My room was amazing, being on the curve of the hotel it was very spacious with a big double bed which was extremely comfortable including the pillows. There was a large tv and a fridge which was a Godsend and held more than you would think. The bathroom was very big and the shower was powerful. There is a large mirror over the sink. There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly. The swimming pool is a real asset to the hotel. It is modern and clean as are the sun beds. I spent every afternoon there and it was so relaxing. The hotel smells lovely throughout and I noticed this as soon as I walked into the spacious and modern reception. All the staff are lovely. This hotel in my opinion is well worthy of its 4 stars. It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away. It’s on 2 floors and has everything you need. Prices are really good too. Also on Wednesdays there is a big market by the tram stop which is about a 10/15 minute walk. Nice clean hotel although could do with a bit of updated. Staff friendly and helpful. For those liking a hot breakfast this is not for you. You need to heat up your breakfast in the micro wave. Continental breakfast good choice. Outdoor pool clean overlooking city. The hotel has very little around it as far as bars and shops. Bus stop near by to take you to Benidorm.

I booked direct with the hotel a double superior room with balcony. I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking. They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking. When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included. After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked. The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available. Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival. Would I stay here again......not a chance. And the breakfast is terrible.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should find something. I'd definitely stay again.

Great location, right in the centre of Benidorm, and really close to the beach. Hotel is very new and stylish, and room was a good size and comfortable. Amazing view from the room on the 18th floor. Indoor pool was a good size and warm, and jacuzzi outside was great. Breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, likewise the dinner buffet was very good quality. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in the perfect location for new town and old town districts, both only being a 5-10minute walk away. The roof top bar in the hotel was really relaxing to watch the sunset. Only downside was very rarely any baked beans on the cooked breakfast section. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were always made up promptly everyday.

Apartment was nice had dishwasher and washing machine as well as normal facilities no kettle tho but used saucepan. It was quite spacious with a nice view. A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

Great location, rooms a bit dated but really can't complain as we got a two bed apartment for €60 for a two night stay midweek. Noisy bar on the Wednesday night, but that's just because we've two young children now, would not be complaining ten years ago!

Stuff not nice at all! The funniest thing is they want to charge €5 for a ‘cleaning kit’ made by a scourer and soap. To check out they want pictures of the appartament (?). However, the appartament has gorgeous views!

⚠️ BAD, I WARN YOU, do NOT stay here! True, the view is pretty and the apartment is big. But it turned out to be a less fun experience... There was NO receptionist when I arrived despite I was told check in starts at 14 h. The phone number I tried to call, did not exist. Fortunately there was a phone number that worked (out of the 2 that I could find on the building), but that was NOT for the apartments, but for Capitania. Fortunately the lady at Capitania (marine port) tried to help me. I then finally got to speak to the woman from reception, but she told me straight that reception doesn't open until 17 that is 3 HOURS later! Did she expect me to wait outside the building with my luggage for this long!? Fortunately someone with a key for the building came then and she (a stranger) helped me to get in. The receptionist then told me she would do me a "favor", let me get in to the apartment! But this was because the stranger knew the receptionist! Wow! Talking on the phone with reception she said that at 17 h I should come to reception with my passport. Did she expect me to do this? Would I sit around for 3 hours for that? How ironic! Here I am paying for a relaxed day off and she expects me to waste half of that!? But that's not all. Then when I was taking my bath, right in the middle of it NO hot water! I waited for about 15 min., still no hot water hours later. Also beds are cheap mattress and when I went to bed, no blankets for the night. What if it had been really cold!? And there was NO way to contact reception since its CLOSED and there was NO contact number! Just NOT OK. And it doesn't end here. YOU MUST CARRY YOUR TRASH OUT when you leave the place, or you may receive an EXTRA CHARGE!? Also be aware that in winter season there is NO PUBLIC TRANSPORT nor even a small supermarket, the place is FAR AWAY from life, quite isolated out here in winter. The beach is NOT SAND, but stones and the pool is so small behind the building in the shadow. Also it was DIRTY! And internet doesn't work... Still it's NOT CHEAP to stay here. If I had known all this, I would have NEVER come here!!!

Thank you Gran Bali for a memorable stay. Very polite welcome. Being teetotalers, we were given a kettle as soon as we requested one. The room with the balcony was spacious and clean, great view on a night for the entertainment which was enjoyable. The room maids were very polite and very helpful regarding fresh linen etc .. The Mrs loved the aqua aerobics with the entertainment guy, very funny! Breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. My only fault, "some" of the staff need to be more welcoming. Will definitely return. Thank you to all at the Gran Hotel Bali✈️

Came to this hotel for a couple of nights on a business trip. Dated rooms and premises. 43 stories tall, meaning at certain times fighting for an elevator to get anything from your room requires a specific slot in your schedule. Great sea views which I'd say is this hotel's best feature.

This hotel is 3 stars for furniture and quality. Location is fine with some only Spanish restaurants ( this was my filling this year '24) in rest dry and concrete. It was my first time coming here I gave 5*+ to the beach sand and the weather was clear. I prefer a quiet location next time. Some reception staff are brilliant, some of them even if they wear English flags on their badges they pretend don't speak English when you need to sort some things out.

This is a nice hotel, with decent and very clean rooms, very friendly staff starting with the girl from rooms cleaning, receptionists, the staff from the restaurant. Nice and clean pools, to the animation team I give a 10 mark😎. The view from the rooms is incredible, all the rooms have sea view, the beach is 5 min from hotel and is one of the nicest I saw. I would though mention that I wrote an email before I arrived to the lady that answers to the reviews, I had a question/request, but she never answered. I consider that a lack of interest about clients, as we came through an agency. All over all the hotel is worth it to choose when you visit Benidorm.

I recently stayed at Hotel Bali Benidorm, and it was hands down the worst hotel experience I've ever had. This place is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it’s far from it. The furniture in the room was outdated, worn, and uncomfortable, making the whole atmosphere feel old and neglected. The staff were equally disappointing—unfriendly, unhelpful, and uninterested in making the stay pleasant. Any request seemed like a bother to them. Breakfast was particularly bad, with the cheapest products on offer. The food was tasteless, lacked variety, and clearly made with little care. For the price they charge, you would expect far better quality and service. All in all, this hotel is massively overpriced for what it offers. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or enjoyable stay in Benidorm. Definitely not worth the money or the four stars it claims to have. Avoid if possible!

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. Clean towels and beds made daily (over our 5 days stay) Beds were comfy. The hotel and pool area are very clean. Plenty of sun loungers, but you do have to be quick to get the ones near the parasols (this happens at most hotels!) We didn't find the walk up/down the hill a problem. Hot or cold choice for breakfast, with fresh fruit and a good selection of bread, cheese, hams, pastries etc. Good location for supermarkets, eateries and bars. On the whole I think we made the best choice when booking this hotel. The grounds are so much nicer than others that we walked past and the sun shines on the pool all afternoon. The lifts are a tad slow (the only negative thing). All staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely spotless, very obliging staff nothing a problem. Food was lovely. Hotel a bit out but free bus laid on to bring you up and down to beach. Downside it stopped at 8.30pm would still recommend a stay.

Stayed in the attached apartments, which were very basic & certainly not 4 star like the hotel is rated. There seemed to be a leaking pipe (water dripping from kitchen area ceiling) which was reported but nobody came to assess or deal with it. We paid for a panoramic view with a glass balcony & got a concrete balcony. The panoramic view was lovely, but could only be seen if we were standing. There was no control or action in respect of the poor behaviour of other residents, despite it being reported, which included throwing things off the balconies, spitting over the edges onto other balconies, smoking in areas they shouldn't be & very excessive noise. The small pool attached to the apartments was neglected somewhat. We were able to use the main hotel pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use ours. Communication was poor & some of the staff were quite rude. There was also a €200 deposit which wasn't included in the information. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Stayed for 4 nights was great apartment was nice the view was amazing free bus was great thing to have that hills a killer would stay again still not received our deposit back yet tho ? Said 3 -5 days One receptionist was very Rude with attitude when we arrived to check in Literally what's your name your rooms not ready come back later do you no when a time it will be ready no just come back later this it at 12.30 nowhere to change or get a shower after been on the go since 2am headed into town come back at 5pm and was ready never been to a hotel were your room is not available when you arrive !!

We've stayed in the hotels all over the world and we were really worried after reading the reviews and were considering cancelling. So glad we didn't. Rooms modern and clean. Staff were attentive. Pool clean and tidy with reasonable prices. Location was a bit out of the way and up a hill but still walking distance. We had a wonderful break in the sun and would visit again. Do not take notice of the bad reviews go and enjoy.

Looks the part as you enter lobby area. However room shabby dark stains on walls in several places bathroom bin dirt and rusty toilet brush needs to go in bin. Strange smell/drains?beds undersheet filthy. Mattress had to be changed it was broken?Water on floor when you shower not sealed correctly. Air con vents dirty. Floors needed a proper clean. Pool in shade very small. Entertainment average. Food OK repeats every week. Good points shower powerful breakfast good Wednesday BBQ night was the best food. Great location. Not 4 star.

Just had an amazing week in the Dynastic hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly. While the pool was a little small it was plenty big enough for what we needed and the children spent so much time there. The food was lovely, always had something I enjoyed. The maid service could have been a little better, floors weren't swept all week but fresh towels every day. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of amenities close by. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a girls trip. The hotel was alright for our needs but it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The hotel allows local young football teams to use the premises, they literally take over the place. We went for lunch and struggles asnthey swarmed in and wouldn't allow you to get close to any of the decent food. They were also very rude. They also take over the pool and crowd around any young girls staying at the hotel asking them to kiss them. It isn't what you expect when you have paid to stay at a 4 star hotel. I tried everyday to get an iced coffee and failed pretty much every time, I think I only managed to get what would resemble an iced coffee once. For the all inclusive you get given a token for your drink, so if you take a drink up to your room you must remember to bring your plastic cup back down otherwise you will be refused to get another drink, even if it is just a soft drink. So you end up carrying you cup around with you until you want to change it back to a token. Not sure why a wrist band can't suffice for this. The rooms were a good size and 4 of us stayed in one room comfortably. The bathroom was also very spacious. We never got our beds made during our stay and you also don't get a fresh bottle of water in the room each day, which I would expect. There was a kettle in the room, but that was it. No cups, coffee, tea, sugar, spoon. Nothing! My friend kindly bought me a mug from a local shop just so I could have a morning coffee. Not sure why they provide a kettle with nothing to go with it! The pool was a bit in the small size, which was awkward when the football team was in there. But it was nice a refreshing, just wish it was bigger. Plenty of sun loungers but they are all just lined up in big rows, but that will be down to the space available around the pool. The food was alright, exactly what you would expect at an all inclusive. But there wasn't the option to get things cooked like at other places, so no omelettes, etc or pasta stations. Where you can ask for what you want. But the food did us for our stay. Any longer and I think I would have had to eat out. As I said, the hotel suited the majority of our needs for 4 nights, but I wouldn't come here for any longer and I wouldn't stay here for a family holiday.

My sister and I booked what we believed to be this hotel all inclusive. When we arrived they said whilst we are all inclusive at this hotel we are not booked into a room. A member of staff walked us to another hotel 7 minutes walk away called DYNASTIC ROOMS. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. No where on our booking site did it express that your room is not located at DYNASTIC HOTEL. Will not be going back there

Quite underwhelming experience. The location of the hotel is decent about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach. I stayed with 3 others and we are all in agreement that the food was absolutely awful. We paid for all inclusive and had 2 meals there the full week it was that bad. Our bed was absolutely awful. One of the legs were broken so the bed was lob sided most of the time but customer service was poor so didn’t get resolved. Decent pool but nothing special, if I was you I’d just look elsewhere personally, perhaps it was just a one off bad experience but I won’t be going again for the next trip to Benidorm.

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. The gigantic bed was OK, as was the AC on the room. The downsides: It's a 3 Star hotel. They must have stolen no. 4. It's a bit tired and in need of a work over. Tired and old furniture, very noisy restaurant with very average buffets. In fact all public and private rooms are noisy, with naked walls and floors, but I was lucky and had very quiet neighbors most of the time. Sound proofing is poor. Clientele is mostly 60-70+. So all in all: If you expect 2-3 Star hotel standard this is probably OK. For luxury and peace and quiet look elsewhere.

Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them

Good, just good. Clean, but not enough choice for the meals. Pancakes 🥞 are out of stock after 20 minutes of the breakfast. Super strange policy. Services that were included on the day are not in the all-inclusive next day. Complete disappointment

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, even though to begin with it was really confusing to navigate. I would suggest two minor improvements for new guests on arrival; 1. A map of the hotel and all its places (reception, restaurant, coffee bar, spa, swimming pool, sunbathing area, etc.) and opening times of each one. 2. Description of each floor in the elevator (what is located on them). This would've made things easier. My favorite place at the hotel was the coffee bar and the seating area outside. Such a friendly staff there, especially Irati, Ángel and Bako. Soon enough they knew who I was because I was a regular and always charged everything to my "easily remembered" room (119). Great customer experience! The food at the restaurant was overall good. You could always find something for your taste. I liked the different dinner themes, one night it was seafood, one night it was Italian, etc. I really liked the outdoor entertainment, especially the karaoke. But in my opinion it was a little short. Just from 10-11 PM and no music afterwards, so you had to go to the terrace 360 rooftop bar if you wanted to continue. Even though almost everything was quite pleasant during my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The beds were a little too firm, so it was hard laying in one position the whole night. Also there was no possibility for a late check-out. My flight wasn't until 11 PM so spending 8 hours after I had to check out, was a bit difficult. But I got to stay on the hotel premises after check-out, which was nice, so I survived. Another thing was the security box in the room. It was locked and with no default code. I called the reception and they said, if I wanted to use it, they had to bring a key to open it and they couldn't do it right away because they were short staffed. Why not just use 1234 and tell visitors to change it. Then when they do a final room cleaning after the visitor has left, to set it back to 1234. But overall my stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

Our hotel was advertised as a sound proof, romantic hotel. We have arrived and it’s everything but this. It’s the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We are getting no sleep whatsoever! And the rooms are definitely not sound proof! If we wanted a party hotel we would have booked one! The staff do nothing about the noise of people staying and it’s going on all day and night. The door slamming is constant, the screaming up corridors, people arguing in their rooms (which again aren’t sound proof) I can even hear peoples “romantic” time from 3 doors down ! It’s ridiculous. I get the staff can’t control the way people behave but they could be telling people when they come in to keep the noise down and have respect and when people are screaming and shouting at 2am maybe go to the doors and tell them to stop and if they continue then put them out the hotel! It’s not fair on the people who booked this as a romantic break like it was advertised as. We are still on holiday, we have 2 nights / 3 days left of our holiday and I can’t wait to go home. If we wanted a noisy party hotel I would have booked a 2 star one in benedorm. Not a 4 star meant to be sound proof and romantic hotel! It’s a shame because some of the staff were really nice and unfortunately some just don’t care at all which isn’t great for a 4 star hotel.

The positives.. Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Not far from the beach & Benidorm. Lovely staff throughout. We had no issues with ants or mosquitoes so that was a massive bonus. The hotel and grounds were kept clean at all times! Appreciated that you were not allowed to reserve sun beds (but there was still the odd who kept towels down and went away). The pool area does not open until 10am. There were 3 lifts, very efficient. The rooms were spacious, fridge, kettle and hairdryer provided. Towels provided in the bathroom did get changed daily. Close to all amenities. Beautiful views on the top floors! Did not use the spa, prices are cheaper elsewhere. The negatives.. - Unfortunately the food was just awful. - Our bed never got changed the duration of our stay and with a one year old it got messy. - when the maid did make our bed, she had just thrown the main sheet over the top to hide the crumpled sheets underneath. - A wedding held on the Saturday closed off the pool area for the reception and photos, no apology was given. Overall, I would return again.

If you would like the opposite of a warm welcome and to feel like a burden to staff than this is the hotel for you. **Review: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel for a 10-night vacation, and I can confidently say it does not deserve its 4-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. The reception staff, particularly Oscar and another young male member of staff, were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite our attempts to address various issues, they remained unfriendly throughout our entire stay, making us feel unwelcome and frustrated. The hotel itself was a massive disappointment. The rooms and overall appearance are far worse than the pictures suggest. What was advertised as a luxurious stay turned out to be a subpar experience. The pool is tiny, overcrowded, and not nearly as inviting as the photos make it seem. To make matters worse, the bins around the property were consistently dirty and overflowing, which is not what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lifts. They were an absolute nightmare. We found ourselves constantly waiting for long periods, only for the lift to arrive and head in the opposite direction. When they finally did show up, the lifts were tiny and could barely accommodate a few people at a time. This inconvenience added to the already disappointing stay, as getting around the hotel became an unnecessary hassle. Adding insult to injury, we were charged extra for basic amenities. You have to pay for towels, and even the use of the safe in your room comes with a fee. These added costs, coupled with the lackluster facilities and poor service, left us feeling robbed of our hard-earned money. We left the hotel feeling disappointed and definitely not refreshed. This place does not deserve your money or your time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable stay. The one positive thing I would say is the daily cleaning service offered at the hotel, the maids were nothing but helpful and thorough in their cleaning.

Came here on holiday for almost a week and would really recommend the hotel. The reception are so lovely and very helpful, the hotel is in a good place and very close for restaurants and the beach and they even have a free taxi service to the beach. Bar tenders and the house keeping are also very polite and always say hi. We also had the buffet for breakfast which was good.

Lovely hotel and area visually! Had a problem with a card throughout the holiday as it wasn’t working. Was on the 4th floor and lifts were slow and full most the time. Bit of a pain going up and down lift when the card was not working. You have to pay to use the spa (assumed it would have been added with holiday package) food wasn’t the best. Sausages were raw in the middle for breakfast. Servers watching you when you’re eating. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. Have to wait until 10am to be able to sunbathe and go in the pool. Pool was super busy. We didn’t mind but if you want somewhere quiet this is not the hotel for you. Overall okay experience. I’ve been to much better hotels for the money.

Food was good, room was lovely, aircon worked perfect as-well as heat, bathroom could have done with bit of a refurbishment but overall had a great experience and some lovely staff! Not much to do around local so you would need a car or a lot of money for taxis there and back! X

Excellent sea front position, lovely balcony with a beach & sea view. Nice little outdoor pool and terrace. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, rusty radiator and towel rail, stained and faded sink top, shower door on bath didn't seal, bath was well past its best. Breakfast was very poor, other meals were very disappointing. No way should this be a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 2 different 4 star hotels in Benidorm during our vacation and they were far superior.

Just had a fabulous 4 night stay here. Cant fault it, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Wide selection of foods to choose from at buffet breakfast including full English breakfast. Location is brilliant, would highly recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights 6 days, the hotel in itself wasn't too bad, and the location was not too bad. It was a nice location for both new and old town. We asked for a balcony room on a higher floor, high in sight, we should have asked for no higher than 3 floors. We were on the 5th floor room 507, don't, I repeat, don't get this room! Directly above it were the buildings main air con units, and as you guess, constantly buzzing and humming, to the point it woke us up several times! If I had been here longer, I would have moved! We went all inclusive, a lot of places around with good prices, choice is yours. I found the staff friendly and helpful, lifts were good! Yes a lot of old and Spanish speaking customers, but that didn't bother us. All in all you get what you pay for!

I did not enjoy my stay at Hotel Avenida. First of all, the major thing was the AC in our room broke 3 times and the temperature adjustment thing was also broken we even got sick because of it. It was truly unkempt. Secondly, the restaurant has stupid rules that just make everyone nervous and on edge which we all should feel relaxed and happy. At dinner men should not wear tank tops but women can wear anything?! I understand that people should not enter with swimming attire and towels. But a sporty tank top should not prohibited. That is just simply ridiculous and not fair. Also, the hour decided for dinner is really late in my opinion. We stayed half-pension and they said at dinner we have to buy even WATER from the restaurant. It is forbidden to even bring water from outside and they took the bottle from us without our permission. That is just tacky. Thirdly, The employee named Raul took our bottle and forbid us to take bananas which should not be a problem since it is just a fruit, so keep it in mind that he is annoying. A city that is usually above 30 degrees should know that everyone would need a water and paying for it is nasty. Also, one of the employees was even unnecessarily touchy as well, as a women I felt a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, bathroom in our room had a big problem. After a shower the floor was all water because of the drain problem. It got really dirty and messy. On a positive note, house keeping was really good they cleaned our room thoroughly and they were kind. 24/7 front desk was also really helpful. Dinner was good with a lot of variety and it was well organized. Breakfast was a bit bland but it was okey. If you want a holiday with a n*zi strictness you can go to Hotel Avenida.

Quite not for me more for the elderly really food was always fish I went all inclusive but sadly mostly eaten out .bar staff was very nice however I did not like the man at the dinner reception he was rude and I have bad anxiety and it didn't help being spoken about by the old ladys . Air conditioning wasn't good my bedding wasn't changed every day. Bit out dated old looking hair dryer I did enjoy my stay but food wasn't for me I had mainly salad cheese ham . Drinks service was brilliant. The elderly looked at us like you shouldn't be in here and talking about you which I heard . More a 3 * hotel. Wasn't allowed to eat upstairs which I would of felt more comfortable. The dinner reception had a moan at me making me look a fool infront of everyone l don't like to eat infront of people I didn't know if room service was allowed either..elderly was looking at families with children like they shouldn't be there eating all the food with little dessert left .. we paid for ours as well ??.should be separated rooms for them and families. I'm not the only one to state this . Felt very out of place

Great location. If you go ask for a balcony room as we had a window looking onto a wall. Aircon not great but we asked for a fan which made a big difference. Pool ok but hotel is give minute walk to the beach so that's where we headed. Hotel in the middle of the old time and a brilliant location. Breakfast was very good no complaints although they tended to whip stuff away as soon as you put it down and had not always finished it. A lot of Spanish guests for some reason all seemed a bit grumpy and unfriendly but perhaps it's the heat. Reception staff really helpful and friendly. I'd stay again if we went back to Benidorm

This is a very lovely hotel. Clean, modern and with good facilities. 3 different pools makes it ideal for different holiday groups . The staff are friendly and the spa is very well equipped .4 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. The only negative I'd say and it's very minor is the gym isn't very well equipped. Very limited machines and weights , but people don't really go on holiday to work out. The food was good without being great in my eyes . As I'm a Pescatarian , the range of fish was superb!! But other veggie /vegan options were limited. A couple of my friends were gluten free and they were specially catered for very well. I'd recommend the Diamante if you are visiting Calpe as the location is right on the beach and the promenade for all the shops!

I didn't stay at the hotel but my daughter bought me a spa session, massage and buffet lunch as a birthday present. All 3 were absolutely wonderful. The spa has 20 different experiences to try - definitely one of the most luxurious spas I've ever visited! And the massage therapist Kelly (from Ecuador) was top notch. I felt totally relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I highly recommend this as a perfect gift experience for a loved one.

We spent a week in AR Diamante Hotel in the beginning of september, a group of 17 people. Everything was to our standard, the rooms were nice and the food was good. Service was also very good and we were especially impressed with the activities offered, whether it was aqua gym, water polo or fun for the kids, all very enjoyable. The evening shows were also very nice. Would definately stay there again ☺️

Just came back from a 4 night stay here, we have absolutely loved it!! Everything was prefect. It is run on a card system they took a picture of me and my partner when we got there and put us both on both cards so we could go up and get us both a drink which was prefect. The room was just what you needed clean, big, comfy bed clean towels everyday, there isn't any AC but it was cooler when we went so that didn't effect us. The pool it was cold but it was fine for a quick dip to cool down. The food was amazing a different selection every day, we walked away full and happy. The only thing I would say is if your a dessert person it's not a great selection but there's always ice cream and yogurts then the last night a chocolate fountain - amazing. You are far enough away from the main strip to not hear any of the noise but close enough to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff we lovely really pleasant and polite a really lovely stay. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to go to benidorm. Lovely stay very happy

Hotel was spotless and staff were really friendly, great location for Benidorm Palace and Mundomar but a bit of a trek to the beach. The food was not great and we ate out most days apart from the breakfast which was OK. We got the all inclusive plus so we could have the named spirits and cocktails but there was only 1 cocktail a day which was a bit of a disappointment if we had known we wouldn't have paid the extra. On the plus side there was a McDonald's next door which we visited a few times because the food wasn't up to much. Don't think we would return and don't think it's upto a 4 star.

We spent 9 nights at this hotel. It’s our first time doing an all inclusive and overall we would come again. ROOMS spacious. Plenty of plugs. Cleaned every day if you wanted (we did every 3 days). Quiet at night. Good shower. POOL plenty of sun beds. Usually being so close to others is a turn off for me but we were able to move the beds to a quieter spot. Pool is busy but relaxing. Music needs turning down a little, but that’s just me probably. Pool closes 18:30pm. ALL INCLUSIVE open from 10-midnight. Look bar closes at 6pm and there’s another bar inside if needed. Need your card to get a drink, two cards per person max. Can’t knock the drinks. Slushies and branded ice creams not included. I’m veggie but will eat fish occasionally, and I’m glad I do as it doesn’t really cater for vegans or veggies. I’d have lived on salad all week if I didn’t eat fish. Plenty of choice every day for both lunch and dinner. Good salad bar. Desserts always same. Usually two to three meat and two to three fish options. We ate out twice. Table service for drinking restaurant. Staff work hard and are good. Snack bar open 12-6pm. This is behind the pool bar and all food is pre cooked kept in bain marie. We didn’t eat this as no veggie option. All inclusive ends 4pm on day of check out. Staff are great. LOCATION 15 min walk to seafront. Taxis available from hotel reception. Bus stop outside for the bus to Altea and Albir, or into Benidorm and Old Town €1.60 no matter where you’re going. If we come to Benidorm again we would come again as we got it for £1600 all inclusive 9 nights with flights. Weather was great, it rained one day for three hours but was cracking flags after. IMPROVEMENTS Card system for drinks and meals is outdated, wrist bands would be better. You can’t sit in the snack bar area without eating. Shame as one of the few places offering shade. We couldn’t extend the room or have a guarantee of courtesy room. We had a late flight so had to book into a nearby hotel to ensure we can shower etc before a flight. Maybe next time we will book the extra day.

Rooms were clean but dated and cleaners were lovely! That is the only positive I have about the hotel. Food was absolutely terrible worse all inclusive we have ever had, not much choice of drinks and what is available is cheap and nasty the pool with the slides was dirty and the baby pool with the frog slide was disgusting. The snack bar was ok! Staff I found not to be very friendly or approachable. We did have a 20min walk just to find a restaurant to eat a decent meal. Kids got bored very easily and entertainment was not the best.

Excellent hotel. We have just returned from two weeks there. We are Scottish and there were very few Brits staying in the hotel (which can be a good thing). The other residents were mainly elderly Spanish, so the hotel was very peaceful at night (we're 50 & 51 which was great for us that there were no Stag or Hen parties staying here). We were made to feel extremely welcome and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean (no tea or coffee but that didn't bother us) and the buffet breakfast was very good with enough British choices. The downstairs bar is absolutely beautiful but the drinks were slightly pricey with smaller measures compared to nearby bars, which meant the bar was often quite quiet. All of the evening entertainment was in Spanish which was fair enough but still enjoyable. The pool areas were excellent and fairly quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location which is close to the beach and local bars and restaurants and is a short walk into the Old Town but is far enough away from The Strip so there is no hassle and we felt very safe. Highly recommended and we would happily return. Many Thanks! 💕💕💕

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Food was incredible, really varied, freshly cooked to order for some bits. Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled. Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too.

Just getting ready to fly home. This is our fifth time at this hotel. It's situated in a great area, with lots of pubs,shops and benidorm palace nearby. Beach is 10 minutes walk and the old town is just along the promenade. Staff are brilliant , and patient with my limited Spanish. We had a standard room and it was clean and tidied every day. Plenty of choice in food. Extension means there is two pools to pic from. I would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were poorly cleaned as we had to be moved to another room, I've blonde hair, and there was black hair over the floor and in the shower and there was stuff skit up the skirting board and wall. Our window was broken and wouldn't lock. Our balcony door was broken on our 3rd night we where able to lock it up until then it looked like someone had booted it from outside as you can climb easily from one side to the other and when requested for someone to come fix it, no one was sent so my husband took pictures and went do to reception and he was told they would have no one until morning to looked at it which wasn't acceptable we hadn't had our dinner and didn't feel comfortable leaving our room with the door broken, so we were giving a new room. The hotel also doesn't cater for English people for the time of year. Food was all Spanish. Our walls were paper thin, people in the room beside may aswell of been in our bed when being intimate as their bed was bouncing off our wall making our bed move to their motion at 3am. We did enjoyed our holiday benidorm is a very nice place and we would go again, but I wouldn't say this hotel is 4*

I am staying in this hotel right now till saturday and I am so dissapointed. Worst hotel I ever stayed in :( It is definately not a 4* hotel…. Rooms basic… not even a tea or Coffee in the rooms… Food very dissapointing everyday same things No variety at all, No seasoned and same things every night like for kids at school…. My family are staying in hotel next door and they have a much better experience even thought its a 3* Cockroaches in the room when I arrived and in general not very clean… Wouldnt reccommwnd and wouldnt stay again for that Kind of money…

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

I was there for a short 4 night stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also in the restaurants within the hotel. Because of a misunderstanding with travel agent I booked my trip with they were kind enough to give me an upgrade for my remaining few days I was there. The location is easy access and not far from the sea and the old town. Public transportation is a breeze and the buses include the hop on off bus stops right in front of the hotel. I had a very nice time there and would recommend it.

Rooms in the apartments are big and modern. The only issue I had was the bathroom was a bit small. As for the pool, I went at the end of June and one side of the pool got the sun and then it worked it's way around so you only got sun 1 side at time also very little sunbeds and room. Around the pool so prob unsuitable in the summer if you like lying by the pool. Location is great for everything

The overall experience was great, the staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel is overall great. The only minor issue was that other guests seem to love slamming doors and talk loudly whilst walking to their room but the hotel is definitely not at fault, nor is something they could manage.

The hotel is just superb. We stayed all inclusive and couldn't believe the food choices. A hotel which serves hot food!!! Rooms clean large with nice pool view. One negative was that the snack bar played some awful music therefore we couldn't have our usual siesta as it went on until 6 even when there was no one left at poolside. Hotels club is one of the best in benidorm. Top entertainment 7 nights a week. Nice street level bar. Staff are wonderful. There's the good parts now the most horrible one. I have mobility issues and the lifts are a joke. They are pathetic. All guests complained about them and the way they are programmed. Please sort them out as they must be losing you business. Even younger fitter people were complaining about them. Don't let this continue to be the main talking point of an otherwise fantastic hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Food was typical all inclusive food, some days were better than others but still good quality. They should provide water with meals. Fair enough to charge for soft drinks and alcohol. Perfect position if you want to be central for clubs and bars. Quiet in rooms considering right next to bars. Overall a good hotel.

I am not happy at all about my current stay in this hotel. Staying in Room 533 with a Pool View. Every single day from about 7:30 until late into the evening the staff decide to slam the fire exit door directly next to our room as hard as they physically can. When they are done slamming the doors, they continue to then shout as loud as possible down the hallway as if it’s some joke that a customer puts up a DO NOT DISTURB sign and is trying to sleep. Multiple occasions they have knocked the door and completely ignored the same DO NOT DISTURB sign. Getting a sunbed is near impossible on a daily basis unless you rush to the pool at 8:30 along with all the others that have to do the exact same. Couple were taking multiple beds and the staff did nothing to stop this at all. Food at the restaurant was hit and miss, and getting a table at Breakfast is a complete disaster. Tried to get late check out at a cost of €46 and was promised to come to reception the day before and they will sort it. Went to reception and they then said it’s not possible! So we have to wait from 1200 to 2100 in the hotel without a room! All in all if the hotel wasn’t clean, they would get a 1 star review!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Presidente for the first time as part of group of 3 couples. Checking in was simple, informative and welcoming, as we had arrived late we were given a packed lunch with fruit. We upgraded our room to a pool view after reading the reviews and were delighted with our room. The hotel is spotless ly clean, the pool is small but we'll cared for and we were always able to get a bed thanks to nobody being able to put their towels out until door opened 8.15am. The restaurant is basic but the food is varied, well presented and tasteful, a good selection. We were greeted every morning by our lovely cleaning lady. Lifts were easy to use and never waited long. The evening entertainment in the bar below, Philippines 10 was of high quality. When we checked out we were given water for our journey. We would all highly recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely holiday

Myself and my husband have just returned from 4 nights here. Great Central location, walking distance to both the strip and the old town. We chose a Frontal sea View room. Which was on the 13th (top) floor. Fantastic sea views right along the beach. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned & beds made up everday. Which is a fantastic bonus. We had the Bed and Breakfast option and found the food offerings great. With a wide selection. From hot & cold options. All buffet. The Hotel has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, towels are supplied. With a hot tub & a small shallow pool, for children. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back. An amazing break.

Only 2 parasols at the pool side and staff couldn't get safe to work after multiple attempts. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Rooms nice. Pool attendant will remove towels if left for short periods which is a good and bad thing depending on your own views. Very good location. Benidorm is a fab place to holiday and caters for everyone. We will be back.

There is a supermarket right round the corner too (come out of hotel, turn right then right again), the beach is less than a minute away, and the old town is prob just a 5 min walk.

I have visited H10 Hotels a few times, primarily for the coffee at the bar downstairs, and I've always been impressed. The hotel boasts a beautiful rooftop pool that offers stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is calm and serene, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The waitstaff are friendly and welcoming, though the service can occasionally be a bit slow. Overall, it's a lovely place to enjoy a coffee or a leisurely stay by the beach.

Lovely hotel , staff lovely but would have been helpful to have someone English speaking at the reception. The pool was lovely and we always got a subbed even at 10.00. The only down side was the fact that the shower screen leaked every time we used it and flooded the bathroom (must have had the cleanest floor as we had to mop it up. 4 times a day). The hoses wall between the bathroom and bedroom was wired but as I was with my husband as bd it didn’t matter but if you were with a friend I could see it being embarrassing We loved our week there and will definitely be back

Had never been to Benidorm before but family recommended this hotel. Very clean, good location to beach, close enough to the hub but still fairly quiet. We had a lovely room but it was a glass bathroom so you could see everything! Food was ok, breakfast was the best. We were all inclusive but opted to eat dinner out. Lovely roof top terrace, view was amazing. Would definitely go back.

We have just come back from staying a week at villa del mar and we had a very good experience. The location of the hotel is great being just by the sea and a small walk into town but still remains quiet at night. The rooms was clean and the facilities was nice throughout the holiday to which stayed consistent. The best part of our holiday by far was the service at this hotel was very good. All staff was extremely helpful and easy to speak to and nothing was a problem. I have a severe nut allergy to which I have to be really cautious of what I can or can’t eat as this could literally hospitalise me. After explaining this to the staff here they made sure I was okay with the food and a member of the kitchen would tell me before each meal what I can and can’t have to which I think was such a nice touch. All meals was really good and the food is very nice, I would definitely recommend.

Went for a week getaway with my wife. Here are our pros and cons of the stay: Pros: +Masseuse really helped my wife and I. Jhanina deserves a pay rise for her going above and beyond for giving us a lovely experience (and helping fix my back). We went to the spa every day. +buffet food decent + Perfect location to beach + Service was always with a smile, staff very friendly + Ultra high inclusive really does mean unlimited food and drink. Emphasis on unlimited drinks especially at the bar which are generally in other places 6-10€ per drink. + Very clean rooms and spa + Beach towels provided (with 20€ deposit) for entire stay and can be exchanged for fresh ones every day of your stay. Cons: - very strong cleaning product smell throughout the hotel from the moment you walk in. - took 3 calls and a visit to reception to get 2 extra pillows and a blanket. Reception understaffed. - no room service -cleaning staff yell to each other in the hallway as of 10am waking my wife and I on our holiday - cocktails served in water glasses. - coffee provided in room is undrinkable. - Hotel WiFi quite weak. Better to use mobile data for a more stable connection. Summary, the hotel is good value for money and we felt welcome during our stay.

Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good. Disadvantages - weak WiFi, the only place you can get it inside in our room was bathroom; no fresh yogurt for breakfast, limited options for fruits - cherries only once, peaches in half meals. And initially we were settled in awful noisy room on first floor, where we can hear everything from lobby and restaurant, we asked for replacement and in two days got a new room on 3rd floor, much better in terms of noise, but with slightly broken AC, it wasn't possible to set up the temperature below 21 degrees.

As a business owner and service provider, you can tell this hotel group doesn’t have the management oversight capacity to maintain all their properties in order to uphold their “4 star” rating. Needs attention asap… better house keeping throughout the entire resort, wallpaper peeling off, black mold, broken glass furniture and stains on the walls/ceiling to name a few things. See photos. WiFi is horrible… very slow. Tiny TVs without smart capabilities even in their “upgraded rooms” Food was okay but not worth the $$$. Cold items were not cold. Some of the meats were tough. The glasses at the pool were dirty. About 3 stars… 2.75ish

We are sat in the bar of The Riviera having our last evening here after 2 amazing weeks. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The location was just around the corner from Morgans and the strip but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Rooms were spotless every day, towels changed, beds made etc and the air-conditioning was great!! We were on full board basis and the food was always outstanding, very tasty and varied. And now for the staff...wow, what a great bunch of awesome people who are clearly very happy in their work and very professional whilst being super friendly. The guys in the restaurant, Mohamed and Joaquin were superb, efficient and very welcoming every day. And the guys in the bar in reception were the best!! In particular we'd like to mention Becky, what a great member of the team and an asset to the entire place. Thanks so much, we will be back!! Katie and Lee.

Really lovely clean hotel but when clean bedding put on there marked. Food nice but asked for fried egg to be flipped and the wanted to reheat eggs already made I brought this up with manager who agreed no reheats and the same chief done the same again 2 days later another chief told him to make them fresh and he did but burnt lol .I've never heard of €50 euros for 14 days safe hire and nothing back always had hotel safes free . Beach towels you pay €15 for and get 10 back on return but if you want to change towel it's €5 every time I have never heard of this . No sun at pool till 10.30 and music from next hotel very loud this can't be helped . Apart from these things having a great stay and would recommend and come back x

Good location near bars and shops with soundproofing to dampen out the noise of surrounding hotels. Clean and well kept. Nice outside entertainment space. Food ok, not the greatest of quality and menu 'samey' with little variation. Lifts frustrating and quicker to take stairs. Sun loungers taken up early on a morning with towels. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Would rate more a 3 star than 4 from staying in other hotels in Benidorm.

Stunning hotel amazing service and the breakfast selection is next level. Both pools are stunning too although they could do with warming them up a bit would be my only negative comment, location is perfect in calpe for shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife and when they say it's on the beach it's literally on the beach. All the staff are so helpful and polite they really care if you're having a good time or not. Rooms are modern, simple and the shower is amazing, the bed isn't the most comfy but not awful either just a bit too firm.

My family and I come here every year (sometimes twice a year) and it's always an incredible experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. Having the beach and pool area so close by is something I don't want to miss out anymore. The shopping street is also nearby, which is nice for some alternative activity. There are enough restaurants around the hotel area as well, with different types of cruisines. It's always a pleasure staying here. We can't wait to be back.

We stayed here in a junior suite, and we were really well looked after. The staff are all very friendly and the room was perfectly clean and extremely well maintained by the housekeeping staff throughout our stay. The adjacent beach and pool area are perfect for relaxing in the sun and the breakfast buffet has an amazing variety of dishes available.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 days. The greating you received when you arrived especially Pablo was so special . Reception area and view were outstanding. Rooms we had a side sea view again fantastic, the room were cleaned and serviced daily. We chose half board food was very good but the queuing not so good why do they insist on showing you to your table and then leave no-one on the desk, therefore making the queue form.Now for the pool area if you are late down there is no chance of getting a sun bed. The top pool is very nice but again very busy. If the hotel put umbrella 's on the grassed area that would be a lovely place to go. Fantastic holiday

We just booked the one night for our anniversary and we're blown away by the gorgeous view, the attention to detail in the rooms and the overall chilled out vibe. Like people have said before it's the little touches that a lot of other hotels don't think of. We really also appreciated our cava and I was a little confused by the room types (my fault for not reading it properly!) but in the end I think we were actually upgraded to a suite which is so worth it, so definitely do recommend. Staff were lovely and breakfast so good!! We'll definitely be back, thank you! :)

The hotel was very modern and spacious. The process to check in was a little longer than usual, however the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and felt clean, however I do think they need to provide a bit more toilet roll and one of the doors to the room wouldn’t shut properly. They have a kids club, which opens until late, so something for the kids to do during the evening or when it’s raining outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay, however just a little warning with the swimming pool can be extremely windy and it’s not heated, which was a shame as we would have enjoyed to have spent more days in the pool. Would recommend during the warmer period, so even if it’s windy, it will still feel warm. I would 10/10 recommend half board as the dinner variety is amazing and sometimes it’s just easier to eat dinner at the hotel than spend time looking for somewhere outside, especially with kids. The hotel itself is close proximity to everything, so didn’t really need to get public transport to go anywhere in particular. As a lot have mentioned, it’s extra cost to use the fridge in the room, but they do have a mini bar fridge, which could fit smaller items if needed. It would also have been nice if you could use the indoor pools, as the outdoor pools can be way too windy to enjoy.

We only had breakfast there was so much to choose from excellent quality. Fantastic location central to everything 2 min walk to beach. There was no day time entertainment when we were there but played nice music. Evening entertainment had 2 or 3 acts on every night. Don Pancho see you next September already booked to come back xxx

A very nice hotel in the center of Benidorm, close to Playa Levante. It's also close to all the bars and the lively night entertainment in the "English part" of the town, and to the shopping area. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and clean and tidy all around. We liked all the green plants and the waterfall by the entrance. We have never stayed there, but we have seen the rooms when we visited friends. They looked fine. The lunch buffet can be recommended, it is very good.

After a week spent at the hotel, it's time for a review. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful during check-in. The elevators did not break down during our stay in Tower 1, but I can't say that there was any fear because of the noise. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit old and in need of renovation. Housekeeping was nice and cleaned the rooms every day. The typical all-inclusive food was plentiful but of poor quality and cold. It happened that the chicken and sausages were raw, so I suggest checking them out. Lunch was probably the worst, we only used it twice. The staff in the entire hotel was very nice and friendly, and here I would like to thank them for their work and smiling faces, which was not easy. During our stay, none of our 4 were sick, but there were children who vomited by the pool, or at the evening shows, and in the dining room during our last dinner, where the floor was not even disinfected, only the parents cleaned the floor and left, and in their place a moment later another family came. The staff working in the dining room should pay more attention to such things. It was a nice week, but I will not return.

Staff are lovely and always help when needed. Easy bus route bring you into main Benidorm. Would definitely stay here again.

Unless you pay for ultra inclusive, it is not worth coming here. The inside of the hotel is in need of some serious repairs. The lino they put on the wall of one lift was peeling. On the same lift two floor buttons were broken. Another lift broke down Daily. Our room air con broke on a day that was 27degrees and the receptionist said they would send someone within the hour and no one came at all, my husband managed to fix it. We ended up eating out all the time which wasn't cheap at all because the food was undercooked and in one restaurant the food was left out all day, so it was disgusting. My step dad got ill on the first day. The kids club isn't good at all, it was on for about an hour or two a day and it was just crafts in a small room. The three mascots were never seen, u till after 10pm when one would appear on the stage at the end of the show for photos. The shows were repetitive and didn't start on time or anywhere near the time. The shows are also out in the garden bit by the swimming pools. The massive pro of the hotel was the swimming pool areas, it looked picturesque. We paid for inclusive but was only allowed in one restaurant which opened at 7pm for tea, 1pm for lunch and 8am for breakfast. That was OK. But we weren't allowed in any of the other restaurants like the pirates tavern. You have to pay for the gaming experience room which only opens after 4pm. When I voiced a Complaint to reception they were rude and didn't want to hear it. We did however meet a couple friendly people around the resort and the beach restaurant we went too. Safety isn't too big at the hotel, only the bottom level of the stairs has friction grips on them, the rest do not and get rather slippery with water and sand. This hotel would be suited to a couple but not a family with young kids or the elderly.

I overall enjoyed my experience at Magic tropical splash (despite the heavy miss marketing) sailing something this hotel was just not up to the level of. it’s located in a very good location near the beach and several shops and food places. The pool and the slides are all entertaining. The bars are very decent as well. Some areas of the hotel are looking very rundown some areas not up too much such as the gym and the arcade not like you would have to worry about going to the gym because you will be spending half your day running up and downstairs because the lifts do not work absolute disgrace seen myself waiting over 20 minutes for a lift sometimes they just didn’t come could be very frustrating. The food was okay quite repetitive the Italian restaurant which is located inside the hotel was not up too much. The menu was very limited for options and when food came it was extremely hard. And for people who are meant to work in hospitality, I thought The majority of the staff were very rude and had no peoples skills. however not all some were very nice to speak too but some I found myself very frustrated at. I do think they could benefit by putting more on during the day such as pool activities found myself bored during the day. Wi-Fi is terrible. The game experience I found very enjoyable as well as a disco at night The entertainment was very hit and miss seemed to have no structure. sometimes was just not entertaining at all. The rooms were clean and we are cleaned to a good level every day however very dated were the rooms I had no toilet seat and a lot of my sockets were hanging off the wall. Lifeguards also sitting on their phones most of the time.

Honest review on staying at the hotel and using the Aqua park and Zoo during the stay. The hotel itself now staying there and coming away is alright! For a basic family holiday for a week max it would be perfect, the check in process is very intense. The reception team throw all this information at you in 5 minutes and then send you off like it all makes sense! I see a lot of people say this, but now experiencing I understand what they meant! The room it’s self was lovely, I’ve commented further on this below but i couldn’t really fault the room, in fact it swayed me to give it a 4/5 instead of 3/5 overall! The pools at the hotel are poor in my opinion, they are not heated at all! So they are cold! The pool bar staff are a little rude! I’m very grateful that the water park is included as part of your stay, you’ll find yourself going to the water park instead of being by the hotel pool! The hotel food buffet system is interesting, if you’re an all inclusive + member then you get your own restaurant! But all inclusive generally all go to the main buffet restaurant which yet again I’ve commented on further below, but I found the food to be very basic! A lot of labels for foods are either missing or wrong with no care or attention. So sometimes you don’t know what you’re picking up! One basic example I took a photo of because it was so funny, it’s clearly pizza but the sign suggests it’s rice and pizza? Overall a little disappointed with the food, but it’s doable! It does the job, just not spectacularly! The evening entertainment is actually very good, circus acts, magic and just overall singing and comedy. It’s great, I would say it does start very late some evenings as the main stage doesn’t open until 20:30! So you’ll find most acts start at 21:30/22:00 onwards! The water park as briefly suggested is great, I couldn’t fault the water park. There is plenty to do and as part of the hotel agreement you get unlimited access and free sun loungers (Which normally cost €5 a person) and a bar area specifically for guests! The zoo very similarly is beautiful, the animals are clearly looked after, there is a play park for kids to use and interactive areas around the zoo! Lots and lots of animals to see also!

During our recent visit to the Italian restaurant, we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with special recognition to Chef Khuram for his attention to detail and culinary expertise. The food was outstanding, particularly the pizza, which was nothing short of amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the quality of the food and service, made for a memorable dining experience. We are already looking forward to visiting again as a family. The resort has been incredibly accommodating, especially for families with children, which has further enhanced our stay. This has truly been an exceptional experience, and we cannot wait to return.

We have come as a family of 3, our daughter is 2 and half year old. We are here as o type this and look for other hotels! Never again will we come to this hotel! They make you pay for cups so you can have a drink, they charge you for the sunbeds… the ones that are free are on a steep muddy hill so your drinks constantly fall over and sunbeds topple over. The food is cold… we thought on our first day we might have just been late in but today is our third day and we was one of the first in - same as yesterday- and the food is stone cold- we are all now poorly! The zoo side is good BUT we was advised that we can get towels and drinks from the water park- we got there to be told towels are £20 each and we can’t get the drinks beakers so we had to go all the back to the room/ lodge. Which by the way you can’t even move in cos they are that small! The scrambled eggs are like runny cold rice pudding, the fried eggs are either hard or undercooked and snotty, the "lasagne: was just a little bit of pasta drowned in béchamel sauce. When we spoke to the staff we was told, well stick it in the microwaves provided. One night during the entertainment, loads of glasses were smashed next to the dance area where the kids were playing, we told the staff- as did many others- BUT an hours and half later, they still hadn't cleaned it up and actually walked over the broken glass when putting the chairs under the tables at the end of the night- not once bending down to pick any of it up. I have video evidence of all of what I am saying too. after my complaint to the hotel, we was told they would pay for us to have a nice meal on the beach front with drinks included. turns out the place they sent us to was part of the hotel anyways and part of the ll inclusive, so nothing special. we could have 2 small drinks and a meal to share! the meal came out, the food was so cold you would think it just dam out the fridge, and the chicken wasn't even cooked! Also one day we got back after the cleaners had been in to put clean bedding on, and the clean bedding had POO stains on it!!! Never again. photos uploaded but it won't let me upload the videos as the "owner"s reply states FORMULA 24 blah blah blah.. we DID go to the reception desk and ask to be moved and we was told they couldn't! we wasn't given any welcome letter explaining what we could do in our situation or anything! we had to speak with Ellie at the complaints desk and also the Jet 2 guy. The "metal" explained above was an "apology" we also got upgraded to premium but that was not any better.

Loved our time here, 6 nights in mid October, not a drop of rain to be seen, lots of sunshine and mid to high 20's all week. Just one day of breeze. Yes, the pools are very cold this time of year, but I acclimatised quickly. Ample variety of food, even for me a pretty fussy eater. All staff were friendly polite and helpful. WiFi was pretty damn crap, and we gave up after 2-3 days reconnecting devices and just used data. Entertainment is mixed for various ages but could get tedious on longer stays. Access to zoo and waterpark really makes this, we filled juice bottles at buffet before embarking to the zoo, saves buying drinks there. Exclusive bar at top of waterpark and can be entered easily just past the tigers and the Yaks for decent snacks wonderful ice-cream and whatever drinks you want. This was super helpful this time of year and in the summer would be an absolute god send! Speaking from prior visit to Terra Natura when at a different resort. Take plenty of Rennie's or Gaviscon if you plan to pig out at the all inclusive buffet everyday like I may have done 🐷😂🙈 Would definitely go back again in a year or two. Not for people with restricted mobility as a lot of walking on hills but this didn't bother me, and the mini bus does a loop every 20 minutes from early am to after midnight and drops you outside your row - a little party bus which was excellent 😁☀️😎

Where to begin not all bad but majority is. We flew with jet2. Their was myself my wife and our two old daughter. On arrival we thought wow it looks amazing. Got to the room two single beds put together to make a double bed the room was clean but bit out dated.the cleaners didn't empty the bins and put soiled bed sheets back on the bed. The pools apart from them not being heated they was OK once you got in. The zoo wow what can I say the zoo is amazing and really seen some nice animals but the amount of flys was bad lol The water park another amazing time their too The food where to begin didn't matter what time you went in it was cold alot of miss information about the food flys all over the food the breakfast the eggs was either over cooked or under cooked the lust gose on my two year old daughter would not eat anything unless we went out to buy food. Cheekiness/ money spin we had to pay £30 refundable for three towels £1 each refundable glasses and don't get me started on the beds you got free beds but people was like flys over poo fighting for them. So the only beds available was on a slope on mud and all dirty. The other beds you either had to pay £30 to £50 per day unless you had premium then you got it for half a day. The staff Majority of them was very rude and abrout but the rest couldn't do enough for you and I would like to that the jet2 reps and Ellie the most for their patients for dealing with my wife lol you went above. The night entertainment wow the show was amazing really well and truly enjoyed it. But it didn't start till late the kids entertainment didn't start ti 2030hrs then a break then the main show at 2200hrs it would have been better to start at 1930 hrs for the kids disco then straight into the main show their is steps at the main stage where kids claim up and fall of and didn't have hand rails . The reason why so low score was because of the state of the food the charging of beds and glasses the amount of times we had been bitten wich is from mosquito, bed bugs and spiders and that's just in your room. It's enough to put anyone of from going to Spain

An amazing holiday. We booked VIP by mistake but that was an added bonus. The place is amazing. The food is acceptable and there is plenty of it. There is a walk down to the main strip but this means it's quiet apart from a very little bit of building noise from surrounding areas. I would go again without a doubt.

Myself, mum and sister are just back from staying at the hotel for a week and I have good and bad things to say. The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had. Overall we had a nice holiday but ultimately wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily. The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up. The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service. There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on. The rooms are clean and sizeable with plenty storage options for clothes the only downside is the shower is absolutely terrible you may as well just shower in the rain the water pressure is non existent we all had to wash our hair in the bathroom sinks. Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful. There was plenty entertainment throughout the day although we didn’t participate in this seemed good and varied however the night time entertainment was poor and I know in most of these places that’s the case but it was 90% very bad singers with no charisma or any idea on how to get a crowd going. Overall this isn’t a bad hotel but definitely not a memorable one either

You also get access to the adults roof top pool and the adults only section in the dining room. We noticed standards have dropped alot this year. Cleanliness, beds not changed, food ain't the best anymore. Used to be amazing. Noticed alot of the all inclusive guests were eating out. Including ourselves. might be back in the future. Never say never.

Great hotel very helpful staff. Good range of food and activities. Good for families. Lifts can be a bit of a problem at peak times, although there are 6 they serve 25 floors and due to needing disability pushchair for child stairs were not an option.

The accommodation was not what we expected it was to high the locks to the balcony’ doors in both rooms didn’t work so the rooms wasn’t secure and only 1 room was equipped with a safe. The bathrooms wasn’t clean nor under the beds the aerials to the tv was poor and no signal and lifts broken throughout the holiday so on busy times you would wait 30+ minutes for an available lift then the day before we leave are told we had to move to the 18 floor as our rooms were taken the next day for new people arriving and we couldn’t keep them for the extended room service we had paid for 12 months prior to arriving. There’s a constant bad smell in various areas around the hotel and in need of maintenance and repair. We stayed for 9 nights and even though there was entertainment each evening only 3 evenings it was decent entertainment.

The staff at the level were so friendly, the level itself is child free area, free breakfast wine beer Coca Cola etc. the breakfast is really good, so many options with smiley staff making fresh omlettes. It wasn’t just continental breakfast but had bacon, sausage etc. the little things go along way, for example the cups are refrigerated to make sure your drink is ice cold. The sun does go behind the hotel but you just sunbathe near the pool. The chairs could be a bit more spaced out as it does feel a bit close together. We were situated quite far from the level but we didn’t think it was that bigger deal. Hotel staff are so pleasant, rooms are super clean, bed comfy (although pillows are fairly soft). Overall worth every penny.

My dad had a very serious fall during our stay, and the hotel staff offered no assistance, seemingly avoiding responsibility. We had to call emergency services ourselves. Instead of enjoying our time at the hotel, we spent it at the hospital. Initially, the hotel mentioned they would address our poor experience, but when we tried to extend our stay because my dad was still in the hospital, they offered a room at a higher rate than our original booking. The guest experience manager admitted to being aware of my dad’s fall from the start, despite another staff member claiming no one knew. They also refused to investigate the cause of the fall. On the day we were supposed to check out, they sent someone at 9:30 AM to ensure we left on time. The entire experience was terrible—there was no compassion, and the hotel is overpriced. I do not recommend staying here

We previously stayed in Level at Melia Costa del Sol and were a little bit disappointed about our stay at Level Alicante . The lounge of the 'Level ' ,where you get the extra services , is a long walk because it is at the end of the . Snacks are monotonous and the service in te-he lounge is,although friendly , unprofessional . Parking is under the hotel but not operated by the hotel and is not cheap . The charge is 24 hours , but if you leave after 12 hours you have to pay the full amount . You come back 4 hours later , it starts again .

My husband and I just returned from out trip to Alicante. We stayed with The Level at Melia and really enjoyed our stay. We had initially booked the half-board but ended up cancelling that so we could try some of the food in the area. We really enjoyed our stay, and the room had some nice features, and amenities but there was a few cons. Pro's -Location, in walking distance to a TON of restaurants, shops, and near the beach -Staff was very welcoming and accommodating -The Level is adults only and includes some drinks, and snacks. -The beach! One of the nicest beaches I have ever visited. Beautiful clear water, fine sand, no shells or rocks to step on, chairs available, stands with food and snacks near-by. Con's -Distance to the Level lounge. We were one of the farther rooms from the Level Lounge, -Elevators never worked when we wanted to go down. Luckily, we were only on the second floor, so it wasn't much of an issue until we had to carry our luggage down to check out. -My biggest complaint is the pool areas. It was probably in part due to the time of year we visited but both pool areas only saw a handful of hours of sun per day. And the chairs that were in the sun were already saved, even though no one was in them, by the time we came down to the pool in the morning ~10am. We ended up going to the beach and having to pay for chairs there. -The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, the meal we had was very good and HUGE portions. But had a somewhat limited menu for us to have eaten dinner there all week, and all of the wine/ drinks available were an additional charge. -The shower. We had booked a suite, and the ensuite shower only had a handled shower mounted very high on the wall. Because the shower isn't enclosed the water sprayed all over the whole bathroom every time. We ended up using the much side bathroom that had a shower head and was enclosed even though it was half the size.

Great place to chill out with instant access to the beach and town. The Level is a pleasant place to start your day, with a brilliant breakfast offering in comfortable, airy surroundings and is also a super start to your evening too, with happy hour free bar and tapas. Altogether a super pace to stay and will definitely be coming back.

5 star prices, 3 star service. Junior suite was ok, not brilliant as shower and bath are in the bedroom and the shower leaked. But the service was poor, no staff at the pool bar, forgetting orders in the bar or waiters completely ignoring you at breakfast. Would not return.

This place is all about location. The rooms are specious and ok. The service was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and food options around and did not eat at the hotel. Limited parking under the hotel and other parking areas/garages nearby. Recommend for room/hotel only. NOT bed and breakfast OR full service.

Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. I would definitely return here.

Beautiful and spacious rooms! The balconies were such a nice touch. The room had all the amenities needed and the decor was modern. We loved the tub in the room. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and cakes.

This was a very average experience a shame as the rooms are lovely and location spot on BUT the jacquzzi a complete fail along with the free nails in the sauna. The staff were trying to help but overall it seemed like a just a tourism catch for the unsuspecting tourists. It does not have a welcoming feel or attitude at all and manager were aggressive when I queried the issues. Couldn’t recommend if you want to stay somewhere that is as it is advertised!

Location. Yes, the view is great! Worth staying there just one day for a couple of good pictures. Rooms. The rooms would be great 20 years ago as they were not renovated for a while.🤦🏻‍♂️ Facilities. If you want to simply drink a tea or coffee in your room you will have order a room service or purchase a kettle for additional price🤦🏻‍♂️

Went for a meal with my husband and another couple today. View was amazing. Took photos. We ordered paella and also Sea Bass. Both were delicious but felt they were mean with the seafood in the paella. Three prawns each and two bits of fish which I tried to flake out. Wish I'd ordered the duck. Would go back there for a drink.

Booked direct and got a great deal. Breakfast was amazing - highly recommend. Great location. Stayed on the 24th floor and veiws were outstanding, however we were a bit disappointed with the balcony, a large reason why we booked the hotel, as we felt unsafe using it as there was a large crack in the balcony above us, and our balcony had cracked tiles which moved slightly, this was a bit discouraging, and we did not use the balcony much due to this.

Great location, views and decent spacious room. Nice and clean everywhere. Sadly there was the odd sewage type smell in reception and some areas in the bathroom needed attention (broken door frame and peeling rusty bathtub rim).
