My room was amazing, being on the curve of the hotel it was very spacious with a big double bed which was extremely comfortable including the pillows. There was a large tv and a fridge which was a Godsend and held more than you would think. The bathroom was very big and the shower was powerful. There is a large mirror over the sink. There is also a large full length mirror next to the double wardrobe. In the room there was 8 big windows that slide open fully letting in lots of fresh air. My bedding and towels were changed regularly. The swimming pool is a real asset to the hotel. It is modern and clean as are the sun beds. I spent every afternoon there and it was so relaxing. The hotel smells lovely throughout and I noticed this as soon as I walked into the spacious and modern reception. All the staff are lovely. This hotel in my opinion is well worthy of its 4 stars. It may be back from the centre but I walked there and back every day. There is a bus you can get but I preferred to walk in the wonderful sunshine. There is a very nice supermarket Consum just a 10 minute walk away. It’s on 2 floors and has everything you need. Prices are really good too. Also on Wednesdays there is a big market by the tram stop which is about a 10/15 minute walk. it is just a nice hotel with a good price-quality ratio,there is nothing to complain about, it's what you get for 54 euros per night including breakfast! the bed was good, the breakfast was ok, and it was all nice and clean! perfect for a short stay

I was waiting outside for a bus at 02:30. Manuel came outside and said it was safer to wait in reception, where I also met lovely Jorge. They were so busy with drunk clients, but made me feel like a VIP! THANK YOU ❤️

Nice clean hotel although could do with a bit of updated. Staff friendly and helpful. For those liking a hot breakfast this is not for you. You need to heat up your breakfast in the micro wave. Continental breakfast good choice. Outdoor pool clean overlooking city. The hotel has very little around it as far as bars and shops. Bus stop near by to take you to Benidorm.

Decent functional hotel, good buffet breakfast. Good swimming pool (pity about the poolside music though). On the outer edge of town, so a 25 minutes walk to the beach, or use a cheap taxi. Overall, perfectly fine for our two night stay.

Hotel is well run, clean and overall good. Only reason to visit reception was to get information. Not central to Benidorm but well within reach on public transport. A small great beach within a 10 minute walk with the long beach to the old town within 10 minutes. Great views overlooking the mountains. Better views if lucky enough to get a seafront view which we weren't. The food was nice enough and last night's food was really tasty. Coffee is not nice.

There are so many positives about this hotel but without a doubt their one strength is their staff - they were singularly amazing. They immediately made us feel at home - friendly, helpful and good fun. Well done to all of them but a special mention to Camila and Begonia. As always with these sort of reviews, if you're the kind of person who is polite, appreciative of people's hard work and treat them with respect, you'll love the staff here. The food is really good. Great variety, good salads, some cracking dishes and you're never far away from a good paella! We were here during Halloween and I have to say they went out on a limb here and really took care of the kids that were in the hotel with a massive trick or treat round of the hotel and a cool little homemade terror tunnel. Downside? Well, yes there was one. Our room was a little tired - 0501 in the smaller tower. We had a faulty shower, a dodgy cistern and some open cracks in the wall - it just wasn't what we have been used to from this hotel. We ended up being moved which took a couple of days and that took its toll a little. That being said, we came away having had a really good week. The staff in the hotel very much made it so a big thanks to them.

Our experience was magnificent, we were two couples looking forward to disconnect so we booked an afternoon in the Spa at their Wellness Beauty Center, Montse received us as we got out of the lift and after the Spa she offered us a glass of sparkling wine, there was a water fountain and tea in a little nook where we could sit and chat. We also had a massage the next day which was absolutely relaxing, Ana the masseuse is a grand professional. Apart from this great experience the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to repeat this getaway.

AVOID THIS HOTEL! WORST HOTEL TO EXIST! Staff are rude not helpful at all. I paid for all inclusive, the food is disgusting for the money you pay. The drinks are NOT included in the all inclusive, so you have to pay separately. In the reception they tell you that if you upgrade £14 to a premium all inclusive you will get all drinks you want for 24hrs which is a lie. We upgraded and still had to pay for cocktails!!!!! Bar staff are extremely rude, even got told “ I don’t care what you want” and some bar staff don’t even speak English. Do not come to this hotel as you will be disappointed.

We only visited the roof bar but it looks high end and yes the bar has high end prices so beware if drunk, it'll be one bar tab. Views are spectacular - will visit again.

I booked direct with the hotel a double superior room with balcony. I never received confirmation of my booking prior to travel so I emailed the hotel to confirm my booking. They replied say they had already sent me confirmation...which they hadn't but what I found strange is that they still hadn't sent me any confirmation of booking. When I arrived I was charged another 19€ per night parking which I personally think should be included. After I'd checked in and got to my room I'd noticed 2 single beds and no balcony so I went back to reception and said I think there's been a mistake that's wasn't the room I'd booked. The receptionist very rudely turn her screen around and said that is your room and we have no more available. Moral of the story is make sure they send you the confirmation so you don't get shrewd on your arrival. Would I stay here again......not a chance. And the breakfast is terrible.

6 of us stayed for 5 nights ideally situated for old town and lots of restaurants and bars and if you can stomach it the complete cesspit which is the new town is not too far away. Scenic lift is a no elty and the bar with the terrace on 20th floor is wow. Very Spanish hotel guests and staff all very happy polite and helpful. Breakfast falls a bit shirt but there is a lot of choice so you should find something. I'd definitely stay again.

Apartment was nice had dishwasher and washing machine as well as normal facilities no kettle tho but used saucepan. It was quite spacious with a nice view. A few nice restaurants nearby but supermarket up steep hill and no transport nearby. Not really anything to do in this area so had to get cabs to get out.

Great location, rooms a bit dated but really can't complain as we got a two bed apartment for €60 for a two night stay midweek. Noisy bar on the Wednesday night, but that's just because we've two young children now, would not be complaining ten years ago!

Stayed a few days with a group. Had a great stay, but not mainly because of the hotel. The positives: Good location with nice views if you don't mind the short walk up the hill from the very nice beach area. Nice staff. Quiet neighborhood. The gigantic bed was OK, as was the AC on the room. The downsides: It's a 3 Star hotel. They must have stolen no. 4. It's a bit tired and in need of a work over. Tired and old furniture, very noisy restaurant with very average buffets. In fact all public and private rooms are noisy, with naked walls and floors, but I was lucky and had very quiet neighbors most of the time. Sound proofing is poor. Clientele is mostly 60-70+. So all in all: If you expect 2-3 Star hotel standard this is probably OK. For luxury and peace and quiet look elsewhere.

Had booked an apartment in La Lucia but the owner reneged on us and gave us a very basic room in this hotel. No facility to make a hot drink and not even a bottle of water. Outside furniture is falling to pieces and there is no lock on the patio door making the room insecure. This is not a 4 star hotel but at the best a 3 star. Pillowcases didn't even fit the pillows with the ends hanging out of the pillowcase. When you've booked a luxury apartment with its own private swimming pool and get put in this place then you can feel very unhappy.

Lovely hotel, very nice inside and I would go back. I just feel that this hotel has massive potential and could be much much more lively. Not many activities during the day, and entertainment at night doesn't go on for long enough, it's all done before 11 and if you have kids I wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing for them

Good, just good. Clean, but not enough choice for the meals. Pancakes 🥞 are out of stock after 20 minutes of the breakfast. Super strange policy. Services that were included on the day are not in the all-inclusive next day. Complete disappointment

My stay at this hotel was very pleasant, even though to begin with it was really confusing to navigate. I would suggest two minor improvements for new guests on arrival; 1. A map of the hotel and all its places (reception, restaurant, coffee bar, spa, swimming pool, sunbathing area, etc.) and opening times of each one. 2. Description of each floor in the elevator (what is located on them). This would've made things easier. My favorite place at the hotel was the coffee bar and the seating area outside. Such a friendly staff there, especially Irati, Ángel and Bako. Soon enough they knew who I was because I was a regular and always charged everything to my "easily remembered" room (119). Great customer experience! The food at the restaurant was overall good. You could always find something for your taste. I liked the different dinner themes, one night it was seafood, one night it was Italian, etc. I really liked the outdoor entertainment, especially the karaoke. But in my opinion it was a little short. Just from 10-11 PM and no music afterwards, so you had to go to the terrace 360 rooftop bar if you wanted to continue. Even though almost everything was quite pleasant during my stay, there were a few things I didn't like. The beds were a little too firm, so it was hard laying in one position the whole night. Also there was no possibility for a late check-out. My flight wasn't until 11 PM so spending 8 hours after I had to check out, was a bit difficult. But I got to stay on the hotel premises after check-out, which was nice, so I survived. Another thing was the security box in the room. It was locked and with no default code. I called the reception and they said, if I wanted to use it, they had to bring a key to open it and they couldn't do it right away because they were short staffed. Why not just use 1234 and tell visitors to change it. Then when they do a final room cleaning after the visitor has left, to set it back to 1234. But overall my stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Plenty of cupboard space for clothing etc. Clean towels and beds made daily (over our 5 days stay) Beds were comfy. The hotel and pool area are very clean. Plenty of sun loungers, but you do have to be quick to get the ones near the parasols (this happens at most hotels!) We didn't find the walk up/down the hill a problem. Hot or cold choice for breakfast, with fresh fruit and a good selection of bread, cheese, hams, pastries etc. Good location for supermarkets, eateries and bars. On the whole I think we made the best choice when booking this hotel. The grounds are so much nicer than others that we walked past and the sun shines on the pool all afternoon. The lifts are a tad slow (the only negative thing). All staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Stayed in the attached apartments, which were very basic & certainly not 4 star like the hotel is rated. There seemed to be a leaking pipe (water dripping from kitchen area ceiling) which was reported but nobody came to assess or deal with it. We paid for a panoramic view with a glass balcony & got a concrete balcony. The panoramic view was lovely, but could only be seen if we were standing. There was no control or action in respect of the poor behaviour of other residents, despite it being reported, which included throwing things off the balconies, spitting over the edges onto other balconies, smoking in areas they shouldn't be & very excessive noise. The small pool attached to the apartments was neglected somewhat. We were able to use the main hotel pool, but it would have been nice to be able to use ours. Communication was poor & some of the staff were quite rude. There was also a €200 deposit which wasn't included in the information. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

Friendly front desk staff, reception and pool area clean. Rooms tiny air con doesn't work bathroom could use a deep clean. We did know before going it was a 20 mins walk to the main strip however it wasn't manageable the hill was to steep so had to rely on taxis. Not expensive though

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely spotless, very obliging staff nothing a problem. Food was lovely. Hotel a bit out but free bus laid on to bring you up and down to beach. Downside it stopped at 8.30pm would still recommend a stay.

Food - excellent range. Nice and tasty. Location - free bus regular to the beach/ centre. Brilliant service. Even so is about a ten minute walk if you miss it. So not bad. But is hilly. Staff - friendly and helpful. Entertainment- regular and decent. Rooms- nice size. Cleaners come daily but sometimes had to ask for floor to be swept. But they did if asked. Hotel says no big groups when the weekend come there were lots of groups. Stags/ hens. Due to there behaviour lilos were not allowed in pool ashame for the children there. As soon as weekday came these groups had gone home. Overall good value for money.

Excellent sea front position, lovely balcony with a beach & sea view. Nice little outdoor pool and terrace. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom desperately needs refurbishing, rusty radiator and towel rail, stained and faded sink top, shower door on bath didn't seal, bath was well past its best. Breakfast was very poor, other meals were very disappointing. No way should this be a 4 star hotel. We stayed in 2 different 4 star hotels in Benidorm during our vacation and they were far superior.

Just had a fabulous 4 night stay here. Cant fault it, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. Wide selection of foods to choose from at buffet breakfast including full English breakfast. Location is brilliant, would highly recommend.

If you would like the opposite of a warm welcome and to feel like a burden to staff than this is the hotel for you. **Review: Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel** I recently stayed at this hotel for a 10-night vacation, and I can confidently say it does not deserve its 4-star rating. From the moment we arrived, the experience was far from what we expected. The reception staff, particularly Oscar and another young male member of staff, were exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Despite our attempts to address various issues, they remained unfriendly throughout our entire stay, making us feel unwelcome and frustrated. The hotel itself was a massive disappointment. The rooms and overall appearance are far worse than the pictures suggest. What was advertised as a luxurious stay turned out to be a subpar experience. The pool is tiny, overcrowded, and not nearly as inviting as the photos make it seem. To make matters worse, the bins around the property were consistently dirty and overflowing, which is not what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be 4-star. One of the most frustrating aspects was the lifts. They were an absolute nightmare. We found ourselves constantly waiting for long periods, only for the lift to arrive and head in the opposite direction. When they finally did show up, the lifts were tiny and could barely accommodate a few people at a time. This inconvenience added to the already disappointing stay, as getting around the hotel became an unnecessary hassle. Adding insult to injury, we were charged extra for basic amenities. You have to pay for towels, and even the use of the safe in your room comes with a fee. These added costs, coupled with the lackluster facilities and poor service, left us feeling robbed of our hard-earned money. We left the hotel feeling disappointed and definitely not refreshed. This place does not deserve your money or your time. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a truly enjoyable stay. The one positive thing I would say is the daily cleaning service offered at the hotel, the maids were nothing but helpful and thorough in their cleaning.

The positives.. Lovely relaxing atmosphere! Not far from the beach & Benidorm. Lovely staff throughout. We had no issues with ants or mosquitoes so that was a massive bonus. The hotel and grounds were kept clean at all times! Appreciated that you were not allowed to reserve sun beds (but there was still the odd who kept towels down and went away). The pool area does not open until 10am. There were 3 lifts, very efficient. The rooms were spacious, fridge, kettle and hairdryer provided. Towels provided in the bathroom did get changed daily. Close to all amenities. Beautiful views on the top floors! Did not use the spa, prices are cheaper elsewhere. The negatives.. - Unfortunately the food was just awful. - Our bed never got changed the duration of our stay and with a one year old it got messy. - when the maid did make our bed, she had just thrown the main sheet over the top to hide the crumpled sheets underneath. - A wedding held on the Saturday closed off the pool area for the reception and photos, no apology was given. Overall, I would return again.

Came here on holiday for almost a week and would really recommend the hotel. The reception are so lovely and very helpful, the hotel is in a good place and very close for restaurants and the beach and they even have a free taxi service to the beach. Bar tenders and the house keeping are also very polite and always say hi. We also had the buffet for breakfast which was good.

Lovely hotel and area visually! Had a problem with a card throughout the holiday as it wasn’t working. Was on the 4th floor and lifts were slow and full most the time. Bit of a pain going up and down lift when the card was not working. You have to pay to use the spa (assumed it would have been added with holiday package) food wasn’t the best. Sausages were raw in the middle for breakfast. Servers watching you when you’re eating. Made me feel a little uncomfortable. Have to wait until 10am to be able to sunbathe and go in the pool. Pool was super busy. We didn’t mind but if you want somewhere quiet this is not the hotel for you. Overall okay experience. I’ve been to much better hotels for the money.

Left on Sunday, had a really nice 5 day break there, went half board so we'd taken a gamble on the food being good, which paid off as it was really good, plenty choice. Lots of veggie options, I saw some g/f ones as well, not sure how much on that part. Pool was good and the lady who does the games was nice and friendly as well. Room was nice and clean, cleaners came in every day, we seemed to get more and more towels, which is no bad thing! Evening entertainment on one night they had a show, we didn't stay up for it, but was told it was really good. If I had to find some bad, a couple of the waiting staff took food a bit fast, a family put a full bowl down, went to get something and it went when they got back, but it is a buffet so people will get plates stacking up if they don't take them away

The room was clean but showing it's age. Air con lovely and cold. The mini bar (fridge) was useless and was not checked until I complained to the Jet2 rep, it was then swapped and worked perfectly. Food was plentiful but it was difficult to build a decent meal, after four days we decided to eat out for the rest of the week. I don't understand why Amstel lager is on draught while several Spanish beers are ,in my opinion, far better,

Looks the part as you enter lobby area. However room shabby dark stains on walls in several places bathroom bin dirt and rusty toilet brush needs to go in bin. Strange smell/drains?beds undersheet filthy. Mattress had to be changed it was broken?Water on floor when you shower not sealed correctly. Air con vents dirty. Floors needed a proper clean. Pool in shade very small. Entertainment average. Food OK repeats every week. Good points shower powerful breakfast good Wednesday BBQ night was the best food. Great location. Not 4 star.

Just had an amazing week in the Dynastic hotel. The staff were absolutely fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us and were so friendly. While the pool was a little small it was plenty big enough for what we needed and the children spent so much time there. The food was lovely, always had something I enjoyed. The maid service could have been a little better, floors weren't swept all week but fresh towels every day. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of amenities close by. I would definitely go back.

Stayed here for 4 nights on a girls trip. The hotel was alright for our needs but it definitely isn't a 4 star hotel. The hotel allows local young football teams to use the premises, they literally take over the place. We went for lunch and struggles asnthey swarmed in and wouldn't allow you to get close to any of the decent food. They were also very rude. They also take over the pool and crowd around any young girls staying at the hotel asking them to kiss them. It isn't what you expect when you have paid to stay at a 4 star hotel. I tried everyday to get an iced coffee and failed pretty much every time, I think I only managed to get what would resemble an iced coffee once. For the all inclusive you get given a token for your drink, so if you take a drink up to your room you must remember to bring your plastic cup back down otherwise you will be refused to get another drink, even if it is just a soft drink. So you end up carrying you cup around with you until you want to change it back to a token. Not sure why a wrist band can't suffice for this. The rooms were a good size and 4 of us stayed in one room comfortably. The bathroom was also very spacious. We never got our beds made during our stay and you also don't get a fresh bottle of water in the room each day, which I would expect. There was a kettle in the room, but that was it. No cups, coffee, tea, sugar, spoon. Nothing! My friend kindly bought me a mug from a local shop just so I could have a morning coffee. Not sure why they provide a kettle with nothing to go with it! The pool was a bit in the small size, which was awkward when the football team was in there. But it was nice a refreshing, just wish it was bigger. Plenty of sun loungers but they are all just lined up in big rows, but that will be down to the space available around the pool. The food was alright, exactly what you would expect at an all inclusive. But there wasn't the option to get things cooked like at other places, so no omelettes, etc or pasta stations. Where you can ask for what you want. But the food did us for our stay. Any longer and I think I would have had to eat out. As I said, the hotel suited the majority of our needs for 4 nights, but I wouldn't come here for any longer and I wouldn't stay here for a family holiday.

This is a very lovely hotel. Clean, modern and with good facilities. 3 different pools makes it ideal for different holiday groups . The staff are friendly and the spa is very well equipped .4 jacuzzis, sauna, steam room and cold plunge pool. The only negative I'd say and it's very minor is the gym isn't very well equipped. Very limited machines and weights , but people don't really go on holiday to work out. The food was good without being great in my eyes . As I'm a Pescatarian , the range of fish was superb!! But other veggie /vegan options were limited. A couple of my friends were gluten free and they were specially catered for very well. I'd recommend the Diamante if you are visiting Calpe as the location is right on the beach and the promenade for all the shops!

I didn't stay at the hotel but my daughter bought me a spa session, massage and buffet lunch as a birthday present. All 3 were absolutely wonderful. The spa has 20 different experiences to try - definitely one of the most luxurious spas I've ever visited! And the massage therapist Kelly (from Ecuador) was top notch. I felt totally relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I highly recommend this as a perfect gift experience for a loved one.

The bar man Manuel is fantastic!! He is always making sure you are accompanied for no matter the cost and effort. He is friendly and always has a smile on his face. The rooms and tidy and nice and up to date any issues or problems gets resolved very quickly.

We spent a week in AR Diamante Hotel in the beginning of september, a group of 17 people. Everything was to our standard, the rooms were nice and the food was good. Service was also very good and we were especially impressed with the activities offered, whether it was aqua gym, water polo or fun for the kids, all very enjoyable. The evening shows were also very nice. Would definately stay there again ☺️

Lovely hotel now my 3rd time here although little disappointed this time with a few staff one was the life guard my granddaughters had a short t shirt on as they shoulders was a little burnt he said that it was allowed in the pool I totally understood and they took them off then half an hour later there was some other children and adults in the pool with T-shirts on and he never said nothing to them I was a bit upset as we are English and the others was Spanish I felt it was a bit disrespectful but I didn’t say anything as I don’t want to spoil my granddaughters holiday In the dinning room I forgot my room card one night and the lady said to me if I forget again she won’t let me in I haven’t forgotten since but she hasn’t even asked to see it either it was very rude and in front of everyone the last one is the cleaning of the room twice we was left with no toilet rolls and had to come to reception to tell them which is a bit embarrassing Today I had an amazing facial with marina who was absolutely brilliant she is so good at her job would highly recommend her very kind and very sweet everyone in the spa was friendly and lovely Even though I have had a few issues I would still come back to this hotel and would recommend it to people I known

Room very clean and tidy, Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Location in the old town and proximity to the beach was excellent , less than 200 yards from the beach. Roof pool clean and tidy as was the lifts and corridors in the hotel. Would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

Bathroom let the room down but our room was spacious and comfortable. Service was brilliant, loved the hotel bar and food. And you could get a better location! Centrally located and within walking distance to all amenities and delights of the old town.

We stayed for 5 nights 6 days, the hotel in itself wasn't too bad, and the location was not too bad. It was a nice location for both new and old town. We asked for a balcony room on a higher floor, high in sight, we should have asked for no higher than 3 floors. We were on the 5th floor room 507, don't, I repeat, don't get this room! Directly above it were the buildings main air con units, and as you guess, constantly buzzing and humming, to the point it woke us up several times! If I had been here longer, I would have moved! We went all inclusive, a lot of places around with good prices, choice is yours. I found the staff friendly and helpful, lifts were good! Perfect hotel in the centre of Benidorm. 5 mins to the Old Town, 10mins to the New Town. Room was perfect for us, bathroom was a bit small for me but I am a bigger bloke 😆. Food was great different menu every night. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Had a short break away, the Hotel is well located to the Beach and local night life. Hotel staff and rooms were excellent. We were on half board during our stay and restaurant is clean and spotless and the food is well presented and very tasty. Parking is available at a reasonable price. I would definitely be taking another weekend break to stay at this hotel.

Stayed here in October 24 for a week, the Hotel is within easy walking distance to the beach and night life venues. The room was clan and well presented, all the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. There is building work currently being done at this hotel, but although my room was directly above the work, I was not disturbed by any noise. The entertainment at the hotel was not for me, but I did not stay there much in the evenings

Nice clean hotel. Shower flooded the bathroom just had to put towels down. Had coffee in the room first night, asked for it to be replenished and advised they do not put coffee in the rooms, reception was not very helpful (male). Pool area nice. Location makes it. Food, breakfast yes good but evening was hit and miss, salad was nice ?

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and generally had a good experience. The hotel was well situated close to the beach and amenities. However the design of the bathroom really spoilt our stay. Be warned that the glass partition wall provided no privacy when performing natural functions. For all the hotel's good points this design would prevent us from a return visit.

My sister and I are just coming to the end of a week at this lovely hotel. Plenty of different choices of food. Bar well staffed and pleasant. We were on the 2nd floor so lifts not an issue. Glass bathroom a bit odd but we quickly worked around it. Would definitely return. View from the Terrace is a real bonus.

We recently stayed at Hotel Mediterraneo and had a mixed experience. On arrival, we were welcomed warmly by the reception staff, who added a thoughtful touch by taking a group photo and attaching it to our account for identification, a unique and convenient approach, especially for the all inclusive services. The all inclusive deal is decent, though there are areas for improvement, especially with the dining experience. The buffets are well suited for seafood lovers, with a variety of fish options available. However, after two nights, we found the menu became repetitive, and the dessert selection was unvaried. Additionally, the kids' menu was limited, cycling through hot dogs, burgers, crispy pancakes, and hash browns each day. Most restaurant staff were attentive and friendly, although a few seemed less engaged. Our room was spacious, with ample storage, but the floors could benefit from daily mopping. We noticed our feet quickly became dirty after a shower, indicating the floor needed a more thorough cleaning routine. Air conditioning is available in the room but we did at first miss the control. The pool area was spotless, which we appreciated, although the pool bar was closed during our off season stay, and snacks were only available in the restaurant. The snack options, however, were limited mainly burgers, hot dogs, salads, and a selection of cold meats. Unfortunately, the quality of the burgers was disappointing. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located about a 20-minute walk to the beach, with a pleasant path dotted with shops and bars along the way. Overall, Hotel Mediterraneo is a nice hotel with a lot of potential, but refining the food options and enhancing cleaning routines could elevate the guest experience. We travelled with Jet 2 who visited the hotel twice during our stay.

Just came back from a 4 night stay here, we have absolutely loved it!! Everything was prefect. It is run on a card system they took a picture of me and my partner when we got there and put us both on both cards so we could go up and get us both a drink which was prefect. The room was just what you needed clean, big, comfy bed clean towels everyday, there isn't any AC but it was cooler when we went so that didn't effect us. The pool it was cold but it was fine for a quick dip to cool down. The food was amazing a different selection every day, we walked away full and happy. The only thing I would say is if your a dessert person it's not a great selection but there's always ice cream and yogurts then the last night a chocolate fountain - amazing. You are far enough away from the main strip to not hear any of the noise but close enough to walk about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff we lovely really pleasant and polite a really lovely stay. We would definitely go back and recommend to anyone wanting to go to benidorm. Lovely stay very happy

Hotel was spotless and staff were really friendly, great location for Benidorm Palace and Mundomar but a bit of a trek to the beach. The food was not great and we ate out most days apart from the breakfast which was OK. We got the all inclusive plus so we could have the named spirits and cocktails but there was only 1 cocktail a day which was a bit of a disappointment if we had known we wouldn't have paid the extra. On the plus side there was a McDonald's next door which we visited a few times because the food wasn't up to much. Don't think we would return and don't think it's upto a 4 star.

Make no bones about it, this hotel is 3* at best. It may have been 4* when built, but not now. Tatty and in need of renovation, broken floor tiles with pieces missing, loo flush buttons that fall of the wall, disrespectful cleaners, etc, make this a lucky 3* Hotel. Bar, restaurant, chef & reception staff are pleasant, which is the only saving grace of this establishment. Incredibly limited buffet food. Don't waste your money on all-inclusive. Sinatra's, The Yorkshire pride are over the road and do good food at a reasonable prices. The Paddock is a nice bar, too. You also have a few restaurants' yards away, so there is plenty of choice.

Stayed at the Levante hotel, absolutely brilliant service in its entirety. Customer service was amazing, we had a problem with our booking that was our fault, but the staff got this resolved for no charge for us. Food was incredible, really varied, freshly cooked to order for some bits. Pools were really nice, the bottom pool is shaded by the hotel next door at times but was significantly quieter! Room cleanliness was unparalleled. Drinks at the bar were amazing, really varied options included in the All Inclusive, really happy with everything. Only a 10 minute walk from the beach too.

Great hotel , clean , nice size room , can't comment on the food as we did not eat there , I was given a bottle of wine and a card for my birthday which was a very nice touch , it's a bit of a walk to the old town but there are taxis right outside the door and even better a number 10 bus that's very frequent and 1.60 pp . We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay.

I was there for a short 4 night stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Also in the restaurants within the hotel. Because of a misunderstanding with travel agent I booked my trip with they were kind enough to give me an upgrade for my remaining few days I was there. The location is easy access and not far from the sea and the old town. Public transportation is a breeze and the buses include the hop on off bus stops right in front of the hotel. I had a very nice time there and would recommend it.

Rooms in the apartments are big and modern. The only issue I had was the bathroom was a bit small. As for the pool, I went at the end of June and one side of the pool got the sun and then it worked it's way around so you only got sun 1 side at time also very little sunbeds and room. Around the pool so prob unsuitable in the summer if you like lying by the pool. Location is great for everything

The overall experience was great, the staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel is overall great. The only minor issue was that other guests seem to love slamming doors and talk loudly whilst walking to their room but the hotel is definitely not at fault, nor is something they could manage.

Excellent hotel. We have just returned from two weeks there. We are Scottish and there were very few Brits staying in the hotel (which can be a good thing). The other residents were mainly elderly Spanish, so the hotel was very peaceful at night (we're 50 & 51 which was great for us that there were no Stag or Hen parties staying here). We were made to feel extremely welcome and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean (no tea or coffee but that didn't bother us) and the buffet breakfast was very good with enough British choices. The downstairs bar is absolutely beautiful but the drinks were slightly pricey with smaller measures compared to nearby bars, which meant the bar was often quite quiet. All of the evening entertainment was in Spanish which was fair enough but still enjoyable. The pool areas were excellent and fairly quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location which is close to the beach and local bars and restaurants and is a short walk into the Old Town but is far enough away from The Strip so there is no hassle and we felt very safe. Highly recommended and we would happily return. Many Thanks! 💕💕💕

We stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were poorly cleaned as we had to be moved to another room, I've blonde hair, and there was black hair over the floor and in the shower and there was stuff skit up the skirting board and wall. Our window was broken and wouldn't lock. Our balcony door was broken on our 3rd night we where able to lock it up until then it looked like someone had booted it from outside as you can climb easily from one side to the other and when requested for someone to come fix it, no one was sent so my husband took pictures and went do to reception and he was told they would have no one until morning to looked at it which wasn't acceptable we hadn't had our dinner and didn't feel comfortable leaving our room with the door broken, so we were giving a new room. The hotel also doesn't cater for English people for the time of year. Food was all Spanish. Our walls were paper thin, people in the room beside may aswell of been in our bed when being intimate as their bed was bouncing off our wall making our bed move to their motion at 3am. We did enjoyed our holiday benidorm is a very nice place and we would go again, but I wouldn't say this hotel is 4*

I am staying in this hotel right now till saturday and I am so dissapointed. Worst hotel I ever stayed in :( It is definately not a 4* hotel…. Rooms basic… not even a tea or Coffee in the rooms… Food very dissapointing everyday same things No variety at all, No seasoned and same things every night like for kids at school…. My family are staying in hotel next door and they have a much better experience even thought its a 3* Cockroaches in the room when I arrived and in general not very clean… Wouldnt reccommwnd and wouldnt stay again for that Kind of money…

Cleanliness of hotel is 10/10, we stayed mid Sept and the pool was quite quiet with plenty of beds around it free. The hotel is good distance walk from the new town and strip but taxis are really reasonably priced however your within walking distance to loads of shops, restaurants and bars. Would recommend this hotel however was not too fussed on the food during buffet.

Went for a week getaway with my wife. Here are our pros and cons of the stay: Pros: +Masseuse really helped my wife and I. Jhanina deserves a pay rise for her going above and beyond for giving us a lovely experience (and helping fix my back). We went to the spa every day. +buffet food decent + Perfect location to beach + Service was always with a smile, staff very friendly + Ultra high inclusive really does mean unlimited food and drink. Emphasis on unlimited drinks especially at the bar which are generally in other places 6-10€ per drink. + Very clean rooms and spa + Beach towels provided (with 20€ deposit) for entire stay and can be exchanged for fresh ones every day of your stay. Cons: - very strong cleaning product smell throughout the hotel from the moment you walk in. - took 3 calls and a visit to reception to get 2 extra pillows and a blanket. Reception understaffed. - no room service -cleaning staff yell to each other in the hallway as of 10am waking my wife and I on our holiday - cocktails served in water glasses. - coffee provided in room is undrinkable. - Hotel WiFi quite weak. Better to use mobile data for a more stable connection. Summary, the hotel is good value for money and we felt welcome during our stay.

This is a very good hotel, the staff are all lovely and very helpful. The rooms are very lage and always kept clean by the cleaning staff. The level of service is very high also. And the location of yhe the hotel couldn't of been better. Come out of the hotel cross the road, and you're on the beach.

Perfect location, really 2 minutes from the beach. We spent here 7 nights in July 2024, overall, it was good - friendly stuff, tasty food with different kitchens each day, a lot of seafood, rooms were good. Disadvantages - weak WiFi, the only place you can get it inside in our room was bathroom; no fresh yogurt for breakfast, limited options for fruits - cherries only once, peaches in half meals. And initially we were settled in awful noisy room on first floor, where we can hear everything from lobby and restaurant, we asked for replacement and in two days got a new room on 3rd floor, much better in terms of noise, but with slightly broken AC, it wasn't possible to set up the temperature below 21 degrees.

Good service and cool hot tub in the room ($$$ upgrade) but that’s about it. The facilities need to be updated and cared for much better. As a business owner and service provider, you can tell this hotel group doesn’t have the management oversight capacity to maintain all their properties in order to uphold their “4 star” rating. Needs attention asap… better house keeping throughout the entire resort, wallpaper peeling off, black mold, broken glass furniture and stains on the walls/ceiling to name a few things. See photos. WiFi is horrible… very slow. Tiny TVs without smart capabilities even in their “upgraded rooms” Food was okay but not worth the $$$. Cold items were not cold. Some of the meats were tough. The glasses at the pool were dirty. About 3 stars… 2.75ish

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly especially Dani in dining hall. Food was good although there was some repeats. Plenty there though. Prices for drinks were a bit bewildering as dining hall was cheapest then pool bar next then main bar dearest don't know what thats about. Lifts get a bit getting used to. Room ok but not enough drawer space, also bath towels were very thin not what you would expect from a 4 star plus hotel. Antonio in dining hall was brilliant. May go back.

The hotel is just superb. We stayed all inclusive and couldn't believe the food choices. A hotel which serves hot food!!! Rooms clean large with nice pool view. One negative was that the snack bar played some awful music therefore we couldn't have our usual siesta as it went on until 6 even when there was no one left at poolside. Hotels club is one of the best in benidorm. Top entertainment 7 nights a week. Nice street level bar. Staff are wonderful. There's the good parts now the most horrible one. I have mobility issues and the lifts are a joke. They are pathetic. All guests complained about them and the way they are programmed. Please sort them out as they must be losing you business. Even younger fitter people were complaining about them. Don't let this continue to be the main talking point of an otherwise fantastic hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Food was typical all inclusive food, some days were better than others but still good quality. They should provide water with meals. Fair enough to charge for soft drinks and alcohol. Perfect position if you want to be central for clubs and bars. Quiet in rooms considering right next to bars. Overall a good hotel.

I am not happy at all about my current stay in this hotel. Staying in Room 533 with a Pool View. Every single day from about 7:30 until late into the evening the staff decide to slam the fire exit door directly next to our room as hard as they physically can. When they are done slamming the doors, they continue to then shout as loud as possible down the hallway as if it’s some joke that a customer puts up a DO NOT DISTURB sign and is trying to sleep. Multiple occasions they have knocked the door and completely ignored the same DO NOT DISTURB sign. Getting a sunbed is near impossible on a daily basis unless you rush to the pool at 8:30 along with all the others that have to do the exact same. Couple were taking multiple beds and the staff did nothing to stop this at all. Food at the restaurant was hit and miss, and getting a table at Breakfast is a complete disaster. Tried to get late check out at a cost of €46 and was promised to come to reception the day before and they will sort it. Went to reception and they then said it’s not possible! So we have to wait from 1200 to 2100 in the hotel without a room! All in all if the hotel wasn’t clean, they would get a 1 star review!

We had the pleasure of staying at the Presidente for the first time as part of group of 3 couples. Checking in was simple, informative and welcoming, as we had arrived late we were given a packed lunch with fruit. We upgraded our room to a pool view after reading the reviews and were delighted with our room. The hotel is spotless ly clean, the pool is small but we'll cared for and we were always able to get a bed thanks to nobody being able to put their towels out until door opened 8.15am. The restaurant is basic but the food is varied, well presented and tasteful, a good selection. We were greeted every morning by our lovely cleaning lady. Lifts were easy to use and never waited long. The evening entertainment in the bar below, Philippines 10 was of high quality. When we checked out we were given water for our journey. We would all highly recommend this hotel, thank you for a lovely holiday

Myself and my husband have just returned from 4 nights here. Great Central location, walking distance to both the strip and the old town. We chose a Frontal sea View room. Which was on the 13th (top) floor. Fantastic sea views right along the beach. Hotel is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned & beds made up everday. Which is a fantastic bonus. We had the Bed and Breakfast option and found the food offerings great. With a wide selection. From hot & cold options. All buffet. The Hotel has a lovely pool and plenty of sun beds, towels are supplied. With a hot tub & a small shallow pool, for children. Overall a fantastic hotel in a great location. Can't recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back. An amazing break.

Only 2 parasols at the pool side and staff couldn't get safe to work after multiple attempts. Breakfast was good and staff very friendly. Rooms nice. Pool attendant will remove towels if left for short periods which is a good and bad thing depending on your own views. Very good location. Benidorm is a fab place to holiday and caters for everyone. We will be back.

Amazing location right on the sea front, only criticism is the pool side loungers , there are very limited with parasols so you could easily burn in summer. Some extra movable ones would be perfect. Great breakfast perfect location.

Location of this hotel is just perfect. In the middle of Benidorm accross the beach the location is just perfect. For us it was a surprise that the times for breakfast, lunch and dinner were so late. Times can not be found on the website and I saw somewhere online it was earlier then what I found out in the hotel. With childeren these times are too late: breakfast 08:00 / lunch 13:30 and dinner 20:00 hour. Also at the pool smoking was prohibited but smoking an e-sigaret was allowed which is strange cause they fall under the nicotine law as well. I told the manager but they weren't open to follow the law in that way. Also a difference is made when you are a foreigner or a Spanish person visiting this hotel. They have rules at the pool that you cannot reserve sunbeds. This is a logical rule but I saw and heard on many occations if you are Spanish and ask if you can go for breakfast with your family the pool boy says it's ok. When I asked because I overheard his conversation he said he cannot allow that.

We've just had 10 days in this hotel and everything was perfect from start to finish. Superb service, great food and all staff were fantastic. Room cleaned to a very high standard. We are sat in the bar of The Riviera having our last evening here after 2 amazing weeks. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. The location was just around the corner from Morgans and the strip but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Rooms were spotless every day, towels changed, beds made etc and the air-conditioning was great!! We were on full board basis and the food was always outstanding, very tasty and varied. And now for the staff...wow, what a great bunch of awesome people who are clearly very happy in their work and very professional whilst being super friendly. The guys in the restaurant, Mohamed and Joaquin were superb, efficient and very welcoming every day. And the guys in the bar in reception were the best!! In particular we'd like to mention Becky, what a great member of the team and an asset to the entire place. Thanks so much, we will be back!! Katie and Lee.

Good location near bars and shops with soundproofing to dampen out the noise of surrounding hotels. Clean and well kept. Nice outside entertainment space. Food ok, not the greatest of quality and menu 'samey' with little variation. Lifts frustrating and quicker to take stairs. Sun loungers taken up early on a morning with towels. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Would rate more a 3 star than 4 from staying in other hotels in Benidorm.

We were booked for a four day stay at the gran Bali hotel which a friend recommended. We checked in then out because it’s a cheap run down hotel but the website pictures are from when it was built years ago. We visited the h10 looked at the room and booked 3 nights there. The room was very very clean. Staff couldn’t do enough for us so we extended our stay by 2 more days but had to move from a sea view to a room with our own sun terrace. We have booked to go back next year ****** 6 star for us

Stayed here a few weeks back while on a road trip from Granada to Valencia. Amazing room with an amazing view + plus excellent service! This hotel is right near the beach so you're just a couple blocks away from the sand. I got a free drink on arrival and was offered a bottle of water at check out. The breakfast had SO much to choose from. Only stayed one night but wished I could have stayed longer. One of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

Nice rooms, lovely food, and friendly staff. We were on the top floor ( 9) so unfortunately we could hear an electronic noise all night. ( Maybe it was the pump to the skytop pool they have fitted. After a couple of nights we got use to it . But for the price we were paying this is not ideal. True, we didn't tell them and maybe they would have moved us to a different floor. One thing that really needs changing is the "hogging" of the sunbeds around the pool by the inevitable selfish people that sadly this world has too many. The hotel should impose some regulations regarding this situation. This theme has been brought up constantly by many people. Apart from these two annoying issues we had a lovely time at the hotel. The buffet is excellent albeit dangerous! 🤣

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Spotlessly clean/ brilliant staff always happy to help.Rooms are spacious and modern with everything you need. The little touches make your stay even more special. Bathrobes/slippers/ toiletries & wee chocolates. We stayed on the 5th floor/ the views were spectacular. We had breakfast only in the hotel which was delicious and had a variety of choice to suit everyone. Cocktails in the chill out bar were delicious and not too expensive. A modern spacious spotlessly clean hotel which is beachfront. Lots of restaurants & bars to chose from not too far from the hotel. Absolutely beautiful hotel with attentive staff.

Stunning hotel amazing service and the breakfast selection is next level. Both pools are stunning too although they could do with warming them up a bit would be my only negative comment, location is perfect in calpe for shopping, bars, restaurants and nightlife and when they say it's on the beach it's literally on the beach. All the staff are so helpful and polite they really care if you're having a good time or not. Rooms are modern, simple and the shower is amazing, the bed isn't the most comfy but not awful either just a bit too firm.

We have just returned from an amazing 10 days. The greating you received when you arrived especially Pablo was so special . Reception area and view were outstanding. Rooms we had a side sea view again fantastic, the room were cleaned and serviced daily. We chose half board food was very good but the queuing not so good why do they insist on showing you to your table and then leave no-one on the desk, therefore making the queue form.Now for the pool area if you are late down there is no chance of getting a sun bed. The top pool is very nice but again very busy. If the hotel put umbrella 's on the grassed area that would be a lovely place to go. Fantastic holiday

We just booked the one night for our anniversary and we're blown away by the gorgeous view, the attention to detail in the rooms and the overall chilled out vibe. Like people have said before it's the little touches that a lot of other hotels don't think of. We really also appreciated our cava and I was a little confused by the room types (my fault for not reading it properly!) but in the end I think we were actually upgraded to a suite which is so worth it, so definitely do recommend. Staff were lovely and breakfast so good!! We'll definitely be back, thank you! :)

The hotel was very modern and spacious. The process to check in was a little longer than usual, however the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and felt clean, however I do think they need to provide a bit more toilet roll and one of the doors to the room wouldn’t shut properly. They have a kids club, which opens until late, so something for the kids to do during the evening or when it’s raining outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay, however just a little warning with the swimming pool can be extremely windy and it’s not heated, which was a shame as we would have enjoyed to have spent more days in the pool. Would recommend during the warmer period, so even if it’s windy, it will still feel warm. I would 10/10 recommend half board as the dinner variety is amazing and sometimes it’s just easier to eat dinner at the hotel than spend time looking for somewhere outside, especially with kids. The hotel itself is close proximity to everything, so didn’t really need to get public transport to go anywhere in particular. As a lot have mentioned, it’s extra cost to use the fridge in the room, but they do have a mini bar fridge, which could fit smaller items if needed. It would also have been nice if you could use the indoor pools, as the outdoor pools can be way too windy to enjoy.

Excellent hotel staff friendly helpful and courteous. Hotel from reception to your room are spotless, rooms cleaned daily fresh towels. Pool area plenty of sun beds and immaculate always someone there to help. Get free towels for around pool can replace them every 2 days. Rooms have lovely pool and sea views. We only had breakfast there was so much to choose from excellent quality. Fantastic location central to everything 2 min walk to beach. There was no day time entertainment when we were there but played nice music. Evening entertainment had 2 or 3 acts on every night. Don Pancho see you next September already booked to come back xxx

Excellent staff and facilities. Exceptionally clean. The meals are very good and worth upgrading to half board. The 'Strip' is at the back of the hotel and all rooms have a sea view balcony. As a result very little noise from the 'Strip' if any. Highly recommended.

Well where do I start? Over rated and over priced. On arrival the hotel looks beautiful and the lady who checked us in was lovely. We booked a superior room and was put on the 8th floor expecting one of the larger center rooms as these were sold as the superior rooms. However we were given a corner room which is basically a standard size room with slippers, gowns, a bottle of liqueur, bottled water, sleep spray and tea and coffee was replaced daily. The cleaner was so friendly and amazing. The hotel is spotless and the breakfast was so good, amazing choice but that's where the good points stop. When we got in our room the first thing I did was turn the TV on which was a new one with so called internet access. We like having it on in the background and yes we enjoy watching TV when we are away. However there was no internet connection at all, so having brought my firestick to use through the wi-fi which did work I plugged it into the USB slot on the TV and the USB slot didn't work. After half an hour messing with it whilst my other half was unpacking, I rang reception to ask for it to please be sorted. 10 minutes later a maintenance man came, tried connecting it, even taking it off the wall then said that he didn't know why it wasn't working and would go and check the internet on the whole floor and would be back. He never returned during the entire stay and the problem was never fixed!I don't expect this in a superior hotel. It doesn't stop there. We went to the pool bar for a cocktail one afternoon. We sat waiting for 20 minutes and eventually the guy came to take our order. We asked for a menu and it was literally thrown at us. Ordered our drinks which again took a further 10 minutes. I ordered an Aperol Spritz which had no prosecco in it whatsoever, the soda was flat and there was more ice than drink, it was vile. My wife had a Margarita but half of it was spilt on the tray and tasted premixed. The thing is the waiter was more interested in anyone over the age of 70, if you are of our age which is 50, you are treated totally differently. It was like a scene out of cocoon. We went to the lobby bar one night before we went out and immediately turned back. It was like a doctors waiting room, no ambience and you hear a pin drop! It was like that the entire holiday. Now we don't like rowdy places and prefer adult only places but my god this was like a retirement home. One evening on returning to the hotel, a member of staff was fast asleep, snoring behind the reception which was probably the most noise we heard during the whole stay, lovely! On checkout there was no niceties or asked if our stay was ok. It was interesting to see all week how the shall we say more mature guests were treated. We both work very hard and was so looking forward to a bit of luxury but Don Pancho you fell short. We come from a hospitality background and rest assured would never run an establishment like this. One more thing, if you are going to book here don't join the Facebook group Guests of Don Pancho, if you have something negative to say they will remove your comment and jump on you like a pack of wolves! Then again do head on over to see them all squabbling about the dress code because that's as exciting as it gets!

A very nice hotel in the center of Benidorm, close to Playa Levante. It's also close to all the bars and the lively night entertainment in the "English part" of the town, and to the shopping area. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, and clean and tidy all around. We liked all the green plants and the waterfall by the entrance. We have never stayed there, but we have seen the rooms when we visited friends. They looked fine. The lunch buffet can be recommended, it is very good.

When coming to check in, the girl just give us the cards and not explain us the times of eating/swim pool - just said that we can find that on the bedroom and we didn’t 2. When coming to the beach bar, we see people without t shirt while at us they asked to dress a t-shirt. This was not good and we just leave the beach bar, instead of spending money there we went for other beach bar. If you want rules on the bar, expose them or don’t allow everyone just not some people. 3. Food was not tasty and very low choices. 4.Swimpool was not clean, the cleaning for an hotel of 4 stars must be maintained during the day. However bedrooms are vey lovely and the sea view fantastic. Unfortunately, I will not come back to this hotel due to majority of the staff being not good.

Perfect low cost All Inclusive hotel in Benidorm. You can’t knock it for what it is, which is something for everyone. Promenade & tapas, to British pubs & tattoo parlours… families, group trips, couples. The hotel has all these guests. Full English each morning and a reasonable choice at lunch and dinner, and plenty of food outside the hotel that won’t break the bank.

An amazing holiday. We booked VIP by mistake but that was an added bonus. The place is amazing. The food is acceptable and there is plenty of it. There is a walk down to the main strip but this means it's quiet apart from a very little bit of building noise from surrounding areas. I would go again without a doubt.

Myself, mum and sister are just back from staying at the hotel for a week and I have good and bad things to say. The location of the hotel is fantastic nearby shops, beach and market, the hotel itself is clean (apart from toilets in public areas there’s a constant smell), pool area is a fabulous size and we never struggled for a sunbed, good range of cocktails and drinks to be had. Overall we had a nice holiday but ultimately wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The main concern being the food although it was good one one or two nights it’s pretty much the same options for lunch + dinner both always have some unseasoned roast meat and gravy with about 3 potato options, there’s also a man grilling meat this changes daily with the type of meat but is always unseasoned and oily. The best meal of the day was by far breakfast no complaints there despite it being the same everyday there was loads of options to mix it up. The all inclusive was open from I believe 8/9am - 11pm at night at which point it stops and drinks need to be paid for personally I feel this is a bit early to be stopping service. There is also the issue of staff at the pool bar (in hut) and the outside entertainment bar both always had a fairly big line of people waiting to be served and only 1-2 staff on. The rooms are clean and sizeable with plenty storage options for clothes the only downside is the shower is absolutely terrible you may as well just shower in the rain the water pressure is non existent we all had to wash our hair in the bathroom sinks. Staff overall are friendly particularly the restaurant staff however reception staff need to work on manners they are very direct and not helpful. There was plenty entertainment throughout the day although we didn’t participate in this seemed good and varied however the night time entertainment was poor and I know in most of these places that’s the case but it was 90% very bad singers with no charisma or any idea on how to get a crowd going. Overall this isn’t a bad hotel but definitely not a memorable one either

The accommodation was not what we expected it was to high the locks to the balcony’ doors in both rooms didn’t work so the rooms wasn’t secure and only 1 room was equipped with a safe. The bathrooms wasn’t clean nor under the beds the aerials to the tv was poor and no signal and lifts broken throughout the holiday so on busy times you would wait 30+ minutes for an available lift then the day before we leave are told we had to move to the 18 floor as our rooms were taken the next day for new people arriving and we couldn’t keep them for the extended room service we had paid for 12 months prior to arriving. There’s a constant bad smell in various areas around the hotel and in need of maintenance and repair. We stayed for 9 nights and even though there was entertainment each evening only 3 evenings it was decent entertainment.

We were here for 11 days. Had a great time, rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Food was OK for me my other have wasn't that keen. Drinks are good we don't drink much tho. Staff are lovely and always help when needed. Easy bus route bring you into main Benidorm. Would definitely stay here again.

After a week spent at the hotel, it's time for a review. The staff at the reception desk were very polite and helpful during check-in. The elevators did not break down during our stay in Tower 1, but I can't say that there was any fear because of the noise. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a bit old and in need of renovation. Housekeeping was nice and cleaned the rooms every day. The typical all-inclusive food was plentiful but of poor quality and cold. It happened that the chicken and sausages were raw, so I suggest checking them out. Lunch was probably the worst, we only used it twice. The staff in the entire hotel was very nice and friendly, and here I would like to thank them for their work and smiling faces, which was not easy. During our stay, none of our 4 were sick, but there were children who vomited by the pool, or at the evening shows, and in the dining room during our last dinner, where the floor was not even disinfected, only the parents cleaned the floor and left, and in their place a moment later another family came. The staff working in the dining room should pay more attention to such things. It was a nice week, but I will not return.

Unless you pay for ultra inclusive, it is not worth coming here. The inside of the hotel is in need of some serious repairs. The lino they put on the wall of one lift was peeling. On the same lift two floor buttons were broken. Another lift broke down Daily. Our room air con broke on a day that was 27degrees and the receptionist said they would send someone within the hour and no one came at all, my husband managed to fix it. We ended up eating out all the time which wasn't cheap at all because the food was undercooked and in one restaurant the food was left out all day, so it was disgusting. My step dad got ill on the first day. The kids club isn't good at all, it was on for about an hour or two a day and it was just crafts in a small room. The three mascots were never seen, u till after 10pm when one would appear on the stage at the end of the show for photos. The shows were repetitive and didn't start on time or anywhere near the time. The shows are also out in the garden bit by the swimming pools. The massive pro of the hotel was the swimming pool areas, it looked picturesque. We paid for inclusive but was only allowed in one restaurant which opened at 7pm for tea, 1pm for lunch and 8am for breakfast. That was OK. But we weren't allowed in any of the other restaurants like the pirates tavern. You have to pay for the gaming experience room which only opens after 4pm. When I voiced a Complaint to reception they were rude and didn't want to hear it. We did however meet a couple friendly people around the resort and the beach restaurant we went too. Safety isn't too big at the hotel, only the bottom level of the stairs has friction grips on them, the rest do not and get rather slippery with water and sand. This hotel would be suited to a couple but not a family with young kids or the elderly.

Nice rooms, decent food all day, decent drinks selection. Some parts of resort showing wear & tear however. Pool is absolutely freezing cold so absolute no go during the day and sadly ruins whole experience. Beach is 2 min walk away with some shops & restaurants nearby if needed.

Honest review on staying at the hotel and using the Aqua park and Zoo during the stay. The hotel itself now staying there and coming away is alright! For a basic family holiday for a week max it would be perfect, the check in process is very intense. The reception team throw all this information at you in 5 minutes and then send you off like it all makes sense! I see a lot of people say this, but now experiencing I understand what they meant! The room it’s self was lovely, I’ve commented further on this below but i couldn’t really fault the room, in fact it swayed me to give it a 4/5 instead of 3/5 overall! The pools at the hotel are poor in my opinion, they are not heated at all! So they are cold! The pool bar staff are a little rude! I’m very grateful that the water park is included as part of your stay, you’ll find yourself going to the water park instead of being by the hotel pool! The hotel food buffet system is interesting, if you’re an all inclusive + member then you get your own restaurant! But all inclusive generally all go to the main buffet restaurant which yet again I’ve commented on further below, but I found the food to be very basic! A lot of labels for foods are either missing or wrong with no care or attention. So sometimes you don’t know what you’re picking up! One basic example I took a photo of because it was so funny, it’s clearly pizza but the sign suggests it’s rice and pizza? Overall a little disappointed with the food, but it’s doable! It does the job, just not spectacularly! The evening entertainment is actually very good, circus acts, magic and just overall singing and comedy. It’s great, I would say it does start very late some evenings as the main stage doesn’t open until 20:30! So you’ll find most acts start at 21:30/22:00 onwards! The water park as briefly suggested is great, I couldn’t fault the water park. There is plenty to do and as part of the hotel agreement you get unlimited access and free sun loungers (Which normally cost €5 a person) and a bar area specifically for guests! The zoo very similarly is beautiful, the animals are clearly looked after, there is a play park for kids to use and interactive areas around the zoo! Lots and lots of animals to see also!

Went here at the end of October, and the weather was reasonably decent, although we had a number of rainy days during our 10 day stay. It was never cold, though. The rooms are very nice. Some of them could do with a bit of a refurbishment, however. The staff are very friendly and the whole resort was extremely clean.

Great Zoo with lots to see and do, brilliant birds of prey show. Water park is great too. You can also swim with sea lions for €51. Amazing experience. All the staff were friendly until it was time to leave, no warning that it was closing just told to get out. Didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment on that.

During our recent visit to the Italian restaurant, we had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional, with special recognition to Chef Khuram for his attention to detail and culinary expertise. The food was outstanding, particularly the pizza, which was nothing short of amazing. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant, combined with the quality of the food and service, made for a memorable dining experience. We are already looking forward to visiting again as a family. The resort has been incredibly accommodating, especially for families with children, which has further enhanced our stay. This has truly been an exceptional experience, and we cannot wait to return.

We had a lovely time at October half term. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was mostly very good for buffet food. If you go in October expect lots of halloween fun. The really did go eyeballs out and the Friday halloween buffet was spectacular. We'd come back for sure.

The staff at the level were so friendly, the level itself is child free area, free breakfast wine beer Coca Cola etc. the breakfast is really good, so many options with smiley staff making fresh omlettes. It wasn’t just continental breakfast but had bacon, sausage etc. the little things go along way, for example the cups are refrigerated to make sure your drink is ice cold. The sun does go behind the hotel but you just sunbathe near the pool. The chairs could be a bit more spaced out as it does feel a bit close together. We were situated quite far from the level but we didn’t think it was that bigger deal. Hotel staff are so pleasant, rooms are super clean, bed comfy (although pillows are fairly soft). Overall worth every penny.

My dad had a very serious fall during our stay, and the hotel staff offered no assistance, seemingly avoiding responsibility. We had to call emergency services ourselves. Instead of enjoying our time at the hotel, we spent it at the hospital. Initially, the hotel mentioned they would address our poor experience, but when we tried to extend our stay because my dad was still in the hospital, they offered a room at a higher rate than our original booking. The guest experience manager admitted to being aware of my dad’s fall from the start, despite another staff member claiming no one knew. They also refused to investigate the cause of the fall. On the day we were supposed to check out, they sent someone at 9:30 AM to ensure we left on time. The entire experience was terrible—there was no compassion, and the hotel is overpriced. I do not recommend staying here

We previously stayed in Level at Melia Costa del Sol and were a little bit disappointed about our stay at Level Alicante . The lounge of the 'Level ' ,where you get the extra services , is a long walk because it is at the end of the . Snacks are monotonous and the service in te-he lounge is,although friendly , unprofessional . Parking is under the hotel but not operated by the hotel and is not cheap . The charge is 24 hours , but if you leave after 12 hours you have to pay the full amount . You come back 4 hours later , it starts again .

My husband and I just returned from out trip to Alicante. We stayed with The Level at Melia and really enjoyed our stay. We had initially booked the half-board but ended up cancelling that so we could try some of the food in the area. We really enjoyed our stay, and the room had some nice features, and amenities but there was a few cons. Pro's -Location, in walking distance to a TON of restaurants, shops, and near the beach -Staff was very welcoming and accommodating -The Level is adults only and includes some drinks, and snacks. -The beach! One of the nicest beaches I have ever visited. Beautiful clear water, fine sand, no shells or rocks to step on, chairs available, stands with food and snacks near-by. Con's -Distance to the Level lounge. We were one of the farther rooms from the Level Lounge, -Elevators never worked when we wanted to go down. Luckily, we were only on the second floor, so it wasn't much of an issue until we had to carry our luggage down to check out. -My biggest complaint is the pool areas. It was probably in part due to the time of year we visited but both pool areas only saw a handful of hours of sun per day. And the chairs that were in the sun were already saved, even though no one was in them, by the time we came down to the pool in the morning ~10am. We ended up going to the beach and having to pay for chairs there. -The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, the meal we had was very good and HUGE portions. But had a somewhat limited menu for us to have eaten dinner there all week, and all of the wine/ drinks available were an additional charge. -The shower. We had booked a suite, and the ensuite shower only had a handled shower mounted very high on the wall. Because the shower isn't enclosed the water sprayed all over the whole bathroom every time. We ended up using the much side bathroom that had a shower head and was enclosed even though it was half the size.

You won’t get any better view in Alicante (well, maybe from the Castle🤣) The ‘Level’ by Melia is on ‘another level’. We love Alicante AND this hotel. Sea views (sunrise) and harbour views (sunset) room available….. Rooms always clean and spacious. ‘Level’ means there’s free wine and beer and coffee and tapas and (6pm-7pm) a spirit hour. Plentiful and worthwhile breakfast. Terrace with pool is brilliant in summer months (shaded for 7months a year😞) Our ‘goto’ hotel in Alicante…..

5 star prices, 3 star service. Junior suite was ok, not brilliant as shower and bath are in the bedroom and the shower leaked. But the service was poor, no staff at the pool bar, forgetting orders in the bar or waiters completely ignoring you at breakfast. Would not return.

This place is all about location. The rooms are specious and ok. The service was very nice. There are a lot of restaurants and food options around and did not eat at the hotel. Limited parking under the hotel and other parking areas/garages nearby. Recommend for room/hotel only. NOT bed and breakfast OR full service.

Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. I would definitely return here.

This was a very average experience a shame as the rooms are lovely and location spot on BUT the jacquzzi a complete fail along with the free nails in the sauna. The staff were trying to help but overall it seemed like a just a tourism catch for the unsuspecting tourists. It does not have a welcoming feel or attitude at all and manager were aggressive when I queried the issues. Couldn’t recommend if you want to stay somewhere that is as it is advertised!

We had a lovely time here. We went with the premium sea view room and it didn't disappoint. Biggest minus was that the tvs seemed a bit old and there was no fridge except the mini fridge so storing your own items was not possible. Otherwise, great help from the receptionists as well as the staff at the breakfast center and pool area.

Went for a meal with my husband and another couple today. View was amazing. Took photos. We ordered paella and also Sea Bass. Both were delicious but felt they were mean with the seafood in the paella. Three prawns each and two bits of fish which I tried to flake out. Wish I'd ordered the duck. Would go back there for a drink.

Great hotel. Booked a superior room which had brilliant views . Breakfast excellent and staff really nice. Would definitely stay here again .

Booked direct and got a great deal. Breakfast was amazing - highly recommend. Great location. Stayed on the 24th floor and veiws were outstanding, however we were a bit disappointed with the balcony, a large reason why we booked the hotel, as we felt unsafe using it as there was a large crack in the balcony above us, and our balcony had cracked tiles which moved slightly, this was a bit discouraging, and we did not use the balcony much due to this.

Great location, views and decent spacious room. Nice and clean everywhere. Sadly there was the odd sewage type smell in reception and some areas in the bathroom needed attention (broken door frame and peeling rusty bathtub rim).
