We were especially impressed by the hotel’s flexibility in accommodating our requests, ensuring our experience was tailored to our needs. The speed and efficiency of the services provided were remarkable, and the overall service within the hotel exceeded our expectations. Set in village/town of Argassi amongst several hotels. I chose this hotel from the selection of hotels, due to the inclusive tariff and I have been surprised by the friendly staff and the glorious weather. Wide selection of food with different international cuisines. The chefs try extremely hard. Also wide selection of drinks. Local supermarkets close by. Also many local restaurants and bars within 5minute walk. Certainly consider coming back.

Our recent stay was way more beautiful than we expected. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day while we were away from the hotel. The food was great and different every day. Regardind the staff, I dont think I saw people more involved than I saw at this hotel. They were very kind and always there to make our stay perfect. (Zenel, from the poolbar, is the best guy I ever knew in a long time). Looking forward to return, with all my family this time. Thank you for the best experience!

We stayed for 4 nights as a group of 3, and we had enough space in a twin room. Aircon in rooms is nonexistent and there was a sewage smell that filled the room following the toilet flushing, even when empty. This occurred from the first time the toilet was flushed on our arrival, so the problem clearly predated us. Bathroom otherwise was fit for purpose.Wifi was good enough and minibar/wardrobe space was adequate. Rooms were always well cleaned following the daily cleaning. The restaurant hostess was happy to walk and talk us through everything and was very polite, cheery and helpful. Drinks offerings in restaurant were fairly standard all inclusive juices, water, beer, fizzy drinks all on tap. The food had a good spread with salad options, over 10 main options (with sauces and other things to accompany) and a good few desserts, as well as an ice cream freezer with vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and banana(!) ice cream available at every dinner (with flavoured sauces of course). I couldn't fault the food and never found myself unable to fill up. Breakfast bacon is the same as in most hotels in Europe, in that it is not what Brits abroad might want but it is what they should expect. The real star of the holiday was Stathis, the bar manager. His service goes above and beyond and he is friendly and personable with seemingly everyone. Very funny and charming. He seemed to be around most hours of the day and is clearly dedicated. If every hotel had a Stathis, the world would be a better place. Drinks were standard and there is a different free cocktail available every day (but ONLY AT THE POOL/OUTDOOR BAR - be aware of this). Obviously all inclusive is the free daily cocktail and house spirits/beer but that is expected. Pool was fairly standard. No issues but nothing to praise. Entertainment took place quite often so families especially always have something to get involved in, and nightly entertainment including singing or dancing was good. Reception was helpful at times though we had an issue with being asked for a voucher multiple times. We had booked through a third party booking service and no such voucher was provided or ever even mentioned so we were unaware what this was regarding. Staff did sort out taxi service at times and we used the hotel's booking guy, Ian, for an excursion on one day to Turtle Island, which was great. The location is a bit quieter and out of the way but nice, and only a short taxi ride from the busier areas. Not necessarily great for beaches but again, a short taxi ride will sort that out, and there are some nice shops and restaurants nearby, with some lovely individuals working. If the sewage smell of the room was fixed, I would definitely visit again.

We spent 1 week in the hotel and we were really happy with it. Location is perfect, if you would like to explore Argassi. The food was delicious and the staff is really nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel has the best barkeeper - Stathis and the guys - and even the cleaning ladys are kind there. Things that could be better: wifi didn't work in the room, you can hear every little noises in your room and the gym costs 10 EUR / hour. Many people are reserving the sunbeds with towers even they're not there. We would like to say thank you for the staff and we recommend the hotel.

We have had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our first time in Greece and we have experienced friendly people and a lovely atmosphere. One bar staff member in particular deserves a special mention as he was always so friendly and welcoming to everyone. My children nicknamed him 'boss man' because they thought he was so cool. the only thing that fell short was the entertainment, I think there could have been more on offer in the evenings.

Would definitely go back there was lovely kept gardens, they had three pools one for younger children. Staff were polite and very approachable if you needed anything they would sort it. They had a shuttle bus to take you down to the beach or it was a nice flat road you could walk down. The food was brilliant there was always something for everyone.would really recommend this hotel. We stayed for two weeks. Thank you to all the staff. We had a fantastic break away

It was really welcoming, and we had a lovely holiday. The location is €15 for taxi to main town and this is really nice with all the boats and shops, places to eat etc. There are lots of local places to eat and drink walking distance 10 to 20min. Local beach is nice but can have alot of cigarette butts on floor etc. We went to banana beech this was lovely very clean and restaurant there was reasonably priced. The taxi from hotel cost €120 €60 each way. The hotel in my opinion does need updating the rooms are clean but very dated the showers are not that good either. The pool area is first come first served with sun bed, so you always have those families who wake up in the middle of the night and put there towels out and then turn up about 2pm. So it was difficult if this is what you were looking for. Some of the sun beds were really old plastic and you could tell. You felt like sometimes they were going to break on you so you try not to move. The snack bar was probably the worst I had and it only came out for about 1 hour per day. It was very slim pickings and im not fussy I eat anything. Lastly we booked a trip with the hotels exclusively boat trip guy and we waited outside for him for 1 hour 10 min and he didn't turn up and when we messaged him he just said sorry here is your refund. Basically he is a broker and we didn't know that, so he subs all the trip out including transfers etc, so it was just bound to go wrong. That was bad service and a waste of our time. When asked at the reception they just said it does happen but not for a while. You can make your own mind up. The staff were always very helpful. Maids were great .

Lovely hotel with very helpful and pleasant staff. Our room was more modern than our daughters with a spacious bathroom. The beds are huge. Our room was on the ground floor which kept it cool so no need for the air con. The only downside was the location your a long walk to the beach, but there is a free bus daily.

Although the hotel is clean and tidy, the staff work really hard, the rooms are very dated apart from the odd few. Hotel is a good walk away from the bars and restaurants, but we didn't mind the walk. Taxi are around 8 euro 1 way or a minibus is 16 euro 1 way. Alexander the night barman works hi socks off and is really friendly and will help with anything. Pools are really clean, always had a lounger, and they need replacing really as they are well used. Food was fresh everyday but repetitive, we went out most nights after the 4th day of 11 so we did spend more than anticipated.

The perfect budget-friendly retreat for a peaceful week far from noise and traffic. It is located on a hill and the views are wonderful. I truly wonder about previous negative ratings! The food is GREAT, the variety and the taste as well! The staff is helpful and always with a smile. No problem with the wifi, no congestion, perfect signal in all the Hotel grounds. The free bus service to the beach nearby is added value to the wonderful time we had!

Hi we stayed here in may 24 via TUI we booked it as it was advertised as 4 star unfortunately it isn't,so was misled by TUI Any way about the hotel, great staff and management Yanis the manager is a really great guy who has been brought in to restore the hotel to a 4 star standard The first room they gave us was more 2 star so out of date. Kindly this was swiftly resolved and we were given a better room which was part modern part old,but we made the most of it. The setting is fantastic , and very clean The food was average 3 star but in all fairness plenty of it. The atmosphere of guests and staff was brilliant which made the holiday. I do believe that one day under the new manager Yanis it will be back to it's former glory Yanis I hope you appreciate my honesty Thanks Superman

Not to forget, the desserts are strait from heaven! All kinds of booze all inclusive but these kind of guest know their limits. All together.....great place. Nice People. Good price! Willem Alkemade. Excellent staff! Especially the bar staff and waiting staff always on the go and happy to help! Food was always good. Mini bus going to and from the beach daily however not much else to see nearby so recommended getting a car. Could benefit from more evening entertainment. We requested double mattress 3 months in advance however this never happened even when we checked in and asked. Bit of mould in the bathroom ceiling but not bad. Room was very clean and cleaned well daily. Overall good experience and enjoyed our stay :)

Unfortunately the basic rooms are not of a good standard. We got upgraded and the room was really nice. Food was not great and selection not good either. Location is very remote. Although says approx mile and half this is as the crow flies and is down a very steep hill that you could not walk. Shuttle bus is limited to only certain times of the day and stops at half 5. So you can't really go out on an evening. Staff are amazing and can not do enough for you. The view is stunning and the main grounds are extremely well kept and looks lovely. The place has great potential and if the rooms were all of the same kind of standard. Food was better and the stuttle bus ran regularly and on an evening. This would be a wonderful place to stay. As long as you want quiet and relaxing

We recently spent a week at a lovely hotel in Zante and had an overall great experience. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: Pros: • Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. • Food: The food was excellent with a wide variety of dishes, always offering something Greek to try. It was a culinary delight! • Room: Our room was spacious enough for two people, providing plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. • Staff: The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which added a welcoming touch to our stay. Cons: • Room Amenities: Unfortunately, there was no water available in the room fridge. For an all-inclusive option, this was not acceptable and a bit of a letdown. • Drinks at the Main Pool Bar: The drinks at the main pool bar were disappointing. They tasted terrible, which was a significant downside. • Sky Bar: To enjoy a proper, nice drink, we had to go to the Skyfall Bar, which offered much better quality but came at a cost of around €10 per drink. Overall, we had a wonderful stay but hope that the hotel addresses the issues with the room amenities and main pool bar drinks. Despite these minor flaws, the excellent food, friendly staff, and clean environment made it a memorable vacation. Would we stay here again? Yes, but with the hope that the hotel improves on the mentioned cons to provide an even better experience.

The staff were brilliant and the hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The food was fantastic and the pool bar and pool areas were always clean. The location was a bit of an issue the shop across the road was nice but if you want more shopping you have to travel by taxi to laganas or Zante town and the walk to the marina is up and down an extremely steep hill. Apart from that I couldn't fault the hotel and I'll praise the staff for the hospitality and hard work.

Amazing hotel with clean rooms and fantastic facilities. The employees are incredibly kind and welcoming. The rooms are kept spotless, as are all the public bathrooms. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient and easy to navigate. The Boulevard of Laganos is just a 15-20 minute walk away, and the beach, along with boats to Turtle Island, are also within walking distance. Additionally, there's a shop right in front of the hotel that offers all the essentials you might need at reasonable prices. The restaurant was also very organized and well-maintained. There is a host who greets you at the door, seats you at a table, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The food was diverse, and even I, who usually have a hard time finding something to eat, found plenty of options during my week-long stay. Everything was warm, tasty, and served fresh. I give this a 10! On my last day, I decided to use the spa. A young woman working there helped me so well. Initially, I went to get my nails done, but I hadn't made an appointment, which was my mistake. After talking to the masseuse, I opted for a massage, something I had never done before. It was an incredible experience. She made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process. I wished I had done it earlier. If you need to relax and be pampered, I definitely recommend the spa. Lastly, we had drinks at the sky bar, and their cocktails are to die for. These were not included in the price of the all-inclusive package but were definitely worth it if you’re looking for a quality cocktail. I wish I had tried them as soon as I arrived. The bartender was very kind and professional. If you choose to stay at this hotel, I highly recommend trying the cocktails at the sky bar!

7 people on holiday, all inclusive. Good: rooms ,bar ,pool, food , staff, cleanliness. Not so good: charge for pool towels, charge for room safe, no meaningful beach- access way too steep for a small strip of sand . Appalling: Laganas town- dirty, smelly , noisy, full of litter and idiots driving quad bikes at ridiculous speeds through the town. Avoid at all costs. Laganas bay - full of speeding boats chasing a few remaining turtles for paying tourists, over 300 small boats apparently according to locals. If you care about the logger head turtles, maybe this should be avoided too.

Lovely rooms, very clean, hotel spotless, good selection of food at every meal, more space required where toaste and yoghurts are,also where desserts are. Close to beach, which is narrow and very shallow. No entertainment, suits us. Have to pay for pool towels, which we knew, brought our own. 3 pools, smaller quieter one is not publicised, no signs,out back, with Ionion bar , lovely lady serving,can leave here for beach, couple mins walk. Pools don't start filling up till 9.30-10 ish. Better quality drinks you have to pay for and everything after 11pm , therefore not fully inclusive. Bring your own hair dryer, not enough oomph if you have thick or long hair. Would return if I didn't want to see so many other places.

We recently returned from our stay at this resort, and overall, it was a great experience. The resort itself is very nice, and we were especially impressed with the food. The main restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. The bar also served great drinks. Our room was clean and comfortable. We also loved the variety of activities offered at the resort, were a lot of fun — special thanks to Roxana for making them so enjoyable! However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. The communication during check-in was lacking, particularly regarding the process for reserving spots at the à la carte restaurant. It would have been helpful to receive clearer instructions upfront. One aspect we do not recommend is the SPA (operated by AEGEAN SPA). Unfortunately, the services were overpriced, and the massage was far from satisfactory—definitely not worth the money. Despite these minor issues, we had a great time and would recommend this resort. We look forward to coming back in the future!

AluaSoul was the most beautiful peaceful place we have ever stayed. The staff were amazing food was lovely always quite a wide selection of food. Our flight was delayed and we got there quiet a bit later than expected we was greeted by staff who also served up plates of food for us so we could have a meal on our arrival, everyone was so happy and walking around with a smile on their faces always. Alexander went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special. Very attentive and anything we needed was always happy to help. The drink selection included was fantastic, such a wide variety and the staff worked so hard making sure the entertainment was relaxing but fun too We will definitely be back in the future

AluaSoul is a fantastic hotel. Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere and delicious food. Upon arriving we were welcomed by a superb receptionist that greeted us with a smile. We wanted to upgrade to the ‘my favourite club’ and were willing to pay. Amazingly, the receptionist told us that we had been upgraded for free- which we fully appreciated. Our room was clean and well decorated. The room overlooked the sea with our own private day bed and infinity pool- this was perfect for added privacy. The main pool was clean and inviting. Drinks were readily available and a wide variety were on offer. The drinks weren’t ‘watered’ down like many other all inclusive hotels. Food was tasty and a wide variety of foods from different cultures were available. The staff were attentive and always had a smile on their face. Every night we were treated to a variety of entertainment from a trio of singers to African dancing. We can’t thank AluaSoul for making our holiday the most relaxing one yet. Thank you.

We did a 10 day stay. Firstly the staff were amazing. Staff can make or break a hotel, but in the exceptional heat, they continued to smile. Big shout out to Katrina in the restaurant who was always a delight. I would recommend upgrading to My Favourite Club which we had booked. The main pool was quite crowded and you could see people searching for sun loungers. We had a more private area where you could get away from the crowds and swim freely in the infinity pool. My main annoyance was the lack of coloured wristbands denoting if you were My Favourite Club or Standard. Often we knew people who were standard were swimming in our pool or dining in our area, leaving us to have dinner in the standard area. We paid considerably more for MFC. So that I would say needs addressing. The food was excellent! A huge variety and of such high quality. The room was clean and functional. It’s a 4 Star, so don’t expect the World. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you.

Great hotel and staff, food was of a good standard always hot and tasty. All meals are self service including drinks that suited us. Varied entertainment each night that was to a good standard. The only negative was the number of sunbeds beside this I would revisit with no hesitation we had a very restful week and met some lovely people. Thank you.

You should come to this hotel with right expectations that it is a 4 star hotel with all inclusive. This means dont expect 5 star and top quality of food and drinks. However rooms are clean, all furniture and equipment work. Staff is nice, smiley and helpful. Location is very good. With that, be ready for some level of night noise from surrounding cafes, bars and restaurants. Not too loud fortunately. One low side of the hotel is the quality of drinking water in the breakfast. I would suggest you bring your own water bottle… 😉 The other point we did not like is that we are a given a single key for a 4 bed family room with 2 teenager kids, which limited our freedom. We requested from hotel and they said there is only one single key which is funny but reality… ☹️

Everything was great about this place, except for an essential detail in summer - the airconditioning not working on the second floor 🥵😡 The location is the best - right next to the sandy beach and lake like crystal clear sea. They have 2 pools, 2 bars and good, varied all inclusive food. No decent coffee available in the restaurant though ... The hotel is new and modern with a balcony all around with sea view.

I recently visited this "4-star all-inclusive resort" after being drawn in by the beautiful images online. However, upon arrival, I was deeply disappointed. The reality fell far short of my expectations. The hotel's atmosphere was dull compared to the appealing photos. The dining options were disappointing, with repetitive and uninspired food. To make matters worse, the water tasted strongly of chlorine, like a poolside mishap. While the staff were friendly, the overall experience didn't meet expectations. The rooms, while not terrible, had design flaws like a headboard made of rough rocks, leading to painful head bumps. Additionally, noise from neighboring rooms disturbed any hope of relaxation, taking away from the supposed peace and quiet. Even the beach didn't live up to its advertised beauty, adding to the disappointment. With a hefty price tag of €3600 for nine nights for three adults, including flights, the value for money was severely lacking. In conclusion, despite the promising images, Gardelli Resort was a disappointing choice, offering little for its high cost. Potential guests should be cautious, as the reality may not match the enticing pictures.

Firstly what a beautiful part of the world! Amazing hotel and staff, everyone is so attentive and kind. We made a friend for life, Kostas the bartender of the pool bar was chatty and smiley the entire holiday. I can happily say he entirely made our trip that much better. His cocktails were superb as was his attitude and service.

Gardelli is home away from home. They are a family and treat you as family. So much to do and if you want to relax you can. Just go & enjoy. The beach is a stone throw from the hotel. The stripe is a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants, shops and trip posts you can book from. Everything within reach and friendly staff to advice. The most enjoyable wonderful beautiful memories from our trip. Kostas, Dennis, Maria and Elena, Irene Vicky Nadia and the entire staff at Gardelli was amazing. We were home away from home. Kostas, there are no words, you are simply the best❤️❤️❤️

We had a very happy 10 days at the Castelli. It’s small enough to be friendly and welcoming but large enough to have the facilities you need. We were combining a holiday with my daughter’s wedding on the nearby Cameo Island and the folks at Castelli did absolutely everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. The staff are the standout feature of the hotel. Friendly, helpful and professional, it’s obvious they really care about the place and that their visitors enjoy themselves. The food was lovely - and plentiful. The hotel itself is really clean and well maintained. A great place to stay on Zakynthos.

Fabulous, this hotel was great and the staff perfect. Everything clean, great pool (to chill, not to swim), good food that changes everyday (breakfast in bed recommended), drinks were good too, close to beach although for us the best part of Laganas beach was further away. I want to highlight the staff again, one of best I ever encountered, always available, helpful and in a good mood. I should also mention negatives, bathroom was a bit small - that's it.

Nicely situated hotel. Restaurant gives great views and shadow. Food is well freshly served and enough variety. Host receives guest well, with a signature drink and explanation of all services at the hotel. Complementary bottle of red wine in the room. Would recommend this stay if you are looking for a nice place to stay.

Rather dated and tired . Decor is need of refreshing you'd think it would have been done before the start of the season! We had a swim up room but pool had a lot of green mould in it. We brought this to the hotel's attention but nothing was done. Food very samey but relatively good. Area not brilliant for walking around , not much to see or do on foot at all.

Haven't stayed here before but I would again very clean and comfortable rooms cleaned every day !! Amazing lovely quiet pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The lady in charge is extremely helpful and looks after everyone and Jerry looks after all the facilities and will fix anything. Brilliant.

The hotel was a great base for exploring. Everyone was very friendly, lovely and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day. It was close to all amenities too. The restaurant served lovely food too.

Well located hostel, close to Alycanas beach, next door there is a car rental office and restaurant in the hotel itself. On the street itself there are several bars, restaurants, there is a bakery and a market nearby. What I didn't like were some values ​​that were not displayed when making the reservation, for example to use the air conditioning you have to pay 7 euros per day. There are several mosquitoes in the region, so be prepared.

The restaurant is very good. The food is fresh and tasty, the entire personnel is very friendly and ready to serve or help. The owners, Mr. Jerry and Ms. Mihaela are very kind, the perfect people to have in a vacantion. And also, if you want a car or atv to go to the island, from here you can rent one :). Wonderfully renovated hotel with some rooms quieter than others, balcony, parking athe back & built behind their own bar & restaurant. It does have a m/wave but no cooking facilities, large room. Great comfortable mattress 4those with back problems

Amazing hotel. Stayed with my girlfriend for 4 nights and booked a normal room. When we arrived, due to a „technical difficulty“, we got moved to a nicer room with a private pool and were told we would have to move the next day. After arriving at our room, the receptionist called to tell us we could stay at the upgraded room for the rest of our stay without having to pay an extra fee. The staff was always very friendly and the food was amazing. Make sure to try the vegan restaurant - it is included in the half-pension and the food and service there is amazing. 10/10.

Our week-long stay at this stunning hotel in Zakynthos was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the exceptional service and the breathtaking views. Initially, we had booked a room with a private pool and garden view, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a room with a sea view and private pool. This upgrade truly elevated our experience, offering us superb views and utmost comfort. The hotel's beach is outstanding, providing a serene and picturesque backdrop for relaxation. We particularly loved the sandy beach, which features a beautiful sandbank perfect for snorkeling. The clear waters and abundant sea life made it our favorite beach, even compared to other public beaches we visited on the island. Our room was impeccable, and having a private pool with a sea view was a luxurious touch that we thoroughly enjoyed. The entire staff, from the driver who picked us up at the airport to the receptionists, restaurant, and bar staff, were incredibly respectful and attentive. They consistently checked to ensure we had everything we needed, enhancing our stay with their warmth and professionalism. We took full advantage of the hotel's amenities, including the other pools and the spa, both of which were excellent. The culinary experience was another highlight, with both breakfast and dinner offering a variety of fresh, interesting local dishes alongside classic options. Each meal was a delightful exploration of local flavors. One of the most memorable parts of our trip was the private boat tour, which departed directly from the hotel beach. This adventure allowed us to explore the stunning coastline and was truly incredible. In summary, we had an amazing time and would return in a heartbeat. We can fully recommend the hotel: - amazing staff (saying here hi to Elena :)) - perfect rooms (we had the private pool superior suite) - perfect to relax in peace - gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters - food was very good. We loved the fresh juices for breakfast - SPA experience was very good. Can recommend the healing massage with tools, if you need a deep tissue massage (painful, but good pain!) - cute live music events by the sunset If you are looking for a peaceful vacation to refill your battery, then this it!

Came with my partner and 3 other couples to spend my birthday week in the sun and got so much more. What an amazing place with daily beautiful surprises and memories to cherish forever. We had a good mixture of relaxation and laughter by the poolside; the boys in their shaded poolside ‘cave’ while us girls soaked up the sun rays by the infinity pool. Beautiful room with sea view; nice big comfortable bed with very comfortable pillows. Food was another level of WOW! The only problem being everything looked and tasted so good, it was hard to resist seconds. Very friendly, helpful staff who speak good English and from the sounds of it, a few other languages. I’ve come away with my own bank of Greek words they taught me during my stay. One young lady in particular, who helped us rent some quad bikes and organised the most wonderful sunset trip for us all midway through our stay. Loved every moment and would love to come back.
