhere online it was earlier then what I found out in the hotel. With childeren these times are too late: breakfast 08:00 / lunch 13:30 and dinner 20:00 hour. Also at the pool smoking was prohibited but smoking an e-sigaret was allowed which is strange cause they fall under the nicotine law as well. I told the manager but they weren't open to follow the law in that way. Also a difference is made when you are a foreigner or a Spanish person visiting this hotel. They have rules at the pool that you cannot reserve sunbeds. This is a logical rule but I saw and heard on many occations if you are Spanish and ask if you can go for breakfast with your family the pool boy says it's ok. When I asked because I overheard his conversation he said he cannot allow that.

We had a lovely stay in a level, marina view room in the Melia. The room was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. In particular thanks to Gloria and Rokio in the lounge who took such great care of us and in helping to cater for my food intolerances. It is worth paying for the level service which includes free drinks, tapas, snacks and is a lovely place to retreat to for a rest. The hotel restaurant is very good and staff, particularly Juanjo, are friendly. The restaurant is waiter service and there was a good choice of food included in half board. We have stayed at this hotel before and will have no hesitation in returning.

The staff at the level were so friendly, the level itself is child free area, free breakfast wine beer Coca Cola etc. the breakfast is really good, so many options with smiley staff making fresh omlettes. It wasn’t just continental breakfast but had bacon, sausage etc. the little things go along way, for example the cups are refrigerated to make sure your drink is ice cold. The sun does go behind the hotel but you just sunbathe near the pool. The chairs could be a bit more spaced out as it does feel a bit close together. We were situated quite far from the level but we didn’t think it was that bigger deal. Hotel staff are so pleasant, rooms are super clean, bed comfy (although pillows are fairly soft). Overall worth every penny.

My dad had a very serious fall during our stay, and the hotel staff offered no assistance, seemingly avoiding responsibility. We had to call emergency services ourselves. Instead of enjoying our time at the hotel, we spent it at the hospital. Initially, the hotel mentioned they would address our poor experience, but when we tried to extend our stay because my dad was still in the hospital, they offered a room at a higher rate than our original booking. The guest experience manager admitted to being aware of my dad’s fall from the start, despite another staff member claiming no one knew. They also refused to investigate the cause of the fall. On the day we were supposed to check out, they sent someone at 9:30 AM to ensure we left on time. The entire experience was terrible—there was no compassion, and the hotel is overpriced. I do not recommend staying here

The lounge of the 'Level ' ,where you get the extra services , is a long walk because it is at the end of the . Snacks are monotonous and the service in te-he lounge is,although friendly , unprofessional . Parking is under the hotel but not operated by the hotel and is not cheap . The charge is 24 hours , but if you leave after 12 hours you have to pay the full amount . You come back 4 hours later , it starts again .

Rooms clean and neutrally decorated. Everything present that you might need. Great views. The bar and restaurant on the top floor are worth a visit, although it can get crowded and noisy up there.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, multiple problems became apparent that significantly impacted the quality of my stay. The first red flag was the unpleasant odor permeating the stairwells, which was immediately noticeable and quite off-putting. The room's acoustic design was severely lacking, with sound traveling effortlessly between rooms. Throughout the night, I was constantly disturbed by the sounds of neighboring guests' snoring and the continuous slamming of doors, making restful sleep nearly impossible. Customer service and room amenities were equally disappointing. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find no toiletries in the room, and I had to specifically request a shower cap from the reception desk. Even basic courtesies seemed to be an afterthought - a simple cup of tea I enjoyed was not replenished the following day, a small but telling detail about the hotel's attention to guest comfort. The elevator situation was frustrating. It was extremely slow and overcrowded, especially during meal times. The security protocol was particularly concerning, as restaurant guests from outside could potentially access room floors by sharing an elevator with hotel guests. The breakfast was uninspired and repetitive, offering the same limited selection of pastries, yogurts, and cereals each day. This lack of variety quickly became monotonous and failed to provide a satisfying start to the day. In summary, this hotel requires significant improvements in hygiene, soundproofing, service quality, and guest amenities. I cannot recommend it for travelers seeking a comfortable and restful stay.

The hotel has great location right outside the port. It is a 5 minute walk along the promenade to the beach which is ideal. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by friendly and welcoming reception staff who made my check-in easy. The hotel has 2 small lifts and these were one down-side of my stay as they often took a long time to arrive and often were already full of people. There are stairs but using them would not be practical for anyone staying on higher floors. My bedroom was spacious but the double bed was formed of two single beds next to each other. This was slightly annoying as it meant the beds could move apart, disturbing me and my partners sleep, but thankfully I did not experience this a lot. The room had the basic amenities, such as towels, a safe to securely store high value items, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, hairdryer and a bidet. The water pressure was good and water did heat up when showering. There was a mini-bar offering water, soft drinks, beer and snacks, however, items were not complimentary, and you would incur a charge if taken. The prices of the items are shown on a card which means you will know how much you will pay if you take something. The charge was disappointing as I normally encounter complimentary mini-bars in hotels. Room service was good. My bedding was changed and towels were replaced when needed. Breakfast was offered between 7:30am-11:00am on floor 2. I would recommend going for breakfast before 9am or after 10:30am, due to these being busy times. The breakfast area was quite small and I had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated the first time I went for breakfast, due to arriving at a busy time. Despite this, I was pleased with the breakfast menu, which offered a variety of expected items, along with pastries, hot drinks, and juices. The highlight of my stay was definitely the amazing views offered from the hotel of the port, the sea and Castillo de Santa Bárbara nearby! Unfortunately I did not visit the restaurant on the 26th floor which also offers amazing views, maybe next time. Overall, I was pleased with my stay at the hotel. Despite some small downsides, the majority of my stay was positive and I would definitely stay here again.

Location. Yes, the view is great! Worth staying there just one day for a couple of good pictures. Rooms. The rooms would be great 20 years ago as they were not renovated for a while.🤦🏻‍♂️ Facilities. If you want to simply drink a tea or coffee in your room you will have order a room service or purchase a kettle for additional price🤦🏻‍♂️

Worst melia hotel I have ever stayed in! Reception staff rude! First room we got was dirty, the bedsheets were stained and the toilet was not clean! Went down to speak to reception and they did not care! I asked to move room to a cleaner one but was told only view rooms were available hence I’d have to pay and no apology. They don’t care if you’re a loyalty member. Got told we could do late check out by the night staff but then in the morning have been told it’s an extra €15 for an hour! Been to so many hotels in the world and no one has ever charged for 1 hour late check out, especially a melia hotel. Hotel definitely old and falling apart. Staff have no customer service skills and need to learn some manners.

Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. I would definitely return here.

I had a really nice and pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, we had a sea view suite, the balcony was really big, I think because the room is at a corner so the balcony was L-shaped so it was very long and big balcony, the hotel is right at the sea front, so when I sat at the balcony and looked right at the sea , I felt like I was on a ship, the room was spacious, the bed was big and comfortable, it is just flawless. The jacuzzi and sauna was also very nice, though there were 2 occasions when I went to the sauna, it wasn’t turned on and it was such a big disappointment. The hotel provides towels at the swimming pool but there is no clear sign and indication of where to get a towel, so might need to go inside the restaurant bar to ask. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly, breakfast and dinner were delicious though buffet breakfast selection was a bit limited, the location of the hotel is very central, and very close to the Sandy beach, it is a very nice hotel I would definitely recommend it.

We had a lovely time here. We went with the premium sea view room and it didn't disappoint. Biggest minus was that the tvs seemed a bit old and there was no fridge except the mini fridge so storing your own items was not possible. Otherwise, great help from the receptionists as well as the staff at the breakfast center and pool area.

The good points are it has an excellent location, a very clean hotel and would recommend booking the Spa. The bad bits, I treated us to a junior suite but unfortunately this room was not suitable for a father and teenage son. This particular room has a bathroom which is completely open plan with clear glass around the shower and no toilet door, this resulted in us using the toilets in the bar area and also having to leave the room when my son wanted a shower. Another issue for us was it clearly lists on booking.com the room comes with a sofa bed, this was not the case and on arrival there was just one double bed, after complaining at reception (who argued with me) they finally placed two single beds in the room and promised to move us the following day, unfortunately we didn't hear anymore regarding the move and I didn't pursue further as the receptionists were argumentative. The reception staff argued that I should have informed them that I required two single beds, however I was expecting the sofa bed so two singles wasn't required. The room is probably more suitable for couples, but even then I can't understand the toilet not having a door.

Beautiful and spacious rooms! The balconies were such a nice touch. The room had all the amenities needed and the decor was modern. We loved the tub in the room. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and cakes.
