I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly reception staff who made check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The amenities in the room were top-notch! The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions, beach and restaurant in hotel was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was enjoyable, always ready to assist with any request we had. The housekeeping staff kept the room spotless throughout my stay, always ensuring that I had fresh towels and linens. I felt safe and secure knowing that there were security personnel on site at all hours. Overall, this hotel is a gem and I can't recommend it highly enough. If you're looking for a nice, clean, most friendly staff and management place to stay in the area, then this hotel. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you again 💕

I got recommended to stay here by a local barman & decided to give it a try. I emailed them & they were very professional & quick in giving me a decent cost for my 4-day stay. On my arrival, I met George for a welcome shot & introduction. The staff are very friendly & will do all they can to help. A modern bright Hotel with tasty food presented attractively. Loved the bar and restaurant staff George and his team are a credit to the hotel and will be back just to see him. Mostly a good stay but we had an issue with our toilet from day one and reception helped but as the days went on they became less helpful. The cleaners didn't clean our room every day one day they came in cleaned the floor but didn't do the beds or give us fresh towels. Putting that aside I loved the location the pool was great and they have pool side service and again George is super helpful and caring.

Hotel was pretty much as expected, basic room, loud guests but over all good for the price. Only problem we had was the shower constantly leaked and flooded the bathroom but since it was more of a wet room not really a big issue. Main problem. The fees. My god the fees. €10 per day Aircon, €15 pp for 1 week of WiFi. €24 for the safe. Your dropping €100+ the second you arrive. None of which is stated upon booking the hotel. That being said I feel my issue is with Jet2 over the hotel but the list of charges the hotel has is insane. The bar and pool area are really good. Good food and drinks and friendly staff. Overall, does what it says on the tin. Get it at a cheap deal, you're golden.

Stayed in the suite with family for one week . Really clean hotel , we had a super luxurious suite with a washer very important for us. Staff was amazing always polite and any info on where to go was always top notch. Restaurant was very good and drinks as well . Amazing pool with full sunshine and beds. I haven't been to the hotel but have been in communication about an older friend of ours who will be staying there alone shortly. I am so impressed by the communication. The kindness ,thoughfulness, and helfulness of the hotel in accommodating the requests which I know has made our friend feel so much less nervous about staying there alone has been second to none. Staff were excellent, and cleanliness was ok. The breakfast needed more variety, especially fruit. WiFi not good at all. Only got a good connection in the reception area, none in rooms.

Peaceful hotel about 5 to 10 min walk from the strip , rooms are abit dated but well kept , would stay again in the newer studios if I was to stay again , overall excellent holiday 👍

Rooms had bed bugs, shower flooded the bathroom, plug sockets not working, table legs break to easily, bunk beds face the wrong way, wouldn’t let us wait at the hotel until our transfer beacuse we was eating/ drinking in the reception. we also had multiple accounts of money and other valuables being taken from our room

Was just awful owners are just arses, the bald man assaulted us for playing music at 1pm in the afternoon and broke the speaker, the lady owner is very rude and the beds have serious bed bugs causing serious bites they rarely give you clean towels and don’t care about anything but money and lying about how much things are. You have to pay daily for WiFi which doesn’t work have to pay for AC and pay for your safe, when you arrive you will have to pay a €50 deposit and €21 service fee which they don’t give u back ever as they will make excuses. In total it’s awful don’t risk ruining your holiday by going to this disgusting hotel also the male owner chased me round the reception as I was eating food from a shop down the road and not their awful bar.

Well the perkes palace, where should I begin with this one. After one of our board of directors saw two very promising reviews on this fine resort he decided it would be the next destination for the A-team on tour. A full starting eleven of us landed at the perkes all though two of us had to be loaned out to another hotel, after a very unfortunate incident occurred in the first 24 hours, which the whole of the A-team would like to apologise for. Certain members of our team can take things a bit too far. Nevertheless no grudges were held to the rest of us by the perkes palace. If you are looking to book a lads and girls holiday this is the place if you are really coming to do Zante properly. Yes the beds feel like prison cell mattresses, yes you might end up covered in bed bug bites but that’s all part of the Zante culture. The heroic figure that guards the palace at night goes by the name Fuego, slide him 20 euro and you can have any friend you met on the strip stay over in your room for a sleepover. What happens in the perkes stays in the perkes anything goes, just don’t spray the fire extinguishers and make a whole block of the hotel have to leave their rooms because they couldn’t breathe.

Dont stay in this hotel unless you want your things robbed. Stayed for 7 nights and had 2 of my tops stolen from my suitcase. They returned one of them because i kicked off and they say it had ‘gotten mixed up in the laundry’ as it was white😂 load of bollox it was returned with stains aswell

This hotel is no where near what some reviews make it out to be m. Just spent a week here and the service was brilliant, the rooms were clean same with the pools. Everything is a little well worn and tired but I know from speaking to other guests that they’re renovating rooms so hopefully they will make their way all around. The only downside side was the morning calls at 5 am from other guests coming back in drunk and arguing. Other than that the food was good and generally much better than a lot of reviews make out making it a pleasant surprise

Ive just had a lovely jet2 holiday at this hotel. The rooms are large clean and comfortable as is the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and cheerful..Nothing was to much trouble. The food was excellent, well presented , with plenty of selection for all tastes. We had a very quiet room with a balcony and nice view. Very well located only 10 mins walk from the beach. I visited with my 13 year old grandson so this review covers both ends of the visiting age bracket. Thank you Alexander the Great , for our lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from at every meal. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. A special shoutout to Christos at the reception, who went above and beyond to be helpful and kind throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend this hotel!

We got to the hotel and our original room view was of a brick wall and we asked to swap rooms and got a room with a better view straight away. The maids hardly left us any towels and never made our beds so we had to go down to reception to get towels which they was very helpful and did it straight away. The food was not a wide selection but what they did was very nice and fresh. The alcoholic drinks wasn’t the nicest but the soft drinks was nice. We also had to pay for air conditioning which we didn’t know until we got there. But overall it was a nice stay.

Recently stayed at this place and got to say was totally value for money! The rooms were a bit basic but had everything we needed and were cleaned regularly, no issues there. The staff was fantastic, they literally went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and various small issues we faced were resolved in a jiffy. Pools were cleaned every day there was this guy who religiously measured the waters PH and sunbeds were available throughout the day. The hotels location is also ideal, it’s close to just about everything in laganas but far enough from the main strip to not be disturbed by the loud bars music. If you’re looking for cheap holidays, you can’t go wrong with this one. Definitely recommend!

Here is my experience wit h them: 1. Laganas is a noisy location (3/5), however they managed to create an island of silence (5/5), so average is 4/5. 2. Rooms: excellent (5/5). Spacious, clean, well furbished. 3. Team: excellent at all levels, I've never received a negative answer. 4. Service: excellent. Very clean rooms, linen and towels changed completely every day (be sincere, how many 4* hotels do you remember having done this ?), great selection of food for breakfast, bar well garnished for all tastes, large, nice and clean pools (they are 2), free private parking. 4* to 5 * services for 3* prices. Unbeatable! Thank you Dennis and team!

Cactus hotel is the best in every way!!! We came here on our honeymoon and were treated very well by the staff and had a lovely stay. Our room was so comfortable. Staff was amazing, fulfilled all wishes. Received a map which was full of awesome recommendations! Breakfast was very good. They were able to provide gluten-free options as well! Pool never too crowded, comfortable sunbeds. Location very good. Close to the strip and beach, but in calmer street. Fitness room well equipped. Beds were very comfy, balcony was spacious, very good aircon, hangers for clothes, easy to use safe deposit box.

Like an oasis in the busy Laganas area. We were looking for a hotel from where we could explore the island. We found that the staff went out of their way to help us and handled our every request kindly and promptly. Arranging dinner reservations, making it possible to charge an electric car, and other small things. We felt welcome and at home. The hotel offers a decent sized pool with a pool bar (and some excellent cocktails). The newly renovated room felt modern and cosy. Private parking (behind a gate) is available.

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are nice and clean, but we had a very, very bad smell in the bathroom sometimes and this was very bothering. The pool is clean and the water was perfect. Personal of the hotel is very nice and they help you everytime that you ask anything. The breakfast is very poor. The parking place is okay, for 20 cars

Petro is the friendliest host I have ever seen in an hotel. Very helpful, and overly kind! All the staff works hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible, all of them are very kind, and very helpful. A great hotel to stay, and the food has a lot of variety with the occasional theme night. The pool is mega clean, and there is enough place to enjoy the sun.

We couldn't fault the staff, Anastasia and the long haired guy on reception (can't remember his name) were simply outstanding. Very welcoming, very charming. The food was much better than I had anticipated. Especially the theme nights. My partner being a vegetarian, would have liked some sort of label on some of the foods to indicate this, but didn't cause much of an issue. The pools were cleaned every night, the music stopped at midnight on the dot and the beds were relatively comfortable. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to return.

The staff are great, sometimes don't have enough plates and cutlery out but just occasionally. Sometimes struggle to get a table to eat at for people hogging the table after they've eaten so they're guaranteed a table for the entertainment. Bad set up really as it's either in the middle of the restaurant or up beside the bar where a lot of tables won't see them any way. Food was very good and always hot enough. The beds are quite sore, if you're anywhere near 5ft your legs will end up all bruised as it's wood right round the height of the mattress. Very good with the noise tolerance after 11pm, any noise and they're on top of it as they go to the door and give a stern word 👏👏 Round the corner from the main street and less than 10 minute walk to the beach.

Sadly this little hotel is showing signs of wear & tear. The complex is a little confusing to start with as there are several buildings housing the accommodation, some are a short walk from the main hotel. We arrived for a week at the end of a long season & I guess maintenance etc will take place after the hotel closes on 1st November. Don't get me wrong, the place is not falling down, it is what you would expect from a 3* hotel. The staff are all friendly & helpful, rooms are small & basic. Food is pretty average for these sorts of establishments & unless you are extremely fussy you won't go hungry. Drinks are all local makes & I found they were not the best quality. However I did not pay a luxury price for my week in the sun, so it's all relative, had I paid top dollar I would not be so understanding. One big niggle was the broken hot drinks machine at the pool bar/outside restaurant meaning a 5 minute walk to the main building & back for a cup of tea/coffee. Staff were apologetic, but apologies were not going to resolve the issue! You also need to be aware that air con in the rooms is a chargeable extra 63euro per week ( something I missed in the Tui small print!). Not so needed in end of October but if you are here in high season you will need it! There is also no pool towels, so bring your own, also minimal toiletries in the rooms. If you are here for the Laganas night life this hotel is ideally situated about a 5 minute walk to both the main strip & the beach, both of which left a lot to be desired as they were both dirty, dishevelled & unappealing. We have been to Zante before & there are definitely better beaches/areas. I may or may not return to Zante again one day, but it won't be to Laganas.

08/08/24 to 15/08/23 Very close to the airport. The good thing about this hotel is the location. 3mins walk to the beach, snack box when leaving for your flight, and the staff except a female receptionist we met upon our arrival who behaves awkwardly and zero customer service manners. Hotel quality is zero, charging guest €9 per night for air-conditioning in the room, charging to use safe in the room, mosquitos everywhere, room and bed quality zero, smelling bathroom, same food menu everyday, juice drinks tasting like ordinary water and colour, not family friendly, restaurant hot like hell during meal time. Definitely not going back there again Very outdated photos and now I can see why no so much people during our stay and people always go out to buy proper food.

Only one word can describe this particular accommodation and its staff: INAPPROPRIATE! Since our arrival, we have been faced with chaos. Absolutely no organization, non-existent cleanliness and room service. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned (room cleaning was referred to the property's amenities), basics like toilet paper, clean towels and sheets were missing! In general, no rules of hygiene are followed, as well as the rudimentary common quiet time. The staff of the accommodation were completely indifferent to the complaints and needs of their customers. In fact, on our last day, after we contacted the reception about our complaints, they answered us in a very ironic and aggressive way, completely ignoring the responsibilities and obligations that one has when taking on the responsibility of managing an accommodation! Unfortunately, the photos are more than deceiving. There were plastic drink cups and beer bottles floating around and in the pool, which no one in charge bothered to pick up. Please, think very carefully before wasting your money on this "hotel". Better to spend a little more money for another decent hotel that will meet your basic needs. Disappointing experience and unfriendly towards any category of people and pets.

Ended up booking this hotel last minute as we had an issue with our original booking and were currently ‘homeless’ in a different country for 6 nights with no where to stay so for the price this was the only option we had, as we arrived the staff were aware of our issues and were very warm and welcoming, they offered us a drink on arrival and were very lovely to us. We had to change rooms at one point as from booking such last minute they didn’t have the same room free for the whole 6 nights but they still managed to give us other options such as moving rooms rather than just cancelling the booking. Staff members such as the owner and the cleaner helped us carry our suitcases from room to room which was very helpful of them. The Rooms are very modern and are a nice size the one and only down fall is the air conditioning. The menu has a very wide variety of drinks and food so there is plenty to chose from.

From start to finish we had a lovely time. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They did their very best to ensure our stay was the best it could be- they went above and beyond to make all feel welcome. All staff followed policies to ensure that every guest regardless of age got a great holiday. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the added benefit of air conditioning at no extra cost!! The location is idea as it’s near enough to the main bars but not on top. The kids loved the pool and the slide. Thank you Steve, Julie, Carlo and team.

Too loud music all day until midnight for no obvious reason. Guests of low quality with complete lack of respect to hotel rules and other guests that keep making noise after midnight with the tolerance of the hotel management. Poor cleanliness. Doors without handles. Showers without doors windows that do not close. NOT FOR FAMILIES

Absolutely not for a family with young children and parents over 40 years old. Laganas area might be ok for teenagers wanting to have fun but was not ok for our family. The "Loose all your money in case you cancel" is also something that it binds you to a bad selection but also something you agree on the moment you make your booking. Even though i prefered that; the moment i saw the look on my wife's face when we arrived and guided to our room.

Just back from 11days in this Hotel and what a lovely time we had. I am coeliac and do worry about eating abroad, but the chef would help me with meals and would cook something separate for me if there was an issue with wheat in a sauce ect. Gluten free bread available, and i do carry toaster bags to enable me to use the toaster, so no cross contamination. All restaurant staff very helpful, and George, Dennis and Chris the bar staff are very happy and helpful. Hotel in a lovely position for the walk to the beach or the town. Our first time to this island, but we will be back. Thank you everyone at Bitzaro Palace Hotel.

This hotel is for people who want to relax. It's situated in a quiet area.Hotel staff are helpful. Quite small buffet of food but enough to get a good meal. It's about the same distance to zante and the other way to Languna the busy end with more shops etc. Bus is 2 euro any distance, by Taxi 12 to 15 euros.

Rooms are cleaned every day. Food is good for a all inclusive. Snacks were brilliant. Service very good. Downside. You will struggle to get a sunbed after 8am and the bar closes at midnight and they try and push you out 10 minutes later. Location is brilliant if you want quiet. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to a smallish strip with plenty of restaurants and bar's

Basic rooms but clean. No hot water at all for 2 days, refused a kettle, appalling service, reception staff shouted at my partner, bar area overridden with flies. Staff generally rude with no customer service skills at all. Pool area was nice. Good location close to village. Good place to stay if you want freezing cold showers, blatantly rude and unhelpful staff and drinks at the bar crawling with flies.

The staff is rude, and also the service isn't good: the towels were never changed for the whole stay because they said that the washing machine was always broken. Also the pool was green. The quality of the food was not good and there wasn't very much choice since they cooked the same meals everyday. The bathroom didn't have hot water and the complains that we made to the receptionist were useless. The drinks in the buffet weren't cold at all. The place and the position were very nice but all in all this wasn't a relaxing holiday and the hotel is not woth 4 stars, maybe 1 or 2.

I don’t understand why all these reviews are so horrible, the pool is amazing, the staff are so friendly, the surroundings are beautiful, it’s a nice distance to the beach and into the town, close to restaurants too. You don’t come to sit around in a hotel room all day you come to enjoy the country. For me & my family- the hotel was brilliant, has everything you need.

Zante village is a nice place to stay room's were comfortable the pool was good,but food was not cooked breakfast was cold and showers had terrible water pressure virtually non existent after 5 in the evening . On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful.
